Our destination wedding at Innisbrook was absolutely perfect! We had our reception at Inverness Foyer and post-wedding brunch at the Island Pool. Our event manager, Kaitlyn Hoy, was incredible to work with. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our reception was everything we dreamed of. Kaitlyn ultimately suggested Inverness Foyer for our small intimate reception, and it was absolutely perfect!

Our guests raved about the dinner. Our cake was even prettier than the Pinterest pictures I sent over. Our wedding photos on the golf course were absolutely stunning. The breakfast the next morning was also a hit! I love this venue and I highly recommend it!

Jessica Pearson with Innisbrook went above and beyond for us! Her and Innisbrook totally exceeded our expectations and we had a dream wedding! The day was absolutely perfect and we're so grateful!!

We loved our venue, our Coordinator, Cindi Thomas was above our expectation. We had worked with kelly Lawson for the last year until she told us she was leaving two weeks before our wedding! We were devastated and quite concerned, but Cindi put all our concerns at ease. She made sure we had everything we needed and got us new keys, food when we got ready, and other small things that made a difference. We were able to practice our choreographed first dance the day before without anyone seeing. The rooms were big and spacious, and the night before our rooms were in separate buildings which was a major plus. Innisbrook worked with us on everything we needed, we are so happy we had our wedding there!

The banquet manager Kelly was professional and easy to communicate. I love this venue.

We booked a room block at Innisbrook through WeddingWire. The hotel block tool they have was super useful in getting quotes. We went with Innisbrook because they had big enough room sizes for us to get ready and it was beautiful. I definitely recommend using them if your wedding is nearby.

I knew right after our site visit with Melissa that Innisbrook was going to be the perfect wedding venue - everything about it was so organized, thorough, and I really left feeling like I wouldn't have to worry about a single detail being missed. Throughout the entire process, Melissa, Ladonne, and Sara were quick to follow up and an absolute pleasure to work with. On wedding day, I wasn't worried about a single thing. We were able to drop off any decor, signs, etc. the week before and explain where each thing should go so that we didn't have to worry about it on wedding week. Everything was absolutely perfect and EVERYTHING they said they'd do was done correctly. Not a single ball was dropped, and that's impressive for how many moving pieces go in to executing a wedding. Innisbrook itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place for people who were traveling (and even some locals) to spend the weekend. They took full advantage of the spa, the golf courses, the restaurants, and pools. Our ceremony was at the tree and our reception was in the Inverness ballroom. The shuttles were great and all of our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about both spots! You can not go wrong with Innisbrook or Melissa, Ladonne and Sara :) If I could give 10 stars I would!

Melissa Gordon and her team are the best in the business. She made the entire planning process so easy, they are incredibly accommodating, and really strive to make your wedding day personal and perfect. I never had to worry about any of the little details - Melissa thought of them for me! I would highly recommend having your wedding at Innisbrook. Additionally, the resort gives great room rates for your wedding block. The entire wedding planning experience with Melissa (even from a distance as I live in North Carolina) with first rate.

I was lucky enough to work with Rick at Innisbrook, his knowledge and passion guided me throughout the wedding planning process. Rick was quick to respond to the hundreds of emails I sent and always provided a fresh perspective and helpful suggestions. Our ceremony was at the Island Course 10th tee Tree and it was STUNNING and our Reception was in the Stirling Ballroom. The entire wedding weekend was perfect, Rick and his team made sure everything was flawless. Rick and Molly were both there the day of my wedding to help coordinate with my vendors so I didn’t have to worry about a single detail – they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We chose a buffet for our reception dinner and the food was out of this world, everyone was so impressed. Our wedding weekend felt like a destination wedding, everything you need is at Innisbrook – pools, great restaurants, transportation, golfing and lots more amenities. The grounds are well maintained and provided us with the most beautiful backdrops for all our pictures, we didn't have one bad photo! The value is great – the price for a suite is extremely reasonable and everyone provided us with exceptional customer service. We had our rehearsal dinner at the Turnberry Pub and Bonnie was helpful in setting that up. Our guests are still talking about what a great time they had. Innisbrook is a one stop shop, there isn't anything they cant provide or haven't thought of or haven't donebefore. This "all inclusive" venue is the best - I highly recommend Innisbrook for your wedding!! Thank you again Rick and Molly!!

Innisbrook made my dream wedding come true! I was on a budget and honestly Innisbrook's value for what you pay is incredible. You get a day of coordinator included in your package. What they don't tell you is that actually it is like four coordinators that are seamlessly running your event the day of so you don't have to worry about one single thing. I worked with Melissa Gordan throughout the process and she was always available to answer questions and great to work with. My guests feedback was that the service was incredible (during their entire stay), the food was the best wedding food they ever had, and the grounds were just beautiful. We had rehearsal dinner and several other events on the grounds prior to the wedding so it was a one stop shop for all my guests. The quality of the service, food and grounds make Innisbrook an amazing wedding venue!

When visiting venues my fiancé and I wanted a place we could trust to take care of their end so we can enjoy our day. Rick and his team did just that. They helped us every step of the way and made us completely enjoy what can sometimes become a little stressful. Our journey to the big day was as enjoyable as the day itself. Our guests loved every minute of their night at the wedding as well as the weekend stay.

We had our wedding at Innisbrook this past Saturday and we could not have been happier with our choice!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. We were able to accommodate guests all weekend with lovely rooms and pools. We had our rehearsal dinner at the Turnbery Pub on site which was amazing! They made the BEST grooms cake for my husband. The ceremony and reception were perfect. The island tree was absolutely gorgeous and ideal for an outdoor ceremony. We had our reception at Stirling Hall which was transformed into a beautiful space. Dinner was fantastic and we even had a late nacho bar that out guests still can't talking about! We have received nothing but compliments on how beautiful the whole weekend was. Melissa Gordon was our coordinator and she was nothing short of fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She was always responsive and took everything I asked her and ran with it! Anybody looking for a beautiful Florida wedding should look no further. Book Innisbrook now!

Melissa Gordon and Molly Maddox are absolutely amazing and helped me to organize the most wonderful wedding. They were very accommodating and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Communication was incredible every step of the way and no matter what I wanted to do, they made it happen. Our wedding was beautiful and I enjoyed every minute of it. We held our ceremony under the oak tree at the 10th green and our reception in Stirling Hall. I would highly recommend looking into Innisbrook if you're in the area. It's worth every penny and not overly expensive.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Innisbrook just a few weeks ago. From the beginning of the planning process, we were convinced Innisbrook would be the perfect location to hold our reception and accommodate our family and closest friends. I can now say without any hesitation, we were not wrong! In fact the venue and our coordinator, Melissa Gordon, far exceeded our expectations! Most venues provide a day of coordinator, but Melissa was much more than that. Everything I didn't think of, she was on top of. Not a single detail was overlooked, and she brought my vision to life in a way I could never have imagined. When anything came up, she took care of it before it became an issue. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the ballroom looked. Melissa made sure every last detail was the way I had planned, and she even invited us to preview the room before the guests entered, a special moment for us. 

The food was delicious and the chef accommodated every dietary restriction and request with no problem. I designed my own cake, and it was replicated perfectly. 

Our guests loved staying on the property. The rooms were very nice and the amenities were wonderful! The Loch Ness pool was a family favorite. Innisbrook provided my husband and I a beautiful suite with lovely touches for the night of the wedding. The best part was that everything looked and felt like it should have cost a fortune, but in fact it was very affordable. We were made to feel special every step of the way, and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

My husband and I were looking for the perfect place for us to tie the knot. We researched 100 places before we picked Innisbrook resort as our venue of choice. And what a great choice it was! The venue as well as the director of catering, Rick Galipault met all of our needs and executed a flawless indian wedding weekend of 8 total events over the course of 4 days. We had a destination indian wedding here and our family and guests still speak of how well organized the events were, how the food was impeccable and how the resort was naturally very beautiful! We would like to thank rick and the innisbrook staff for going above and beyond our expectations!

This venue caters to outside caterers, vegetarian menus and they were able to make sure accommodations were made for all of our guests in a close proximity. A shuttle service is available free of cost between buildings and events. We spoke to many other resorts and hotel venues but no one was as accomadating and personal as Rick was! We will never forget all the beautiful memories we made in Palm harbor! If I could, I would give them a 10!

I recently had my wedding at Innisbrook on April 9, 2016. I could not have asked for a better experience. I received a wedding coordinator to assist with my planning, Melissa Gordon. She was absolutely FABULOUS! She accommodated every request, responded to emails phone calls and made sure that not only me, but my entire family felt special and were taken care of. I was provided a bridal get ready suite that was gigantic for all us girls to get ready in that was beautiful! My new husband and I were also provided with a gorgeous wedding night suite that was separate from get ready room. Melissa made sure all of our bags got moved over and added a bunch of special touches for us. The food was delicious, the cake (Innisbrook made!) was beautiful, the staff were so friendly, the grounds were breathtaking, the prices were reasonable, and I could go on and on!!! If you are getting married, you HAVE to check this place out as an option for your wedding, and ask for Melissa! If I could give 10 stars I would.

We decided on Innisbrook because of a personal connection to the grounds and location and we were absolutely over the moon happy with the results. We did rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, and goodbye brunch at Innisbrook and I was all amazing. Their food is absolutely incredible, the service was top of the line and they really went far and beyond to make sure our wedding was all we wanted it to be. Our family and friends love it, they loved the grounds the food and the service. We got zero complaints and that is extremely rare in any wedding. Melissa Gordon was our catering manager is she is INCREDIBLE!!! Super organized, always on top of everything! I am OCD and a little type A and Melissa was the perfect fit for me. Since I was from out of town we would get together whenever I could come to Innisbrook, made time for me and I just felt her services alone would make any bride feel happy and secure that her day will be amazing!! She also knows her stuff, was able to provide me with amazing recommendations and was very open and flexible to my ideas. If I wanted something different she would give me options on how to get it done. Innisbrook was incredible and working with Melissa was the icing on cake!

If you are thinking about holding your wedding at Innisbrook do not think JUST DO IT!!! I can not say enough good things about this venue and especially Rick!!! The venue is beautiful, the food was great and A LOT of it, my cake was amazing, staff was wonderful ALL STAFF, room was clean and I am still receiving compliments from all guests. People say it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to.

We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception at Innisbrook. It was the perfect place to have all of our family stay and not have to leave the property for all 3 events. We worked with the Director of Catering, Rick Galipault, and he was wonderful. I don't think there was a request I made that he didn't accommodate. I was very pleased with the pricing as well. I would have thought the cost of having our wedding at such a beautiful location would have cost a small fortune, but we were pleasantly surprised to find it was quite affordable. All of our friends and family truly enjoyed the entire weekend and all events. I can't wait to see our pictures.....there are several gorgeous spots throughout the property!

They make your event personalized and will try to do anything they can to accommodate. Such a perfect day with a wonderful team and venue. You will not be dissapointed

Innisbrook is an AMAZING resort. We had our ceremony and Reception at the resort and it was a dream come true! Everything went so smoothly with the help of Rick the director of catering. He helped us so much along the way and made sure that we were taken care of. The ceremony site on the 10th tee was so peaceful and beautiful. We received so many compliments from our guest. We were so happy we chose this resort for our wedding. We are even thinking of coming back just to enjoy the rest of the resort, it's that great!!

We hosted our June 27, 2015 wedding weekend at Innisbrook. We worked with Melissa Gordon, who is simply amazing and was one of the reasons we selected Innisbrook for our reception venue. The setting is beautiful and the food is excellent. We also thought Innisbrook was a great value for the service provided and everything that was included with the wedding package. We also ended up hosting our rehearsal dinner as a fun pizza pool party at the Loch Ness Monster pool. (We had a lot of kids at our rehearsal dinner. It was a great time! Innisbrook even kept the pool open late for us. On the day of the wedding, Melissa Gordon and her team had everything set up beautifully for the reception. Our guests were super-impressed with the venue and loved the food. At the end of the night, Melissa even sent a plate of food back to our room in case we were not able to get much to eat during the event. I highly recommend Innisbrook Resort as a wedding weekend destination.

Melissa and Mychele were absolutely wonderful in helping us plan our perfect day! They both were very responsive and very knowledgable with answering all of our questions. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to get married!

Innisbrook was the perfect location for our wedding. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception on site and everything was absolutely what we hoped for! The setting outside in front of the 10th tee oak tree was beautiful and the indoor option at Inverness hall would have been just as perfect if the weather wouldn't permit an outdoor ceremony. This was the only location where we found a gorgeous ceremony location (outdoor and indoor) on site. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Melissa, the catering manager, is amazing and helped us with everything from start to finish. She handled all of the small details the day of the wedding so we didn't have to do anything but enjoy the day. We couldn't have picked a better location for the wedding- not only was everything gorgeous but they have shuttles to take you and your guests all over the resort, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food was excellent. Melissa makes sure everything stays on time and runs smoothly. We could not have picked a better location for our wedding!

My daughter was married at Innisbrook on May 1, 2015. From the beginning working with Melissa Gordon was a wonderful experience. My daughter felt immediately comfortable and she and her fiance loved the setting. Melissa helped us through the process - answering, with patience, even the most basic questions we had and negating the need for a consultant. We had many out- of-town guests and the rooms offered at a group rate were incrediable with many, many amenities. The ceremony and reception were absolutely beautiful, with no detail overlooked as Melissa guided us through each step of the evening. The food was delicious and the pastry chef worked with my daughter to create her perfect wedding cake. All the guests had a great time due the fantastic service provided by the Innisbrook staff. My daughter says she had a fairytale wedding. Thank you to Melissa and Innisbrook for making her wedding day "the best day of her life!" We couldn't have done it without you.

We had our entire weekend of wedding festivities at Innisbrook and they far exceeded our expectations. Melissa Gordon and her team were amazing. Just got married last week and had my reception at Innisbrook. It was amazing!! Working with Melissa Gordon, catering manager, I believe is her title, but she is SO much more. She was there with me through the whole planning process, guiding me, helping me, always available. On the day of, she made sure everything was perfect and kept everyone on a great timeline. Food was DELICIOUS!! I made sure I are on my wedding day bra she the food was so good!! The best bang for your buck, at an amazing location!

Melissa and her team were wonderful to work with. Melissa was always easy to get ahold of and extremely attentive to each and everyone of our needs. Moving up to the wedding date Melissa will make you feel very comfortable and ease the stress that comes with the wedding planning. The ceremony scenery is as beautiful as what you see in movies. Our reception was gorgeous and everything was exactly what we planned and more than what we had imagined. All of our guests were comfortable as they were all able to stay on property and had shuttles to and from their rooms to each of the different locations that we used for the weekend. We also had our rehearsal dinner on site which was wonderful. The room was perfect, food was great, and it was easy for everyone to get there. I would highly recommend Innisbrook for any wedding with out of town guests or if you are looking for a beautiful outside ceremony.

Innisbrook is the perfect venue for a wedding. What sets it apart from other hotels/venues in the Tampa bay area is that it is very secluded and private. You will not have a lot of random people walking around during any of your festivities. It will feel like a private resort for you and your guests and there is plenty of room. The resort itself is spread out over 900 rolling acres and all of the rooms are spacious. I recently had my wedding there. We had two ceremonies - one Hindu and one Christian, followed by a reception. The Hindu ceremony was at Inverness hall and the Christian one was at the 10th Island tee (outdoor oak tree by the lake). The reception was then at Inverness ballroom. All the locations were absolutely gorgeous!! The day was action packed. With the help of Rick Galipault (he is the coordinator for events that I worked with at Innisbrook), everything ran smoothly. He was there himself at every step of the way -even Sunday brunch! to make sure everything ran smoothly. All my guests were impressed with the venue and the level of service and professionalism they experienced there. My wedding day was absolutely beautiful and perfect! I am so very thankful to Rick and the entire staff at Innisbrook! I VERY HIGHLY recommend choosing Innisbrook as your wedding venue, I guarantee that you and your entire family and all your guests will LOVE IT!!

Christian was an amazing coordinator, I have been to several weddings now and I couldn't believe how he could command and keep everything together - part of the reason we choose that venue was because of him. Then there was the view - AMAZING! I'm telling you it's so beautiful out there, you don't feel like you're in Tampa anymore, you a at a resort! Also, the accommodations were great and I loved having all of my family down and in the same area so we could all hang out that Thanksgiving weekend :) LOVED INNISBROOK!

We would definitely recommend Innisbrook for a wedding. The resort was gorgeous and the staff were highly professional and very friendly. Our guests raved about the food. We would like to thank our catering manager, Amanda Harter, for all of her help in making our day turn out perect.

We chose Innisbrook due to its ability to handle groups from out of town as well as handling many of the wedding details. We worked specifically with Rick to coordinate our wedding and we couldn't be happier! He and the Innisbrook staff really went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Every detail that we asked for was honored, the food was excellent, ballroom was the perfect size...I could go on and on. I would definitely recommend Innisbrook, esp for any Bride who wants as much included in a package as possible!!

Amanda and the team at Innisbrook was SO wonderful to deal with throughout the entire year of planning. Amanda was always so quick and courteous to reply to my mutlitude of questions. I couldn't have asked for a better planner/organizer. The location of our ceremony at the oak tree at the Island Clubhouse was so amazingly beautiful and everyone raved about the food and cake as well. We are so very pleased with our day and the service/location. It couldn't have been better. The complimentary suite for the bride and groom filled with beautiful red rose petals and a fresh chocolate covered strawberries and champagne was a nice surprise.

Amanda and the entire team at Innisbrook made our wedding weekend simply perfect! We held our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at the resort and most of our guests stayed on the property as well. As if the gorgeous scenery were not enough, the service was absolutely fantastic, from the gate attendant to the tram drivers to the servers at breakfast the next day. Amazingly, the price is very affordable for the level of service you receive. Amanda is incredibly organized and never missed a beat. She worked with our day-of coordinator and between the two of them, I never had to worry about a thing. Thank you to all the staff at Innisbrook! They are just amazing!

The girls at the spa did an amazing job on our hair and makeup and the presidential suite was perfect for the rehearsal dinner. The oak tree where we got married was like something out of a fairy tale book. The reception hall was dated on the inside but the service made up for all of that. Loved it!!

Christian and the Innisbrook staff were amazing. They were very flexible, cheerful and provided the quality expected at a beautiful resort such as Innisbrook. Our guests loved the accomdations. We were worry free as Christian took care of the organizing and preparations. I would recommend having someone there to help with day of organizing as the day goes on.

I can not say enough praise of Amanda's 5 star customer service approach to our wedding. She made me and everyone feel soo special! From the menu choice, to the rooms, the beautiful grounds, to the friendly staff my guest and groom could not complement me and the resort enough. We had the time of our lives! It was perfect, I would recomend you to friends and family.

Chritian and his team did an amazing job! Throughout the entire process Christian made me feel like I was his only bride. Whenever I needed anything I had his full attention. I was so happy with the ceremony site and the reception venue. It was like a fairytale. Everything turned out to be stunning. Christian even problem solved on the big day when one of my groomsmen lost his outfit! He was a lifesavor. I didn't even know anything about it until it was all over.

We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception at Innisbrook Resort and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Christian was our coordinator and he was fantastic. Always calm, had an answer and a solution for everything and he was there when we needed him.
The dinner at rehearsal was wonderful as was cocktail hour and dinner at the reception. The venue was stunning and all we could have dreamed of. If you're looking for a beautiful resort with the option of an inside or outside venue I would highly recommend it.

Innisbrook Resort did a fabulous job with our wedding ceremony and reception. I worked very closely with Melissa Gordon, event coordinator, and I was highly impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate nearly all my requests. My only constructive criticism is some items were a bit overpriced in my opinion, but I realize that is more common at high-end resorts and country clubs. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with above and beyond customer service, I highly recommend this venue. Our guests gave us many compliments on the high quality food and service, and I can't imagine a more breathtaking spot for a ceremony! (Under the big oak tree at Island Course!) My favorite thing about this venue was that many of our guests were able to enjoy the resort and all the amenities it has to offer, and turned our wedding weekend into a getaway vacation! Highly recommended! Overall, I was very pleased with nearly every aspect of this venue, and I don't think I would have made it through my wedding day without Melissa!!

Innisbrook is truly a beautiful venue. I wanted an outdoor ceremony that felt naturalistic. Everyone was so impressed with the grounds. They are well landscaped and the ceremony spot is awesome. We had our cocktail hour on the lawn on the side of the reception hall, which was also nice. Amanda Harter, the wedding coordinator, was professional and always available if I had questions. She was quick to respond to emails and always had a solution. Innisbrook is a wonderful place to get married. It's very convenient for out of town guests because they can stay right on the grounds. The rooms are a bit pricey, however. We had a wonderful wedding and I continue to get compliments from friends and family on what a fantastic time they had at Innisbrook.

I had a large wedding at Innisbrook with multiple events. We had a pre-wedding event in Stirling Hall and our main wedding/reception in Inverness Hall. Let me start by saying Innisbrook Resort is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are well kept and the ballrooms are very large. We chose Innisbrook because of its beauty and its ability to accommodate all our guests.
We worked directly with Rick, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible and was able to accommodate our requests. We was always quick to respond to all communication.
On the day of the wedding, he was personally there all day to oversee and facilitate everything to make sure it went as planned.
Our guests had an amazing time, the hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. The guests enjoyed the pool and other amenities within the resort, so they felt like our wedding was a mini-vacation! I would definitely recommend Innisbrook to future brides-to-be!

I could not have picked a more fabulous place to have my wedding! Christian was awesome and helped make my wedding day everything I dreamed it would be. My guests raved about Innisbrook and had such a good mini vacation there the weekend of my wedding. I highly recommend Innisbrook as your venue, it was perfect.

Beautiful location for both the ceremony and the reception! The prices are high but I have to say that they really delivered on our wedding day. Our reception was beautiful and our guests were well taken care of.
Rick did a great job and was very helpful w all questions and finding ways to cater to my requests.

Rick was awesome to work with and was always willing to assist... I had only one concern that became reality, There wasn't enough hors d'oeuvre. That was very disappointing to me since I expressed that I didn't want that to happen. Other then that everything was great.

First I want to say that I truly had the most wonderful wedding weekend I could imagine! Innisbrook provided a vacation for my guests which is what I wanted from my wedding weekend. I hate to complain at all because overall it really was the perfect weekend, but I do strongly recommend that brides also hire a "day-of" coordinator as I did much of the coordinating myself which made for a little extra stress. Also, since I did not have anyone other than the resort coordinating for me, it wasn't until halfway through my reception that I noticed I only had one bar instead of the two that were provided to me on the banquet diagram. It was too late at that point and think that if I had had my own coordinator, it would have been noticed and corrected sooner. The bar was kind of a big deal to us. But seriously overall, we were so happy and wouldn't have done the wedding anywhere else!

Working with Christian was such a delight. He was amazing with putting my vision together in such a beautiful resort. I was worry free on the wedding day when he was getting everything together. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. All my guests had a great time and it was like a mini vacation for them. I would highly recommend Innisbrook!

Melissa Gordon was amazing to work with through the entire planning process. The food was great and the cake was perfect!! My only complaint about the entire night was that the ballroom was hot and we kept asking to have the A/C turned down, but then it broke or wasn't working and they had some guy trying to fix it on the roof. Luckily it didn't ruin anyone's time and we were able to have fun. Overall, I am so glad we chose Innisbrook!!!

Innisbrook was great! We toured many venues from St. Petersburg all the way up the coast to Palm Harbor, and our main reason that we chose Innisbrook was because of the serenity of the venue. They gave a good value for their services, and venues, and worked well with us. We booked the venue about a year in advance, and we had great communication with them up until about a month out. Then it was harder to reach them throughout the holiday season which was a little stressful for me, as I was planning the wedding myself. They did come through the week of the wedding though, and were very accommodating to my family, wedding party and guests. The only thing that they really screwed up was the ceremony time. For some reason they told guests and printed on maps that the ceremony started at 4:30 instead of 4pm. This made about 20 guests miss most of the ceremony which was a huge bummer. But they did try to make it right after we confronted them about it, and we appreciate that. I would definitely recommend booking this venue! Just make sure to double check everything yourself!

Innisbrook is an absolutely breathtaking place to get married. We were married on the 10th tee of the Island Course in front of a gorgeous tree. Picture wise, this is one of the most beautiful places to have a ceremony. Originally, my wedding coordinator, Amanda, was amazing. She was quick to respond to my phone calls and emails and always had an answer for me. Unfortunately, Amanda left Innisbrook 2 days before my wedding and so the Monday before we met with our new coordinator (while she was still there). We were very disappointed that we only had one meeting with our new coordinator. Rick tried his best, but we had a lot of confusion. My husband was staying on property and requested a tram to take him to the ceremony site and they never showed up, so he had to drive himself. Then, during our cocktail hour- we would go long periods of time without seeing a server. My father waited 15 minutes just for a soda. During the actual reception, the servers were excellent. The food was amazing, we had chicken and steak. Everything was cooked perfectly. Rick left at some point during the reception and when we went looking for the sparklers for our exit, the person left in charge had no idea where they were. Thankfully they found them, but I felt like it could have been much more organized. Also, my suite the night before the wedding was way nicer than the suite the night of. I had heard that they put rose petals on the floor, leave a bottle of champagne, and some chocolate covered strawberries in your room- but we got only rose petals. Which were still very nice. For the ceremony, I was completely satisfied, but for the reception, I had a few issues. would recommend this venue, but to make sure you keep lots of notes about what you want and ask lots of questions to make sure you are happy.

There is a huge communication issue with this venue. From all previous reviews I kept reading Melissa was great, Melissa was fantastic...but I’ve been dealing with an entirely different person, who must be the one in charge now. When my fiancé and I first toured we fell in love with the venue (even though morning of the tour I had to email her asking for a gate pass because she had previously said she would send one and never did), but we forgot all about it because we loved the ceremony location and the meeting manager was very pleasant in person. After touring other venues we kept thinking Innisbrook was exactly what we were looking for, so we decided on this venue. I scheduled another tour 2 weeks later for a Friday for my parents to see it. I was told sometime that week she would send us an email with a gate pass & tell us where to meet. Never got an email. Morning of our tour I called her office, no answer. Called her cell, no answer. Called a general Innisbrook operator who just transferred me to her office, with no answer. We had to just show up and have the guard at the gate call around & find her to figure out where to meet her. She gave us another tour and said there was a wedding that day she had to get back to so she would send us the contract by Monday (11-26-18) for us to sign and pay deposit. Monday came, Tuesday came (I sent a follow up email this day asking if she was almost finished with the contract), Wednesday came, no response to anything. I found the director of catering’s number on the Innisbrook website, thought I would call him directly to see what’s going on. But guess what? No answer. I did leave a message though explaining the situation, and 10 mins later got an email saying it’s a super busy week and the contract would be sent same day. To this day we have no contract, but THANK GOD we didn’t sign and put the deposit down because we would have later realized what a huge mistake it would’ve been. I normally don’t post reviews but this venue was too disappointing to not let others know. No matter how beautiful the property may be, the amount of unnecessary stress is not worth it.
