When we first met Robert several weeks before our March 7 wedding held at the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix, we knew we were in the best of hands. Robert carefully listened to us as we described our life experiences that brought us together, and then customized his officiating duties to match. At both the rehearsal and the wedding, we didn't second-guess a word Robert said; he mastered the officiating while at the same time capturing the attention of all guests as he spoke. It was as if he was a trusted old friend through his words, his eye contact, and his total grasp of what a love-based union should mean to all who attended our special day. -

Great experience! Robert is extremely easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. He is always professional, but also has a very calming demeanor. Everything for our wedding was laid out very clearly, and he asked a lot of questions to get a feel for our relationship and us as individuals. We never felt rushed or like just another job. Amazing Officiant and Photographer!
Robert was the officiant and photographer for my wedding. He went out of his way to come to us almost an hour away for the ceremony rehearsal. Robert is very friendly and professional. I added something last minute into the ceremony and Robert made it happen. He was the photographer before the ceremony and captured beautiful pictures of all of us, during the ceremony he had a wonderful team that captured memorable moments. I really recommend his services. -

Robert was great! My now husband and I were traveling over 1,000 miles to elope in Arizona and Robert was very quick to respond when I first inquired about him being our wedding officiant. Robert took the time to get to know us before our big day and the ceremony was beautifully spoken! Although our day was very windy and cold, I wouldn’t have asked for anything to be done differently. 100/10 highly recommend! -

From the first conversation, I knew that we wanted to hire Robert as our officiant. He is very professional and not only did he travel far, he was more than willing to hike with us to our ceremony. Our ceremony was fun and when we weren't able to find our own photographer, he recommended one for us. Our ceremony was memorable and we had a great evening together. As soon as we met Robert for the first time, there was an instant connection. We knew that Robert would make our special day meaningful as he was so open to ensuring the ceremony was what we wanted. It was also greatly appreciated when we needed some guidance about certain traditions we wanted to incorporate, he gave great insight- never making us feel like we had to do things a certain way. He was so helpful at the rehearsal and of course day of. He orchestrated the ceremony beautifully with tradition, modernism, humor and happy tears.

Robert is a wonderful officiant
Got married May 6, 2023, and booked Robert to officiant the wedding. He is patient, kind, and trustworthy. He was able to make the wedding rehearsal, and came early the day of the wedding to help out. Robert made sure my wedding ceremony ran smoothly and incorporated all of the scriptures I requested. He even made a personalized wedding video for my spouse and I. His wife Violet is an angel and helped a lot too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. -

Went far beyond what was required of him. Took the first look video for me to personally have on my phone. Kept it light and airy and was so helpful through the entirety of the process. I was skeptical hiring an officiant I didn’t know personally but I was pleasantly surprised and couldn’t have asked for better. -

He was originally hired just as an ordained but I was unable to find a photographer on short notice so he was able to do the photography as well. The speech was beautiful and he captured so many beautiful pictures everyone there thought he was amazing and great.

Highly Recommended, Professional and all around a great person!
If you are truly looking for a great, all around good person, I would recommend Robert as your officiant. His presence, and demeanor fills the room up with positive energy everywhere he goes. He genuinely cares about people, gives honest and great advice and is super efficient . He is always flexible and seems to make things happen no matter the situation. He is very professional and truly cares about those memories that you are making, The Big Wedding Day!

Robert was absolutely amazing with the whole process. He was flexible when my whole plan changed last minute and kept a smile on his face the entire time. Insight Productions offers it all! I found them when I was feeling like I had taken on more than I could managae when planing a destination wedding and finding someone to accomodate the few very specific needs I was hitting wall after wall on in an area that had limited options. We hired INSIGHT productions to Live Stream and also as an officiant for our destination wedding. I was beyond happy with how they personalized and delivered the services we were looking for, for a fair price. He really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and to mofify every last detail to make our day perfect. Customer Servious was beyond exceptional as well as the service. I will always recomend INSIGHT Productions to everyone I am able to! They really do offer it all. Our wedding was perfect and we could not have done it without them!! Best Day Ever! -
