  Barb is wonderful. I had her make both our wedding cake and a small, individual cake for my MIL's birthday, which happened to be the day after our wedding, in the shape of a witch (family joke). Barb had two meetings with us to help design our cakes and she was great at listening to my ideas and making suggestions. I wanted an Art Deco design, and she helped me take pictures from Pinterest of other cakes I liked, and combine the different elements to come up with something totally unique to me. Barb's business is small and she works out of her home, but that means you get personal service. I had a really bad experience at another storefront bakery, where my tasting was conducted by a 21 year old who obviously never baked a wedding cake in her life, and didn't listen to a word I said, then priced making EXACT COPIES of cakes that are already all over Pinterest. Barb actually LISTENS to what you say and helps you make something unique and special for you. And, her cakes taste great. My MIL was thrilled with her personal cake. I wish I could post pictures in these reviews, because they were amazing.

  The cake that IncrEdible Endings made for our wedding day was perfect and and surpassed our expectations! We received numerous compliments on how beautiful it looked and how delicious it tasted. The buttercream frosting used is like none I've ever had! Perfection! I would highly recommend! Thanks again.

  Barb Harvey is amazing. We weren't really sure what we wanted in a cake when we started looking, but at our consultation we sat down and looked at ideas and designs and she helped us to decide on a design that would fit the theme of our wedding. She was totally open and willing to listen to other ideas and talk through them. Everything felt extremely comfortable and relaxed - there was no pressure to do anything we weren't sure about. At the same time, however, she was very responsive and kept the process at an appropriate pace.
  As for the cake itself, it was amazing. We did fresh flowers to match the outdoor/garden theme and they were beautiful! We had the flowers cascade around the cake and end on a bed of matching petals, with satin ribbon wrapped around the base of each tier. Barb's attention to detail and expertise made it look absolutely incredible. As far as how it tasted...it was even better than it looked. Her buttercream icing is to die for, the cake is the perfect balance of moist yet fluffy, and the fillings that she has are divine. I actually had people come up to me at the reception and ask who did it because they loved it so much.
  Overall, we are so glad that we chose Incredible Endings to make our wedding cake and we highly recommend her to any couple looking to be 100% satisfied with their cake experience!!!

  Barb made an amazing cake for my daughter's baby shower. It was 2 tiers, one chocolate with a delicious mousse filling and the other a light lemon with lemon filling. Because Barb also made my daughter's wedding cake, I ordered a bit larger size knowing that everyone would want a piece from both layers. I was right! Everyone loved how moist and flavorful it was without being over sweet. It was beautiful and tasty!

  Incredible Endings is easy to work with and very professional...the person who owns it, Barb Harvey, will work with you and also provide suggestions. The cake we received for my parents' 50th anniversary was beautiful...almost too beautiful to eat...but we managed :) The restaurant even asked for her name to use at a later date...they were so impressed with her work.

  Barb with IncrEdible Endings has the most amazing cakes HANDS DOWN!!! My mom used her for her wedding so she recommended I use her as well. We came to her about a month before the wedding and she moved her schedule around to fit us in. The cake tasted AMAZING!!! We had a 3 tier cake. The top and bottom were white cake with amaretto and chocolate ganache filling. The middle was white cake with raspberry and raspberry cream filling. It tasted like HEAVEN!! She has an INCREDIBLE product for a great price!!

  I loved working with Barb for my Daughter's 4th Birthday Cake. I am in the event business and have known Barb and have always admired her and her beautiful and delicious cakes for several years.
