TLDR: day event with multiple events and a 500+ headcount executed perfectly, seamlessly, and with every attention to detail. It was incredible!!
My husband and I planned a 4-day 6-event wedding with 500+ people across multiple venues (with different group sizes being invited to each) as well. Some events for the bride and groom's families happened simultaneously. We come from different cultures within India, leading to complexities around cultural norms and expectations. So we had every complexity, and Emma absolutely killed it!! We also planned this in less than 51 weeks and were able to work with Emma's network and beyond to ensure our money was being spent effectively. Along the way, there was always attention to detail, constant communication, and always a desire to figure out a way forward. Thanks to Emma, we didn't have to leave any stone untouched. Thankyou to Emma and the Infinity Events time for absolutely killing it and making our dream wedding come true! -

I was super impressed with Infinity. I worked with Tristen, who was very friendly and helpful. I felt like she really cared about me as a person and also was professional in her job. She has lots of experience with weddings and will think of details that you likely wouldn't think of on your own if it is your first time planning a wedding. She handled all communication with the vendors the month before the wedding which was hugely helpful for me.
On my wedding day, she and her assistant were at the venue the entire day, working behind the scenes to make sure everything was running smoothly. This allowed my family and I to be able to be completely present during wedding day without worrying about the logistics of it all. For example, I forgot to order enough dinner plates for my guests, and Tristan somehow took care of the issue without saying a word to me- I didn't know it was even an issue until weeks later when someone else mentioned it to me :) Your planners will work hard to take care of everything on the wedding day so you can just relax and enjoy your day! They are the best!
I would highly recommend Infinity to every engaged couple! You need them. -

Infinity Events went above and beyond to make my wedding day spectacular. Emma and her team are so professional and helpful. Emma worked so hard to help us explore our options and ensure we could have the day we envisioned. When plans changed, she adapted our contract quickly and was so flexible. Everyone I got to know at Infinity Events is so compassionate and genuine. I feel as though they all truly cared about making the day perfect. On the day of the wedding, a vendor forgot a bit of equipment and Emily made sure to smooth it over and get the timeline back on track. I didn’t have a single stress on my wedding day and I know it wouldn’t have been the same without Emma, Emily, and Presley. I would highly recommend Infinity Events to anyone looking to ensure their wedding is in good hands. Emma is the top wedding planner in the country, and there is no one who could convince me otherwise. Emma thinks of problems before they ever become problems and has already solved them before you even know about them. She is proactive, over-prepares, and thinks of details about large events that you didn't even know existed. My wife and I could not be more impressed by Emma’s work ethic. She made us feel like we were her only client. Our wedding was a remarkable fusion of Punjabi and American culture, and we owe it all to Emma. Emma’s dedication and passion for her job were evident throughout the entire process of planning and executing our cultural blend wedding. Each of our over 400 guests felt the essence of both cultures.
What truly sets Emma apart is her meticulous attention to detail. She left no stone unturned, which ensured our wedding weekend was a seamless flow, and it left our guests in awe. Emma’s constant over-communication and emotional support were such a source of comfort for us. We grew to trust Emma blindly, and had full faith she would not let a single ball drop - and she over-delivered. Our big weekend went off without a hitch. Emma exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect celebration of love and culture. Emma is a part of our family forever!

While the planning of the wedding can take place over time (ours took approximately 2 years), the actual wedding day goes by in blur. You walk down the aisle, have some cake, hit the dance floor, and then you’re saying goodbye to your guests. Along the way, there are a million decision to make, so hiring someone who can walk you seamlessly through the planning stage is important, but even more important is having someone who is knowledge, well connected in the wedding industry, and even a bit perfectionistic is an absolute must! This was definitely my experience with Mandy at Infinity Events! She took all of my random thoughts and ideas and created an event so magical that I could hardly believe it. Mandy quickly understood what we wanted for our New Year’s Eve “extravaganza.” Something formal, but fun. Something elegant, but entertaining. She also realized that I am quickly overwhelmed by too many options, so she narrowed things down for me, and I also totally trusted her to make decisions on our behalf. After months of planning, a few days before the wedding my husband contracted COVID and we had to postpone. Mandy immediately checked in and rescheduled with all of our vendors, and when we decided to elope in the park, she delivered flowers and cake so that day was still very special to us. Getting married is a big deal and you want this day to be perfect, so choosing a wedding planner who produces beautiful work is important; however, it is important to choose a planner who has a beautiful personality as well. This is truly Mandy! She is gracious and kind, brilliant and creative, and she will forever have a place in our hearts. You CANNOT go wrong with her!

I can't say enough incredible things about Infinity Events! Our planner, Mandy Martin, went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. Every design detail was exactly how I dreamt it, and it was Mandy who made it a reality. The entire planning process was so stress-free, and everything went off without a single hitch on the big day. I loved their planning site, Aisle Planner, and it helped me stay on top of everything. If you're getting married, Infinity Events is absolutely the way to go. -

Infinity Events is THE best service of its kind I could ever have employed. I hired them for my son's Rehearsal Dinner after realizing there was absolutely NO WAY I could do it on my own (due to overlapping events & many other factors). . They went to work on Day 1 & never looked back. Their professionalism is top notch & Emma is a complete joy to work with. I couldn't have dreamed of a Rehearsal Dinner that I imagined turn into something so elevated, lovely & perfect. I received so many compliments I can't begin to count. She has all the contacts & vendors to make your ideas a reality. Emma is my life-saver & none of this would have been possible without their hard work, organization, & splendid communication. etc. The couple was thrilled with the Rehearsal Dinner as was everyone else. Emma is the best in the business & I'd suggest hiring her "early" so you can have your day secured. Money extremely well spent & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Infinity Events, LLC. I can't quite put into words how incredible Emma was for our wedding. We live out of town and were so excited to get married in my hometown, but planning a wedding long-distance is HARD! Emma made it such a seamless process. We went for the partial planning package and I think it was 100% the way to go.
We were on a tight budget and love planning events, so we had considered skipping hiring a planner, and I'm so INCREDIBLY glad we didn't skimp on this! With Emma's recommendations and assistance we easily saved the entire cost of her fee plus some.
When it comes to the wedding day, there's no way that there's anyone better in the city of Memphis. Emma made the entire day stress-free and seamless. I enjoyed every second of it and we owe SO MUCH of that to Emma. -

Infinity Events did an amazing job with everything leading up to wedding day and the day itself!! Mandy and her assistant Brie killed it! We did not have to worry about a thing because they thought ahead and took care of it all. The day was magical because of all our vendors including Infinity Events. We questioned hard on whether we needed a planner or not and long story short it was the BEST decision we made. We did not have to worry about anything. They were very professional and thoughtful. Emma and the Infinity Events fam are simply heaven sent! I've met each of them. They're all super cool, passionate, and professional women!
Emma was my Event Planner. The way she tended to my husband and I throughout the whole wedding planning journey was exceptional!!! She kept me in great spirit through the whole COVID chaos and had COVID safety procedures in place. She worked closely with other vendors to ensure that those guidelines and precautions were met. She was very supportive and even helped me through a very difficult and frustrating time while dealing with my decorator. One that she did not recommend. Emma has great experience and connections with numerous vendors in the Memphis wedding industry. It's a perk to be one of her brides! She helps you stay on budget and receive the best quality services to make your day special. She's really with you to the very end and beyond. On our wedding day, my bridal party needed a steamer and she made sure we got it. I never had to worry about ANYTHING; if there was a fire I knew nothing about it! She thinks about the big things and everything in between (like day of itineraries). I love Emma! She's the BEST!!! -

Leading up to our wedding, Emma reminded us to Make "Find Emma", "Ask Emma", and "Go get Emma" your mantra for the wedding day and that’s exactly what we did! Our day flowed seamlessly and we never had to deal with any of the last minute stress those last few days leading up to the wedding or the day of!
We met with Emma about a month before our wedding and went over all the details, wants, and visions we had for our day and she made sure that everything was perfect and exactly how we envisioned!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about the women of Infinity Events! Emma made planning not one, but two, weddings during a pandemic easier and more enjoyable than we could've ever hoped for. She can truly do IT ALL! Our original wedding plan was to get married out of town at the beach and she was able to be so helpful and keep me organized as we planned from afar. When the pandemic hit, things quickly fell apart with that plan and Emma seamlessly shifted gears to our new plan. A new date and location, having to find a new dj, baker, and a new florist all seemed like daunting tasks to us at the time, but thank God for Emma. She quickly referred me vendors, helped me shift gears and even offered her floral services. She and Savy always made themselves available to us, had a WEALTH of knowledge and expertise that my husband and I were constantly impressed by, & were so organized and accommodating every step of the way. When our wedding day arrived, we had to lift not one finger, make not one tough or unplanned decision, and truly were gifted the most magical, fun and perfectly executed day because of them! We got to just enjoy ourselves, each other and our friends and family and that was such a gift! They made sure we always had a drink in hand and guided us through the best day of our lives! Did I mention that the flowers Emma did for us were GORGEOUS?! We had SO many of our guests compliment them and tell us how impressed they were by Emma and her team & we feel SO lucky to have worked with them. Infinity Events was our constant through a crazy year to be engaged and married and we consider them family. We love them!! Nothing could get in our way, not even a pandemic!
I do not even know where to start with how amazing infinity events, specifically, Mandy is. We hired infinity events back last October for day of coordination. Our vision was a downtown Memphis rooftop wedding on a cool, breezy spring day, March 28 to be exact. We had a non traditional plan. We wanted to spend the day together, have a cocktail hour with our guests before our ceremony, and we wanted Aldo’s pizza, Wing stop and cheesecake. Planning was surprisingly a breeze, Mandy kept us on top of things and checked in on us periodically until about a month out, where we handed everything over to her and planned to relax and impatiently wait until our perfectly planned day. On March 14, covid was in full force, and the city shut down. I personally was stressed with work and it was the last thing I wanted to think about or deal with. Mandy worked with us diligently to get everything moved and made it as painless as possible. I seriously think we would of said screw it and went to the courthouse If it wasn’t for her help and guidance. Even after picking a new date, July 11 this time, things still weren’t smooth sailing, with guest limits, mask mandates, vendors closing due to Covid, Memphis heat, and summer thunderstorms, literally this list goes on. Through it all, Mandy never let us be blindsided by anything, she prepared us for all situations, yet still never let us lose site of our vision. July 11 came, our cut guest list was a blessing (money saved, and more room at our venue), it was hot but there was perfect breeze on the rooftop, and everything fell into place perfectly. It was us. It was our vision. It was perfect. And we owe it all to Mandy and infinity events. Even before Covid our day was different than most, Mandy never tried to change or alter our vision. And after Covid she helped us navigate the unknown and execute the plan perfectly. All of this to say, book infinity events, they are the best money you will spend for your day. Pandemic or not! 🖤🖤 -

The best wedding planner!!
Emma made my wedding everything I could’ve asked for! She has so many great ideas that I would’ve never thought of! She worked with my florist and they made my ceremony and reception soooo beautiful! Emma really shows how much she loves her brides and grooms and she really makes you feel it all the time! If there was something I was stressed out about, I could call her and she would handle it immediately. On the wedding day, she made sure I was taken care of the whole day. She saw me getting stressed out right before I was about to walk out and she kicked everyone out of the room and gave me and my dad some time alone before we walked down the aisle. I would 10000% recommend Emma and her team to everyone!! -

Emma and Mandy were fabulous from the start of the planning process. I hired them as month-of coordinators, and they still helped answer all of my random questions as I checked things off my list leading up to the wedding. We had a big turnover meeting where they made sure to have every minor and major detail correct, and they took over finalizing details with vendors, creating the event timeline, and taking care of all of the last minute things. On the wedding day, everything ran as smooth as possible - guests came up to me telling me how seamless everything flowed together. I am so thankful to have had them be a huge part of our wedding, and contributed significantly to the overall happiness of the day. -

Emma and Mandy were absolutely amazing. I can be very indecisive at times, so having them suggest vendors and things was perfect. My family raved about them at the wedding. Mandy was the lead for our wedding, but they were both present for the whole process. Any issue that came up, they handled it and knew what I wanted and how I wanted it done. We both could not have been more pleased with infinity events and definitely could not have had such a successful and amazing wedding without them. -

I can’t thank Mandy enough for helping to make Brian & Stephanie's wedding day go so smoothly. Her organizational skills and ability to implement a plan so successfully truly prove that she is in the right industry! All of the tools she gave us and suggestions she made really helped us get the fine tuning right so that the wedding festivities could go off without a snag.

My fiancé and I hired Infinity Events for their month-of coordination services for our March 2021 wedding.
Since we had an intimate 25-person wedding at my parents’ home, we were a little skeptical about the value a coordinator could provide, but we hoped their help would relieve some stress for my mom and dad. Did it ever!
About a month before the wedding, my fiancé and I met with Mandy and her apprentice Ellyn to review all of our decisions to date. Afterward, Mandy took over all the heavy lifting, confirming our plans and payments with all our vendors and developing a detailed timeline for our wedding day. She was also able to attend a couple vendor meetings in my place when I was swamped with work — like deciding on equipment rental with the caterer. As the wedding got closer, I even felt a tad listless because I had so little left to do!
More importantly, Mandy and Ellyn made our wedding day run like clockwork. They showed up early to greet vendors and oversee set-up; they kept me on schedule; they were always accessible, but never overbearing, with answers, advice or a well-timed glass of water or wine. Throughout the day, they proved that no task was too big or too small, even sweeping the porch at one point. In fact, even though the wedding was held at my parents’ home, my mom and dad were able to escape for lunch out because Mandy had everything covered. -

I am type A to my core- a meticulous planner who truly believed I could have handled planning my wedding solo. But when we decided to get married in my fiancé’s hometown, I knew I needed to call in some local experts.
Emilie and Infinity made it possible for me to plan a Memphis wedding from 2,000 miles away in Seattle with total confidence.
I was beyond grateful for the insider knowledge Infinity brings—vendor recommendations, local nuance, and guidance you simply can’t Google. That expertise alone was invaluable.
Beyond logistics, Emilie was a constant source of support throughout the planning process. We could always count on her for pep talks, real talk, and what can only be described as therapy sessions when things felt overwhelming. She met me exactly where I was, every single time.
On our actual wedding day, we encountered a truly comical number of issues (none of which were Infinity’s fault) and Emilie handled it all so seamlessly that we were blissfully unaware of about 95% of what was happening behind the scenes. I am confident that without Emilie, our reception would not have started on time. She is a miracle worker and will advocate for you with ten toes down, even if you don’t find out about it until much later.
Even after our contract was complete, Emilie and Emma continued to show up for us—helping us navigate a tough situation with one of our vendors long after they were required to, and never making us feel like a burden.
I am beyond grateful for Infinity. If you’re reading this and questioning whether you need a weekend coordinator—or more—don’t waste another minute. Give them a call. It was the best decision we made for our wedding (except the spouse, of course). -
