From start to finish, Ice House Band was
instrumental in making our wedding reception incredible. After just one meeting with Yutaka, we had total confidence. Seeing them in action was even better than we could have imagined. Ice House Band is the BEST
Ice House Band played at my wedding 2/22/20 and they totally killed it! I have had MANY friends inquire after our wedding to use them for their own weddings as well. That is actually how I found Ice House was at a friend's wedding in Dallas. They are professional, entertaining, and most of all NOT a cheesy wedding band at all. They sound amazing and we have received many compliments. The horn section even followed my husband and I out for the send off and they played "when the saints come marching in" which was a sweet surprise! 10/10.Ice House Band played at my wedding 2/22/20 and they totally killed it! Over a month later I am still having guests tell me this was the most FUN wedding they have ever been to! I am confident this is all thanks to Icehouse Band for making the night unforgettable! Yutaka was so friendly and responsive throughout the whole planning process and initiated phone calls to discuss style preference and to get to know us personally. He knew we wanted the night to be all about the dance floor-- THEY DELIVERED! The band was so fun and interactive, letting wedding party & guests dance on stage with them and never letting the energy lull. I have been to several weddings with this band and they are amazing every time. If you're looking for a band that is professional, versatile, and brings the hype, look no further! 100% Would Recommend!
IceHouse was AMAZING!!! They really got every person onto the dance floor- both young and old. We had numerous friends telling us that they absolutely loved the band at the end of the night. Best! Band! Ever!
The Ice House Band is easily the best band I have ever seen. I had gotten the idea to hire them because they had done such a great job at my sorority's formal. When I finally hired them I realized how lucky I had it. Yutaka, along with the rest of the band, was so helpful in making our wedding day special. They were flexible and easy to work with all while being prompt and professional. I had numerous guests come up to me and tell me how much they loved the band. The reception was LIVELY and FUN all thanks to Ice House! I couldn't recommend them enough!!!!!The Ice House Band is easily the best band I have ever seen. Book this band only if you want to have a ton of fun!
IceHouse recently performed at our sons Bar Mitzvah on May 29th at Gilley’s Dallas. This was our 4th and final Mitzvah and our first time booking IceHouse. We found them through our event planner, Kristen Powell (Amazing Events). We have a great group of family and friends who know how to have a good time and IceHouse had us up and dancing all night. Hands down, they were the best band we have ever hired. They were so fun, let us dance on the stage, and played to the crowd. We met prior to the event so they could get a feel for what kind of music we wanted to hear...no cheesy list, no limits. They did not leave us hanging with long breaks and kept the party going. They received so many compliments from our guests. Very talented. We had an amazing birthday party!
I am a wedding planner and I have been working with Ice House band and Yutaka Meyers, the owner since 2012.
The band's energy on stage is AMAZING! They know how to read the crowd and play the right music to get everyone on the dance floor. I have referred Ice House Band to many of my clients and they have all had great things to say about their experience with the band. They also have a very personalized approach and customize their performance to their clients' specific needs. Yutaka always goes above and beyond to make his clients happy and create memorable events. I have hired Ice House band to play at my own 60th birthday and I had the BEST dance party !

Yutaka, Bobbie, & the Ice House Team are AMAZING! They genuinely care about their clients. They are AMAZING at directing the flow of the party and they really know how to read the crowd. All of our guests kept commenting all night long on how awesome our band was. EVERYONE at the end of the night was out on the dance floor - which is exactly what we wanted!
Extremely talented musicians, we still have friends and family asking about them. We cannot thank them enough, we would recommend The Ice House Band to everyone. The best wedding band!
Ice House was one of the best parts of our wedding reception celebration. When we first got engaged, we knew off the bat that we wanted a live band at our wedding. We were referred to Ice House from our photographer Emily Chappell. We really wanted to see Ice House live and after talking with Yutaka more, he was able to get us into someone else's wedding just so we could listen to them perform. They had such great energy and had everyone out on the dance floor, which is exactly what we were looking for too because we love music and love to dance! After seeing them live and talking with Yutaka we immediately knew we wanted to book them. Yutaka was super flexible and easy to work with and very accommodating- he even practiced and worked with my two friends who were going to sing our first dance song with the band. I must've sent Yutaka countless emails with song details and requests and Ice House came through 100% with all of the songs/artists we wanted, including some last minute changes I had. We were so impressed and our friends and family are still talking about how amazing Ice House was at our wedding. Amazing and so fun!
We went to a friend's wedding in May 2018 and Ice House was their band and we knew we had to have them at our future wedding due to their energy and amazing music. During the process, we were able to meet with Yutaka and I feel he really worked to get to know us as a couple. He even worked with our first dance instructor on our first dance to ensure the music timing was perfect.
Ice House really brought the fire at our wedding reception! We had guests on the dance floor for over two hours and so so many people told us how amazing Ice House was and they really kept the party going. They brought folks up on stage and got our guest involved in singing along :)
My husband and I are so grateful for how amazing they were and great to work with!! Best Wedding Band Ever!
IceHouse was the absolute best part of our reception. In the leadup, Yutaka answered many emails, was responsive to custom requests for dances, and even had members of the band learn some of our favorite songs. They also brought us up on stage as a couple and in groups to sing along, dance and even rap! Our dance floor was packed all night and the majority of compliments we received from friends and family related to the music-- I wish we had parties all the time so we could hire IceHouse again and again!!IceHouse was the absolute best part of our reception. I was probably more active with music selections than most dads but Yutaka welcomed my input from day 1 and was a pure joy to work with, always professional, respectful and delivered great music and entertainment for both of our weddings in one year. We highly recommend Yutaka and Ice House for your wedding. Bomb Wedding Band
I am not kidding when I say that there are not enough words to explain how fantastic the Icehouse Band was at our wedding reception. We were married in August and people are still talking about how amazing the band was there and a half months later. The dance floor was the most packed that I have ever seen at a wedding. They were very professional, made sure that we were able to pick the songs that were must haves and kept the party rocking. WOW!!! I don't know how I can capture in words our appreciation for the Icehouse Band. I first heard Icehouse almost ten years ago, and I knew that I wanted them to be a part of my future wedding festivities. Thank goodness that I found my man AND the band of my dreams!
I know that I am biased, but this was by far the most rockin' dance floor party that I have ever experienced at a wedding. From the moment we wrapped up the first dances, our guests were on the dance floor movin' and groovin'. Exactly what we wanted. Booking Icehouse is a great bang for your buck. They were full of energy and fun from start to finish, and they were very clear in taking only two breaks (filled with great tunes that they deejayed).
This band is fantastic. They are delightful people and talented musicians. We loved being able to choose our song requests without worrying about paying extra, and they nailed song after song. Our guests loved the upbeat song selection with throwback tunes and top hits, and we loved that they were able to include the hora and a second line as a nod to our cultures and traditions.

Yutaka is so the BEST!!!! Icehouse played at my wedding reception and handled all of the lighting and decor. He met with my parents and I several times before the big day to make sure we had all of the songs selected and the timing for how the night would play out. The band kept the everyone on the floor and dancing (which was exactly what I wanted). I have had numerous people tell me how amazing my wedding band was :) Nothing makes me smile more. 100% I would book them again in a heart beat.Yutaka is so the BEST!!!! Icehouse played at my wedding reception and handled all of the lighting and decor. He met with my parents and I several times before the big day to make sure we had all of the songs selected and the timing for how the night would play out. The Best Wedding Band in DFW!
My husband and I can not say enough great things about the Ice House Band! They made our wedding so fun and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. Many, many of our guests told us they were the best wedding band they had ever heard and as so our wedding was the funnest they had ever been to! Would highly recommend them to friends and family.
