COVID 19 couldn’t stop us!
Rev. Pam is very responsive, answered all our questions and helped to make our social distancing wedding a truly memorable one. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. We held our ceremony in the garden at Rev. Pam’s home. She took some beautiful pictures and videoed the ceremony for us. It was obvious to us that Rev. Pam loves what she does! By the time we left, we felt that Rev. Pam was a friend. We highly recommend holding your wedding at Pine Manor! You will be surrounded with beauty and love and your wedding will be unforgettable. Thank you Rev. A perfect ceremony
We were married by Rev Pam in Central Park in Des Plaines. She is absolutely fantastic. She was fast to respond to my questions regarding availability. The process to book online is so easy and fast. She is very thorough and covers all the little details. On our wedding day she gave us exactly what we were wanting, a small intimate ceremony. She has such a passion for marrying people. She is absolutely wonderful and we are so happy with our day. Thank you so much Rev Pam, you made our day wonderful!! -

Large Wedding with several days of events
Reverend Pam was fantastic! She helped us plan our June 2, 2018 wedding and helped us organize some of the other events as well. She booked the hotel in Elk Grove Village which was also the wedding venue, she got the invitations, cake, photographer, videographer, violonist, and was our officiant. We really enjoyed our year long planning process with her. She was very sensitive and understanding of our cultural differences and traditions. She even sent us a nice card a year later to remind us of our lovely ceremony. Our guests absolutely loved our wedding and reception. We are so happy we chose Reverend Pam as our officiant and wedding planner. -

Our Pine Manor All Day Elopement Wedding was Magical! My fiance' (Oops sorry... my wife) and I just wanted to share our special day together and not use up all of our savings on a big wedding. We pondered the idea of eloping on a cruise, or a destination wedding, but when we did the math they all ended up costing about as much as having a big wedding at home (not to mention the stress of planning it). We both agreed that we wanted to do more than a court house marriage... and then we found Rev Pam at Pine Manor! We absolutely love HER! She took such good care of us every step of the way. The flowers that Rev Pam put together were beautiful, the wedding cake was absolutely delicious (and adorable), the photographer (Demitri) was very professional and talented, and our violinist (Emily) was incredible. We knew it was going to be a special day for us, but we had no idea just how special it was going to be. Rev Pam's personal touch and adaptability was just remarkable. She made us as comfortable as possible, and kept the whole day as stress free as we could have possibly hoped for. We lucked out and the weather behaved for us just long enough for us to have our ceremony in her lovely yard. It was absolutely wonderful. We strongly recommend Rev Pam and Pine Manor for your wedding! We drove (60) miles to have our wedding there and it was well worth it! She has so many options for whatever it is you are looking for in your wedding. Good Luck -

Rev. Pam is absolutely excellent. My husband and I chose to do the full day elopement package with overnight stay at a local hotel. Rev. Pam took care of ALL - and I do mean ALL - of the details. She booked our room. She booked our videographer and photographer. Rev. Pam took care of the cake, my bouquet, and other flowers. The music was beautiful and we were able to bring our own playlist as well. We danced the evening away, we had a romantic dinner by the fire. We had lunch in the garden. She cooked all of the food for us! And it was all DELICIOUS. There was unlimited house wine and personalized glasses for my husband and I. Every single detail was well thought out and amazing. The best part was Rev. Pam wrote a personalized ceremony for us. We were able to make edits and ask for special things to take place during our ceremony, and she was so welcoming and warm to it all. Seriously, I know it sounds too good to be true, but just try it. Set up a meeting with her. See for yourself. Our special day was so intimate, and we did not have to worry about a single detail all day. Having our wedding at Pine Manor with Rev. Pam was the best decision we could have ever made for ourselves. Thanks Rev. Pam!! With full and grateful hearts, thank you! -

Rev. Pam planned the most beautiful garden ceremony for my husband and I on 10.4.17. From officiating, to the cake and house wine, to the photos, to my bouquet.. and all the memories in-between! I cannot recommend her enough. Our wedding was everything we ever dreamed of. <3 -

We just had our wedding on Aug 26th and Pam was the ribbon that tied it all together! She was both our officiant and the day-of coordinator. We were so thankful that we hired her for both services! It worked out perfectly. She got in touch with all the vendors and things and people just showed up where they were supposed to be at the right time, just like magic!! It was so stress-free! Everyone wouldn't stop talking about how friendly the staff were and that included her staff! Pam is personable, approachable, flexible, unpretentious, warm-spirited and keen. What else do you need, really? If we had to do it again, we'd SO use her again! -

Rev. Pam is amazing! My husband is Jewish and I am Catholic. We wanted to ensure that our ceremony was meaningful - that it incorporated elements of both our backgrounds, but was unique and special. Rev. Pam helped create a totally special ceremony, one that included some traditional symbolism as well as some details we added to make it our own. We received so many compliments on how lovely the ceremony was! I never imaged having such a perfect, beautiful, special ceremony! No lulls, awkward silences. Pam really knows how to put on a good show. Highly, highly recommend Pam! -

We had our Wedding on January 23, 2017. Rev. Pam was very helpful in getting everything set up for us. Very family friendly. The vows were perfect, the setting was perfect. She made our wedding day, for being planned at the last minute, she was very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for an Officiant. She is just great! -

We wanted a small intimate setting outside of the courthouse, Pine Manor and Rev Pam was the right choice! We were very happy with everything that was provided with for us and it also took a lot of pressure of me to get things done, Rev Pam does it all and does a great job! We wanted a small and private ceremony so we travelled to Chicago to get married. We were utterly satisfied with our choice with Pine Manor. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we were so glad that we chose chicago and chosed Rev Pam ( so yeah, in chicago, you can get married 24 hours after you get the marriage license so basically you can get it done within 2 days. Rev Pam was able to accommodate us in a very short notice). She was so lovely and very professional. She explained the procedure to us very clearly and executed it perfectly. We couldn't ask for a better wedding officiant. As far as we know, not many people in Illinois have gay marriage licenses and Rev Pam has it, so any couple (wink). She charges a very affordable rate. If you don't plan to spend big bucks on your wedding but you want it to be special and beautiful, and full of loving spirit, please go to Rev Pam. Her garden was gorgeous by the way. We had a wonderful experience at Pine Manor. The day was perfect and Rev. Pam made sure all of our needs were met. The place smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. She was very nice and accommodating. The ceremony was exactly how we wanted and afterwards Rev. Pam took some great pictures of us all. The pricing was great as well. I would definitely recommend Pine Manor to anyone looking to have a small and intimate wedding ceremony. -

Our wedding ceremony went off without a hiccup! The day was beautiful, the garden and home are as lovely as the pictures on the website. Rev. Pam is thoughtful & wanted to make our special day as we would want it, and more. I chose the weekly best rate package, and our cake was pretty to look at and yummy to eat! The flowers were cute too! We chose a handfasting ceremony---and Rev. Pam did not disappoint us with her work. I felt as though she understood us and our needs completely. I was able to pay entirely online, for the package, as well as the handfasting cord on Ebay through links on her website. I also downloaded our pics Rev. Pam took only a few hours after the service, and I was able to send them out to our loved ones. The house is quaint. Rev. Pam is fun and easy to work with. Parking is ample on the street, and the location is close to lovely downtown Mt. Prospect. We had time to grab a bite to eat up the street and make it to our ceremony on time! -

Rev. Pam helped make our special day extra meaningful. She was able to arrange everything in a short period of time so that we were able to get married on our 9th anniversary. She is so warm, thoughtful, helpful and made us and our guests feel very welcome in her lovely home. Her attention to detail is very evident in everything from the colors she asked the baker to incorporate for us, to the gorgeous floral arrangements she designed, to the goody bags she gave us, to her creative photography shots, and made us feel special. She's very flexible and was able to fulfill all of our requests. Thanks to Rev. Pam, our wedding was so much more than I thought it would be given the short amount of time we had to get everything in place. We highly recommend her and are SO glad we found her! -

Rev. Pam is the best she made our day so special. We wanted a small venue with a quick ceremony. Pam understood and walked us through every step. I was planning a garden wedding as her garden is amazing but we got stuck with rain on our day. Rev. Pam made my day when I saw she decorated the house with Sunflowers that matched my flowers! Rev Pam also made my bouquet it was exactly like the picture I sent her. Pam ordered our cake from Central Bakery and not only was it beautiful, it tasted great too! Moist and the banana filling was perfect. My husband was so impressed that the frosting was not fondant, that's how smooth the butter-cream looked! Rev. Pam is so sweet and made us feel at home, I would recommend her to anyone! -

Rev. Pam is an absolute jewel! She made us feel comfortable from the onset. First let me say we live in Alabama and we met Rev Pam at a wedding expo in Chicago in March, she put us at ease and she just gave off this fantastic vibe. She listened and was able to ease my nerves with out hesitation. We corresponded via phone , email and text until the big day. Our wedding was performed in her lovely garden. No rehearsal and the ceremony flowed without a hitch. The cake and flowers were exquisite. Our ceremony was absolutely awesome. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. The price was an incredible value, the a la cart menu allows you to cover any and everything. We would highly recommend her and hope to see her again for anniversaries. -

Pine Manor!
Our wedding was beautiful, Rev.Pam took care of everything. She is the warmest most welcoming person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. All of my guests states that our wedding at Pine Manor was the best wedding they have ever attended. The professionalism of Rev. Pam and her staff is top notch, you will feel like a VIP from the moment you arrive. Her all inclusive packages are awesome and I never thought I would be able to afford a dream wedding until I came across Rev. Pam and Pine Manor when i visited this site. No wedding stress at all, it was a wonderful experience. We plan to do it again in 5 years. The food was excellent, the cake was delicious and the band was awesome. You will feel like you are at home as soon as you knock on the door. Words cannot express the gratitude and joy we feel about Rev. Pam and our wedding celebration at Pine Manor. -

The wedding at Pine Manor was amazing - the house is very historical and the gardens are so quite and private. Pam was amazing - calm - planned everything out so well - let us choose the music - had personalized gifts for us. She did a great job at the actual ceremony too. They also provide you a special discount for a hotel suite with jacuzzi tub. It was perfect - the perfect location - perfect price - and wonderful ceremony! I had one week to plan a wedding - I never thought I could pull it off - but Pam made my dreams come true! -

Our Wedding was the best!! We wrote our own vows which Pam had us incorporate in the ceremony. I added a few prayers in the service and she made it all so smooth. She was sweet, friendly and very open to changes that took place here and there.. My kids and family were welcomed with open arms and this was simply the best place we could have picked. She was so accommodating and just a true gem! We are blessed that she runs the whole show and does so with ease and a smile! My flowers were BEAUTIFUL, she did an amazing job! The cake was beautiful and I only gave her minor details. She took a ton of photos and we had a blast. It was simple, elegant and amazing! The little keep sakes she gave were so sweet, glow in the dark bracelets that say Pine Manor, a coin keepsake, Just Married Magnets and all the signs with our name on it and the keepsake certificate, special touches!!! We will go back to renew vows in the future! Rev Pam, you rock!!! -

We contacted Rev. Pam 3 months before the date of our intended union. We were coming from out of state, so everything was long distance. Rev. Pam was very diligent and organized with the process of setting up both the wedding ceremony and reception afterwards. Basically, all we had to provide was the rings, wine box, choice of colors, and songs, and wedding guests. Rev. Pam took care of all the rest. The ceremony was written specifically for us and was beautiful and included a segment for our daughters. The food was delicious, the cakes scrumptious , and the wine free flowing. We had the best time ever and our guests were also impressed and pleased. Thank you Rev. Pam. The pictures were also great and professional. -

Literally, Rev Pamela handled the entire process for us. She gave us step by step instructions on how to obtain our marriage license and all of the other little details that help put our mind at ease. She took all of our requests, our color choices, music preferences, and much more and turned all of those ideas into a magnificent ceremony. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated as if we were old friends. She prepared us a wonderful lunch, served with her marvelous house wine and a candle dinner after our ceremony all in the comfort of her beautiful, peaceful and relaxing home. The cake was gorgous and absolutely to die for delicious!! Joey, our photography was friendly and very easygoing. The pictures he took were amazing. In our opinion there is nothing that could have gone better!!! Thank you so much Pamela for your kindness, thoughtfulness and blessing that made our special day one that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Amazing! Rev Pam made us feel completely at ease with her easy going, yet very organized, style. She helped with writing the ceremony, the cake and toast, setting up Skype so that our family could join in on the ceremony and did a great job with the photography. She was also great with dealing our "bouncy" children! We highly recommend all the services Rev Pam has to offer. -

Right from the get go Rev Pam truly put us at ease. An amazing experience in her absolutely breath taking home, in front of her welcoming fireplace, with beautiful music playing softly in the background. Rev Pam's bubbly personality complimenting the entire experience truly made our special day very memorable. She took extra time to take photos and inquired if there were any particular photo opps we might want in addition. Truly an amazing experience and we intend to renew our vows annually with Rev Pam officiating.

When I called and spoke to Rev. Pam, I just had this awesome feeling about her and her services. I spoke to my family about it and we decided that this is where we were going to have our wedding, instead of the courthouse. It was the best decisions that we made. It was a great day, from the moment we walked in the door, she greeted us and took great care of us. We wanted something small for just those closest to us, and it was PERFECT!!!! She communicated with us from the time we booked till the day of, there was no questions unanswered. The ceremony was beautiful, and just the way we wanted it. I actually could not control my tears, from the start to end! I would recommend her 100%.
We are actually thinking of renewing our vows for our whole family and friends this summer (hopefully) and when we do, we want Rev. Pam to do it all again for us, that is how awesome she is!!!

We were looking to have a small, low-key, laid back wedding ceremony and definitely did not want a "city hall" or courthouse scenario, and Rev. Pam delivered. Apart from her warm, wonderful personality, she offers the use of her beautiful home to those who don't have a specific location or destination planned. The question on the survey page here asks if I would recommend to a friend, and not only would I do so, but I already HAVE done so! I am truly hoping that my husband and I will be seeing Rev. Pam again when my sister and her partner set their date to get married. The day could not have gone smoother. You will not be disappointed with Rev. Pam. -

We were looking the courthouse alternative and were so happy we found Reverend Pamela to perform our wedding ceremony at Pine Manor. From the minute we walked in the door to meet with Pam she made us feel so comfortable and her home is very charming.The back yard is private and lush. She planned everything from the flowers to the delicious cake from Continental Bakery in Mt. Prospect. She designed the ceremony around our pesonalities and took time to get to know us. We chose the handfasting cord tradition for our ceremony which Pam takes care of. We have 5 adult children between us and this was the perfect way to include them in the ceremony. It was a beautiful and fun event. I want to thank Reverend Pamela for making our marriage intimate and special. Linda & Jerry -

Rob and I were both so very impressed with Rev. Pamela. Simply amazing!! We wanted a very simple ceremony but thought a court house would be too cold and too impersonal so we searched the internet. We chose Rev. Pamela because she seemed to be the only one that offered what we were looking for—a simple wedding ceremony. We are both very spiritual people—taking key pieces from different cultures and religions and incorporating them into our wedding was important. Rev. Pamela helped us do just that. We even incorporated her handfasting idea into our wedding and added a native American twist to it. I am not at all a person to easily cry but during this ceremony it was hard to contain my tears—I love my husband and we see each other as our true soulmate. This ceremony was just so reflective of our souls, our beliefs, and our commitment for each other. I highly recommend Rev. Pamela to anyone looking to make their ceremony truly unique and reflective of their own style and preferences. All I can say is WOW! Rev. Pamela went above and beyond what my Fiance an I excpected! She is a sweet motherly woman full of bright warm energy. From the moment she opened the door to her home, she greeted us with so much love. Her home is full of charecter and charm! Everything is so clean and decorated in a beautiful anitque kinda fashion...very classy! The whole ceremony was stress free and put together very well.
We are very happy we decided on Pine Manor and Rev. Pamela
She will deffiently make your day heart felt and memorable!

Pine Manor is the perfect place for a wedding. At least, that is my belief after my 8-18-12 wedding here. The rest of the day went by as a blur for me, but my memories of being in Rev Pam's beautiful home and yard, sharing vows with the man I love will be treasured memories for the rest of my life, and its because Rev Pam provided us with such a lovely place and had such attention to detail (I mean, she even went out of her way to get Sugar Free Lemonade for my diabetic mom!!) that NOTHING went wrong on our special day. If you are looking to have a small, intimate wedding then I cannot imagine going anywhere else. -

Wow! Rev. Pamela was amazing. Our family couldn't stop saying how beautiful the ceemony was. She puts a lot of thought into her service and it was so affordable, flexible, and pefect for us. In true fashion, we were late to the house and arrived frantic but Pamela was so calm and ushered me upstairs to change and relax. She had such a beautiful set up and had it ready for an outside or inside ceremony since the weather was rainy that day. Half way throught the ceremony outside we had to bolt in the house because it started pouring! Then there was a tornado warning and we all had to huddle in the basement. But she brought down the delicious house wine and cups and we all had a great laugh about it! We were still able to go through the cermony, cutting the cake, everything and left on time for our downtown reception. We can't thank you enough Pamela for making it such a special day for us and handling everything so well. I have told everyone about you and hopefully will send some couples your way! My husband is in the Air Force and we decided to get married while he was on leave and have a big wedding later on. Originally we were going to go to the court house, but after learning how extremely half fast it would have been, decided we wanted something a little nicer. I looked at many different websites that had officiants but they were so ridiculously over priced and you got almost nothing. And then I came along Rev. Pamala's website and after speaking with her, knew she was the best choice. She charges very little compared to other officiants and you get so much more than your money's worth. There was a total of 13 of us in the party and for less money than the other officiants I found, I got a location to have my wedding, a customized ceremony, a bridal room for which to put my finishing touches together, champagne before and after the ceremony, coffee, a certificate of our union, a photographer, and I was able to download my pictures and not have to pay extra. Rev. Pamela is the sweetest woman and very accomodating. Any request I had, like switching a few words in the ceremony as well as having a bottle of champagne in my bridal room, to ease my nerves before the wedding, she gladly fufilled. She was extremely easy to get a hold of whenever I had any questions, both by phone and email. Don't be fooled by the look of the outside of her house, because it does look like your average home, but the inside of it is so beautifully decorated and has a very charming feel to it. And the way she sets up her backyard for the ceremony is lovely. I could not have been happier having a small wedding anywhere else. Whether you are straight or gay, and you don't want to have a big expensive wedding, but still do want to have a very special day, this is the place to have you wedding at. -

It was the most amazing day of my life. With 2 kids and both of us working full time a big wedding was out of the question. Pam was great. We told her what we wanted and when we arrived only 2 hours before our ceremony everything was set up and ready for us. Our photographs are beautiful and there were a lot of original poses. I would recommend going to Pine Manor to anyone looking to have a small wedding. -

Everything was just perfect. Rev. Pam was just wonderful. Ian is the best photographer. They both made us and our guest feel welcome. Our flowers were beautiful and the cake was the best ever. I would so recommend this location for anyone looking for a privat wedding. The best part was are kids were welcomed and treated as guest also...Our wedding day was just perfect everything i ever dreamed of. We couldn't be more happy with our experience. Rev. Pamela went above and beyond to create a special and memorable day. She took the time to get to know us individually, and completely designed the ceremony around our own personalities. She welcomed us into her home, and was incredibly accommodating to us and our guests. Rev. Pam provided a perfect sitting for our wedding celebration. The weather was wonderful and allowed us to get married in her beautiful garden. She attended to every last detail to make our day special and memorable. The flowers were beautiful and the special requested lapel flowers (as a memory to both of our mother's) were perfect. Rev. Pam is lovely and definitely made our special day feel special and unique to us. We did the Quick I Do package, just the two of us in the beautiful garden, and it was private and romantic the way we envisioned it! We even got a fun wedding photo session included. This is a great alternative to a generic courthouse wedding because you can personalize it to your needs. We highly recommend Pine Manor to any couple wishing for a unique, low-key ceremony.

The wedding was fabulous! Best value for a small wedding. From the time we arrived, everything went smoothly. The cake and flowers were beautiful and matched perfectly. We were so pleased with our experience at Pine Manor. Rev Pam was very professional and put us at ease through the whole process by answering our numerous questions and concerns. The day of the wedding was perfect for being in the garden and was so much better and memorable than a courthouse wedding. The only glitch we had was with the videographer. Since only Rev Pam had a microphone, our words to each other are barely audible, although the traffic noise came through just fine. Could've used some audio editing. -

We can't begin to say enough good things about Reverend Pamela. She's warm, caring, loving - taking each couple into her very heart! She cares that you have a good experience and goes the extra mile in every way to make sure that all the little details are taken care of - adding numerous "extras" that we never expected. I won't disclose all here so that other couples can be pleasantly surprised as we were. We would highly recommend Reverend Pamela to anyone considering a wedding/civil union ceremony in the Chicago area. She's amazing! My bouquet was so professionally done by her and was gorgeous! It would have cost us about half of what the entire ceremony with Reverend Pamela cost us. She did an outstanding job on everything including the photography. She thought of everything - lots of little details I hadn't even considered. We are a more mature couple - both married before - and an interracial couple. She even made a broom for us to 'jump the broom' which was so special! She decorated an old-fashioned broom with flowers that matched my beautiful bouquet. She's truly a professional and truly loves what she does. "Her couples" are treated like family and more! We can not recommend her highly enough! We love you Reverend Pamela! Thank you for all that you did to make our day so very special! -
