My Wife and I could not be more blessed to have had Dakota be our Day of Coordinator. A perfect blend of professionalism and class, always there when we needed her. Always watching out for us, making sure we didn't forget many of the small details when it came to planning and executing the wedding of our dreams! Many times she would brings things up to us or our other vendors that we did not consider. Truly a lifesaver and someone who wanted to make sure that we had the perfect wedding day. We would recommend Dakota's services to anyone for any occasion!

Our wedding
Due to Covid our wedding has been changed so many times and I felt like it was going to end up being A disaster… Dakota came in and she takes the bull by the horn. I couldn’t imagine my day more beautiful more elegance and just perfect the way she ran every thing from the smallest details to the biggest ones! I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing our events! -

I hired Dakota as my month/day of coordinator. She did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly the day of. I literally could have not done it without her! She made my and my family’s day stress-free. I loved that she stayed in touch with me every step of the way and her eye for details. I highly recommend her services! -

She's nice, but we hired her for day of coordination and she wasn't organized, didn't have a plan, and didn't listen to what I asked for & even sent her a very detailed schedule. Her decorating skills are poor and she spent more time fiddling with my wedding bouquet than decorating the venue leaving my family willy nilly to put stuff together themselves. Part of the package she offered included schedule, bouquet, and decorations with me supplying the items and I sent her multiple photos. I hired a violinist to play special music which I outlined in the schedule that I put together and she totally disregarded the exact processional songs rushing my party down the aisle and having me go down the aisle (I couldn't hear) before my song was playing. The violinist recognizing the error, waited until after the ceremony to play my special song for me and my husband privately. I wouldn't recommend her honestly.Ideal Event Solutions's reply:
Heather thank you for your honest review and feedback. I apologize your bouquet did not come out as you requested however, the photos provided vs the flowers given were not realistic. I even purchased items outside of the package price to make it more of what you wanted. This was also done as a favor outside of the original contract due to the high price of the florist. The bouquet morphed into the bridesmaids bouquet and crosages which I did do my best with what was given, all at no additional cost. The package was for vase and candle rentals, set-up and tear down. It was agreed that your family would be there to assist. My services also did not include serving guest their plates, setting up food, decorating and cutting cake. There was a lot more DIY than excepted for all items provided for decorating from you and all items were setup as discussed in our previous walk through with the exception of some greenery garland that was unable to be accommodated due to the lack of greenery provided and was substituted with a babies breath garland. For processional I apologize you missed hearing your song and you felt family was rushed. I strive to nail timing perfectly listening to all transitions. All songs were covered with the team prior to processional and it was very hard to hear the music from the back without proper sound equipment due to no DJ. I understand the importance of your entrance. You and Charlie were both a pleasure to serve and I wish you both all the happiness. Thank you for your feedback.
