Perfection!!!

We absolutely loved working with Eileen and the team at Inncredible Caterers for our wedding at Brotherhood Winery. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and the catering packages combined with day of coordination made it a dream wedding come true. We did not have to worry at all - the team was so on top of everything, efficient in serving food and drinks, and generous and kind the whole way through! The venue looked fantastic and they were so professional. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

InnCredible Day!

My husband and I had the perfect November wedding day at Brotherhood Winery. From our initial inquiry at the venue, Inn Credible Caterers was recommended as the go-to caterer. To summarize, they were “InnCredible!” Trish is the coordinator we worked with. Out of all of the vendors we worked with, Trish was by far the most responsive. We never waited more than a day to receive a response or an acknowledgement of our message. Trish had everything we could think of asking all detailed out on the information sheets provided to us. We were able to turn our food tasting into a family affair with our parents! We enjoyed that opportunity very much, and it helped us in creating our menu for the big day. Trish was consistent in her follow-up meetings with us and always made herself available when needed for additional calls or meetings. I know people say how stressful wedding planning is, but due to Trish and her team my husband and I didn’t even feel the need to even consider hiring an additional day of coordinator. The day of the wedding went so incredibly smooth. Trish, as our day of coordinator, was prepared to greet our wedding party upon arrival, complimenting us along the way. She genuinely exuded happiness for us as a new couple. It’s a wonderful feeling when the people you are working with are just as excited as the bride & groom on the wedding day. It makes the entire atmosphere feel surreal. Trish saved a special moment for my husband and I to view the Grand Salon alone before the guests entered. My husband and I had our drinks consistently filled and a private cocktail seating for just the two of us prior to making our grand entrance. The staff [servers, bartenders, food runners, captains] were FANTASTIC! I never had to ask for a thing – whether it be food, drinks, assistance in running something to the bridal sweet – a staff member was there in the blink of an eye ready to assist. Several of our guests raved about how excellent the service was. Speaking of excellence, the food was out of this world! From cocktail hour to entrees and dessert, our guests found the food delicious and the variety exciting. Inn Credible Caterers offers unique options to make your meal specific to your taste – not just the run of the mill standard cocktail hour options! I cannot speak highly enough about Trish and her team. My husband and I highly recommend booking with Inn Credible Caterers!

Wow!! Such a great experience!

Inncredible Caterers are a dream to work with! The food is outstanding, we got so many compliments! The entire process was easy and the team was so responsive! We had some special requests that they were able to accommodate! Trish, Eileen, and Frank are amazing and tended to our every need and made sure our night was seamless and amazing! We can’t say enough great things about them!!!

Wedding at Brotherhood Winery

We used this incredible company at our wedding at Brotherhood Winery. Their name is Inncredible Caterers, and that name is just the half of it! They are Inncredible but they are not just caterers. They are so much more! They are amazing with their food and their whole day of planning. From the time we booked them, they were so great. We had a tasting, met with them a few months before the wedding, and did a final walkthrough 2 days before the big day. They set up cocktail hour and the ceremony. They made sure everything was running smoothly and without any problems. Trish was our day of coordinator and she was amazing!! If we needed something she was there to help, and she continued to check in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Trish did a fantastic job of making sure we got to enjoy all of the delicious food during cocktail hour. We had 160 people at our wedding and everyone was able to eat and enjoy cocktail hour, they were very organized. We can go on and on about how great they were, but if there’s anything you take from this review it should be this: Get the Chicken and Waffle Cones. That and the Boardwalk Station for dessert which had amazing Zeppoles and fried Oreos.

Wonderful experience

Everything was great! All of our guests keep saying how good the food was! All of the staff were great. Eileen was a pleasure to work with. She was helpful all along with every question I had and very attentive the day of the wedding . I would highly recommend them.

The best to do it!

There is no question that Inn Credible made our wedding absolutely perfect! The food turned out amazing, the venue set up was everything we wanted, and the bar staff kept everyone quenched! Eileen was an absolute superstar and her team could not have been more helpful and patient with us, toughing it out through the rain and making our guests feel comfortable in every way. They made the day so special for us, even giving us "our moment" after cocktail hour with just us two and our appetizers that I will remember forever. We cannot express enough how beautiful everything came out and can't imagine doing it with anyone else. They are a special group and are a perfect pick for any catering needs, big to small. Thank you guys so much!!!

Brotherhood Winery wedding 4/30/22

Inncredible Caterers were nothing short of amazing. Frank and Trish are so easy to work with and their coordinator Eileen made everything run incredibly smoothly for our day. The staff was friendly, attentive and had amazing energy. Every single person that works for this company made sure we got everything we asked for and were so attentive to our needs. A perfect experience

InnCredible Caterers recently catered our wedding at Brotherhood Winery and did an amazing job. Frank/Trish were super organized and thorough during our discussions. They were available to answer any and all questions. Eileen was my point person for the wedding day and was super helpful in making sure everything was running smoothly. Great food and service

Inn Credible Caterers was so helpful in planning my wedding during a pandemic. They sent out periodic updates about the guidelines/restrictions and were there along the way if I had any questions. The day of my wedding Trish and Eileen were so wonderful and the food was amazing. All of my guests had such a great time and I would highly recommend Inn Credible Caterers to anyone who asks!

Hands Down Inncredible!

Inncredible Caterers made our day perfect at The Clubhouse At Patriot Hills. Trish and Gina made sure that we were taken care of and did whatever they could to deliver on our day. Being the first of our close friends to plan a wedding, we went in blind. We did not know what to expect or how to plan, but Trish and Gina were there to set us up with a tremendous amount of insight and recommendations. Several times, she would steer us in the right direction when we went off the path. Gina did whatever she could to make our day perfect and work with us to make it that way. From the foods to the decorations, they were there with valuable insight and patience. We were married on a Friday evening with an event the evening before and one the afternoon after. Inncredible caterers did everything that they could do to make sure our wedding was prioritized and doing the same for the families that came before and after us. Thank you Gina and Mary for making sure we were tended to every second of the evening and giving us the last 30 minutes to sit back and look out at the room before cleaning up. We highly recommend using Inncredible Caterers for your wedding/event. You will not be disappointed, and in the end, they will be much more than just your caterer/host, they will be family and guests at your wedding.

Great food!

We used InnCredible Caterers at our wedding at Chalet on the Hudson on 10/19/19. Our wedding coordinator at the venue, Bonnie, handled the menu with us. She was incredibly helpful, as both my husband and I are vegetarian and we had many vegan and gluten free guests. They ran down the menu with the chef to ensure all the ingredients in the vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free meals were accurate (checking for stock, rennet, etc...). They even came up with a vegan, gluten-free entree in our buffet of mushroom risotto. It was such a relief to work with such flexible people in making our wedding friendly to our and our friends dietary restrictions. Biggest hits were the chicken & waffle
hors d'oeuvres and the grilled cheese & tomato soup station. Couldn't have asked for a better spread, especially for the value!

Wonderful experience

Frank and crew at Inn Credible Catering did an outstanding job for my daughters wedding. The food was great , the staff was extremely professional, and the event coordinator Eileen made sure all our needs were met. I would recommend Inn Credible Catering to all. We had a wonderful experience.

We used InnCredible Caterers for our wedding this fall, and could not be happier! Lulu was our point of contact throughout the planning process, and was incredibly responsive and patient. Perfect wedding experience with Inn Credible Caterers!

If you’re getting married, book them right now. We could rave for days about how amazing they were. From day one of our wedding planning process they were responsive, accommodating, and everything we hoped for. The food was exquisite, and presented in such creative ways! Everyone is still talking about it! They were flexible with special requests, letting us customize our wedding to be our own, while using their professionalism and experience to meet all of our needs! We felt so taken care of and did not worry at all about their roll out on the day of. Trish and Frank are AMAZING and we feel so lucky to have worked with them! Lulu is also SO helpful! Their work coordinating everything from food to liquor to support with linens and tables etc was all just so effortless. They truly worked to make all the pieces of our wedding fit together. I can’t say enough about how seamlessly they threw the wedding of our dreams at the Brotherhood Winery!

Stephanie’s Wedding

Yesterday my daughter Stephanie was married at Brotherhood Winery. Incredible Caterers catered the affair. The food was excellent and the choices were amazing. The guests loved the food choices especially the appetizers. Dinner was hot and delicious. The staff was professional and met everyone’s needs. Best Food Ever!

WOW! Frank and Trish and team were so amazing to work with! I the bride have a lot of food allergies and they were so so accommodating and understanding. Two big european families coming together can be hard to also please in the food dept and all our guests ( and of course we) were raving about how amazing the food was!!! We couldn't be happier! They made the wedding that much more perfect. They also helped with decorations, Eileen our day of coordinator was so sweet and kind! The only downfall is the wedding is done and we are super sad! We can't wait to come visit inncredible at brotherhood again soon!!!!

The Best Decision We Made was Inn Credible Catering!

One of the best decisions we made for our June 8th, 2019 wedding at Brotherhood Winery was choosing Inn Credible Caterers for our big day. From the get-go, they were quick to respond and very accommodating. I can't say enough good things about Frank, Trish, Lulu and Eileen. They really are a full service dream team. Frank sat with us to create our perfect wedding menu within our budget, and Trish and Eileen made sure everything went off without a hitch. Everyone absolutely raved about the food (and they continue to do so even weeks later!) -- from the cocktail hour, which included a grill master who served up sizzling sausage and pepper heroes, to the hand-filled fresh cannoli station for dessert, the food was an absolute home run! They listened to everything we wanted and it turned out perfectly, including our signature cocktails and dietary restrictions. And not only was the food spectacular, but Eileen made sure the day ran like clockwork -- better than my expectations. Overall, it was everything we wanted and more. If Inn Credible is available, I would go ahead and book them immediately, you really won't regret it!

Very flexible to work with

I had a great experience with these caterers. They were flexible in arranging phone call meetings in the lead up to the big day as I was not around for a lot of the build up. We got to meet in person twice and I was amazed by how much of a well-oiled machine they were in planning out the meeting. My husband and I had a specific order of events in mind regarding the timing of the intros/first dance/meal and dessert, and although it wasn't what the caterer was used to doing, they made our vision work. They worked well with our DJ to help the evening move along seamlessly. The food and appetizers were great as well!

This was my 4th child getting married but the first that we needed an outside caterer for. We made the right choice with Inn Credible.....they were "incredible"!! From the first time we met them over a year before the wedding right through to the end of the wedding last week Frank and Trish delivered on everything and made the process seamless. On the day of the wedding Eileen was our Matire'd and she was unbelievable. When we were back at the hotel after the wedding my daughter (the bride) made it a point to let me know how incredible Elieen was. She was watching over her all night to be sure she had whatever she needed so she could throughly enjoy her own wedding, which she did.

Our wedding was at Brotherhood Winery on 5.12.18. Frank and his team were amazing to work with. They were patient and made the whole night go smoothly.. our guests are still raving about the food. Unfortunately, it rained that day which was a bummer because Brotherhood Winery has beautiful grounds for cocktail hour outside. Thankfully, no one even noticed because of the amazing set up Frank and his team made for cocktail hour. Thank you all so much!

We worked with Frank and his team for our May 2018 wedding. When looking for a caterer, we knew we needed someone that provided full service (rental and day of coordination). After searching all over and quoting out about 13 different caterers, we decided to go with Inn Credible Caterers. They offered (by far) the most food for our money. Throughout the whole planning process, Frank was extremely responsive and did multiple venue visits with us– even cutting short a vacation because it was the only weekend I could do. The venue was very bare bones, so it involved a ton of logistics– which Frank helped us work through every step of the way.

As for the food, we could not have been happier. We wanted to do Mexican for our cinco de mayo wedding and Frank helped us create a completely custom menu. They were able to accommodate my husband’s very severe gluten allergy and my vegetarianism while still making the menu delicious. We were extremely happy at the tasting, but the food was even better on the wedding day– we didn’t think that was possible! Our guests are still raving about the food and the service. A few of our guests said the chicken enchiladas were “the best thing they’ve ever eaten”. Not a bad response to wedding food. Everyone left with very full stomachs.

Trish was our day-of coordinator and I can’t say enough about her helpfulness and attention to detail. She made sure the ask important questions before all the craziness started and I honestly did not have a single worry the entire day. She also made sure my husband and I always had our favorite drink in hand :)

I recommend using Inn Credible Caterers to anyone getting married in the Hudson Valley.

We were completely stressed about every detail leading into our last meeting with Kayla prior to our big day. After leaving that meeting, we were completely at ease. I work with many vendors in my professional life and I can say that working with Kayla and Inn Credible was truly a pleasure. She had complete control and was willing to work with us on every level. The day came and went and our guest feedback was rave reviews on the service and food. We could not be more pleased with the work that was done to make our day perfect. Kayla is amazing, the staff was spot on and the food was ridiculously good.
I cannot speak to their own venue but at ours (Brotherhood Winery) they were perfect. We are SO happy we chose Inn Credible for our day

My husband and I recently got married at the Brotherhood Winery and the night was perfect, mainly because of Kayla and InnCredible Caterers. Hiring InnCredible Caterers was one of the best wedding decisions we ever made. Kayla was amazing throughout the entire planning process, and especially the night of our wedding. She was always available and promptly answered our countless emails and phone calls with a positive attitude, while always making us feel at ease. Kayla, along with our maître d’ were both present at our wedding. They took total care of all of the organizational aspects of the evening so that Jon and I were able to spend the entire evening simply enjoying our special day with all of our friends and family. Kayla took great care setting up all of our personal items with her team and made the venue look fabulous. She organized my wedding party for the ceremony and personally took care of Jon and me throughout the evening. Kayla even helped my mother bustle my wedding gown! In addition to all of this, Kayla and our maître d’ made sure all of our guests were well taken care of all night. If you want a total stress-free wedding with a very positive, dynamic, supportive, and professional caterering team, you must use Kayla and InnCredible Caterers. They are absolutely the BEST!!

We cannot stress enough how wonderful Kayla at Inn Credible caterers was. Our daughter lived in California so planning a wedding was challenging. Kayla made it all work. She was so organized and answered every call and e-mail promptly. The wedding was at Brotherwood Winery this past weekend and Kayla and her knowledgeable staff did an unbelievable job planning, setting up and making sure our guests were taken care of. The food at the cocktail hour was so different and delicious. We received compliments from our guests all night how delicious the dinner choices were. Kayla is a bundle of energy and we were so pleased with Inn Credible caterers.

Kayla from Inn Credible caterers was a GODSEND! The catering service is great overall but Kayla in particular is what made it all completely worth it for us. She is fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, always willing to find ways to make something work and offered plenty of her own advice/suggestions on some sticking points which all turned out to be great. She served as the wedding coordinator on our wedding day and was completely in control the entire time and took care of all our needs. She kept the entire itinerary for the evening coordinated, made sure we ate and were hydrated, coordinated the surprise song I wanted to sing for my husband, and came up with creative ideas for a couple last-minute things that didn't work out as expected. She's Inn Credible's best kept secret and we cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Kayla!! You rock.

My husband and I used Inn Credible Caterers for our wedding at the end of November 2016 at Brotherhood Winery. Kayla, as you probably read, is an angel. I can confidently say I like nothing about wedding planning and Kayla made this part of the process positive. I unfortunately was unable to dive into cocktail hour food but I heard great things. Kayla put a plate aside for me but I was being too chatty with my guests. I hope to one day be invited to an Inn Credible wedding so I can indulge in all the deliciousness (I did have the steak during dinner and it was awesome!). I highly recommend using Inn Credible and I cannot thank Kayla enough. The week leading up to my wedding was Thanksgiving week and I was bombarding her email with questions, poor thing. But she was always friendly and helpful with her responses!

Kayla was INNCREDIBLE to work with. She was quick to respond to my emails and as the mother of the bride, she put me totally at ease. This wedding was 1400 miles from my home and she was extremely accommodating when we needed to schedule appointments that worked with my visits to the area.
We had MANY weather related issues the day of our off premise outdoor wedding and Kayla was AMAZING. There were also some electrical and technical issues and Kayla took care of everything. She is professional, warm, caring and great at her job.
The food was wonderful and I was truly proud to have InnCredible caterer my daughters wedding. My guests are still talking about the food.
I would 100% recommend Inncredible Caterers!!!!!

Inn Credible Caterers did an amazing job for my wedding at the Brotherhood Winery. From the day that I booked them, Kayla was in close contact. She responded to emails quickly, answered all questions I had immediately and was sweet and helpful from start to finish! She really knew the venue which helped me plan this destination wedding. Kayla was patient during decision making and made me feel at ease and stress free. When I dropped off all of my decorations and props for the wedding, she wrote down some notes and was so calm about everything that she made me feel confident that she was going to set up our day perfectly.... and she did exactly that! Our wedding was on a very hot summer day, but that didn't stop Kayla from running around making sure everything was perfect and she did it with a smile on her face. Our day wouldn't have gone so smoothly if we didn't have her as our wedding planner. As for the food, awesome!! My guests had some favorites during the cocktail hour, but especially loved their dinners! Some cocktail hour favorites were the lobster bisque, asian stir fry in Chinese food containers, short rib sliders on sweet potato bread, and taco station! The guests kept talking about the delicious chateaubriand, blackened mahi mani, and the chicken picatta. I am so happy the food was good because it really made everyone enjoy themselves. Also, the bakery that is affiliated with Inn Credible Caterers is awesome. Our cake was delicious! We chose the "People Pleaser" which had both vanilla and chocolate cake with both chocolate mousse and cannoli filling. The fried oreo and zeppoli station was a nice addition as well, the great thing was that they fried a bunch and had them lined up in bags for the guests to take quickly without having to wait online. I would definitely recommend Inn Credible Caterers, especially Kayla. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking part in making our day perfect!

We held our wedding at Brotherhood Winery in November 2015 and hired Inn Credible Caterers to do the food. They handled that - and SO much more - with professionalism, incredible passion, and attention to detail. Kayla Coogan was our point person and words cannot describe how highly I think of this young woman. She is absolutely a pleasure to work with - upbeat, loves what she does, knows her stuff. In the months before my wedding she worked with me on pricing, talked me through anything I had questions about or was unsure of, made great suggestions and helpful tips. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Kayla was my lifeline. She was point for our menu, but on a higher impact level, she orchestrated the moving parts of the day - from flowers, to the band, to lining us up for the ceremony and main entry. I trusted her implicitly. I emailed her probably every day and she wrote back almost immediately and with helpful responses so I could move on with my hectic planning. During the wedding, she and the staff tended to us and our families during our wedding and we felt totally taken care of. Given that Kayla and the Inn Credible team do SO many events at Brotherhood, it was an excellent choice as they are familiar with the space, flow and how things go - there was nothing for us to worry about. The food was very good, and we enjoyed doing the tasting months prior to get a feel for how the food would be. The experience was excellent and I would recommend this caterer to anyone -- but especially if you are getting married at Brotherhood Winery. (note: if you are Kayla's boss and reading this review - give that girl a raise! You want to make sure you keep her :)

Kayla has been such a HUGE help for all of our wedding planning. Any time I reach out, she is quick to respond. The prices come off a little high but I didn't realize how much it actually included. Kayla and Frank at Inn Credible were by far the best vendor and company I ever dealt with. Coming from a picky Italian HUGE family I was stressed with picking a catering company for my wedding at Brotherhood. Both Frank and Kayla assured me and my fiancé they were the right choice and they made our wedding. From the food tastings to taking the time to talk to our families about every detail I was not worried at all. Kayla was so professional and always available when we needed her. Even Gina at Patriot Hills assisted us with questions if Kayla was unavailable. Frank was very professional. Now to the good stuff the food was amazing. From cocktail hour until dessert. Brotherhood Winery was also amazing. They knew the venue in and out. All the guests were ranting and raving about everything including the service. ( Italians are hard to please)They were amazing. We cannot begin to express how amazing Inn Credible was! From day 1 we knew we were in good hands with Kayla. At the free tasting last winter she made my fiancee and I feel like we were the only 2 people there! After negotiating a per head price we both agreed on, she made herself available every step of the way for questions and phone calls. I was speechless upon arriving at the venue to see all the pieces in place, exactly as we had discussed. Lynn, the maî·tre d'hô·tel for the evening, was amazing, and small things they both did throughout the night did not go unnoticed. They both made me and my wife's happiness their priority, and acted as our own private bar tenders throughout the night! I didn't stand in a single line! Now to the food. THE. FOOD. More than the beautiful Brotherhood Winery venue, the ceremony, vows, even more than the llamas we had arrive after the ceremony (Yes, llamas), people have not stopped talking about the food. It was so professionally presented and we have heard countless times from all guests that it was the best meal they've had - not even the best wedding food they've had - the best MEAL! Don't even waste your time research if you're getting married near the Hudson Valley. Choose Inn Credible. Thanks again to Kayla (and all of your very polite helpers) who is ridiculously good at her job. Seriously. This industry needs more people like you!

One con to future newly weds before you commit to Inn Credible (and this one's on me)! I failed to read the contract over entirely was unaware that credit cards are not an option! Be sure to have the funding available, up front, prior to the big day!

We owe such a huge thank you to Frank, Kayla and the entire InnCredible team for pulling off a flawless evening at our Brotherhood Winery wedding. They are so much more than caterers and if you work with them you will not need a day of coordinator - Kayla took care of everything! She helped coordinate our ceremony, entrances, cake cutting, etc. and was completely in sync with our DJ to make sure it was all timed perfectly. Kayla also made sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hand and delivered us a sample plate of all the cocktail hors d'oeuvres.

For anyone who's looked at Brotherhood, you know it can be a tricky venue - there's no kitchen on-site, meaning that caterers have to bring their own ovens, tools, etc. We went to tastings with 2 other caterers and honestly, their tasting menu was slightly better. However, we received great counsel - tasting food in a highly controlled environment is not necessarily indicative of how it will be at Brotherhood with nearly 200 guests. InnCredible knows this venue inside and out. Frank and his team know which food will work best given the space/equipment constraints and what menu items are real "crowd pleasers." So glad we listened to this advice because InnCredible hit it out of the park. People could not stop talking about the delicious food (Pulled pork sliders, braised short ribs, and baby lamb chops were my personal favorites) and overall attentive service.

InnCredible was also accommodating with our many requests. My Italian parents were VERY particular about food and asked for special items like coconut shrimp which are not on their catering menu. My husband is a huge fan of craft beer and although InnCredible does not have any in their bar package, Frank told him "if you bring it, I'll serve it." No extra "corking" charge or any other ridiculous fees we've heard of other caterers/venues. Pleasure to work with and amazing execution...InnCredible is worth every penny!

Our wedding this weekend was absolutely perfect thanks for Frank, Kayla and the staff at Inn Credible catering! After our tasting, we knew that our food would be a highlight of our evening. In addition to the wonderful food, every staff member was helpful, accommodating and professional. Any need our guests had, the staff was able to help with. They also made sure that my husband and I were well fed and had full drinks! Lynn was also helpful in coordinating the evening and making sure that all of our plans ran smoothly. Inn Credible caterers was exactly what my now husband I were looking for. The food was out of this world! I had guests approaching me throughout the night RAVING about cocktail hour!
Dinner was buffet, which was "portion controlled" which we were not aware of previously. Dinner was served on dessert sized plates which left some guests questioning us days after (kind of embarrassing). But food was unbelievable!
Cake was cut, put on tables and my husbands parents table and sibling table all had their utensils taken before they could even taste the cake.
Other then that, they were amazing. My mother has a lot of food allergies and Stephanie made sure she'd be able to eat and drink all night! Staff was right on point and our wedding wouldn't have been half of what it was if we didn't use them!
PS Stephanie was incredible to work with throughout the year. She answered all/every question I had and I felt like she really cared about my wedding!

The space we used (Bird and Bottle Inn) was amazing and the service made everything just about perfect. The staff was very friendly - from the servers, to managers, to the bartender, and helped out with the few "extra" needs we had. I had Inn Credible Caterers cater my wedding at the Brotherhood Winery last Friday and they were absolutely fantastic!!! The food was amazing! I've received nothing but compliments on both the cocktail hour and the actual dinner. Even the waitstaff has gotten rave reviews from my guests. This is a class act company and I highly recommend them!

I worked directly with Stephanie and she is an absolute doll! She was wonderful to work with, and had a wonderful way of keeping me from feeling stressed out. Before the event and even throughout the night, Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure that the evening went smoothly and according to plan. I cannot thank her enough.

In the beginning, when I went to meet Inn Credible and told them that I was lactose intolerant, they said they could easily accommodate my dietary needs and they did, despite the fact that a lot of my menu choices could potentially be challenging without using products like heavy cream. They were flexible and willing to work with me and I appreciate that SO much!

I really respect this company and their staff. They are truly top notch and deserve the great reviews that they receive. If you are thinking about Inn Credible as an option for your wedding, don't hesitate for a second. This company is pro!

Stephanie and the staff at Inncredible Caterers did a fantastic job. Even though their role was as a caterer for my daughters wedding, they were so much more. Since our location had no kitchen we were originally nervous about how the food would turn out but from the minute we met Frank we were confident Inn Credible would come through and they really did.

They were extremely flexible when it came to creating the menu and the food was amazing- we had so many compliments from our guests.

The staff especially Stephanie again was amazing, friendly and nice! Stephanie was very laid back but extremely helpful and accommodating - I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.

I honestly don't know where to begin simply because we have so many wonderful things to say about Stephanie and Inn Credible! We met with about 5 caterers in the Hudson valley area because we wanted to make sure we carried out our due diligence in choosing right caterer. Inn Credible definitely had one of the most robust menu selections with reasonable pricing, but as soon as we spoke to Stephanie who immediately understood our budget and vision, we were sold! We worked closely with Stephanie and we don't know what we would have done without her - she went above and beyond what a typical caterer would provide. The food and service was fantastic, and the planning process of selecting the menu, etc. was a breeze. We really appreciated how flexible Stephanie/Inn Credible was. For example, for the entrées, we wanted something that wasn't on the menu and they were more than happy to make it happen. Same goes for adding a "late night snack" to the menu. Stephanie clearly has a lot knowledge about wedding planning process and was able to provide meaningful guidance that was indispensable. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful, but she was such a pleasure to work with. She even came in on her day off (and on Mother's Day!) on a Sunday because it was the only good time for us to meet before the wedding, which goes to show her dedication and commitment to her clients. Fast forward to the day of the wedding - quite frankly, she did the job of a wedding coordinator, in addition to handling the catering seamlessly. From the setup, to ensuring the night flowed the way it should, to executing the sparkler exit by miraculously herding 100 tipsy guests outside in a matter of minutes (which we could not have done without her help) - her assistance was invaluable. We just expected our caterer to provide good food, drinks and service, but we got a lot more than what we bargained for. Thank you Inn Credible and Stephanie for making our wedding day a dream come true!

Stephanie was, pun intended, “incredible” throughout this entire experience. With the flexibility she provided in working within our budget we were able to have the wedding of our dreams without having to compromise on quality. Inn Credible truely lives up the their name. From day one we were so impressed with how professional, responsive, and well organized they were. Every time I had a question it was answer right away. They were on top of every detail throughout the entire process. Stephanie was our coordinator and she was amazing. She is so sweet, and well organized she made me feel extremely comfortable. I never worred about a thing because I knew Stephanie was on top of everything. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to all of Inn Credible's hard work. They did all of the set up and breakdown so we didn't have to worry about it. They made the venue, which was off site, look beautiful and captured our vision perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful to all of our guests the whole night. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. Everyone raved about it. The big hits of the night were the fish taco station and shrimp lollipops with margarita shooters. They even made sure that as the bride I got to try everything and was able to eat. I cannot say enough about how great Inn Credible is and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great caterer.

Inn Credible caterers did an amazing job for my wedding. The food was phenomenal and there was tons of it! All of our guests have told us over and over how much they loved the food. My fiance and I hired Inn Credible Caterers to cater our wedding at an off-site venue, but we didn't realize that we were getting so much more than good food!

From the beginning, Frank made us feel completely comfortable ... we immediately knew that Frank and Inn Credible Caterers would be the right choice for us. We met several times from the tasting which was amazing to our final details meeting. Each time they answered all of our questions, cleared any concerns and dealt with me, an OCD bride, the whole way (thanks guys!). Stephanie was also fantastic... returning every email and there were many, noting all requests, being someone to run ideas by and just helping make our wedding a reality.

Inn Credible Caterers were courteous, professional, flexible and totally worth it! They surpassed all of our expectations on our wedding day. They did an exceptional job in dealing with our other vendors, coordinating our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour even amid potentially bad weather (thank god the heavens decided to shine on us), setting up all of the little decoration items I had my heart set on, making deliciously amazing food our guests raved about, coordinating every dance/announcement and special moment.

We just want to thank Frank, Trish, Stephanie and the rest of their staff for doing such an amazing job leading up to and during our wedding!! They helped make it the best day of our lives and we can't say enough good things about them!

Frank and trish are an amazing team and I can not say enough on how amazing it was to work with them. I fell in love with the venue but due to shuttle service and hotels in the area we went with another venue but i was so excited when we were able to use them as a caterer. The food was out of this world. People are still talking about our cocktail hour- we did spins on everyday foods such as burgers, sliders, fries and chips. Frank and Trish were so attentive; they know weddings inside and out!!! The staff was professional and still new how to have a blast at the wedding. Our Matre De- Danielle was a saint she turned out room into a piece of artwork. She made sure Eddie and I had a drink and plenty of food all night. I cannot say enough about this caterer. Frank and Trish DeBari are amazing. I never had to worry about a thing, they went above and beyond. And this was all prepared at a facility with no working kitchen at all. I don't know how they did it. That must be why they are called "Inn Credible Caterers". I HIGHLY recommend them!

I can't say enough about the staff, food, and service from Inn Credible Caterers!!! Frank and his staff were incredibly helpful, flexible and kind. Our DJ (Which was a disaster) forgot a few things, Frank and his staff solved all of the problems, and no one would have known! Dominic was incredibly helpful as well, so when Frank would step out Dominic stepped in. All the staff were so kind, and welcoming and truly there to serve our guests and make our reception beautiful

Inncredible was extremely accommodating both with last minute adjustments and the needs of our venue. They are simply the only reasonable choice to cater a Brotherhood winery wedding, both because of the flexibility of services offered and their overall value for cost. We are so satisfied with the service that they provided. Kayla was such a pleasure to work with. She is both friendly and highly professional. Everyone in our family is still raving about the high quality of the food, and the excellent service. There is literally nothing that I could say that inncredible fell short on. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Inn Credible Caterers wwas professional, fun and understood our needs. Everything went as planned in my mind. They executed it exactly as I had planned. The food was amazing and our guests have commented that they enjoyed the staff that worked the food stations and bars.

I could go on and on about how wonderful Inn Credible caterers were for our wedding last Sunday at Brotherhood Winery (off site for them... and they are well able to handle the challenges of the venue which has no working kitchen), but I'll try to be brief. We had 140 guests with a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, a plated meal, and a crepe station for dessert! A few things to note:
- Our guests still are raving about the food! Our only regret is that we didn't get to try more of it due to socializing.
Which brings me to this point...
- Stephanie, their event coordinator, was AMAZING on the day! She was bringing us plates of the food we missed from cocktail hour, kept everything on schedule, she was wonderful!
- Many of our guests were from Ireland and I heard one comment that the Guinness Shepherd's Pie entree may have been the best they've ever had!
- They were very attentive and listened to all of our requests, they even found a way to include a lemon sorbet intermezzo, at a venue that doesn't have a freezer! It was perfect!
- We found Frank, the owner, very responsive and easy to work with from the beginning as we were choosing a menu and deciding on services and figuring out exactly what we need. He's a true professional and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE!
- The bartender/mixologist was super helpful in helping us choose delicious specialty cocktails and executing them beautifully
- We had an additional coordinator/designer decorating the venue, Stephanie worked with her to get to arrange/coordinate all of the set up as well as taking care of all of the rental items.
I definitely recommend this crew to anyone having an event in the area. They were simply superb!

INC is a wonderful team that makes everything so easy. My guests raved about the food (which was basically the most important thing to me), so my husband and I couldn't be more thrilled. They also made it super easy to rent extra furniture, tents, etc. and provided AMAZING waitstaff and bartenders for our day. Thank you for everything, Trish, Frank, and Lulu!

If you are getting married at The Brotherhood Winery then no need to look any further, Inn Credible Caterers (and specifically Kayla) is who you need to cater your wedding. The only qualm I had was that they don't have flexible or private tastings, but that's definitely a "high class" problem to have. And even with that said, they do have multiple tasting events that you can attend. Kayla is beyond "inn credible" (sorry, the pun is just too good). She is so attentive and the only reason I ate anything on my wedding day. She ensured everything went off without a hitch, that I actually ate something off my plate, and that my drink was always full. My mother absolutely adored her (which was a priority) and I had a great report with her. Always willing to go the extra mile and answer any question or concern I had. She is also a great liaison between the bride & the venue (Brotherhood Winery) which was very needed. Kayla and Inn Credible Caterers, thank you so much for everything, we love you!

Brotherhood Winery Wedding 10/21/22

Working with InnCredible Caterers was an easy decision because their pricing was straight-forward compared to the other 2 options we had, they provide everything from tables, chairs, cutlery, napkins, etc. needed for the day, and they came highly recommended by the venue, which is where they are located. Communication leading up to our wedding was not initiated unless we had a question, which was okay, but we do wish we had more information about our event sooner. The majority of the communication was had once 6 months prior via zoom and the day before the wedding and our second and final meeting. We wish that we had met with our coordinator longer the day before, as some information got lost in translation (when we could put flowers on he cake, when we could add decorations to tables). We were not allowed tastings and needed to make decisions based on the descriptions of the items. We also need to point out that we wish this vendor used information forms that were gender neutral or friendly for same-sex marriages. We were told that they were "blanket" documents, but they simply did not include options for myself and my wife. They asked that we cross out anything that said groom/usher. Seeing that the whole page would be Xs, we went ahead and made our own information sheets. During the event, in-person and in all meetings, they were incredibly welcoming and inclusive. We just wish more vendors (not just them!) took this feeling into consideration.
As for the food, the menu items we chose were delicious. Cocktail hour stations and passed hors d'oeuvres were great! Dinner service was good as well- our meals were wonderful and timed very well. They were sure to look out for many allergies that our guests had! During the ceremony and reception, everything was seamless, and went off without a hitch. We would say that if you are using ICC, make sure that your coordinator works closely with the DJ to announce important things like dessert, signing guestbook, pictures, transportation details at the end etc. It was great working with Frank, Trish and Eileen! Thank you all for helping us have the most perfect day!

Biggest regret of our entire wedding day

We had our wedding at Brotherhood Winery and therefore had to work exclusively with Inn Credible Catering - it was definitely our biggest regret of our entire wedding. Leading up to the wedding the team really seemed like they cared about what we wanted/didn't want and everyone we dealt with was very nice. However, the day of the wedding everything fell apart. There were dishes just straight up missing from our cocktail hour that were listed in our contract, when it was brought to their attention they replaced it with another random dish they had in the kitchen which did not go with the rest of our Italian themed food, the dishes that were there weren't refilled as promised and stayed empty for the rest of cocktail hour...and the only way we would have even known was because we had taken our family pictures before the ceremony and our parents were there for cocktail hour. It was both good they were there to notice but also horribly embarrassing for them in front of all our guests. Then on top of that, dinner was served an hour late with absolutely no explanation and no regard to the schedule we had hashed out with Inn Credible just a few days before! Everything else for the rest of the night was pushed later as a result, and both my husband and I were stressing out during our reception when we should have been able to finally relax and have fun. After the wedding we expressed our disappointment and though they were apologetic, we never received any kind of explanation for what happened. I just can't even express the sinking feeling we had during our reception. It's so frustrating when you trust such a big part of your wedding day in the hands of other people, expecting everything to go smoothly, and then they don't follow through on things stated in a contract and discussed in person. We loved everything else about our wedding day, but the reception was such a big part of it so sadly our memories will always be marred by such a big disappointment.
