Jeff saved us. He personally called me late in the night once he found that my previous DJ cancelled SEVEN days before our wedding. He provided support and clarity as I panicked my way out of this situation.
On the day of, Jeff showed up early, dressed professionally, kind to guests and ready to entertain. He truly kept the ceremony and reception going with directing guests, playing the perfect style of music and making sure my husband and I were always the #1 priority.
Jeff did not make himself the center of attention, he didn’t over talk on the mic, he didn’t rely on the over played predicable wedding music (per our request) and he played all of the songs we requested.

Jeff was awesome!! He met with us before the wedding to go over what kind of music we wanted and when, and our list of "do not plays". We also went over the order of events. He was able to keep things on schedule and people entertained between the time we got there and dinner. He also went above and beyond helping splice music for our first dances/father-daughter/mother-son dances. And he helped me with a vision I had for doing a song mash-up to surprise my husband! Definite 5-star reviews!! He's amazing at what he does, friendly, timely, entertaining, great taste in music!!! Couldn't ask for better. 😊😊😊

The best you can get!
Our wedding was October 2021 and we had been going back and forth between a few different DJ and music services. We are so thankful we went with iLuminous. He really went above and beyond to make sure our guests had a wonderful time. He kept everything moving smooth during the dinner and even got drinks for us and the head table. You can tell he loves his job and we still have guests that bring him up even a year later. Even when the venue was rude to him, he maintained a professional attitude and checked in with us right away. Go with iLuminous, you won't be dissapointed!

Jeff was very thorough in making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. He was also very personable and easy to talk to. The pre-wedding checklist that he walks through with us before the wedding made planning the reception and dance super easy and straightforward. During ur cake cutting, we realized we forgot to set out champagne for the toast. Jeff immediately ran over with a bottle of Sprite so we could at least toast for the pictures. He really saved the day! HIGHLY recommend!

One of our favorite parts of our perfect day was having Jeff as our DJ for the night. He is absolutely incredible to work with and his price was incredible for his time and services. He was super flexible with meeting and planning, knows all the right questions to ask and prepare, was non-judgmental about our quirky requests and ideas and kept the whole night running smoothly. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff from iLuminous for our wedding. We recommend him to any couples looking for an awesome DJ. He was prompt with responses and very professional making sure everything was planned out just the way we'd like. It was very easy working with, we were nervous because we didn't know what to ask or what all the DJ does but he had spreadsheets and walked us through all the details. The day of the wedding Jeff went above and beyond to help us, we had a last minute debacle with our pastor Jeff reorganized and made it the wedding of our dreams! He worked with all the vendors so we didnt have to worry about anything. Amazing, went above and beyond!
Jeff was the DJ for our wedding and went above and beyond for us. We purchased his most expensive package so he could do music for our ceremony and reception, as well as 3 meetings beforehand. Jeff took the time to get to know us as a couple so he could really carry out the vision for our special day. He even came to our home so we could edit the music for my father/daughter dance with my dad. Jeff was so fun and made sure to get our special requests in as well as the do not play list. His up-lighting was perfect, not too much or "rave" like as some can be. He made the reception so smooth, would definitely recommend and rate 5/5.

It wouldn't have been a party without iLuminous!
We had iLuminous for our wedding in June of 2021 and all I have to say is that we still have guests that rave about our DJ, even two months later. Jeff did an awesome job of communicating, doing a a bit of improvising and keeping the party going from start to finish. My husband and I got married in November of this crazy year that has been 2020! As was the case with a lot of brides, we had to downsize and switch dates due to COVID and Jeff was AMAZING! He showed flexibility and grace with accommodating our new date, which was so welcome with all of the stress that wedding planning during a pandemic brings! Jeff was the DJ for my brother's wedding and it was an easy decision to make him the DJ for my husband and I's wedding as well. He was so great to work with! He gave great suggestions for songs as we planned out the big day and I came up blank for a few categories, but ultimately let me make the final decisions. On the day of our wedding, he helped the entire day move seamlessly and kept it super upbeat! We had a few weird requests (for example, my husband and I wanted to introduce our wedding party) and he was happy to comply with them all. I also specifically requested that only 2-3 slow songs be played for our entire reception and he did not disappoint, the reception was a party from start to finish. We also used him for our photo booth. When the printer for the photo strips malfunctioned, he was profusely apologetic and promised to make it right. He gave us a beautiful book of all of the photos from the photo booth of our guests for free that we LOVE looking back on! Could not recommend Jeff enough! You won't regret it!

One less thing to stress about!
Jeff was amazing for our wedding (9/26/20)! I never realized how much went into the DJ role, but he was a huge part of keeping us on schedule! We hit a few bumps, but Jeff was right there to smooth things along. For example we forgot our champagne glasses for after the cake cutting. Jeff didn’t skip a beat and had them there before I even knew they were missing. He also went out of his way to get our first dance song since it was only available on Spotify. All of these things and he was super funny and our guest loved him! His prices are some of the best I found, especially for the quality service he provides. We highly recommend Jeff!

Jeff was the DJ for our wedding this past Saturday. He did the music for our ceremony as well as at the reception. He was SO accommodating and so much fun. He asked the right questions and made sure he was always doing exactly what we wanted while making sure to judge the crowd and the mood. When planning for the ceremony and reception he used a spread sheet that made it so easy to lay out all of the songs for the ceremony and the special songs for certain dances. . Flexible, Attention to Detail - All Around 5 Stars
We had an outdoor wedding in April.. In Kansas... Just means we have a lot of faith. But Jeff was super awesome with being flexible, even when we changed the venue to the reception a few times in a matter of half an hour. The process of getting to know was great and it showed in the music selection that we heard. We never heard a song that we didn't love throughout the dinner and the dance. We so appreciate Jeff for his outstanding work. We went from one photo to the cake cutting to the group photo to first dance with the help of Jeff. The dance floor was always lively and the party continued which really allowed us to spend more time with loved ones and enjoy our day that much more. Way Above Any & All Expectations
Hello you beautiful couple! I know you two are excited and nervous and confused and you have SO many options. I just want to preface with the fact that I CANNOT say enough about Jeff! I was exposed to his work at my cousins wedding June of '17. They had his photobooth, and he had this awesome DJ station and he knew how to keep the crowd engaged and keep the night moving! When my now husband and I got engaged, honestly, it was a no brainer for us to contact iLuminous. We obviously had NO idea what we were doing, or what to expect, but with Jeff, it came so naturally. He wants to know you as individuals, as a couple, and get to know what your dream day looks like, and sounds like. He is super easy to work with, and the experience definitely surpassed the cost that we paid. I had a comment from both him and my Venue manager, that our wedding was THE MOST on time wedding they've been a part of. And honestly, a huge part of that is Jeff himself! I could literally go on for hours, because that's the kind of person I am, but to sum up the experience of pre/during/post wedding, Jeff has been amazing. You should do what my husband and I did, reach out to Jeff, and no one else. You won't regret it. You'll have so much fun. Best of luck to you and yours!!

Jeff is the best in the business
Jeff is amazing. I picked iLuminous because of their DJ and photo booth package and it did not disappoint! I had no idea the level of service we were going to receive. Jeff met with us multiple times to get a feel for our reception space and our music taste. He is very knowledgeable about types of music that guests like at wedding receptions. I was very particular about what music I wanted played at the reception. I was so surprised and thankful when Jeff found me on the dance floor to ask if he could play a specific song one of my guests had requested. I have never been a big dancer but I was out jumping around the entire night! He greeted us when we arrived at the reception to make sure we were all in the right spot for our entrance. He checked in with my husband and I throughout the night to make sure we were happy. That is the quality of service that you won’t get anywhere else. The photo booth was a major hit and my guests loved it! I had many people tell my father-in-law that the music and atmosphere was spot on. We received digital copies of everyone’s photos from the night and Jeff surprised me again when he made me a photo scrapbook from the pictures of the night. I will say it again, Jeff is the best in the business—book him!

Jeff was amazing!! Best DJ around by far! Played good music, kept the crowd on their feet and even interacted with the crowd on some songs! Highly recommend him! Photo booth was awesome too! Jeff was absolutely fantastic at our wedding! He provided sound for our ceremony, as well as the reception! Due to weather we had to work with a backup plan and he was with us through it all helping with recommendations on music to accommodate the change! He was extremely knowledgeable about timelines for receptions, and knew exactly how long each element would take based on what we wanted. On the day of he was very flexible and kept us in the loop the whole time. My guests had a blast on the dance floor, and we even convinced him to come out and teach us a group dance to some of the songs! He kept the party going and kept our guests extremely happy. iLuminous is absolutely the best bang for your buck -- look no further!! I cannot sing their praises enough! :)

Jeff was a dream to work with! We were referred to him through a friend and he did not disappoint. We experienced his DJ services for our wedding, and he organized our requests perfectly and made it a perfect night. He coordinated easily with our photographer and helped us keep everything on schedule for the day (you really do lose track of time). He values his work and service and it truly shows. Definitely keep him in mind for your special events!

Jeff was absolutely incredible. Our reception didn't go exactly as we had initially planned it (but lets face it, when do weddings go according to plan?). Jeff did an awesome job of navigating the situation and we still had an incredible time. He was extremely helpful with planning and the music was perfect for us. It's as if he knew us for years when we really just met for a quick coffee immediately prior to the wedding. I wouldn't change choosing Jeff for our DJ, ever. The photo booth was also AMAZING. The quality was incredible and my guests continuously commented on how awesome the music and photo booth was. At the end of the night, I had at least 5 people ask me for Jeff's contact info for future weddings.
Jeff is extremely reasonably priced and is exactly the man to choose. You will not be disappointed whatsoever. Thank you Jeff for the memories! :)

Jeff is outstanding. He recently DJ'd at my friends wedding and I knew from it I had to book him. He did ours this December very close to Christmas. He was a huge help with the timeline of the day; something I had not fully thought through. He took my husband and I's thoughts in to consideration of everything. He also played great music. Jeff was hands down the best vendor we booked for our wedding; and we had the whole nine yards. Venue, videographer, photographer, cake, attire, catering, liquor, transportation, hair/makeup, etc.
I contacted him to inquire about pricing/packages and was too busy to reply the same night, but the next day, he messaged me saying there was another couple interested in the same date. He didn't want to rush our decision, but simply suggested getting together to discuss options and see if they'd be the right fit for us. I couldn't believe his professionalism! I'd found a vendor that would go out of his way to please his clients; it wasn't just about who would sign the contract the quickest and lock in a date. So we booked our DJ! Even throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Jeff communicated with us the entire time (and I'd gone weeks without hearing from some of our other vendors, even after multiple emails). We met up for consultations and he planned our entire timeline for the day. He was pretty much our wedding planner in disguise, we were incredibly impressed. Not to mention I gave him our playlist last minute which he was happy to work with, and kept our dance floor fired up! You can stop looking elsewhere, Jeff is your go-to DJ. We highly recommend Iluminous!

We LOVED working with Jeff and the iLuminous team! They were so incredibly helpful both on our big day and during the months leading up to it. If I had any questions, I could email Jeff and expect a reply within a day or so. On our wedding day, they weren’t invasive at all. Jeff did an amazing job with communicating with us; he didn’t move onto the next event unless we were ready to do so. After the ceremony, pictures were taking longer than expected and it took us a while to get back to our guests; I was stressed out that it was taking so long! But we were greeted by happy guests and I had multiple people tell me how great of a job Jeff did at keeping them entertained while we were away and that’s what mattered to me! Absolutely loved working with iLuminous and I would recommend them to anyone planning a family-friendly event! They definitely made our big day one to remember.

Jeff truly went above and beyond of ensure that our day was perfect! He made time for multiple meetings in recent months leading up to the wedding and created a timeline for our reception. On the day of, he checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were able to include all the things we wanted to in our special day. The wedding day was a blur and we made some changes on the fly, but Jeff made them go soooo smoothly! He stuck to the playlist we requested as well. Jeff brought his TV to play a photo slideshow we had and he even made some edits to make sure it was the best it could be. His lighting added a lot to our reception venue and he even surprised us on the day of with a setup for outdoor music for our outdoor cocktail hour! It was awesome! Jeff does a great job and is just an all around great guy! I would highly recommend him for any of your DJ needs. No matter what he will make sure your day is perfect!

They were personable and really took our vision for what we wanted to the next level! Jeff met with us several times before the wedding to help us with the timeline talk about things we wanted and didn't want. And then on the wedding day made sure everything went smoothly played a good mix of music, took requests and made the night extreamtly fun and exciting. He kept people involved and even helped some of my guest learn line dances! The photo booth was so much fun! Great for the kids and the adults! I got several compliments on them! Seriously If you want to truly amazing and fun night that will be memorable I would go with them!

Jeff & the iLuminous team were so great! I would highly recommend them for their DJ services. You can tell how passionate he is about DJing from the moment you first meet. We actually met with him ~3-4 times before our actual big day, and he was very accommodating to what we wanted and worked well with our timelines. Originally, we didn't think we would need him for our ceremony music but luckily he talked about how good his system was for ceremonies, so we ended up using him for it. It was great because he could expertly fade in/out the music when needed throughout. We also wanted an awesome grand entrance to the reception, so we asked him to do something like an NBA intro where he announced the entire "starting lineup", and he was incredible! The music and microphone were a bit too loud to hear exactly what he was saying though, but overall, the hype was definitely there. I also loved that he sent us his DJ list ahead of time so we could review what we did and did not want played. He also stuck to the Do Not Play list, making sure we did not play Justin Bieber even on request (except for when I personally made an exception). Overall, the guests had a blast with the music, and told us how great our song choices were (even though those were Jeff's mainly!)!
His photobooth was fun and affordable too. I will say it was a little awkward because the screen was dark while you're trying to set up for the picture, and the camera was really high up, but overall, it worked out, and everyone had a good time with it.
I would highly recommend iLuminous to anyone else looking for a good time at their wedding! They love what they do, and it shows. I've seen his progressions since the beginning - we were one of the first couples to book with him when he started his company - and it's amazing how far he's come in only a year and a half. I'm very excited to see how much better he gets in the future!

We loved Jeff! He met with us 3 times before the wedding to make sure we were in communication and we got just what we wanted. He played all the songs we requested and made sure to keep people dancing. The value we got was top notch! We were very pleased with our service!

Incredible DJ and photo booth service. Worked through some issues with our venue and handled incredibly. Always checked in with us throughout night to make sure we were aware of the next task we needed to do and make sure we were available to do it then. Very kind friendly people and entertained everyone all night! The dance floor was never empty and everyone had a blast. Everyone loved the photobooth and the fact that they could see their pics online afterwards as well' I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to everyone I know for all events!

Wow - we worked with Jeff and his wife for our wedding and would recommend iLuminous for any event sound, lighting or photo booth needs you have! I wish I could give more than 5 stars as Jeff went above and beyond our expectations! Jeff provided the music and sound for our outdoor ceremony, which was perfect! He went the extra mile to make sure every guest could hear what was going on, which was really important to us as we wrote our own vows! We also provided Jeff a pretty stringent music list with timing and no requests, he stuck to our wishes & had every song we requested without blinking an eye. Jeff brought up lighting & dance floor lighting that completely transformed our event space and made pictures turn out incredible. We won a drawing for the iLuminous photo booth as well, our guests LOVED the interactive aspect and the pictures turned out amazing. This was a vendor that I found online and who basically is getting their business started. We met with Jeff and he shared so much of what they would do for us and how they would accomplish what we would like at my daughters wedding. He followed up with them to ensure the flow for he wedding, kept the guests engaged in the festivities and had a wonderful display of back lighting and music for our guests to enjoy. The photo booth was an additional fun adventure that everyone took an immediate response to and the fact that they provide a book to the Bride and Groom showing all of the pictures that were taken in the photo booth is an added plus. The Bride and Groom will be able to enjoy seeing their guests having some fun with the costumes. By far a great DJ and Photo Booth experience. I would highly recommend this group!

Jeff was awesome! Our family is huge and enjoys dancing to traditional wedding songs like the YMCA, Chicken Dance, and the Electric Slide. He played all of the music we requested, even the crazy Irish Jig and Polka Dance. He has a wide selection of music to choose from. The lights on the DJ booth were an excellent addition. It added an extra flavor of fun. We wanted to get through the "to-do" list asap and get straight to the party. Jeff designs a 'reception timeline' for the day and does a great job of letting us know when and where we need to be. The guests know Jeff is there without being overbearing. He played music requests from our guests. Jeff made sure we, the bride and groom, had everything we wanted. We would definitely recommend him for any type of reception or party!!!

Jeff and the iLuminous team provided DJ, uplighting and photo booth services for our wedding reception 7/16/2016. Jeff was very professional and friendly from beginning to end. He and the iLuminous team did a great job at our reception. Our guests loved him and had a great time with the photo booth. Iluminous was very affordable and even traveled 2 hours each way! We highly recommend him to anyone needing DJ, uplighting and/or photo booth services!

Jeff worked with us on very short notice to provide music and lighting for a wedding reception locally after our destination wedding in Jamaica. He did an excellent job meeting with us beforehand, following up with us when necessary, and was always well prepared. On the day of the event, his team set up quickly and everything matched our requests perfectly. iLuminous did an outstanding job for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Jeff was a fantastic addition to our event. Our event was a high school leadership conference with thousands of teens. He provided a photo booth during their dance/evening entertainment event. The students loved his variety of props, but most of all they were amazed at how quickly the process was - they never had to wait in line long as it was SO quick-moving, they were just very impressed with how fast they got their prints!
I would highly recommend Jeff and iLuminous to anyone looking to add a photo booth to their event. Professional, respectful, prompt service!

Working with Jeff was wonderful, he was positive in all our conversations and wasn't scared to give my requests a try. I used Jeff as my Dj for my engagement party as well as my photo booth for my wedding. When DJ-ing, Jeff had a lot of energy and created an atmosphere in which my attendants felt comfortable to be themselves and have a lot of fun. Then at my wedding many of my guests commented how fun the photo booth was with all the different props and personalized frames. He created an individual plan for me where I felt special and didn't have to worry about any of the details. I gave him my vision and he not only met them, but exceeded them. He works at a professional level, and does not come to a job lacking. I used Jeff because I knew I would not have to worry, and in wedding season, that was such a gift. I would recommend Jeff for any event or function where you want professional to also meet personal. He truly cares for his customers and gives the best to them.

They always provide the photo booth for our school's Prom & Homecoming. They have always done a great job and the kids LOVE it! They have also provided photo booth services for my daughter's wedding. They do an awesome job and I would, and will always call them when I need them!

Jeff was my dj for my wedding in January of 2013. He did an amazing job! He was very thorough in doing exactly what I wanted. The things that I wasn't sure of and left up to him, he did a great job going with our style and making things perfect! Everything flowed so smoothe and I was just so happy with his services. Jeff & Julie made or wedding so fun with their photo booth. It was an awesome keepsake to all the guests and everyone loved taking pictures during the entire reception. They have a lot of fun props and were flexible to let us bring props if we wanted to. The pictures turned out great and they posted them online right away and that was fun to see. Jeff was absolutely amazing! He took time out of his schedule to get to know us before the wedding, kept the dance floor packed the whole night (and read the crowd to adjust), and checked in with us throughout the evening! Can’t recommend him enough!

December Wedding
We had a December wedding and Jeff was fantastic. He was willing to do the things we wanted and when the reception didn’t go quite as planned, he was still there will to help make everything go as smoothly as possible. We could not have been happier with our service for the day of our wedding! No matter what happened throughout the day, he was very flexible and worked with us to help make our vision. come true. Jeff and his assistant did an amazing job with our wedding. They set up to provide the ceremony music and the timing of it was spot on! The space we had available for the photo booth was smaller than they typically use but they made it work without a single hiccup. The sound and lighting for the dance was perfect as well. Highly recommend then for your celebration needs!

Jeff did a great job for our wedding. We had to switch dates and venue and he was able to work with us. He also helped us with our timeline as well as showed us some fun games to play. He also was very active during the reception and got many compliments from the guests!
