I had my wedding here on June 1, 2024 and they were all beyond amazing to work with! As a bride, there's always new stresses that come up when planning, this group of ladies went out of their way to assist in any way they could. For example, we live about an hour away from the venue and were concerned about bringing all of our decor and having enough time to decorate the venue. Not only did they offer us a place to store our items, but they even worked with our schedule and let us come in the day before to decorate.
On the day of the wedding, we were surprised to see it rained. We did not have a plan B, but the venue did! Amanda grabbed her golf cart and drove us around the golf course and found the best (dry) spots for us...she also got me a blanket :)
Zoie worked very closely with me in planning out the details and she replied PROMPTLY! Even if I sent her dozens of emails in a row, she never lost her cool and helped me out in both completing the tasks, and keeping me sane ;) She provided amazing support throughout the entire planning process!
During the ceremony, Danielle was ON TOP OF IT! I have never seen anyone so focused and determined in getting something done. The food came out warm and on time with no issues (AMAZING FOOD). She made sure that my timeline went according to plan and was ready to jump in at the slightest hint of anything going wrong.
This venue and this group of ladies created such a beautiful day for both myself and my husband. Although things went wrong throughout the day, like in every wedding day, I can honestly say that NOTHING involving the venue went wrong :)UMB Bank Pavilion's reply:

Outstanding Wedding Review
We could not have been more thrilled with our experience at this wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and completely taken care of. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and truly invested in making the day special. Zoie and the staff were so kind, friendly, and fun to work with!
The décor was stunning—tastefully done, elegant, and perfectly maintained. Everywhere we looked, there were thoughtful touches that added to the beauty of the celebration. The ambience was absolutely magical, creating the perfect backdrop for such an important day. It struck the ideal balance between warm, intimate, and wonderfully inviting.

Incredible!
We are so glad we chose UMB Pavillon for our wedding venue! They were so professional and kind. They helped with so many little details the day of and everything went so smooth. The food is absolutely incredible. The venue itself is beautiful inside with the open windows and high ceilings. The bridal suite is perfect for the day of. The pictures turned out amazing with the golf course and amazing flowers. If you’re looking for a venue, this is it!!UMB Bank Pavilion's reply:

The Gio Events team (especially Zoie) was a dream to work with. The venue itself is gorgeous and speaks for itself. Guests raved about how delicious the food was and the day of coordination helped create a seamless wedding. Cannot recommend or thank this venue and this team enough.UMB Bank Pavilion's reply:

We hosted our daughter's wedding and reception at the Pavilion last weekend. Everything was perfect. The staff were so accommodating to us and was patient since we lived out of town. The food was excellent and many guests commented on the quality of their meals. The building is incredible and there are many options to set up to fit the vision. Best day ever!
I loved working with Zoie and Amanda through the planning process they were so flexible with meetings and even gave us a tour of the venue on FaceTime! They always answered my emails quickly and listened to all my ideas. The staff was all super nice during the event and our food came out fresh. We got so many compliments on the food! The Tuscan chicken was a huge hit! Of course the golf grounds were beautiful for pictures!UMB Bank Pavilion's reply:

We got married at IBT Pavilion in September 2023 & were blown away by the venue, food & most importantly the service. The service that Danielle, Zoie & every staff member involved on our wedding day exceeded our expectations. The quality of the service & how nice everyone was made our day perfect. The taste, quality & presentation of the food makes it the best wedding food I’ve ever had (& I’m not just saying that because it was my wedding). Danielle & Zoie are so great & help you stay organized with venue-related planning from the start. They’ll fit the ceremony & reception spaces to your needs. I wanted my outdoor ceremony flipped to be under the pergola instead of by the trees & it was no problem at all. So thankful for IBT Pavilion & the staff!UMB Bank Pavilion's reply:

We had the absolute best day ever! Zoie and Danielle were both EXTREMELY responsive and supportive throughout the year leading up to our big day. They did everything in their power to customize the venue space to exactly what we wanted and it was even more beautiful than we imagined. If we could relive this day, we would hands down, 110% choose this as our perfect venue again.UMB Bank Pavilion's reply:

This space was everything we could have asked for and more! It spoke for itself and didn’t need any extra decor if we didn’t want to! Danielle and Zoie were amazing event coordinators who were very communicative and pleasant throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better wedding at The IBT Pavilion! First off, the venue itself, even without a single decoration added, is absolutely GORGEOUS! The natural light that pours into the venue is one of the biggest reasons I chose this venue. Secondly, the staff are so helpful and kind! I am a perfectionist and with that, I ask many questions and triple-check details constantly. Danielle and Zoie were always prompt with responding to my emails or phone calls and always assured me that my questions/concerns were valid. If I ever posed a question or idea that they weren't sure about, they made note of it and formulated a plan to figure it out right away. They even helped arrange a late-night snack for my guests from my favorite pizza place! The guests LOVED it! Aside from the late-night pizza, the dinner that was served at the venue was AMAZING! The dinner choices were unique, flavorful, and so delicious! My guests could not stop talking about the food even weeks after the wedding (the most popular being the Pork Tenderloin)! All in all, our wedding at the IBT Pavilion was the wedding I had always dreamed of, and more! Our expectations were exceeded and we wish we could relive that day all over again!UMB Bank Pavilion's reply:

Amazing & flexible
I was beyond pleased with everyone that we worked with through the Pavilion! We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and they were more than willing to work with us and be flexible. I would recommend this venue to anyone! It was beautiful and perfect. -

Best Venue
Great venue that is absolutely beautiful and affordable! Staff there were very accommodating and answered every one of my questions! One of our guests was running late to our reception and the staff kept her food in the back to keep warm until she got there! AMAZING service! The golf course is stunning for pictures and the food was fantastic! A couple months later and people are still talking about our food! I truly could not have asked for a better place To have a once in a lifetime day! Thank you Rockford Bank and Trust for giving us the perfect day! -

Beautiful facility, Taneel made everything flow effortlessly and spent many hours with us prior to our event ensuring everything would be perfect.
We received numerous compliments from our guests on how great the food was. Our vendors also made this venue come alive for our perfect day. We will hold these memories close forever! Thank you Illinois bank and trust pavilion. -

Beautiful, Elegant - Fantastic!
We have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Illinois Bank & Trust Pavilion. The team, the venue, the food - all AMAZING.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful but what truly makes this a top tier venue is the team. Johnna, the Chef, the set up crew, bartenders, etc....fantastic. We decided to change dates due to the pandemic and they were not only understanding but they were helpful and incredibly responsive from start to finish in the planning process. We intended on an outdoor ceremony for our September wedding. However, an hour prior it became very windy with rain expected as I was planned to walk down the aisle. Johnna met with me and asked what I wanted to do and calmly ensured her team would make anything happen we wanted - we ended up switching to an indoor ceremony and the team switched the room over SO quick and created the most beautiful, intimate ceremony experience. The room at night with candles and the lighting is beautiful. It was beyond perfect. Would not have wanted it any other way. During cocktail hour, they flipped the room back in no time. They truly are rock stars!! Lastly, the food - amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food they had at our wedding. Every single item we tasted was delicious and beautifully plated.
We absolutely loved having our wedding at IBT and have heard nothing but fantastic reviews from our guests experiences as well. -
