Would recommend Rachel's arrangements for any event!
Rachel is so talented and very reasonably priced. I’d been following her for awhile before we got engaged and only met with her and two other florists when the time came. She was better priced than either of the others I met with and her work was just so beautiful (plus, she had a lot of experience working with Ventosa, so that was a very nice bonus). She worked with my mom and I to keep pricing within our budget and although she had to increase pricing a bit because of the raw costs of the floral industry, she helped us figure out how to get back to the original target and I don’t feel like we had to sacrifice any quality at all. Her arrangements are stunning and she was very easy to work with. So responsive and so kind throughout the entire process. I basically just gave her some general ideas and let her run with the rest because I knew she’d do an amazing job (and she still managed to exceed expectations). I wish we could’ve kept her arrangements for forever because they were so stunning (and they lasted for WEEKS after the wedding). Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

More than I could have ever Imagined
In Bloom Florals was recommended to me by my partial wedding planner. Rachel was such a joy to work with. She really gets to know what you like and what your vision is - we had a video call to discuss this and she is so friendly and approachable! I had a very clear vision of what I wanted for our florals and Rachel exceeded everything I envisioned - it's like she read my mind. Rachel is also really knowledgable about florals and was able to tell me what lasted without water etc and gave me options with pricing of florals that looked similar to each other. We absolutely LOVED our florals and we are so happy we got to work with Rachel! We highly recommend!!!

Brought our vision to life!
Rachel was unbelievable and totally aligned on vision from our first consultation. She is so approachable and even given her busy schedule ensures that she's giving you 100% attention! Regarding budget, Rachel was upfront and transparent and offered solutions to ensuring what can/cannot be done within a specific price range, and handled all of these conversations so professionally. It was truly a breath of fresh air (especially in the consultation phases) being able to have completely open, honest and transparent conversations during the planning process! Regarding florals...where do I even start? She made our garden party vision come to life while also adding her professional expertise/two cents and enhanced that vision to the next level. I put my total trust in her creativity and execution as we strayed away from "traditional" and do not regret it one bit. I would/already have recommended her to friends in the area and would definitely book her again if in the area for an event or even a flower worthy occasion!

Absolutely gorgeous flowers!
Rachel and her team did an absolutely fantastic job on my wedding flowers. I had difficulty explaining what I wanted for my flowers because I am someone who does not know anything about flower terminology or types of flowers, but I had a specific vision in mind for my wedding flowers. Rachel worked with me to capture that vision, and we shared lots of pictures back and forth so she would understand what I was looking for. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for on my wedding day. She incorporated all of the colors that I had desired, had a fantastic balance of colors and greenery, and had my bouquet perfectly shaped in the slightly asymmetric way I was looking for. She was able to work with me to stay within my budget and still capture what I had envisioned. My flowers were delivered on time to both my first look location as well as my venue, and her team took care of coming back to the venue to pick up the rented vases, candles, etc. My flowers looked stunning all day and throughout the entire reception, they still looked perfect for sunset photos, and even when we got to our hotel that night. She worked extremely well with our venue in order to ensure that our flowers from the ceremony were repurposed in the correct locations for the reception. I am so glad that we chose Rachel and In Bloom Florals for our wedding day and highly recommend them for everyone's wedding!

Beautiful and Special
Flowers really tied our wedding day together in the most beautiful way. Rachel was responsive and worked hard to understand what we imagined for our flowers. She then applied her expertise to bring that to life even better than we could picture ourselves. I am a big fan of flowers in general, and they were one of my favorite memories of the day. Loved everything about Rachel's work and would definitely recommend her for your wedding. Beautiful and elegant.

Breathtakingly beautiful florals
Rachel created the most breathtaking floral arrangements for my wedding! She was incredible to work with - she took such care to bring my vision to life and the result was far beyond expectations. I had to fight for my bouquet at the end of the night because everyone wanted to take the arrangements home. It was the best experience, best service, and best florals I’ve ever seen. Rachel did a phenomenal job with our wedding flowers. We got married on 4/09/2021. Our original wedding date was 9/26/2020. Through all things pandemic and planing a wedding it was a stressful time and Rachel went above and beyond to help us with our floral arrangements. Everyone at the wedding kept talking about how beautiful our flowers were and they truly were stunning. They were perfect. Rachel’s communication from in person meetings to phone calls was excellent and we truly recommend her to anyone. Planning a wedding is stressful enough and during the pandemic was even more stress and she made us feel confident in our choice for flowers.

The Perfect Florist!
Rachel was fantastic to work with! She was so communicative and flexible at every step of the way in helping us plan and put together the prefect floral setup for our special day. She was so accommodating in helping us stay within budget, but still putting together arrangements that were absolutely stunning! She had the chapel for our ceremony decorated perfectly and was able to put a floral touch on every table at our reception, everything was beautiful! Rachel.... The flower whisperer!
Rachel is a flower whisperer and SO EASY to work with! WOULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS. She was extremely professional and, even when I was a little indecisive with what I wanted, she guided me throughout the way. She even warned me if certain flowers were going to cost more and then would find alternatives that would give the same texture but for a better price. She also did a great job of reusing flowers from ceremony for reception.
I cannot recommend her enough to help make your day come together and bring that extra pop of color it needs!
EVERYONE at the wedding raved about how beautiful the flowers were and the day after the wedding, each bouquet had been taken home by someone. She also worked extremely well with all of our vendors! If I needed her, she was extremely easy to get a hold and always called me back or emailed me back same day. Probably the best communicator out of all of my vendors, actually! LOVE LOVE LOVE Rachel and In Bloom Florals!!

The flowers of my DREAMS
Rachel from In Bloom Florals is the real deal. She’s just as talented as she is genuine. You can feel her passion for what she does in the first conversation. She’s knowledgeable and offers advice that’s actually rooted in reason, and for that I am truly grateful. She was giants and SO PATIENT. I know that my specific color scheme and large wedding was a tall order, but Rachel rose to the occasion and was determined to deliver exactly what I wanted. And boy did she. The flowers were so epic. Everyone commented on them! I squeezed every ounce of life out of them for the next few weeks, and sent them to get pressed so I can have a piece of them forever. Dependable, flexible, truly cares about her brides
Rachel was fantastic to work with and did an incredible job bringing my vision to life, especially with a few out of the box ideas that neither of us had experience with (including florals on chandeliers). The guests could not stop talking about the floral arrangements. Rachel was amazing and truly captured my wedding vision! Her flowers lasted not only the entire weekend but a whole week in our new house! Her did an excellent job creating bouquets, wreathes, greenery table runner, and accent points. She also had a wonderful idea to bring the flowers from my ceremony venue to "recycle" and use in my reception venue in an entirely new way. 5 months later, I still have a wreath hanging in my living room, looking gorgeous!

My flowers were beyond beautiful! Rachel was very friendly, professional, easy going and responded very quick to emails & calls. I sent her pictures of floral arrangements which she designed perfectly and had great recommendations. From the first email/meeting to last minute changes I could tell she knew the vision I had. Just WOW! Rachel did the most amazing job at our labor day wedding. Not only did we give her a budget, but she also stuck in our budget, and if our ideas where outside of it she was very upfront and honest which for me was very important. She helped me create the most beautiful centerpieces in the world, bridal bouquet, an arrangement for my cross at the ceremony, and many more beautiful creations. I got so many compliments on her work, between the colors she recommended we put together and the flowers we chose. She worked side by side with me the whole way! Even on last minute things, I wanted to change or add. If you want quality work, with a florist who has the best intentions for you on your day look no further. Rachel is your girl! Working with Rachel for my wedding day flowers was a dream. I was recommended to her from family and after looking at her pictures on her social media site, I knew I needed her to do my flowers!. In bloom was the greatest surprise on my wedding day. I did not focus much on flowers leading up to the wedding as they were a lower priority to me. On the wedding day when they were delivered, they were simply stunning. The centerpieces and bouquets truly made the wedding much more beautiful than it would have been otherwise. When I initially met with Rachel I gave her my inspiration photos and she came up with a detailed proposal that included the flowers I requested and came in well under budget. I was able to get the flowers I wanted (including orchids) for close to the price that Wegmans quoted me. Her prices are very reasonable, but she could charge much more for the quality she produces. She even allowed me keep the vases after the wedding which allowed me to bring the flowers to my grandfather in the hospital. To this day, when I look back at my wedding photos the flowers are the one item I am constantly impressed by. Seriously for days I could not stop remarking to my husband how floored I was by them. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made in regards to my wedding!

From my first meeting with her at her home office, I was so impressed by how clearly passionate she is about her work. Her quote was sent back very quickly and it was incredibly detailed compared to the other florists I contacted. She was willing to work with us to make sure our vision came through. On the day of the wedding, she dropped our bouquets, etc. off to us where we were getting ready so we could use them for pictures. She took the rest of our flowers (centerpieces, sweetheart table, ceremony) to the venue and set them up for us. Everyone complimented her amazing work - we were so impressed by how the flowers added to our ceremony and reception space. Rachel is amazing!

WOW! Working with Rachel was amazing. She knows how to take a vision and turn it into reality! I changed my mind on my wedding color scheme after our initial meeting and she happily met with me again to find a way to keep everything in my budget. I didn't want "cookie cutter" flowers for our wedding and I'm so happy we went with Rachel, her designs are gorgeous. Our flowers were exceptional, and I would HIGHLY recommend working with In Bloom!

In searching around for vendor inspiration in Upstate New York for my vintage travel themed wedding I came across this blog post on Style Me Pretty http://www.stylemepretty.com/new-york-weddings/syracuse/skaneateles-syracuse/2015/09/14/rustic-glam-finger-lakes-wedding/ and instantly fell in love with the flowers! I wanted something elegant, but with garden inspirations that felt less composed than typical wedding bouquets and after seeing In Bloom's work on this wedding I was sold! I met Rachel at her home office in Canandaigua about 10 months pre-wedding - I brought lots of ideas and we sat for over an hour and discussed them ALL. I received a quote within in 48 hours, which was super reasonable and so I signed on the dotted line and sent in a small deposit. We met again 3 weeks before the wedding, I had some changes to request and Rachel was beyond accommodating - further, she was so encouraging regarding my vision saying 'you are going to LOVE the way your wedding looks!' and I did! The day of, Rachel and her team arrived to my venue on time, literally handing bouquets to my bridesmaids as we headed outside to take pictures. When I walked down the aisle to see these two amazing floral arrangements placed perfectly on the arch that my (now husband) built for us to be married under I was overwhelmed. Later that night I entered the ballroom and saw garland lining our long tables, and single stems in old glass bottles scattered around our round tables - everything looked even more amazing than I had envisioned. Rachel is a true professional with an impeccable eye, especially for rustic/garden/vintage inspired florals - can not say enough amazing things about her and her work!

I absolutely loved my wedding flowers--she did such an amazing job and even made last minute changes to stay within our budget. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful it was to work with Rachel for our wedding. We met with her in person, and right from the start she was attentive to learning the look and style that we were going for. She was diligent in following my pinterest board with colors and styles that I liked. She was honest about what flowers would be in season for our wedding, and was honest about what things would fit in our budget. She was incredible with coming up with various ways to get everything we wanted to fit within our budget. She even accommodated a few last minute changes for us, which we greatly appreciated. She is incredibly responsive to emails, and was very organized, remembering small details I had mentioned months prior in emails. On the day of the wedding, I was completely BLOWN AWAY by her work. She brought every vision that I had to life, and it was even better than I could have imagined. I wish I could upload photos to this review. They speak for themselves. In Bloom was a wonderful choice for our wedding florist. Our initial consultation I did not have one overall idea--I had many different ideas. Somehow, Rachel was able to take everything I was thinking and make it into one unified idea that actually made sense. She was able to give ideas that were more interesting--she truly is an artist!
I had many many people talk to me about how beautiful the flowers turned out. They were interesting but traditional. Rachel was very professional--the flowers were available on time and looked very fresh. They added so much to the big day, and I truly think she helped to make our wedding as memorable as it was. I can't say enough good things about Rachel from In Bloom! From the first communication I sent out, she was responsive, flexible, and professional about everything! Rachel was just amazing to work with. She talked with me a length about the nitty-gritty details that every bride worries about and was so patient understood exactly what I was trying to say.
For some reason deciding on my flowers was one of the hardest decisions for me. It can be stressful because it is the one thing you really won't see until the day of the wedding, so you have to put your complete trust in your florist and hope that deliver your vision. Well all I can say is I was BLOWN AWAY by how amazing my flowers turned out from In Bloom. They were just absolutely stunning. Rachel completely understood everything I was looking for and was able to bring it to life and then some! Literally anything you are thinking of, she can do and will exceed your expectations and then some!
I highly recommend In Bloom to anyone that would like the peace of mind knowing they have one of the best there is as their florist. Take it from me, it's one less thing you will need to stress about because she delivers nothing short of perfection!

We were so glad we used In Bloom for our wedding flowers. Rachel, the owner, is so wonderful and easy to work with. Her prices are reasonable and her work is beautiful. We weren't quite sure initially what we wanted for flowers, and she helped us out a ton with great recommendations. When we had a couple of last-minute changes to our flower order, she accommodated our requests with no problem. And most importantly - the day of our wedding, our flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I sent them to her and when she got back to me with her ideas I was completely floored! It was like she was in my head! Our wedding bouquets and centerpieces were stunning! Rachel was able to suggest flowers that would give us the look we wanted and she was very accommodating as far as delivery and set up as well. I brought so many of my flowers home I just didn't want to part with them... they lasted weeks! Stunning would be the word I would use to describe the reception flowers and bouquets at our fall wedding. Rachel is a true professional and my husband and I could not have been happier with her work. She turned my inspiration Pinterest photos and color and texture descriptions of what I envisioned into the exact floral arrangements we had on our day. She even accommodated using my grandmother's paint brushes in my bouquet and handled a last minute location change because of inclement weather. I would highly recommend Rachel for any Finger Lakes area wedding.

I first saw Rachel's work at a friends wedding and immediately knew she was who I wanted for my wedding florist. From the early stages of wedding planning I knew the florist was not something I was willing to skimp on, or attempt to do myself. I wanted a professional, creative and stunning look, and Rachel did not disappoint! The flowers at our wedding ended up being one of my most favorite parts of the overall day, and I was overwhelmed with every single arrangement she had created for us. Rachel somehow managed to take every idea and detail I had in my head and made it come to life in the most beautiful way possible. The centerpieces on the tables completely changed the atmosphere of a somewhat plain looking venue, and the bouquets perfectly complimented mine and the bridesmaids dresses. Leading up to the wedding day, Rachel was the most efficient of all of my wedding vendors in that she was ALWAYS quick to return an email or phone call to answer any crazy questions or requests I had come up with, always doing so with a polite and positive response. She fulfilled every single request I had for our wedding flowers, and went above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend Rachel and In Bloom to anyone and everyone, you will not be disappointed!

Rachel was absolutely amazing to work with. She is super organized and timely, and responds to emails very quickly. She worked with me in creating a unique vision for our wedding day. She even emailed me when a certain types of rose wasn't available (because of the weather) to tell me that she was using a different kind of rose. This was impressive to me, especially because I'm sure I wouldn't have even noticed! It is just an example of how great she is with customer service. I am an out of town bride, and was only in town a few select weekends before the wedding. Rachel was super accommodating, and even met with me at her house on a Sunday!

As a bride I didn't know what I really wanted for flowers at my wedding except for a general theme: fall and rustic. Rachel took those ideas and made me and my bridesmaids beautiful bouquets! She also made us gorgeous centerpieces in barnyard wood boxes for the tables and boutonnieres for the men. She is so creative and talented! Rachel is, simply put, incredible. We planned our wedding from out-of-state and In Bloom was one of the first vendors that we hired. We hashed out a floral contract by phone/email but a few months later (and after looking at lots more inspirational photos) I made some changes to our original contract. Rachel promptly responded to my changes and was flexible and accommodating. Did I mention that our flowers were gorgeous?! We received so many compliments on her outstanding work. Rachel was a pleasure to work with. She was very prompt in responding to emails and answering questions prior to the wedding. She used an inspiration board I made and had so many great ideas of what to do for flowers. I felt very comfortable leaving a lot of the flower type/color decisions up to her and she did not dissappoint!
Rachel arrived early the day of the wedding to set up. She stayed around to arrange table numbers on our mason jar centerpieces and made sure each member of the bridal party had their correct floral arrangements. She really went above and beyond in this department.
We got so many compliments on the flowers and were so happy with how they all turned out. A great find- highly recommended!

Working with In Bloom flowers was fantastic. I was able to meet with Rachel, give her the vision of the wedding and she made the vision a reality. She provided amazing roses and an extremely romantic ceremony with tables decorated in candles and rose petals. Rachel went as far as to meet with me and look at different shades of red roses to make sure that my flowers looked the best they could. And best of all, she took the spirit of the pictures I showed her and what I described vaguely and produced the most beautiful arrangements & bouquets I could have hoped for! The first time I teared up at the wedding was when my sister handed me my bouquet--it was perfect! I highly recommend In Bloom!

Rachel, from In bloom, did a wonderful job on my bouquets and centerpieces for our wedding. We were married 7 months ago and we still have both guests, and people from the community,telling us how beautiful our wedding was! We went to meat with Rachel not really sure what flowers to pick or what colors to choose. She was able to give us ideas and show us pictures. The flowers were wonderful and the prices are affordable! That you Rachel for making our day perfect!

Rachel and In Bloom were absolutely fantastic. I was planning an out of state wedding and she helped make it a breeze with her communication and responsiveness. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and were exactly what I had imagined them to be.

Rachel at In-Bloom did our flowers for the wedding and they came out amazing! From the first day, Rachel kept constant contact with me. Had a great first consultation with her. She helped bring my ideas to life, and added her own beautiful touches. She is full of wonderful ideas! I am a huge fan of peonies, and she helped to incorporate them into my bouquet, my bridesmaid's bouquets, the centerpieces, the cake, etc. Needless to say, there were bright pink peonies EVERYWHERE and I was EXTREMELY happy!!! Her prices were very reasonable and she made it very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone!

Rachel did a great job, and captured my vision perfectly! I was most happy with my bouquets and venue flowers! Everyone complimented the gorgeous flowers, and even the simple touches such as the baby's breath. Rachel was very accomendating to my various requests (and I changed my mind back and forth). I got response from her within 24 hours every single time. My now-husband and I compared multiple florists and even wholesale floral websites, Rachel definitely provided the best value. I'd recommend her to every bride who is budget conscious yet wants a beautiful wedding.

Rachel was a pleasure to work with for my wedding. She was recommended by my planner, and I choose to go with her after meeting with another florist as well. She seemed to understand the concept I was going for. I met with her nearly a year before my wedding, and she was more than nice about accomodating my requested changes along the way. I was extremely happy with how everything came together on the big day! I would have to say that my bouquet was my absolute favorite! Thanks Rachel!

I chose In Bloom because of their beautiful website and all of the active posts of flowers on Facebook, and I was not disappointed. Rachel (the owner) listened to all of my ideas about flowers and colors and came up with some beautiful inspirations for my flowers. She also was very flexible with her quotes and re-wrote the quote several times to fit my ideas with my budgets. She even let me make changes up to a few weeks ahead of time (adding more flowers!!!).
The day of the wedding, the flowers arrived in time and looking more beautiful than I had imagined. My flowers were seriously GORGEOUS! The flowers for the ceremony and reception were all set up for me and I didn‘t have to worry about a thing! She also brought jars of water for the bouquets to sit in so they stayed fresh (a nice touch!).

Rachel was really great to work with, especially as I planned my whole wedding from afar and don't know much about flowers. She was very cognizant about working within the budget I gave her, and captured my vision really well. She even waived my delivery fee because she had another delivery in the area later that afternoon, which was much appreciated. We kept our flowers pretty simple (greenery and votives on the tables) but it was really well executed on and everything looked beautiful. I would recommend In Bloom!

Rachel is fabulous- I started out with many competing ideas and she helped me narrow it down to the look I really wanted. My flowers ended up being perfect- exactly what I didn't know I had dreamed of. She was a pleasure to work with, and I'd work with her again in a heartbeat.
