We used Iconic Occasions for full wedding planning and it was one of the best things we decided to do. Paula and her team helped us plan a destination wedding in Savannah for lots of out of town and international guests. The service we received was well worth the value for what we paid, and the piece of mind we got from having Paula as a planner was the most valuable wedding investment we made!
Paula was on top of everything and kept the planning process seamless from beginning to end. Her calm energy and demeanor was also key in keeping us un-stressed through the whole thing. When it came to the actual wedding day, Paula and Monica were on top of everything, and as a bride I was able to fully enjoy my day and be present, without getting caught up in last minute decisions or issues. Everything was handled and Paula and her team were well prepared, including bringing supplies for any possible need.
We would definitely recommend Paula and Iconic Occasions! -

Paula and her team are fantastic! I utilized her day-of coordination services, but she helped me with so much more leading up to the wedding weekend. From the very start, I felt that Paula understood our vision and our priorities for our wedding, and she helped advocate for us with challenging vendors and was so committed to creating the perfect experience for our wedding day. She is great at capturing your vision and inspiration and also has a really strong attention to detail. I loved that I could trust her judgment and experience on everything from placing decorations to sequencing our reception events. On the day of, Paula and her team executed everything expertly and seamlessly. I absolutely recommend Iconic Occasions!! -

I have no words to express my gratitude for the outstanding service received from Iconic Occasions. My fiance and I were so impressed by the level of professionalism displayed throughout the entire process. Monica was our wedding planner and she was incredible!! She took the time to learn about us as a couple and she carefully identified which wedding planning services were needed in order to support the vision we had for our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make our vision a reality. We were blown away by her correspondence, quality of work and efficiency. She was kind, caring and supportive and flexible with our requests and changes. She met and communicated with our venue staff, vendors-both local and traveling from out of town, family members, and friends, she created beautiful paper materials for our wedding reception, she picked up items from our home and transported them to the wedding venue, she was available to receive items at the venue ahead of our wedding events, she assisted with making our parting gifts, she took last minute requests from us and handled them with grace and so much more...
We had multiple nights of events with several moving parts and we were able to let go and relax the entire time because Monica was there to support us. We highly recommend this company for any event and we will absolutely be using them again for future events that we hold. -

I truly cannot say enough good things about Iconic Occasions. From the very beginning Paula was so attentive to my every need. She was so helpful and helped with things I didn't even know I needed help with! She checked in often to make sure I was doing okay. She made me feel more like a friend than a client. On the day of the wedding, she solved every single problem, made the venue absolutely beautiful, and was extremely supportive. She made sure everything stayed on schedule. She added little things that made the day even more special, like a bridal emergency bag, glow sticks on the dance floor, packs of tissues for the ceremony, and bathroom baskets. She packed everything up at the end of the night and kept everything so organized. I really can't say enough about my experience with Iconic Occasions. They were amazing and my wedding was PERFECT because of them. I 100% recommend them to anyone!!!!! -

My husband and I chose Iconic occasions’ day of coordination service and I can't emphasize enough how essential their role was in making our day run seamlessly.
We spent months looking for the right coordinator until we came across Iconic occasions. From the moment I first spoke with Paula I knew she was the one I can hand off our wedding coordination to. She was ALWAYS quick to respond, very friendly, professional, and had amazing attention to detail-which I was looking for.
Paula ensured that all the vendors were on the same page and executed our vision flawlessly. Even the tiniest of details were not overlooked.
What stood out the most was their ability to manage the day's timeline effortlessly. With Iconic Occasions in charge, we didn't have to worry about a thing, allowing us to savor every moment of our special day. Their calm and composed demeanor was a calming influence, especially during stressful moments leading up to the day and even on the day of our wedding.
Communication leading up to the wedding and on the day itself was impeccable. They were responsive and accommodating, making adjustments when needed (even made last min changes which we appreciated so much) and providing invaluable advice to make our day extra special and amazing!
The day of our wedding, Paula and Brandon ensured everything went as amazing and smooth as possible. They provided caddies inside the restrooms, filled with everything our guests would need. They even provided small napkin packets on each chair for the ceremony. Additionally, they provided two bags for emergency needs for the bride AND the groom with things you dont even think you need until you actually need it. This made our day run even more smoother— oh the feeling of not having to worry about an emergency bag for the day of your wedding because you know your coordinator literally has anything you would ever need in case of an emergency…. Just amazing.
All of our guests LOVED the event that they still talk about it even two weeks after the event, and It was all thanks to Paula and Brandon at Iconic occasions.
Iconic Occasions truly made our wedding day memorable for all the right reasons. If you're seeking a day-of coordinator or a wedding planner who can transform your wedding dreams into a reality, I wholeheartedly recommend their services. Paula with Iconic Occasions made every step of the planning process a breeze! Not only did she take so much of the planning off my plate, but she listened to all of our ideas (and we had a lot of them!) and pulled them off flawlessly. She sent us so many special gifts during and after the process, nailed down every single detail, and handled everything thrown her way…I never worried about a thing before or the day of. She was a great communicator, professional, easy to work with, and a total problem solver. Don’t think twice, hire Iconic Occasions! -

I hired Paula & her team to do Day-Of-Coordination (which is actually a take over of planning at least a month in advance) for my wedding. This is easily one of the best decisions I made in wedding planning. Paula was on top of every detail from the moment we started working together. She brought planning ideas and perspectives that I hadn't considered and was the main part in our wedding day being exactly what we wanted. She went above & beyond planning: she was also a support system through this process and included several little details to make our day unforgettable. I can't say enough good things about Iconic Ocassions. They are just simply amazing! Thank you Paula & team from the bottom of my heart. Couldn't have done it without you. -

We appreciated Monica’s effort and the time she put into helping with our wedding, especially given the many cultural and logistical details involved. There were some positive moments and she was flexible in taking on tasks.
That said, there were areas where we felt the coordination could have been smoother. The rehearsal and wedding day felt somewhat rushed and left parts of our wedding party to become more hands-on on the day of the wedding than we would have liked. There were also a few logistical challenges during the reception, especially the timing of everything, that added stress for us newly weds and our wedding party. Unfortunately, a couple of important details were also missed.
Overall, while we are thankful for the help we received, our experience didn’t fully meet our expectations.
