We got married at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress on March 14, 2025, and choosing In Bloom Florist was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day.
From the very beginning, working with their team was the easiest and most seamless process I could’ve imagined. They were incredibly responsive, patient with all of my questions and changes, and always ready with thoughtful suggestions and expert guidance. I created a Pinterest board to share the general vibe and key florals I was envisioning, and during our one-hour planning meeting, Madison went above and beyond. She helped me find the perfect balance between aesthetic, seasonality, and budget—and I left the meeting feeling completely confident.
The results? Absolutely stunning. We had a floral arch that was beyond anything I had dreamed of (our guests are still talking about it!), four lush floor arrangements, ten tall and elegant centerpieces, a gorgeous cake wreath, and the most beautifully subtle bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for the entire bridal party. Everything was cohesive, fresh, and picture-perfect.
The In Bloom team arrived right on time, were a dream to work with during setup, and flawlessly repurposed ceremony florals into our reception without disrupting anything. It was truly magical.

Beautiful Bouquet/Boutonnieres
We hired In Bloom to do our personal floral as we unfortunately did not have a large budget for decor, though if we did we would have loved to do more business with them! We selected my bouquet, toss bouquet, three boutonnières and two corsages all from their online collection. Very easy site to navigate, pay and pick up process. They have the cutest little store front and will definitely keep them in mind for future events!

The Best Choice I made for my wedding day!
Choosing In Bloom for our wedding florals was one of the easiest and best decisions we made! From the start, I struggled to find exactly what I was envisioning for our wedding flowers , especially when looking at silk floral rental options. But after my consultation with In Bloom, it was clear they were the perfect fit for fresh real floral.
The array of floral options and greenery they offer is incredible—there were so many beautiful choices that I was able to select exactly what I wanted, and they made my floral vision come to life in the most stunning way. From the ceremony to the reception, the florals tied everything together beautifully, elevating the entire atmosphere of the day.
My point person, Ashley, was amazing to work with. She was super responsive, listened carefully to my ideas, and offered fantastic suggestions that really helped bring my vision into focus. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and I felt so confident in their ability to execute.
One of the highlights for us was the ability to rent not just the florals, but also beautiful vases and other decor pieces. We even rented a black wooden cross for our ceremony, which turned out to be one of the most perfect and meaningful touches of the day. It truly was everything we imagined and more.

We used In Bloom for our 2-day wedding and have absolutely no regrets! They were extremely easy to work with and were communicative every step of the way. We had a Hindu ceremony and a Western ceremony on two separate days with different color schemes/themes, and they executed both days perfectly. The florals looked exactly like what was in the proposals, and all of the decorations both days looked beautiful. I highly recommend them as your wedding florist!

Incredible Florist!
We used InBloom for our wedding florist vendor. They were so easy and professional to work with! From first consultation they executed my vision. We ended up having a different designer than originally planned but Jonathan and his team did an amazing job. They were on time, able to make last minute changes, and were always super communicative throughout the process. Our flowers and arrangements on the day of were absolutely beautiful. In bloom was amazing. They took my vision and created something extraordinary. I wanted to incorporate sunflowers that I picked from my cousins sunflower farm. They had no problem with me bringing them 2 days prior to my wedding.
The designer blew me away with what they created! My bouquet was beyond stunning; I wish I preserved it!
I ordered 2 bouquets (mine and my maid of honor), 2 mothers corsages and 5 boutonnieres (3 father, 1 best man, 1 husband). Everything looked great and I received so many complements on my bouquet!

We chose In Bloom as our wedding vendor based on a recommendation from our planner and were so happy with the outcome. We knew what to expect from the centerpiece mock-up we got to see months prior to the big day and receiving a text with photos of my bridal bouquet before the wedding was a pleasant surprise. The team at In Blooms florist was so great from my first phone call to my wedding day. Every question and email I had was promptly answered accompanied with an updated invoice with photos included. I really appreciated that I was able to see examples of what I’d be getting on my wedding so there were no surprises! Of course the photos don’t do the flowers justice as they are incredibly arranged and absolutely stunning. I’ll admit, flowers were not a huge priority for me at first, but it’s clear that they pulled together every aspect of my wedding and were truly the centerpiece of the entire day. On the day of, I had a tiny scare when I misread one of the boxes, but the team whipped out their binder and assured me that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend in bloom for gorgeous and elegant arrangements!

I walked into the reception for the first time and was absolutely stunned by how beautiful everything was! Seeing my visions come to life was amazing! They were fabulous at designing our flowers to accommodate the overall vibe of the wedding. Each piece of flora was in perfect condition and looked stunning. In Bloom worked within my budget to create the most beautiful and affordable flowers for my wedding. I did ask that all the ceremony flowers and the bridesmaids bouquets be reuse for the reception and they really brought my vision to life. Breathtaking Unique Florals
In Bloom Florist made my whole wedding come together in the most beautiful way. Working with Dara was an amazing experience, she knocked it out of the park. The flowers she put together I could never had imagined on my own. Every guest had something to say about the flowers. They were bold and unique in the most amazing way. I have found ways to preserve as many flowers as possible because the pictures just won't be enough, I want to keep them forever. My main request for my flowers was to match the theme/colors of the wedding and for there to be thistles in my bouquet. They took care of filling my centerpieces, adding flowers to my cake, and they added drapery and flowers to the arch for the ceremony, which was able to be removed and then put on our sweetheart table afterwards which was such a smart suggestion they had for getting the most out of the flowers. Everything came together so beautifully and I couldn't have been happier.

Great service and beautiful florals
InBloom provided exceptional service, quality, and communication while planning our wedding in Sanford, FL from San Francisco, CA during a pandemic. We ended up moving our wedding date and InBloom was able to coordinate with us with only 6 weeks notice. Colleen from InBloom events was extremely patient, professional, and helpful during the planning process. I started giving her direction and then changed my mind on style as she was working on the proposal. In the end, she was able to bring my second vision to life perfectly. The flower quality is fantastic. I LOVED my bouquet and the arch spray. The execution the day of the wedding was perfectly seamless. Additionally, it was convenient that InBloom had a partner wholesale market to work with for DIY, as most of our floral was DIY. This allowed for easy coordination on the flower type for my DiY portion. Maria at Grant Street Flower Market was equally patient and professional. She even met with my mom one day with myself on FaceTime as we made some final decisions on flower type and quantity. Pick up the day after Thanksgiving was easy overall. We would recommend InBloom and Grant Street Flower Market in a heartbeat.

We had our wedding at the paddlefish in Disney springs and In bloom was great to work with. I spent weeks sending over pictures for quotes and they always got back to me within the day and provided suggestions to keep me within budget. I felt their prices were always reasonable and the flowers looked exactly how I wanted day of. We even had an issue with our rental arch with a floral spray smashing due to the wind on our wedding day however In Bloom fully refunded us without even asking. Great service and beautiful flowers. I was a happy bride!

In Bloom did such an incredible job with capturing exactly what I wanted for our wedding day. I sent Dana an inspiration board that all stemmed off of this Art Nouveau painting and told her to go nuts. My mouth dropped when I saw all of the arrangements; they were so stunning and in the exact color scheme I wanted. All of the warm earth tones and splashes of greenery were gorgeous. She let me provide my own containers and even let me rent some adorable antique brass pieces from her personal collection. My guests still say they couldn't believe how beautiful all of the flowers were. To say they were stunning would be an understatement. I ended up taking all of the floral home and drying most of the petals out to use in my artwork!
If you're on the fence between florists, absolutely pick In Bloom. Their design team was able to help me stay within budget and adjust my quote as we altered. They made my wedding day look like a dream come true.

I worked with Dara throughout my entire wedding planning process. She listened to everything I wanted & created the perfect plan to execute my vision. Amazing wedding florist!
I absolutely loved the florals InBloom created for our wedding and can't say enough about this team! They were so knowledgable and worked with me to create exactly what I was looking for! They provided a full mock-up of the centerpiece and table set-up ahead of time, which was really helpful. I was so happy with how the florals turned out on the day of our wedding. Everything was gorgeous and beyond anything we imagined!

The team at In Bloom was amazing! I met with them one time in person to show pictures and get an idea of what I wanted for flowers. They put together a proposal that showed every detail of what I would be getting (or didn't want). Everything else was taken care! The day before the wedding they texted me what my bouquet looked like, and I was in LOVE! It was exactly what I wanted! They delivered all of the flowers the morning of, and everything was perfect! Great service for a great price!

Awesome work!
Rachelle and In Bloom were absolutely amazing to work with. My husband has always gotten my flowers from them, so we had high expectations. We went in knowing what we wanted budget wise, but also with a vision and Rachelle was able to bring our vision to life beautifully. Not only did they do our floral, but also assisted with rentals for candelabras and other candles I originally thought I would have to rent separately. The team was extremely flexible on changes and made them quickly once requested. My bouquet of calla Lily’s came out gorgeous and all of the other elements flowed perfectly! Will continue to use in bloom for all floral needs- wedding related or not!

Beyond all expectations!
When I first looked into In Bloom and reviewed their wedding portfolio, I knew I needed to give them a call. I had my consultation with Dara, and she instantly understood what I was envisioning for my wedding in terms of color and composition. My confidence was affirmed when she sent the proposal. Her inspiration photos were completely on point with what I had described to her. I also really appreciated that Dara listened to my needs and didn’t try to upsell me. Our event was very small, but she still provided excellent service as if I was ordering tens of thousands of dollars worth of flowers. Another thing I loved was that In Bloom texted a photo of my bouquet the day before the wedding to ensure I was happy with the final product. I was in absolute awe of how beautiful it was- even better than I could have envisioned. I’m so glad that I got to work with Dara and the rest of the In Bloom team!

In Bloom made my wedding day beautiful!
To be honest, I didn't care too much about flowers so I had my mom and wedding planner pick everything out for me. The day before my wedding, In Bloom texted me with a photo of my boquet and it brought tears to my eyes! The wedding venue looked spectacular with all of the flowers and arrangements they had to offer. All of our guests commented on how beautiful it was, from things as small as the corsage to as big as the flower-covered arch we were under during the ceremony. They helped bring my fairytale wedding dream to life!

Wedding flowers exceeded this picky bride's expectations
I am a control freak to the extreme. Before we selected a florist, I had already picked out every floral I wanted at my wedding (all pretty non-traditional) and added it to a very specific mood board. My mom and I had our initial meeting with Rochelle and we instantly fell in love with In Bloom - the commercial shop is beautiful, we were allowed to tour the flower coolers and saw wedding florals being assembled in the event prep area, and even met the two shop cats. I knew I had found my florist. I'm sure I over-communicated with Rochelle from that point on. She was always extremely responsive and seemed genuinely excited for our day and our flowers. We were promised a photo of my bouquet the day before the wedding, so that if I had any concerns, they could be addressed and my bouquet would be perfect for my day. In Bloom OVER delivered the day of my wedding. When I saw my reception centerpieces, I literally screamed. My bridesmaids thought something bad had happened, but I was just stunned and speechless at how beautiful they were. I'm so glad I can visit the shop whenever I want to buy beautiful arrangements. In Bloom has gained a customer for live! Thank you, Rochelle & team!!

I'm so thrilled I hired In Bloom for my wedding. Rochelle was so easy to work with, quick to respond to all of my emails, and understood my vision perfectly. After meeting with multiple florists in Orlando, I felt like everyone was falling short - and then I found In Bloom! During my initial consultation, I knew In Bloom was the perfect fit for my wedding. Rochelle understood my budget and worked within the budget to create an incredible floral design. The bouquets and boutineers were beautiful. Each centerpiece was a work of art and the florals around the infinity arch for the ceremony created just the look that I wanted. In Bloom was absolutely phenomenal. I live near their Lake Mary location and when I needed a florist last minute because I decided not to DIY my flowers they were beyond accommodating and so wonderful to work with. I was able to do a consult over the phone on my lunch hour and explained I simply wanted elegant pink roses. When the moms decided they didn't want corsages, they offered a solution that they loved (elegant single long stemmed rose) They text messaged me photos of the bouquets and delivered the flowers to the church. Our flowers were stunning and I will absolutely be a repeat InBloom customer. Thank you for helping make our wedding special. :)

InBloom Florist was excellent! They were able to work with me and find something that fit my style and budget. When I needed to make adjustments to my order or had any questions, they were super prompt at responding to emails. I attached some important momentos from my grandparents to my bouquet, and they were very attentive, making sure that the jewelry was passed directly to the person doing the bouquet so that it didn't get lost on a desk or something. And the day before my wedding, they even texted me a picture of my bridal bouquet, just to see that everything was to my satisfaction. Very professional and reliable service and beautiful flowers!

I am so very pleased with In Bloom and all the flowers for our wedding! Rochelle sat down with my fiance and I to get a good idea of what we were looking for. She gave us tons of suggestions and showed us plenty of inspiration before helping draft the initial quote. Once we got the initial quote, she helped us tweak the quote until it was perfect and fit within our budget. In Bloom was super flexible and let us provide our own vases and boxes for the centerpieces to help with overall costs. We were able to drop everything off to them before the wedding and they made everything look gorgeous! Everything looked absolutely beautiful. At the end of the night we let the guest take the centerpieces home with them and they were gone in an instant! Everyone loved the flowers and gave huge thumbs up. We definitely made the right choice with In Bloom. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

I had such a wonderful experience with In Bloom florist. Rochelle was amazing at staying in my budget, she literally never went over the amount of gave her and yet I got exactly what i wanted. Flowers are expensive but she is so talented and blending the expensive flowers with inexpensive ones to still give you the effect you are going after. They did such a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality that is still affordable.

In Bloom provided us amazing flowers for our wedding. We used them for all the bridal bouquets, the bouitneers, corsages and the center pieces. We worked with Rochelle and she was so communicative, answered all our questions and was really knowledgeable about all the different flowers to make sure we had the best for the look we wanted. I worked with InBloom when I worked at a hospital so they were #1 on my list to contact! InBloom did my bridal bouquet and it was STUNNING! I met with Rochelle once and shared with her some photos of our colors and ideas and they put together the perfect bouquet! After having failed appointments with other florists who were recommended by friends, I should’ve trusted my gut and went with In Bloom from the first time I met them at a wedding convention!! Wonderful and willing to make changes to accommodate my vision. The flowers for our event were so beautiful and they fit in perfectly with the color scheme and feel of our wedding. My bouquet was exactly what I asked for, full of fresh beautiful blush colored blooms with green accents. Rochelle was so helpful and she really made me feel special. Words cannot express how great In Bloom is! Amanda is simply the best in terms of helping to coordinate your vision and make sure everything runs smoothly the day-of. Everyone was so friendly at their actual store and Amanda gave us a walk through after discussing our ideas to show us various products and flowers available. They work with any budget, and she even offered great suggestions when we needed them most at how to cut costs. I am so so happy Amanda and In Bloom were a part of our special day at the Citrus Club in downtown Orlando, and their arrangements made everything really special. You can customize everything from the colors, types of flowers, to even the color ribbon used on the bouquets. She even brought some extra flowers to help make the aisle really pop during our ceremony, even though we weren't sure we needed them! Take my word for it and book with them when you can!

In Bloom is the best! They were recommended to us by our day-of coordinator as being the best in the area - and I believe it! They were easy to work with to come up with customized options that looked beautiful and fit our budget. The bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces for our wedding day were so beautiful and came together perfectly to match everything from the bridesmaids' dresses to the table linens. It was honestly even better than I expected! I would highly recommend In Bloom to anyone in need of a florist that provides quality service and floral arrangements to brighten up any event!

In Bloom provided us with beautiful flowers! I loved the fact that at our 30 day meeting they had created one of our centerpieces for us to see. I even got a text the morning of the wedding of the bouquets that were on their way. The bouquets, bouteniers, corsages, centerpieces, archway pieces, and flowers on the cake were everything I dreamed of. They were all so fresh and beautiful! Last minute I decided to hire a florist. I originally thought I would take on the task of making my own centerpieces & bouquets. In Bloom was awesome in creating what I envisioned without me even going in to meet with them. I found most florists to be very difficult to work with. Most required you to schedule an appointment to put together flower combinations. That was not the case with In Bloom Florist. They were very helpful with finding the right flowers to fit the look and feel of our wedding. They also took delicate care that the flowers selections we made would not be too aromatic to avoid any allergies. The bouquets were bountiful and beautiful. We also ordered bulk flowers for our centerpieces. Completely satisfied with my experience.

Absolutely phenomenal, I received more compliments on my flowers than any other aspect of the wedding! Flowers were perfect (not wilted, old, or still in budding stage). Expertly crafted and lasted all night. Victoria works well with your ideas and makes them come to life...she's very skilled at reusing flowers in different places (a testament to how durable her creations were as I moved them around multiple times throughout the day)! She is the only florist that will give you a free mock up trial of a centerpiece included in her price (which was still cheaper than the other places for the exact same thing). Highly recommended... this is a floral warehouse so their prices are normally cheaper for all flowers than a regular florist, even if it is for another occasion than a wedding.

Victoria at In Bloom Florist was awesome. She has a true niche for flowers. I shared with her my ideas and colors and she created masterpieces. The flower ensemble she created was incredibly beautiful!She picked the perfect flowers for our wedding. The arrangements were also very fresh and lasted a week after the wedding. She also made my husband a one of a kind boutonnière that he even loved. She is the best!

They were flexible when it comes to payments when it was due, changes that I had requested multiple times ( sorry! :) ) but they were such an amazing vendors. My flowers turned out beautiful and all of my guests couldnt stop saying great things about it. I loved my flowers so much I am in the process of preserving them. I cannot say enough good things about In Bloom! Victoria was such a joy to work with, so professional and kind. She spent so much time with me making sure everything was just right and just how I imagined it. She even let me come in for a sample bouquet and centerpiece a few weeks before my wedding.
On our wedding day, I couldn't believe how beautiful all of our flowers turned out! My bouquet was gorgeous and the star of the show, but everything else complemented it so well! I'm so glad that I chose to work with In Bloom for my big day, and I will be going back to them for any other floral services in the future!

Having worked with In Bloom Florist in Orlando was a great experience.
Planning my wedding from Tampa, where I live, they made the process so much easier.
They provided me with a quote right away over email, my best mode of communication given the distance and my work.
Victoria Leston and Amanda Keyt were on top of every detail and were so kind so point me in the right direction, after having started with some crazy, not-so-great ideas. The end result, beautiful rose arrangements, so classic, so elegant, they provided that soft beautiful champagne touch to my reception venue. I wasn't present during my cocktail hour, naturally, so at the end of the night, I got to see some of the arrangements for the cocktail tables. What a beautiful and simple touch, a garden rose floating over small golden pebbles.... Amazing.
The bouquet, a combination of peonies, garden roses and stock, was beyond beautiful; I was in love when I saw it, I wanted to freeze it and not even touch it.
I requested a crown of flowers for the ring bearer, my 5-year old niece; it was made with baby's breath and petit pale roses... so adorable!!!!
Just like Victoria said to me, they would do everything to make it look amazing, and it did.
Thank you so much for having provided such beautiful, delicate and memorable touches to our day.

They were always helpful and responsive when we had questions throughout the process. Amanda was a great point of contact, and she helped to make me feel comfortable that everything would go off without a hitch! They even provided a single centerpiece for my shower (I paid for it) so that I could see the final product before the big day to make sure I was happy with it. My bouquet was so beautiful that everyone was complimenting me. I would highly recommend In Bloom as a florist for any event in Orlando.

We loved working with Mark for our wedding. The flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful... I basically just gave him the colors I was looking for and told him to put together whatever he thought looks best. It definitely surpassed my expectations and I was thrilled when I saw everything the day of the wedding. The large arrangement was a little pricey for the reception (or so I thought) but when I saw it that day and realized how massive it was, I quickly realized it was worth the money. I can't even count how many people complimented the flowers we used. They are so knowledgeable and laid back about doing whatever you want, it was a pleasure working with them.

The team at In Bloom really blew me away with their floral services. Right from the start they were very accommodating, even giving me a tour of their floral coolers to help me pick exact colors for the flowers I wanted. And the prices were incredibly reasonable compared to the other quotes I received from other florists. I got several compliments on the bouquets and reception decorations. They were even very willing to work with me on my handmade centerpieces and assisted in applying the finishing touches. I was very impressed and highly recommend them. Do not be scared away because they are a "big box" florist. They were very responsive to emails and calls, and very willing to work with me on everything, and were great with suggestions!

All of the flowers and rentals were above and beyond the quality I imagined.
Every flower was so fresh and all of the flowers were full blooms.
They were easy to talk to and they were very helpful when I changed my mind on colors and adjusted quantities.
They even added extra little touches here and there.

I literally spent months looking for a florist. I was referred to a few who either completely ignored my budget or ignored me altogether. On my last and final search to find a florist, I stumbled upon In
Bloom on line. My email was responded to right away and I had an appointment that weekend. I did not expect to meet the owner of the company, but John did my consultation…and boy did he take his time with me. He listened to what I wanted, offered fabulous suggestion and made my vision come to life. He was really patient with me and accommodated my very many changes along the way. All I can say is that on my wedding day, my very meticulous and opinionated bridesmaids were all stunned by how beautiful all the arrangements were. My bouquet was so gorgeous I could not believe flowers could look that breathtaking. When I turned the corner to and saw the alter, I was blown away. Firstly by my handsome husband, but secondly because of how the alter had been beautifully adorned. John and his team set up everything, I had nothing to worry about, and considering all that was going on, this was such a comfort. In Bloom is the only florist to choose. In Bloom also provided my chairs.

The team at In Bloom was very professional from the beginning. At our first meeting, they listened to what I wanted and asked the right questions to make sure that they would be able to meet my expectations within my budget. Throughout the process, they were easy to contact and were able to handle multiple changes in my order even as the wedding drew closer. They get five stars just for their patience alone! We had so many changes throughout our planning process that they received a dozen emails from me having to change something about our floral budget and each and every time they were incredibly sweet and accommodating! We had three different size vases for our centerpieces with two submerged roses in the tallest and submerged rose petals in the others, all with a floating candle on top and they were beautiful! We received many compliments on them as well as on the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets. Everything was breathtaking and their crew is unbelievably professional! You can really tell that John (the owner) loves what he does and he is definitely good at it!

L.O.V.E that is really all I can say about the time I spent working with In Bloom. I LOVE them. John K. and Stephanie are the absolute best! They were so patient with the FIVE revisons I did to my floral contract. Always taking the time to sit with me and try to understand my vison and to offer suggestions as to what would be practical and cost effective. Anytime I had a question I could email either John or Stephanie and they were always responsive, and when I explained to John that I had a slightly convoluted "other" floral "situation" he worked with me to make sure that everything was done the way I wanted and that I would not be dissapointed by the flowers on my wedding day. When John had an outdoor wedding prior to mine that used a similar flower, John called and asked me if I wanted to rethink one of my choices because the flower did not seem to be holding up to the heat well. I thought that was so considerate. I will do business with In Bloom Florist well into the future.

Beautiful arrangements, willing to email back and forth, quick response time, made floral arrangements that made our wedding amazing, and was willing to meet with us on the weekends. We got married Mother's Day weekend (5/12/12) and Jon, the owner, took us under his wing and was awesome. Not many florists were willing to do that due to our wedding date the day before mother's day. A huge thank you to EVERYTHING! It was all so beautiful! I'll be using him in the future for sure!
