    I searched high and low for rental shops that had the chairs and setup that we needed at a good price and within Los Angeles area. Imperial Party Rentals did not disappoint. They were able to accommodate my Sunday wedding and correspondence with Sarah was great. It is surprising how they know much more than the catering companies. I took their suggestions and we were golden. thank you!

    I definitely recommend Imperial Party Rentals. We looked at 5 vendors for our beach wedding ceremony. Their price was the most reasonable (big plus when you're on budget). We had 50 chairs, covered tile floor for guest seating, wedding aisle, and big umbrella for our string musicians. Audrey and her assistant were always helpful and responsive via email and over the phone. Most importantly they are accountable on your wedding day. They were there since 7 am to set up for our 11 am wedding.

    Audrey K. and her company were a last-minute find and they came through for me like no other.

    I contacted her three days before my wedding requesting to rent table linens and a cake stand and she had absolutely everything I needed.

    Not only did she have everything in her immediate inventory, she had a wide array of sizes, colors and other options for me to choose from.

    Her immediate response to my inquiry was amazing. Her prices are beyond reasonable. She saved me over $500 in equipment rentals alone.

    I will continue to utilize her company for future events that I plan. She has everything you need.

    Audrey runs a great business with excellent rental selections and excellent prices. For our wedding, we rented the beautiful chiavarri chairs, heat lamps, lounge furniture, lantern lighting and did draping. Audrey was responsive by email and phone, was very professional and her team arrived early to have the site in perfect condition for the big event. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to create a beautiful party. If I had to do it all again, I would without a doubt hire Imperial again.

    Very easy to work with and the rentals were great! The chairs were white the white resin folding chairs with padded seats and they were very clean and white! Our lounge furniture rentals were a hit with our guests.

    Adrineh is very nice to work with! I would use them again!

    I am an event planner, so finding vendors that are dependable and flexible is important to me in helping my business grow. That's why I use only Imperial Party Rentals...
    I find IPR to be honest, dependable, professional and most of all, their prices are affordable in comparison to other rental places. Their merchandise is clean, sturdy, presentable and visually stunning, once set up.
    I, not only forgot to add a few things to my order and the wedding was 3 hours away, Adrineh maintained a cool head with all my hyperactivity (drama) going on and made certain that I had my items, making this wedding a success and saving my hyde as an event planner. I can't imaging going anywhere else when I have a company that I could depend on for all of my needs. You will be happy with their integrity.

    Audry and her team were exceptional! Thank you for making my wedding day so beautiful! The white furniture and bar for the cocktail hour was breathless!

    Although, Audrineh (the owner) isn't exactly a friendly person, she did deliver on everything we asked for. Their prices are very competitive, and they delivered on time. There isn't much room for negotiation becuase their prices are already lower than most vendors. Audrineh will tell you exactly what you're getting and will not sugarcoat anything, very honest about what they can do and for how much. I would definitely use them again.

    I just got married in December 2010 and had the BEST WEDDING one can imagine. My husband and I are both law students and we got married in a private estate in Beverly Hills which belongs to my husband's uncle. Fortunately we did not have to pay a dime for the venue, which was beutiful :) The videographer and photographer were gift from my family. Basically our main cost was the catering and rentals. The catering was a combination of middle Eastern and American food and was great. Our main concern and cost was the rentals which was a-z. Trust me I shopped around A LOT...until I found Imperial Rental. To be frank I saw one of the ratings after I had put a big deposit down and was scared to dead!!!!!!! I didn't want to loose my deposit, so I sticked with them. I AM GLAD I DID. Adrineh (she calls herself Audrey) was WONDERFUL. I changed my order 5-6 times around. she was so patient and professional about everything. The day of my wedding, I kept checking with my cousin/day of planner if the rentals were ok. I was really worried about that one rating!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, everything looked breathtaking......the chiavari chairs (I had the antique gold), the pintuck linen....people trust me, their prices are exceptional and the quality is way up there. I paid them less than 6K for the same stuff I had gotten a quote frome classic for 13K. I am not kidding! THEY ARE THE BEST! THANK YOU IMPERIAL. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I rented chairs for my wedding reception from Imperial Party rentals. Audry in the office was great to work with. She was very professional and honest about her product. All but 3 of the chairs we rented were in perfect condition. The reason for the issue was that those 3 were wooden while the others were a great new plastic kind they got. Luckily we had no shows, so it was fine. But I would try for the newere, non wood chairs if you go there.
    They let you come in to the warehouse and look at the equipment beforehand. I highly recommend doing that.
    Overall, the price was impossible to beat and they were efficent with delivery. I didn't have to worry about a thing.
    Highly recommend.

    Imperial Party Rentals provided the chairs for our wedding ceremony. They were timely and the honey colored chairs were very nice.

    We rented chairs, tables, cutlery, dishes, chafing dishes, and napkins for our 50 person guest list. Their website is very informative and helpful, I like that I can see the whole inventory and prices right there. We had to send in a few drafts of our order as the guest list kept changing, and we kept being sent new .pdf invoices. My mom went in to their old show gallery to make sure everything was on the up and up and see all the designs, then my now husband, mother, and I went in to the new showroom a final time to pay and finalize everything. The showroom was cluttered and unattractive but got the job done, and we were able to see the chairs and table settings. We thought the lady helping us was a bit cold and hurried, not very attentive or appreciative to our needs. \r\n\r\nThe day before the wedding the stuff arrived and while I was not there, my husband said they dropped everything off efficiently and left everything in the right place. The tables they dropped off were very scruffy, definitely need nice linens to cover those things up from top to bottom. Even the table tops were not nice. The chafing dishes were adequate and the dishes and cutlery arrived clean. The resin chairs were nice and white, I didn\'t notice any terrible scratches. We had a nice wedding and rinsed everything off after use and re-packed it into the boxes they came in. The pick up people arrived after the allotted window which was slightly inconvenient. \r\n\r\nTheir prices are great, their website is very convenient, service is hit or miss, rentals are in adequate condition with the exception of the tables.

    Changed prices after taking our deposit

    We asked for a quote through Imperial for Rose-Gold floor options and were quoted back a price at about 2K. We took that price to our client and received approval. We then contacted Imperial and issued approval for this estimate, asking for a credit card authorization form.

    Their formal estimate quoted the 2K, their emails quoted the 2K, their language was very precise. Their estimate and their emails all specifically denoted "Rose-Gold Flooring". They sent over the CCA form 3 days later(weekend), I filled it out and submitted it immediately. They took our deposit for the job and then about 20 minutes later they called me to say they didn't know we had needed Rose-Gold and that the price was actually over 4K.

    A few phone calls commenced and in the end they discounted it to around $3,650, still significantly more than our client had agreed to pay.

    Proper business etiquette: if you create an estimate, it's approved and payment is submitted, you can't just call and change the amount after taking a deposit. You eat the cost because you made the mistake, instead of raising the price and shoving us(your customer) under the bus. We pivoted and found another company (who supplied at the original 2K price), but not owning up to your mistake in this way really displays a lack of integrity and we will not be trusting them with our business or our reputation in the future.

    I was lucky enough to find Event Wire for all my wedding needs. Usually, I don't have time for reviews but this one had to be written. Please do not use them. Yes, they come in WAY cheaper than everyone else BUT they more than make up for it after the event by charging you for "missing/broken" items that never went missing or broke. They're rude if things go wrong, they can't prove that anything went missing, they don't return phone calls and they are not on time with deliveries. I am always looking for the better deal but honestly, had I known the headache they would have caused the few days leading up to my wedding and still (weeks after my wedding) - I would have paid the extra money to utilize another company. As you can imagine, a wedding is already stressful and expensive. You don't need your vendors adding to the stress and this company will do just that.

    The prices at Imperial Party Rentals were very reasonable so my now wife and I decided to take a chance with them. We met about six months before to put the deposit down for chairs, linens, and a few other rental things. Overall the quality of their rentals were great. The linens were clean and pressed, the beverage containers were clean, and the chairs were intact. However, on the day of the pick we arrived in a Toyota Tundra king cab with a rack for the tie downs and were quickly challenged by Adrineh Khechadorian.

    Basically, she (one of the owners) was upset at us for not bringing what she considered a "real truck" which she meant a v12 flat bed truck fully enclosed. At the time of the deposit, it was stated that this Toyota truck was what we would be using for the pick up which she said it was fine. Not only was I faced with her rudeness and chicanery but at times during the pick up she would come over and literally yell at me stating that the chairs were to high stacked up and threatening me that if anything happened to her dear chairs I would be faced with a $40 fee per chair. She also commented on my slightly dirty work truck which frankly was non of her business.

    In the end, she did not let me stack the chairs pass five feet despite the security of the rack and tie downs. Out of the 120 chairs that we paid for, I was only allowed to take 78 of them. This was on Friday at 2pm 4/15/11 and I had to drop off the chairs in San Pedro and set them up myself along with everything else in time for the following day for our wedding on Sat. 4-16-11 at noon. Adrineh stated that I would have to come back for the rest of the chairs but I told her that it would be impossible because San Pedro was about a 45 minute drive and traffic would not allow me to come back in time. When I asked if I could pick them up the next day, she responded quite harshly that she had no clue what time they would be there. I told her that I needed to know since I was the groom and would have to set up everything with my groomsmen. Basically it was non of her concern so I left since I already was in a rush to take the chairs to our private wedding venue (community center). I called Adrineh that same day and told her that there was no way for me to pick up the rest of the chairs and that I would have to come early the next day and she told me that they would be open at noon. My wedding was at noon so there was no way for me to pick them up. After setting up those chairs from Imperial, I spent an hour looking for a local place that were able to rent me the chairs that I was not allowed to take from Adrineh. Fortunately I found a place although it was very stressful and a big inconvenience for us.

    On the day of the return I was on time, and to my surprise Adrineh Khechadorian refused to give me back the money for 42 chairs that we did not rent, or that I literally never even carried out of her establishment. That was about $75 that we did not get plus all we got from her was a cold attitude of superior inferiority and vulgar remarks. I do not recommend this rental place despite their good prices.

    Dear Kevin,

    We appreciate your review and the testimonial that our quality and prices are great!

    I hope that my response will assure you that in no way I was trying to upset you.

    At the time when you placed your order, I did let you and Deborah know that it is rather difficult to pick up and return the rentals yourselves, taking the size of your order into account.
    Not only, is it physically demanding but also stressful to spend the day before your most important day, dealing with the hassle of pick up and set up….
    However, you said that since you had a suitable vehicle and had done several deliveries before, it would not be a problem for you.

    I do admit that I was rather surprised when I saw the truck knowing that 120 chairs could not possibly fit in that truck, especially since the truck was not empty. I do apologize if I came across rude, but in no way my intention was to disrespect you. I certainly would not allow myself to yell at anyone let alone a customer. I simply said that you could not stack the chairs at that height due to safety reasons. Even though the chairs interlock, the maximum number of chairs allowed to stack for delivery is 25 (even in our box trucks, with heavy duty security belt).

    Yes, I did say that if they break the replacement cost would be rather pricey, but most importantly it was hazardous and dangerous; for you driving and others driving or walking next to you. The chairs could have easily flown out of the truck and caused serious accidents.
    If I checked, my intention was not to check on you but simply to make sure that it was done securely.

    You are correct. It is not my business if the truck was clean or not. In no way my intention was to offend you. I merely said that the truck has dirt and small stones underneath and since you were picking up white clean chairs for a wedding, it concerned me. However, you assured me that you had brought towels to put under the chairs and I was thankful.

    You did ask if Saturday pick up was an option and I said that you are welcome to pick up Saturday at noon or thereafter. Since among other deliveries, we had three wedding set ups on Saturday between 6 am and noon. I could not possibly guarantee that someone could be at the warehouse before noon.
    You agreed to come back in two hours. However, Deborah called and said that you were stuck in traffic and could not come back. I expressed to her how sorry I was and explained to her again that I could not allow more chairs to be stacked in the truck. I even offered her to stay as long as it takes for you to be back, but she said that regardless you would not be able to come back. I also recommended that someone else who lives nearby to pick up the remaining chairs. You both said that it was ok and you will get by with what you have.

    When you returned the rentals, I congratulated you and Deborah and articulated again how sorry I was, but unfortunately I could not possibly allow you to stack all those chairs due to safety reasons.

    I asked you how everything was and you expressed that you were satisfied and everything worked out well.
    Before you left, you did indeed ask me if I can credit you the $71 for the 42 chairs; but unfortunately based on your contract and our cancellation policy I was not able to do that. Especially since the white chairs are our bestseller and we were completely booked for the weekend. However I did tell you that I would make up for it and next time when you place an order I would discount you for that amount. You understood and agreed and left.

    Again, I am very sorry if I offended you in anyway. Sincerely it was not my intention. I hope that you agree that I was unable to let you stack the chairs higher and why I commented on the debris (stones/dirt) in your truck.

    DANGER..DISHONEST...BAIT AND SWITCH... LIARS...MONSTERS!!!!
    I ordered a huge order for my daughter's wedding. Adrineh is so sweet and charming IT'S A TRAP!! She promised tents no later than Thursday and rentals no later than Friday.

    I arrived on Friday morning and had to pick up all the beer bottles and trash from her workers drinking and partying all night. Frantically called her & her evil spawn husband who kept promising they were on their way. HE WAS BEYOND RUDE AND HEARTLESS. HE LAUGHED AT CRYING MOTHER OF THE BRIDE AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO ABOUT IT SINCE THEY ALREADY HAD MY $$

    We had 15 people standing around waiting for 3 days to decorate but they wouldn't show and every hour they promised they were on their way. It was a 1 hour drive, not a 3 day drive...they weren't coming in from Afghanistan. When they were there they wouldn't work with people watching. I found out why when I saw the stuff..all crappy and taped up with duck tape.

    Long story short...they barely finished minutes before the reception ON SATURDAY WHICH WAS AN HOUR LATE BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND MALICE so we didn't get to put up all the decor (I wasted thousands of $$ because of them).

    TENTS WERE HORRIFIC, TORN, OLD, PATCHED WITH VISIBLE DUCK TAPE.

    Kitchen didn't work & had to call another rental co for an emergency kitchen. CATERER BLACLISTED THEM!!

    Chairs were different colors, tend draping was completely wrong and didn't match the wedding theme. Place was immaculate whey they arrived but they left trash everywhere. WEDDING PLANNER BLACKLISTED THEM!!

    Even though I made everyone swear on pain of death not to tell bride or groom about the nightmare, I'm still the mother of the bride and paid a lot of pro's so I could just enjoy the moment. It's a once in lifetime day and they ruined it for me, my husband, her siblings aunts and uncles. Everyone who had to work to finish the set up that Imperial was paid to do. WE SPENT A YEAR AND A HALF PLANNING THIS DAY ONLY TO SPEND 3 DAYS CRYING AND BEGGING THESE DISGUSTING, USELESS PEOPLE.

    Adrineh's husband is the most vile and vulgar man. He has a crew of scum. All her sweet words of 'God blesses' and sweet charm doesn't make up for the nightmare of their business.

    I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE PURE EVIL. THEY TURN A DAY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FAIRYTALE INTO A NIGHTMARE. Even if you have to pay a few more bucks...don't trust them. It costs you more in the long run. I wasted thousands because of them and had to pay another rental company because of the stuff they had that didn't work so I ended up spending a lot more than if I'd gone with a different company.

    I can only say wonderful things about the caterer, wedding planner, DJ, valet..everyone who pitched in to do what Imperial was paid to do. They worked hard to fix and save the day.

    I love to write wonderful things about vendors as a 'Thank you' for their part and I did for 9 other vendors. THIS IS THE ONLY WARNING BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE TO BE NEGATIVE BUT I HAD TO WARN PEOPLE WHO HAVE SPECIAL OCCASIONS.

    I ignored another bride's warning because of their prices but she was so right. THEY ARE HORRIFIC. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY. BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
