I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel and the team at In White! Scheduling appointments was quick and easy on the website. Before my first appointment, Rachel made sure that specific dresses I wanted to try on were available. She listened carefully to my feedback about each dress and helped me find the perfect one for me. The alteration process was also a breeze - I only went in for two fittings and was able to take my dress home the day of the second fitting. I’m so grateful to Rachel and the team at In White, and I highly recommend them!

Loved dress shopping at In White!
I went to 6 other stores before going here because I didn't know they had private designer lines in the store! If you don't see something you want from their inventory online, still go into the store and see what they have in person. I found my dream dress here! The shopping experience was great, they were so nice and didn't make me feel annoying with how many dresses I wanted to try. They were helpful and found so many to my taste! Loved it here and absolutely recommend them!

The Dress of my Dreams!
I finally felt like a bride the moment I walked through the doors at In White. Every dress I tried on was gorgeous, but I wasn't sure I had found the one. Lilly was able to figure out what I loved from each dress and found the dress of my dreams and I said YES TO THE DRESS!! I have never felt so beautiful as I did on my wedding day thanks to the bridal team at In White! Everything about my experience was amazing. I was very pleased with their service here. Amanda was very helpful, listened to my feedback as I tried on gowns, and pulled gowns within/close to my budget, which I appreciated! I found In White based on a thorough search of the bridal shops in the York and Lancaster, PA areas. I must have tried four or five different shops before finding the perfect gown at In White. The staff was helpful and easy to work with, and Maria expertly handled my gown alterations. The team at In White was fantastic! I had so much fun shopping for my wedding dress there! The team was super friendly, flexible, and professional. There were so many dresses in the shop that I loved, and ultimately fell in love with the dress that chose and wore on my wedding day. They made it easy for me to choose a wedding dress, and made it such a fun experience while doing so. They were also extremely helpful with choosing my bridesmaids dresses, and completing my alterations. I'm so glad I went to In White! I was wedding dress shopping during the height of the pandemic, but as soon as they were able to reopen I was able to find the dress of my dreams. Their COVID precautions were robust but I didn't feel like it had a negative impact on my experience. They did my alterations on site and even fixed my mom's veil for me so that I could use it. So happy with their service!

I knew exactly what I wanted and they got it for me! I called In White because they carried the designer of my dream dress I showed them a picture and they said okay we will get it. I went to In White and they asked me to try on about 12 other dresses until I finally tried on the dress I asked them to get in. That was it! I am so thankful they got my dress in and since I was out of town they made sure I was ready to take it home after just three visits! Even though it still needed to be hemmed at my last visit. They made sure I did not have to come back! The team was amazing to me and my entire family! They provided us with plenty of wine and tissues for those tears! I would recommend In White to help you find that dream dress! They will not disappoint.

fairytale experience
Right when I walked into the the door I knew I was going to have the wedding dress shopping experience I always dreamed I would have. I was greeted by name and then given a glass of white wine. I then found so many gorgeous dresses in all price points to try on. Once I had the dresses on I got to see myself in HUGE mirrors. I felt like I was in a movie! My experience was incredible and I'm so glad that I went shopping there!!

Great Experience
I had such a wonderful experience at In White. It is every girl's dream to find their perfect wedding dress. They had many styles, and I was able to find one that fit my style. It was a stress free experience. My mom, mother in law, and bridesmaids all had positive experiences as well. They also helped me with a Girls Night Out and provided us with cheese and crackers. It was just a great night to try on bridesmaid dresses with the girls and simply have fun. The team was very professional and they did an excellent job with the tailoring. The bustle was also very delicate and elegant. Highly Recommend!

I had so much fun trying on dresses with my friends and family and Megan at the store helping me. I found my dress in under an hour and was able to buy it discounted off the rack! I was just married in June and found my dress at In White. I had a blast shopping for a dress there! My wedding party's dresses including my mother's was also purchased at In White. Since my dress was purchased at In White, Meg (who is very professional and will make sure everything goes perfectly) provided breakfast while my wedding party tried on dresses. Since we opted for a Sunday morning we had the entire store to ourselves! The seamstress service is also wonderful. The seamstress is very talented and made sure the dress fit my body perfectly. My mother also had her dress fitted there and the fit was perfect as well. I highly recommend In White for wedding dresses as well as bridesmaid/mother of bride dresses!

What a wonderful experience I had with the In White team! I had such a special time with my mother and sister as we found my dress. We had such a nice time shopping around and trying on dresses. When I found the one, it was just like everyone says…it was nothing that I had ever pictured wearing on my wedding day. It was absolutely perfect. We were also lucky enough to find my sister’s matron of honor dress there as well! Once my dress came in, the team at In White did everything to make sure that I truly had the dress of my dreams. I had the BEST experience working with the team at In White. I come from a split family and they were more than accommodating when I walked in with my crew of about 8! They helped me find my plus-size rustic style dress with sleeves that I’ve been dreaming of.
Teresa was so amazing with my alteration needs and requests and was able to help with ease.
On top of phenomenal service, the atmosphere was very welcoming. The shop is smaller for an intimate touch where you can find your dress without any other distractions.
Sherry and her team showed me love since the beginning and I couldn’t be more thankful for their help. There is so much talent and joy from the team at In White and I would highly recommend to anyone who is starting their dress hunt!

The entire team at In White deserves recognition! From their inviting atmosphere to their beautiful array of dress selections, their shop is truly an amazing find. I had so much fun dress shopping here, and I was so thrilled when I found "the one!" I had the best experience with In White. In White was the third dress shop I went to. As soon as you walk in, they all make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I immediately knew I would find my dress there. They recommended the perfect veil to match my dress. Did custom alterations to remove the straps on my dress, that I didn't like. Each fitting I went to, I fell more in love with my dress. My alterations were perfect. We also got all of our bridesmaids dresses at In White. All of my bridesmaids were from out of town, but In White shipped their dresses to them with no issues. I would recommend In White to any bride!

I loved this shop, the service is impeccable! This was the one and only store I shopped at for my dress. As I was nearing the end of that first dress shopping appointment the consultant brought me the perfect dress and knew exactly which belt to style the dress with!
I fully expected it to take weeks or even months to find the right dress and it in fact took 1.5 hours thanks to the thoughtfulness and attention to detail by the staff at In White.
I received so many compliments on my dress the day of my wedding and I'm so thankful to the staff at In White for listening to what I wanted and relating that into the perfect dress!

I visited In White about 6 months from my wedding date. After trying on a few different dresses, I found one that matched my style perfectly. They have a very nice dressing room and a few side rooms that were great for alteration appointments. You can definitely tell each employee cares about their clients and wants the dress to look perfect for their big day. Shari, the owner, always welcomed me when I came in and knew exactly who I was. So happy with my experience at In White! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The best part for me was that I actually found my dream dress (and it wasn't just one...). I tried on two dresses that I really liked - the front of one and the back of another..... of course! What they suggested to me though was to have a dress customized by the designer because both of the dresses just so happened to be made by the same designer, so that would be possible. When it came in and I tried it on, I had that moment that everyone says you'll have - where you know the dress you have on is THE dress.

I can’t thank this team enough for making my bridal look come together so flawlessly. As a plus sized bride, I was really nervous about my visit to the salon to look for the perfect dress. I called In White prior to my appointment, and they had me browse the collections they carry and point out a few styles I liked. They then worked with their sister store in Massachusetts to ship in plus size samples for me based on my style so that I could actually try on dresses in the salon. I found the perfect gown and hair accessory in the salon that day, and the wonderful service didn’t stop there. From fittings to alterations to instructions for the day-of, the ladies I worked with were a huge help. I am an extremely satisfied customer and I tell everyone!

My entire experience with In White was amazing! I worked with Maly during all of my visits, and she was fantastic! After my first two visits, I found dresses that I liked, but could tell that they were not the one. I asked the shop to bring in a dress that they did not currently have at the store, and within a week they had it for me to try on. I ultimately bought this dress. Even though it took me three visits to find my dress, I never felt pressured to buy something that wasn't right for me! They have an excellent selection, and the staff is wonderful. They had slim cut suits for rent, which he was a huge fan of. We also did most of the alterations there. They did such a fantastic job and the prices were incredibly reasonable for all of the attire. I didn't end up wearing a veil and I bought my jewelry from someplace else as that was the only thing there that was too expensive. The staff was so friendly and the shop itself was so clean and pretty. I highly recommend this place!

I cannot speak highly enough of In White, Agawam, MA and the ladies that work there. When my mom went in a few weeks after ordering my dress and explained to them that my God mother was given an unfavorable prognosis with her cancer and would not make my wedding and had missed the day I found my dress, they INSTANTLY got up, got the sample dress and handed it to my mom. They allowed us to bring it home to my God mother and try it on in the comfort of her home with no hesitation nor monetary exchange given to do so. This was so touching as I was able to take photos with my God mother that I would NEVER had had the option to have if it was not for their immediate and human response to the situation. In addition, from the day I walked in they were kind, welcoming, and understanding. Never once did I feel rushed, judged or an inconvenience. They allowed me to try on the same dress multiple times, offered suggestions and truly listened. When a few weeks passed and I left another bridal appointment and really wanted to try on the dress I had found at In White, they allowed me to come in 5 minutes after calling, put me back in the dress and took photos. I would recommend these ladies to anyone! I also did not find this dress in ANY other store, which was exciting!

Absolutely. Amazing. Sherri and her staff were so friendly and so professional from the moment I walked into their salon. We purchased my bridesmaids' dresses there, as well as my second wedding gown. The bridesmaids' dresses were gorgeous, and the seamstresses did an amazing job fitting them to each girl. My second gown was an oopsie, but a happy one. I saw this dress on a mannequin one day while I was in the shop with some of my bridesmaids, and couldn't stop thinking about it for the next week. Feeling frustrated (considering I already had a wedding dress), I went in a few days later with my mom and asked the girl if it was even possible to get the dress made with only 90 days to go until my wedding. She said absolutely and helped me try it on. I came out in it and felt like I had truly found MY dress. They were very speedy with putting in the order and were always willing to give me as much information as they had when I called (frequently, and often panicked) to check the status of the dress. When it finally came in 2 weeks before my wedding, I was worried the seamstress wouldn't be able to do everything in time - but I was so wrong! Everything was done beautifully and with a few days to spare. I felt absolutely amazing in my dress and my girls looked just as amazing standing by me on my big day!

Shari, Carmen, Maly were absolutely amazing! I was dreading looking for a gown but Maly and Shari put me at ease and turned it into a fun experience. My gown was amazing and they helped me accessorize it perfectly. All of my bridesmaids and my mother also got their dresses there and were just as impressed as I am. I had lost more weight than planned but Carmen was able to work magic with my dress. It fit perfectly and still looked the same as the one I ordered. Thank you so much for making this a positive experience for all of us! I plan to return for all of my special event gowns. It's rare to find a salon with such beautiful selections and friendly staff!

I had an incredible experience shopping for my wedding dress at In White. Before I visited In White, I visited a few other bridal shops which left me feeling discouraged and pressured. The moment I stepped foot in In White, I knew it would be different. In fact, I didn't even have an appointment the first time I went, yet I received a warm welcome from the owner, Shari, and the rest of her staff. What I liked most about the shop is that I was able to look through the dresses myself, and tag the ones that I wanted to try on. Ultimately, I purchased the perfect dress for me, without once feeling pressured. I returned several times for fittings, and I was very pleased with the alterations that were made. The seamstresses are very talented, and were able to make last minute alterations to my dress. Not only were the staff courteous and professional, but they went out of their way to make me feel special. To top it off, the store is absolutely adorable. I would absolutely recommend In White to anyone looking for the perfect gown, even to brides outside the Lancaster area.

From the moment I set up an appointment to when I will pick up my dress for the final time, the ladies at In White have been nothing but the best. They are so friendly and they put you at ease when you're in their store. As a first time bride, you have no idea about dresses and they will sit with you through 10+ dresses to find the perfect one. And once you've found it and are going through alterations they make you feel like the most beautiful person in the world. I wouldn't trade anything for the experience I had with In White. I would recommend them ten times over for the wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I went to In White for my wedding dress. It was a beautiful experience. It started with them accommodating my very large party of bridesmaids, friends, and family for the initial search. The third dress I tried on immediately became my dress. From there, they held my dress for me and I could try it on whenever I wanted. Every fitting went effortlessly. I'm kind of sad that the process is complete. I loved interacting with the women at In White. They were always friendly and attentive. I couldn't have imagined a better experience. Thank you!

I can't brag enough about In White. Honestly, the women there were AMAZING. From start to finish, they made this process the most fun. I am not a small woman, and I was self conscious about what I was going to look like. They were honest but complimentary. They really listened and made me feel beautiful. They have some kick ass seamstresses that nipped/tucked/expanded my dress in every direction, and they even made me a custom jacket. The owner is so nice and really cares about your experience. I worked with Maly a lot, too. She is so funny and you can tell she loves what she does. Plus, they are affordable, which was a big plus. If I ever need a fancy dress again, I'm going to them.
My recommendation is to host a "girls night out" party. All of my bridesmaids and I went to In White after it closed one Saturday, and they let us try on all the dresses. It was so fun!

I picked out my dress about a year before my wedding - they had a large range of dresses in my price range, which was about $1,500-2,000. I loved the dress I picked out, and they tailored it perfectly to me. They have a huge selection of all types of dresses, and they are pretty affordable!

The staff at In White made my dress buying and tailoring process absolutely pain free. They were so helpful and accommodating. I ordered my dress a little over 3 months before my wedding and they managed to get my dream dress in way before I expected. They squeezed each one of my fittings into their schedule and made sure it also worked with all I had going on. In White was amazing from start to finish. I showed up to my fitting and they immediately offered drinks and had a fitting area blocked off for my group. The whole staff was friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions I had. Once my dress came in I had my first fitting and scheduled all of the following fittings on the spot, which made scheduling easy for me. Maria, the seamstress was amazing! She knew exactly what she needed to do to make my dress fit me. The own was hands on and everyone knew my name when I'd walk in the door. That really made me feel like I was important to them and not just another customer.

I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the sweet ladies at In White. First off, I had traveled a while out to the shop so they encouraged me stop in a second time on the day of my first appointment to try my favorite dress on again before heading home. It ended up not being the dress for me, but when I found one from one of their designers that they didn’t have in the store they didn’t hesitate to bring it in for me to try on. It was exactly what I had hoped for and more. Shari and Maly are phenomenal and so accommodating in person and over the phone! We did a girls night out also to find my bridesmaid’s dresses and had an absolute blast!! Maria and Carmen did the alterations for me and most of my girls and some hand beading on my dress, they all turned out perfectly! Anytime I am in Lancaster, I love to stop in and say hi. Can I give more than 5 stars? I love Love LOVE In White and all the wonderful women that work there! After visiting several other salons in Lancaster, In White was a breath of fresh air – no pressure, honest feedback, helpful guidance, and friendly people. Their selection is stunningly beautiful and the staff make the process fun. In White allows you to take photos of their merchandise (which is not the norm in the bridal world!) and will email you an invoice with your favorites from the appointment. At In White, you feel cared for as a bride; staff is invested in getting it right for you, making your big day all that you want it to be.
The owner, Shari, is quick to remember your name and offer you something to drink. Seamstress Maria is patient and a wildly talented woman with a needle, especially around a deadline. The consultants are more helpful than you can imagine – translating what you describe and pulling from their spectacular stock – especially Maly who helped this out-of-state bride nail down every detail. Thank you all!!

I had such an amazing experience at in white and I constantly reccomend them to my friends Who are planning their wedding. I love that they only take one appointment at a time for dress shopping so you're not competing for help and attention your entire appointment. They have the most beautiful dresses that are constantly rotating at relatively decent prices. I loved that they charge a flat fee for alterations in house and allow you to come in for as many fittings as you need. They also store your dress until your event date. My dress was gorgeous and I loved working with these wonderful ladies!

My experiences thus far with InWhite have been nothing but fantastic. I scheduled an initial bridal appointment in December of 2015. Each appointment is approximately 90 minutes long with no interruptions. I already had an idea on what I wanted in a dress since I was planning a rustic style wedding. However, my idea on what I wanted and what I actually ordered and somewhat different! I was given an array of dresses to try on within my price budget. They have so much to choose from! I found my dream dress that exact same day and ordered it! Even though December 2015 and my actual wedding date, 10/6/17, is a huge time span from eachother, I just couldn't let this dress slip through my fingers (so glad I ordered it because they no longer carry it). My dress came in this April. It's gorgeous! They also offered to store my dress for me so that I wouldn't have to take it home!! I'm not due for fittings probably until this time next year, but my dress is safe and sound in the meantime. I will further review once my wedding is over but thus far, I Love InWhite!!! I highly recommend making an appointment with them.

I can't say enough good things about InWhite's service and commitment to their customers! Initially I booked a dress trying on session with InWhite as the last shop on a full weekend of other dress places. After being disappointed by the other shops' selection/ prices, I was so pleasantly surprised to find InWhite! First off, their shop is really great! They have large hanging mirrors in front of a platform where you can see all angles of the dress. The mirrors also have some great bulb lights on the sides, which is really very flattering and provides a really nice soft glow. They were so nice throughout the whole process of trying on dresses and narrowing it down. After I had selected my dress, they brought out champagne for me, my sister, and my mom to enjoy! We also found the perfect dress for my bridesmaids here the same day (they carry Morilee and Dessy mostly for bridesmaids and mom gowns). We then booked a morning in the shop, where I paid $100 to have InWhite host the rest of my bridesmaids, my mother, and my future mother-in-law. We had the shop to ourselves and they provided all the breakfast things (and we brought the champagne for mimosas of course), while we had everyone try on the bridesmaid dress and the mothers selected their dresses. The bridesmaids and moms get a discount on their dresses if the bride also gets their gown there. I also recommended this shop to my future sister-in-law for bridesmaids' dresses for her and my brother's wedding. Ultimately, she selected bridesmaids dresses for my sister and me, a gown for my mom, and a gown for her mom, all from InWhite! I'm so appreciative of the great customer service that we have all gotten here and I would recommend InWhite to everyone!!!

Scheduling my appointment for a wedding dress was quick and easy online. The location was conveniently located to a nice restaurant that we went to prior to the appointment and parking was accessible. The actual store itself was beautiful and I felt butterflies in my stomach as soon as I stepped into the store. Staff was warm and made me and my entourage of 3 feel right at home. Maly (best ever!) handed me tags to place on dresses I was interested in trying on. After selecting more than 10 dresses she took me back to a spacious fitting room and helped me throughout the entire process. Maly has a priceless gift in being helpful without over stepping her boundaries. She was able to give great feedback when I needed some guidance yet she was never pushy or impatient. I took the entire 1.5 hour appointment to find my perfect dress but I never felt rushed. The whole experience was truly amazing and I can't say enough great things about the store, their dresses, and their incredible staff!

Finding my dress was so hard, I searched through 6 different stores in NJ, tried on nearly 90 dresses...yes I was that bride. Finally stopped and FH and I went on our usual vacation to Lancaster PA. After walking by the store I instantly felt like we needed to go back to In White when they were open. Go home from vacation, made an appointment online and was back the following weekend.
Katie was my consultant, she was fabulous, Shari the manager/owner was awesome. I found my dress, had my moment and felt relieved. Brought my mother out with me a week or 2 later, and while there I started to feel like something was missing in the dress. It felt cupcake. I wanted something special. I said something, I wanted some pink added in my dress. Shari and Katie were super excited to help me make that come true. They found two different dresses in pink to show me with how they look, found the one I loved, then Maria the wonderful seamstress came out and said it was all possible. From there my dress and extra fabric were ordered. Once everything came in I was back in for them to start pinning and seeing where it would all lay.
In March did my first fitting with the dress finished with my pink layer. I nearly cried just looking at it. All my fitting were easy, Maria was so great to work with. And it was nice to have someone excited too about my dress.
The finial fitting came, and yup I cried, the perfect fit, the total look done.
I know there are some bad reviews about another seamstress there, but she is gone and Maria is FANTASTIC. Shari and all the girls there are great to work with. You are not just another customer or bride to them. Yes I drove 2.5 hours each time for my dress and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

As we were walking up I saw a gorgeous Robert Bullock dress in the window, but had forgotten about it after looking at all of the other dresses. Luckily they asked if I wanted to try on any of the dresses on the mannequins because the dress I saw ended up being my wedding dress! I feel like I put them through the ringer between trying my dress on and having alterations done, but everyone was so great the entire time. Maria was also outstanding! She did such an amazing job with all of the alterations I needed. The day I brought my dress home I tried it on with my veil and shoes just to make sure everything looked and fit perfect. I sat down and as I went to stand up the heel of my shoe went right through the fabric at the bottom of my dress (the dress had thin organza layers). Being 2 days before the wedding and having a hole at the bottom of my dress, I freaked out. We called the shop and they told us we could come in first thing the next morning before they opened and Maria would fix it for me. When she was done sewing it up you couldn't even tell anything happened, I was thrilled and so relieved. I would highly recommend visiting them for your bridal dress, bridesmaid dresses, mom's dresses, etc. The experience you'll have and service you'll receive will be phenomenal!

My sister bought her wedding dress from In White 2 years ago, and I remember loving our experience there, so when it was my turn I headed straight to In White. My consultant was Maly, and she is absolutely amazing. My sister and I pulled several dresses that we thought I might like, and I tried on about 10 dresses, with 2 being top contenders. However, I wasn't fully sold on a dress until Maly remembered a dress that she thought I might like that was in the back room. She pulled that dress, which ended up being my wedding dress! It was Maly's expertise that found my perfect dress, and I am so thankful for her. Maly and the entire In White team was also so flexible in scheduling my fitting appointments, as I live several states away and had to plan based on just a few short visits when I wound be flying up. It was never a problem, and I had 3 successful fittings with Maria before my wedding day. My dress (plus jewelry, which Maly also found) was perfect, and I could not have been happier with our entire experience at In White!

I absolutely loved my visit to In White! Feom the minute I stepped in the door I felt welcomed and not overwhelmed. My consultant Maly explained that the store is set up by price point, which was awesome! You didn't have to search through a bunch of dresses that you didn't know if they were in your budget. I explained to her the type of feel and style I liked and then we went shopping! Maly was extremely helpful in tell me all of the different details of each dress and what we could do for alterations based on my likes and dislikes of the dresses I tried on. In the end I chose the dress of my dreams, which was also Maly's pick for me. What I absolutely loved is that she listened and knew exactly what I was looking for. I start my fittings in January and what I love about their alterations is that they are in packages, so you know exactly what you are paying and what you are getting in those packages. I am so happy that my dream dress was there! The experience was amazing and I wouldn't have chosen anywhere else even if they had the exact same dress!

I cannot say enough great things about In White! Not only is their dress selection fantastic, everyone that works there is professional, friendly, supportive and simply amazing. I selected a beautiful Justin Alexander gown that needed to be customized on the top, and Shari and her team assured me that they would be able to make my vision come true. Maria went above and beyond for me to make that happen! I absolutely LOVED my dress and it was even more special to me because of the changes it had and how much care you could tell went into making it PERFECT! I received compliment after compliment about how fabulous my gown was all day/night, I could not have been happier if I tried! I loved my gown shopping experience so much that I had my bridesmaids come pick out their dresses in the after hours "party" option In White offers and I am so glad that we did, it was another amazing time! All of the staff at In White are fabulous! I bought my wedding gown here and had all of the alterations done in house as well. They were all SO friendly, outgoing, personal, helpful and more than accommodating. I felt as though I built a friendship throughout the experience, choosing a dress to all of my fittings and final alterations. Their seamstresses are one of a kind, SO talented. Every last request I made they did perfectly!

Cortney was amazing! She literally pieced together a one-of-a-kind dress from two different vendors. First, they have a huge selection and size variety. I was almost put-down at other bridal salons for not being the typical size "8" and not being able to try on anything. But at In White they had plenty of dresses and sizes. They also have the "in" styles that are not outdated. Basically I wanted an illusion neckline with a lace fit/flare or trumpet style. I picked the perfect lace trumpet gown by Mori Lee, but it was strapless. Cortney came in and attached an illusion neckline "top". It literally looked like it was meant to be. Then we topped it all off with a gorgeous blinged out belt. I went shopping at other multiple places and nothing came close to my custom style dress. They seamstress was also amazing (Valentina), because i needed a heck of a lot alterations (sewing the illusion top on, sewing the belt on, taking it out in multiple places, doing the bustle, hemming the bottom) and it was one flat fee. HIGHLY recommend this place. I literally was here probably 10 times in between all my shopping/fittings. The staff is extremely customer service centered.

In White was great! I'm a low-key type who was definitely NOT looking for the over-the-top "say yes to the dress" experience. I wasn't even sure I wanted a white dress for my wedding in the first place. At my appointment, I was encouraged to stretch my comfort zone by trying on styles I hadn't pictured for myself, without ever feeling pressured to go beyond my budget or even make a purchase at all. In the end, I surprised myself by picking a fabulous long white dress -- and the staff immediately offered to let me buy the sample since it was close to my size. Maria in alterations was great too, even though I think I may have broken her heart by asking her to cut the train off my gown. :) Overall, it was a great experience!

In White was my third and final stop and the best dress shopping experience of them all. Shari and every staff member are incredibly sweet and attentive. Their selection is truly gorgeous and well priced. My dress was more beautiful than I dreamed it could be and I received the best compliments from my friends and family on the wedding day. The staff at In White did a beautiful job working with my daughter to help her find her dress. She lived in Virginia at the time, and they were very accommodating to her schedule. They went above and beyond to let her know that the dress she wanted (but wasn't sure she could afford) was actually going to go on sale the upcoming weekend, and they held it for her at the sale price. We were beyond happy with all of the services they provided!

I’m so glad I got my wedding dress from In White. All the staff is knowledgeable and work hard to make sure that every bride feels special. Diverse, beautiful selection of dresses that start a little under $1,000. The staff is warm and welcoming, and when I went in with a few sample images and a general idea of what I wanted for my wedding day, they helped me find the perfect dress. Which sounds so cliche, right? But it really was the dress for me. I had gone to a few other stores, including David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo, but honestly for $200 more you can get a dress that just FEELS better - in fit, look, texture - everything. And the store itself is a HUGE step up from those other places - it's cozy, clean, contemporary.
After our wedding, a few guests who are about to get married in different parts of the country asked me where I got my dress, because they wanted to visit the same boutique, and I told them all the trip back to quaint little PA will be well worth it, because they will undoubtedly find their perfect dress at In White, too.

After I drove by In White's storefront in Lancaster City, I knew I wanted to find my dress there. Their boutique environment is so stylish and they happened to have the one dream dress I found online in their stock. I was given so much positive feedback from friends and coworkers about In White and it was all spot on! The bridal shop is fantastic, the girls are so helpful! Their selection was very much the style I personally was looking for, the only problem I had was that I fell in love with two dresses and had to make a tough decision. After purchasing a dress from a nationwide chain, I ventured into In White dissatisfied with the dress I had already purchased. I had felt the previous retailer rushed me into a purchase, promised corrections that couldn’t be done, and convinced me to buy products that I did not want or truly need. So to say that I was skeptical of bridal stores was an understatement. In White however changed my perception of bridal stores when they allowed me to take my time trying on dresses, offered me honest opinions and worked to stay within my budget. My dress was perfect. For my now husband to cry when he saw me, told me I picked the right dress. Alterations was amazing to work with (thank you Maria!) and In White is currently cleaning my dress after I thought a fun night of celebrating may have ruined it (they assure me, and I know they will deliver), that it can be cleaned and restored to new!). Thank you In White for giving a beautiful selection of unique dresses to choose from and for providing a comfortable and friendly place to do it in. I’ll share pictures soon!

I found my perfect wedding dress here, and I cried! I didnt think I would be I sure did! The people there are very helpful and see what works with your body type and make you feel important and beautiful! I was able to go under my budget a little bit for the actual cost for the dress and then dont forget about the veil and alterations later, they are extra! The seamstress there knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel beautiful in my wedding dress on my wedding day, and it fit perfectly, despite the fact that I had lost some weight right before the wedding due to stress. I felt fantastic in my dress from In White! I highly recommend Shari, Maly and all of the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful! Maria (seamstress) did a fantastic job on my rush order alterations.
I had an unusual circumstance because I already had a dress from a shop in Elizabethtown. The alterations were terrible and I only got the dress back two weeks before my wedding. I called In White, explained my situation, and they were so accommodating! Shari and Maly worked quickly to provide me with many beautiful dress options. I gave my original dress shop three tries to make it right, but the prior dress still fit poorly. So, with only 9 days until the wedding, I went back to In White and got my new dress. They were able to squeeze me in right away for a fitting with Maria. They had all alterations completed in a week! I was so impressed and relieved.
I absolutely love my dress and how I felt in it on my wedding day! My only regret is that I didn’t come to In White first!

Excellent customer service! I had a great experience here finding my wedding dress and doing my fittings. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable staff. The seamstress, Maria, is very talented. The quality of the work and service really sets this place apart from the big box stores where you might find cheaper gowns. In the end, the most beautiful dress won't look good if it doesn't fit perfectly, and In White made sure mine did. They have a great selection of dresses to fit different budgets. My mother also found her dress here unexpectedly and she was very happy with it. We both looked beautiful in our dresses on the day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I can't speak highly enough to the quality of service, professionalism, and attention to detail that the staff at In White provides. While trying on dresses all staff members seemed to cater directly to me, my family, and guests offering beverages, extra seating and refreshments. She was very attentive to what I was envisioning for my dress. She provided so many insightful thoughts but yet remained silent in order to truly let me contemplate what I thought about different dresses. I ended up finding my dress at In White! Their seamstresses are also incredibly gifted and are very attentive. I live in New Jersey but am getting married in the Lancaster area. Since I couldn't make weekday fittings with my schedule, they opened the shop early for me in order to get the necessary alterations completed.

I was not the typical bride and dreaded trying on wedding gowns; especially in front of lots of people. This bridal shop provides a nice relaxing area for nervous brides to try on with close family members. The alterations was the best part. It was fun to see how the dress came along and finally on the last day, it was perfect! They are so responsive and willing to make everything just right. I cannot get over how friendly this staff is and there is never any pressure to buy. It only took me two hours to decide on my dress because they understood what I was looking for and kept me within budget. I recommend this shop to any soon to be bride. Excellent job!

What an amazing boutique! The staff is phenomenal! The owner is the sweetest person, and you can tell that her along with the rest of the staff, have a genuine interest in the customers that walk in. We love In White! Seriously, LOVE this store. My sister and I both got married this past summer and we both bought our wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses here. Shari, the owner, is so knowledgeable about the wedding dress industry and what looks best on you. She is the perfect combination of giving honest advice and finding dresses that fit your vision. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant in helping me find my dream dress. Also, the store is gorgeous (and immaculately clean!) Shari and her team really take care of all the dresses in the shop - this truly makes the dress buying experience so much better.
We also worked with her associate, Marissa, many times and she was also amazing (my family was in the store a lot haha!). Shari truly hires the best people and you can't go wrong with anyone you work with in the store.
Shari also went above and beyond the call of duty when my mom had a MOB dress fiasco at another store. When the other store dropped the ball, Shari helped save the day by contacting the dress vendor and getting to the bottom of the problem. I truly can't recommend this store enough! In White was the first and only place I went wedding dress shopping. The ladies of In White were extremely helping in selecting my wedding dress. I picked my first dress I tried on. I originally went dress shopping and said yes to the dress when In White was still Bancroft Bridals in Feeding Hills, MA. The transition from Bancroft to In White did not disrupt anything involving my wedding dress or my bridesmaids dresses. They were up front about the transition so there were no issues. All the girls are very attentive and friendly as soon as you walked through the door. When you tell them a price point they make sure that you are trying on dresses that are in your price range. The seamstress was great an my dress fit like a glove! I have recommended In White to 3 of my friends who have already purchased their dresses from In White. I would recommend In White to anyone looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaids dress or accessories.

I loved my dress from Bancroft/ in white ! The girls were always so pleasant and made me feel like such a bride !!! Courtney was wonderful ! Their seamstresses were fantastic !!

In white was the 5th bridal salon I went to and it should have been the first and last. As soon as I put my dress on, I knew it was the one. Courtney had to pull some strings to get my dress for me, as it was discontinued to my dismay!! But she did and and it was perfect. The alterations were done perfectly and the entire salon was so friendly and accommodating. All of my bridesmaids bought their dresses at in white and were so happy with them!! Thank you so kind for helping me find the dress of my dreams!!

Highly recommend the girls night out. We had one here and it was absolutely fabulous! The experience was great & I couldn't be happier that I found my wedding dress. (First time I went shopping too) The shop is gorgeous and the saleswoman was awesome & fun. She was very helpful & personable too! Love this place!
The place is beautiful and the women who work here are fantastic! They are so nice and helpful. They love Weddings and working with people. My service here was top notch! I tell everyone to come here for their dress. You won't be disappointed.
