    What can I say? Karen is the BEST! I reached out to I-do because we decided to get married 6 months after our engagement. I work a lot and am admittedly not a great "party planner". Karen put together our design, recommended fantastic and reliable vendors and made sure our "day of" went smooth and perfect. There was never one time that I thought "I could have done this myself" or had any concerns that things weren't going anything other than great. Karen had it under control. The level of detail and planning that goes into a wedding should not be left to just anyone. Please do yourself a huge favor and hire I-do to make the most important day of your life perfect!! It's the best investment you can make. Thank you Karen for your professionalism, wisdom, experience and patience. It was a perfect day!

    Our experience with I-do wedding was incredible.Karen did an amazing job.She was always prompt with the timelines and always had answers immediately for us.We could not have picked a better person to work with.She was also happy and accommodating and worked very well with all the vendors.I already have had people ask me for her number and the wedding was only this past Saturday 6/10/17.

    We had such a fabulous experience with Karen, Brigid and her team at i-Do! My husband and I didn't have to worry about a THING on the day. Everyone was so well taken care of, and enjoyed the whole process immensely. Karen and Brigid are PROS, and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for making our day so special!

    In a year filled with a lot of decision making, I think the best decision we made, by far, was to hire I-Do Weddings to help us with our event. Christina and Karen were fabulous to work with from the very start. They listened attentively to my daughter and her fiancee's vision for their wedding, and they made sure the wedding day was a true reflection of what the couple wanted. They recommended excellent vendors who were so easy and professional to work with and made the evening flawless. Our planning meetings were so much fun, and my daughters voice was always heard and respected. They helped us handle a few difficult situations with compassion and professionalism. The day of the wedding was SO much fun and stress free thanks to Christina and Karen's organization and experience. Both families really enjoyed themselves and were present for the beautiful and touching moments, that sometimes get missed if errands fall on your shoulders. Christina and Karen were the secret ingredient to my daughters magical wedding day, and we feel so very blessed to have had them be a part of it.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen and Christina. I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with them and involve them in our wedding planning process. From the moment my mom and I met with them, we had confidence that they were the perfect team to execute my dream wedding, and that is exactly what they did. Not only were they fun to meet with every time, but they allowed us to put our worries aside in order to truly enjoy the process of planning the wedding. They understood exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day and they always made it happen. They know the wedding business so well and they had wonderful recommendation for vendors from catering, to photographers, and hair/makeup. The week of the wedding was stress free because I knew I could trust Karen and Christina to make all the final details come together beautifully. They were such a calming presence for me on my wedding day, making sure every part of the day ran on time. I was blown away by the finished product of the reception space that day. Christina and the other vendors truly transformed Rhinegeist to be a magical location for a magical celebration. Every single detail was better than I ever magined. She really listened to my hopes for the day and got to know my fiance and I in such a way that our reception space reflected both of our personalities. Hiring I-do for our wedding planning process and wedding day was the best decision we could have made. I can truly say that I had my dream wedding because of them.

    I-Do Weddings (and specifically Christina) was the best thing that happened to our wedding. I'm originally from Cincinnati, but planned my wedding from Chicago and Christina made it the greatest experience. She was always honest with us and helped guide us to making the best decisions for the wedding. She was always willing to help and answer questions. I trusted her to make choices for me when I couldn't be in town. It rained the day of our wedding and her professionalism and calm demeanor plus impeccably planning made the situation not even be a problem (which is the most a bride could ever ask for). Everyone at and in our wedding commented on how professional, organized and wonderful she was to work with. I would recommend Christina and I-Do weddings for anyone getting married (and not just in Cincinnati). Christina was not only my wedding planner, but she also became my friend.

    I cannot say enough positive things about Brigid Nestor and Karen Montgomery of i-do Weddings & Events! Brigid was very helpful during the beginning stages of the wedding planning process to bounce ideas off of and was a wealth of information for me as a Cincinnati bride. She had a vast knowledge of venues and vendors and was able to give recommendations based on our budget. She also provided a timeline software that was easy to use, manipulate, and made planning the wedding week/weekend a breeze. Karen went over the timeline with me the week before the wedding and was able to provide suggestions on items that I had not thought of and also some areas where the timeline should be extended so that we would not feel rushed. Karen was invaluable as a coordinator the day of the wedding. She eased any anxiety, was a calming influence and allowed my whole family to be fully present without having to carry the responsibility of the details themselves, which everyone was truly grateful for. She was there every step of the way and felt like a member of our family who we love. She arrived on time, kept us on schedule and silently facilitated many other things that she didn’t bother me with. She was a point person between all of our vendors and helped the DJ queue up some of the important moments at the reception. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be throughout the day and was willing to help with anything. Karen provided our photographers a lot of assistance with keeping the process smooth and on time. We all feel very lucky that we had Karen by our sides on such an important day and are thankful for the special connection we developed. I thoroughly and heartily recommend i-do Weddings & Events. They blew me away with their professionalism, knowledge, genuineness and kindness. Their passion for helping others plan and execute their special day is evident the first time you meet them. They truly are who you want to help you plan and execute your special day!

    If you're reading this review , chances are you're newly engaged. With that, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and invest in I-Do Weddings for a wedding coordinator. It truly will make a difference on your day. I don't even know if anything went wrong on my wedding day because Karen and her team were there to make sure everything was PERFECT.

    I was so fortunate enough to work directly with Karen from I-Do. Planning a wedding is stressful; No matter who you ask. Karen was amazing at taking the lead and answering questions that I would never think of. Ex. "how would you like your towels folded?" Crazy, I know, but those are questions you're asked leading up to the wedding day and believe me, that's the last thing you want to think about. Karen was a life saver. No joke.

    I'm so thankful for Karen and her team because I didn't worry about one thing on my big day.

    We hired I-Do weddings to assist in planning our wedding. I am not originally from Cincinnati and my family and maid of honor lived out of town, so I was going to need help! Karen and Christina were AMAZING throughout the entire process. My husband and I were so impressed with their guidance to find vendors, setting up appointments, and keeping us organized and on track. They were both very professional and were quick to respond to questions and concerns. On the day of our wedding, we completely trusted Christina and Karen and knew our day would go smoothly and perfectly having them there, and it did! Now, 5 months after the wedding, my husband and I miss our meetings with them as they will forever be a great part of the memories we had planning our perfect wedding day!

    Christina and her team from I-do wedding boutique made all of the difference on my wedding day. Christina was organized, prompt, and very flexible when it came to scheduling meetings around my busy schedule. She had great ideas and knowledge about wedding planning that I never would have had on my own. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and everything went exactly as planned!!! Having her as our wedding coordinator gave us so much peace of mind, so we were really able to enjoy the big day!

    Brigid and her team were absolutely invaluable to me in planning my daughter’s wedding.
    From planning, selecting vendors, room layout and every question in between they were complete pros.
    I would not plan a wedding without them. They made our wedding experience perfect!

    What can I say other than Christina totally rocked my daughter’s wedding! From start (a year ago) to finish she was energetic, hardworking, responsive, creative and professional. We felt in true partnership with her as her listening skills were exceptional, only equaled by her ability to turn our desires into reality, and within budget. Importantly, she also pushed back when that was needed. She created a wedding that anyone would be ecstatic about. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

    Brigid, Karen, and their team are AMAZING! We hired them on for the last few months of our planning process since we had so many vendors to coordinate and most of our guests were traveling from out of town. They created a detailed timeline for the entire weekend, made sure all of our concerns were addressed, and helped to make our wedding weekend 100% stress free! My mom and I were so blown away by how detail oriented they were, and how they thought of so many things we never would have known that we needed to do. They communicated with all of our vendors, and coordinated every single aspect of our weekend - despite several moving parts they made every wedding related event entirely seamless! They worried about all the extra details for us and were ready to help with any planned or unplanned task that came up. Everyone knows that planning a wedding takes a lot of time and energy- but because of i-do we were able to truly enjoy the whole weekend.

    We could not have done it without "I-Do!" They helped plan EVERYTHING! They set detailed timelines that helped our wedding weekend flow beautifully. They coordinated with all of our vendors and were there on site the day of. So pleased with how everything turned out~ they ensured there was zero stress on the bridal party which made for a fun, carefree, happy day!

    If you are looking for a wedding planner, your search should end here! If you are on the fence as to whether or not you need or want a planner... in the words of Nike... "JUST DO IT"! Just make sure it’s “i-do Weddings & Events”. Trust me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed! Their expertise and professionalism are second to none. I cannot even begin to tell you how instrumental Brigid, Karen, and Christina were in bringing our dream wedding to fruition. These ladies are nothing short of amazing! My husband and I were able to plan our entire wedding from Louisville, amidst the craziness of everyday responsibilities with minimal trips to Cincinnati and little stress (yes…really)! There was no detail left unattended, and no request too large. From communication with all of the vendors, keeping us up to date on what needed to be done when, to a timeline of events down to the minute for the weekend, they really did think of everything! When the big day was upon us, the only thing I had to think about was keeping it together on my walk down the isle, and they even had great advice about that as well! It was so wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy my friends and family the weekend of our wedding, knowing that Brigid and Karen had everything under control. Were it not for i-do Weddings & Events, our special day would not have been the same! I have and will refer to them to everyone I know getting ready to plan a wedding!

    I have nothing bad to say about Christina! She was such a pleasure to work with! She was always quick to respond to inquiries and very accommodating. Ault Park Pavilion is beautiful but requires a lot of vendors and moving parts to throw a wedding. Christina gave me so much comfort and support leading up to the wedding. When the wedding day came, her performance exceeded my expectations exponentially! She was in complete control and always a step ahead! Could not have enjoyed my special day as much as I did without Christina and I-do Boutique as my day of ceremony specialists.

    If you are looking for a stressless, calming, beautiful day on your daughter's Wedding Day, HIRE THEM! If you don't you will need someone to keep you calm. I saw Karen in action in August 2014 at my friends daughter's Wedding. I knew them I wanted to schedule an appointment to discuss hiring her for my daughter's Wedding. Best investment I made.
    By Profession I am a Planner and have organized and coordinated many events. My goal was to be stress free and more importantly enjoy the most beautiful day fof my daughters life, her Wedding Day! And that's exactly what happened for me and my daughter.

    My daughter at first, didn't understand why I was making this investment. However, after our first meeting she was overwhelmed with all that had to be done; deadlines, time frames, coordinating with all the vendors, etc. she herself was very happy that I hired Karen.

    Karen and Christina were amazing to work with. They are so calming when you think you have a crisis, They talk through with you providing guidance, suggestions and most importantly keeping you calm. I"m not sure how they do it but they do. They never made me feel as if I was bothering them when I called with questions or asking for suggestions.
    As the Big Day was nearing Karen stepped in and took complete charge, Dealing with all the Vendors and providing them with their schedules. Sending a Reminder of Things To Do Making sure you had the Rings, Marriage License, etc. the little small things. Making sure nothing fell through the cracks.
    From the Rehearsal to sending the Bride & Groom off at the end of the Reception, they were there every step of the way. Coming to the house while the girls were getting ready, taking charge, keeping everyone focused and on time. Still coordinating with Vendors. If anything went wrong I can tell you I didn't know about it. Karen and Christina took care of it.
    It was the most PERFECT DAY!

    We used I-Do Weddings' Day-Of Coordination service. We worked with Karen to organize our vendors, create a timeline, and meet with our caterer prior to the wedding. The day of we worked with Julie and Teresa to keep things on track. Working with Karen was great, she responded to emails in a timely manner and was able to answer questions throughout the planning process. Julie and Teresa were also great, I knew they were there to keep the day moving and put out any "fires" that may have come up. If there were any "fires" they did their jobs very well, because I never knew of any and the day/evening went flawlessly from my perspective! It was great to know that they were there to work with our vendors throughout the day so myself, my husband, and our families could enjoy the day we worked so hard to plan and put together.

    Two words. Hire them!! Brigid and her team are awesome. They kept us on target, on time with payments to vendors, in touch with some of the best vendors in the city and made our daughters wedding, as our guests said, " the most fun wedding they had been to in years!"
    They were supremely professional and answered every email, text and phone call quickly and helped with every imaginable detail. Best use of wedding funds bar none.

    I cannot thank Karen and her team (Christina and Evelyn) enough for making our wedding so wonderful! From the start of planning, I knew having a coordinator was a priority so my husband and I and our families and bridal party could just enjoy the day. Karen went above and beyond any expectations we had, working with her was a dream! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Karen took care of everything and made the process so painless for my husband and I. She dealt with issues with our venue, coordinated with all the vendors, assisted us with a last minute linen order, helped me keep track of things, and basically just took care of everything so we did not have to worry about it! I legitimately would have been lost without her. The wedding day went so smoothly and our entire bridal party commented multiple times about how wonderful Karen and her team were, it was the most organized wedding they had been in. All my husband and I wanted was to not have to worry about a thing and they absolutely made that happen. We loved working with i-do Weddings and highly recommend them!

    I-do Weddings, Karen and Christina, were fabulous! I was a first time MOB and I questioned the need for a planner because I have always been very organized….. Fortunately, my daughter and I decided to hire I-do for planning and coordination. We both said after all the fun was over that we simply COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM!!!!! Karen had a positive, delightful but assertive way of keeping us on track and keeping us from stressing out. She was SO knowledgeable and helpful. She and Christina were also unflappable when the big weekend arrived. The little bumps that came up last minute had nothing to do with their work….but they just found ways to keep us floating over them instead of worrying. Count on them!

    I would recommend I-do to any and every bride! Their team is absolutely second to none. Without a doubt our wedding went so perfectly because of the I-do team. I (we) worked with Karen throughout our whole engagement, and she made me feel so comfortable and on top of things.     This is an amazing team of ladies!! My sister used them for her wedding of almost 500 and the guests were even complementing how amazing the day of coordinator was so, of course I used I-Do Wedding and Events at my wedding 2 years later! My fiancé and I got engaged and were married within 5 months...Thanks to Karen - our amazing planner!! She made planning seem easy and allowed us to be stress free!

    Our daughter’s wedding was two years in the planning and I-Do Weddings was there every step of the way from the start of the planning process right to and including the last minute of the reception and beyond. I am the Mother of the Bride and by nature, I’m a very organized person with high expectations, and need to plan things way in advance, so as to avoid pressure and stress. I wanted my only daughter’s wedding to be perfect in every possible way and believe it or not, it well exceeded my expectations. I-Do Weddings was an integral part of the wedding’s success in a very huge way. Brigid and Karen were always there to answer any questions, concerns, give advice, coordinate, and follow up on any and all issues with the wedding. They were also quick to respond to any questions that came their way. Because of their broad knowledge on event planning, they were able to negotiate with vendors to find us the best possible way to save money which helped immensely. They were well worth the price for their services. Having a wedding is like a giant puzzle with lots of pieces that have to come together for one amazing day. I-Do Weddings were the ones I counted on to make that happen and they did it flawlessly. I’m sure there may have been issues along the way that didn’t fit perfectly into the giant puzzle, but we were totally oblivious to the behind the scene mishaps that may have been happening throughout the entire planning process. They handled it all so we could just enjoy the wedding and the magical day that it truly was. The sad part to this whole process is that now it’s over. I feel like I have made a bond with Brigid and Karen, similar to a friendship. Because of that, I know I can look to them for help and advice on any event that comes my way.     I absolutely loved my wedding day. I wish I could have that day over and over again. As a perfectionist, wedding planning was difficult for me. The sheer number of options for vendors and decor were overwhelming. I had an idea of what we wanted for our day and for our guests, but I wasn't at all sure how to execute it. I decided to turn to a wedding planner. I had never thought of myself as a fancy enough person to have a wedding planner, but I determined that whether you have big ideas or small ideas, a big event or a small event, i-do Weddings & Events makes you feel like you are the only event they are planning. I contacted multiple event planners, but felt the most comfortable when talking with Karen. She truly was invested in making our dreams for our wedding a reality and was so excited about our theme. She was able to identify vendors that would align with our style and budget, and implemented a schedule that made the day flawless for our guests. She helped me through times where I was indecisive, and really became someone to lean on throughout the process.     My mother and I shared the task of planning my wedding, and we are both extremely organized, thorough people. However, it is not an exaggeration to say that my Memorial Day wedding would only have been half as good without the help of Brigid and Karen from iDo Weddings. What they have to offer goes far beyond helping with the basics of the planning, but they have the inside scoop on all of the vendors, are very knowledgeable about what comprises a fun, memorable wedding, and they are indispensible when it comes to day-of activities. iDo Weddings took it upon themselves to take care of all of the tedious items on our to-do list, arranged details with the vendors, and handled problems before we had a chance to even worry about them. Their insight led to many of the decisions we made leading up to the wedding, and they were very honest about what was worthwhile as well as what was feasible/expected in a given timeframe. On the Big Day, Brigid and her team were a huge part of making sure everybody was fed, comfortable, and most importantly on time! I cannot overstate the value that the team from iDo Weddings brought throughout the entire planning process, and trust me when I say you don’t realize how much you can benefit from a planner (no matter how organized you may be) until you begin to work with people who are masters at wedding planning like the team at iDo Weddings!

    I am so thankful for Karen Montgomery and I-do! Karen was such a blessing to my husband and I on our big day. She relieved all of my stress with her organization, reliable contacts, brilliant ideas, patience and awsome attitude. Whatever I needed, Karen took care of it. Seriously, the staff literally separated 30k wholesale white silk rose petals to line the aisle of my church the night before my wedding... Need I say more?! I would and have recommended Karen and I-do over and over. I just am so thankful for her hard work and diligence on such a special day in my life.     WOW! I-Do Boutique has created the most incredible wedding for our daughter and us. There is not one complaint I have regarding them or their services. From asking the necessary questions to being present to the very end, we were so pleased with their help and suggestions to make this a fairy-tale event.     Both my groom and I have full time demanding jobs, thus planning a wedding in 6 months was a bit intimidating. Thankfully, Brigid, Karen, and their staff were extremely helpful. They set up appointments, helped us narrow down vendor selections, gave tips for the big day, and even organized RSVPs. They really helped with producing a timeline so everything went smoothly. On our wedding day they made sure everything went as planned so that we and our families could enjoy the day. As my father said, "best investment" of the whole event! Well worth the cost and couldn't imagine having a wedding without them!

    I-do Weddings & Events was a gift and blessing for my daughters wedding. We lived out of town and had to travel two hours for appointments, fittings, and decision making. Karen was a blessing for us. She scheduled our appointments making sure we made the most of our time. She recommended only the best while keeping our budget in mind.     The very first thing we did when we found out our youngest daughter was getting married was call Karen and Brigid at I-do Weddings. They were invaluable during the planning and day of my older daughter's wedding and we couldn't imagine hosting a wedding without them! With their help, Courtney's wedding was everything she'd dreamed of. We would find an awesome backdrop on Pinterest and they would find a local supplier who could make it happen. They understood the vision we were going for and would send us ideas of perfect items to incorporate in the wedding.

    On the day of the wedding, the best man from our wedding, who lives in Europe surprised us at the ceremony. We were so touched and excited to have them there to share such a special day. Brigid handled it beautifully by having them seated at our table for dinner. She made it all happen seamlessly, all I had to do was let her know. Having her there on the wedding day allowed me to just sit back and enjoy the day.

    I would highly recommend to any mother of the bride that the best gift you can give yourself is hiring the ladies at I-do!

    to quote my mother, "Karen is worth her weight in gold!" I didn't have the slightest idea what to do when it came to planning a wedding and truth-be-told, I had very little interest in doing so. Karen helped us through every step of the process. She managed to find us the perfect venue and the perfect vendors to fit our unique idea of the "perfect wedding." And all within our budget. Did I mention she did all this within three months? Not only that, but every little detail of the event was covered (things I would have never dreamed of), resulting in a day that was nothing but perfectly us and an absolute blast. I can't say enough good things about Brigid and Karen. I think my mother said it best as they were worth every penny.

    Our wedding reception venue allowed us to bring in all our own vendors and completely customize the space and day to be unique to us. My husband and I loved this about our venue and it was one of the main reasons we selected this location but we knew right away we would need a day of coordinator in order to make sure everything ran smoothly. From the first time we met with Karen at I-do Weddings & Events I knew we were in good hands; she was extremely organized, professional, and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease when it came to all the chaos of planning a wedding. She was always available if I had questions and was extremely accommodating of our schedules since we lived out of town and would only have short windows of time we could meet with her. Karen made it possible for mother and I too relax and not spend the day of the wedding worrying about the little details because we knew Karen had everything handled. From the rehearsal to the reception everything came together even better than I could have imagined. I cannot thank her enough for helping to make our day so perfect!     As a mother of the bride, I could not have been happier or more grateful for the wonderful support we received from Karen and Megan. Karen was always available with invaluable suggestions, solutions and advice. Megan made the rehearsal and all of the day-of events come off perfectly in every way.     We were planning a wedding from out of town and Karen with I-Do-weddings really saved us and our wedding. She did an amazing amount of work behind the scenes. She was very flexible with us and met via skype many times late at night to accommodate our schedules and the time difference. She really helped us navigate dealing with a difficult location/vendor. Her recommendations for catering, photographers, devor, etc. were all excellent - We had no problems with any of the services she recommended for us. Karen is well prepared and was very organized, which helped us out a lot and on the day of the wedding, she was there with her team, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Her advice, planning, recommendations, and help the day of the wedding were invaluable. We only wish we had called her sooner.

    I used Karen for our DOC services and she did an AMAZING job! She created our day of timeline (including things I would never have even thought to consider)and took care of all the details so I wouldn't have to think about anything on my big day. Karen and her team communicated with my other vendors, coordinated the rehearsal, helped with set up (favors, guest book, candles, etc.), and helped me pick out linens. She was always mindful of my budget and I never felt pressured to spend extra money. Despite all of her responsibilities, she remained cool, calm, and collected through the whole process. She also checked in on us throughout the night to see if we needed anything. I was able to get discounts on several vendors through Karen and i-do Boutique. Her services were worth every single penny! My wedding was more perfect than I ever imagined and Karen helped make that happen!

    Brigid and Karen at i-do Weddings and Events did a wonderful job in helping to insure that my daughter and son-in-law's wedding was the perfect day. We had used Brigid five years ago when another daughter was married. She did such an outstanding job there was no question that we would ask for her assistance once again. Brigid and Karen are very knowledgeable about the vendors and venues and very helpful in making suggestions. My daughter and I felt at ease knowing that Brigid would be there throughout the planning process to make sure that we were on track. The rehearsal and wedding went off without hitch.     Let me first start by saying that I am not a review writer - in fact, this is my first ever online review - but I wanted to share my excellent experience with i-do weddings.

    As a couple planning our Cincinnati-based wedding while living in Washington, D.C., I was consistently impressed with Brigid and Karen's communication with my now-husband and with me. Every single email and phone call was returned and question was answered within 24 hours - which allowed us to feel comfortable and confident in the wedding planning process. Brigid and Karen were always willing to take time to meet with us in the limited instances we were in Cincinnati.

    Brigid and Karen were also incredibly thorough - I appreciated the checklists that they prepared and timelines that they used to guide us through the decision making process so that we were never behind. Brigid guided us through the vendor selection process (Robin Wood Florist - wow!) but I never felt pressured to select a particular vendor, which I appreciated. In fact, Karen even made sure to check references/reviews for a photographer that wasn't on the vendor list just to make sure the quality was up to the i-do standard.

    Most importantly, our wedding day was perfect! My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy every moment -- as were our parents and our bridal party -- because we knew all the details were being taken care of! I have absolutely no regrets about my wedding day -- and I can't think of a higher compliment to pay Brigid and Karen for that fact.

    As the mother of the bride, I cannot give enough praises to I Do Boutique. I was truly impressed with the quality of services they provided. With the bride and groom living out of town, I Do helped tremously with keeping us organized and on track. From setting up appointments with quality vendors to answering every little question as it came along, their communicating was excellent. They also had the uncanny ability to calm our nerves when needed.
    The wedding day is best described as magical. The plan was so well organized, communicated and orchestrated that as mother of the bride, I was able to relax between pictures and the ceremony and read a magazine! The entire wedding day, morning to night, was enjoyable because I Do Boutique was always quietly behind the scenes guiding the activities.

    I was nervous to plan a wedding in Cincinnati as I currently live near DC. Once I found I-Do Boutique, I knew I had nothing to worry about. From day one, Karen (our coordinator) recommended the very best vendors in Cincinnati and began creating a timeline for the big day. Over 10 months the pieces fit together, so by the day of the wedding there was nothing to worry or stress out about. The wedding weekend went smoothly with Karen at the helm! My mom and I ( and the entire wedding party for that matter) only had to enjoy every moment - no need to be concerned with the details.
    Overall, the I-Do Boutique was worth every penny. I'm not sure how I could have planned everything on my own - especially being out of town.
    Karen was very professional, incredibly kind, and has a way of putting a bride at ease. Highly recommend I-Do for any bride-to-be!

    I do not know (nor do I want to know) what I would have done without Karen and Brigid! My wedding was perfect. And it was all because of them...well, and because of my fabulous husband, family and friends in attendance. :)

    I had always dreamed of my wedding, down to the last detail. But I had no idea how stressful would be for me. I had been in a ton of weddings, knew what I wanted and thought I could handle this by myself. Then the planning began and I soon realized that I needed help!

    Brigid and Karen are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. There is nothing they cannot handle, there is no question they cannot answer. They made my wedding beautiful. My family appreciated their support and dedication to making my wedding everything I wanted it to be.

    Ten months ago, my husband and I approached I-Do Weddings & Events and requested a wedding reception that was not traditional. We got married two weeks prior to the reception and went on our honeymoon in between events. When we initially met with Brigid, we asked her for a party that would be a fun time to celebrate with family and friends in Cincinnati. We wanted to have a big party where our guests of all ages would have a blast.

    During the planning process, Brigid and Karen both handled all of the organization and communication with all vendors with ease. There were times when I as a bride became anxious planning such a big event and at those times, I-Do was right there to provide their confident expertise. Within no time, all anxieties were relieved. I often think of how lucky we were to have had such a competent company with so much experience. I learned quickly that if Brigid suggested a vendor, they were going to be good. I soon had no doubt in my mind, without having her and Karen to plan, It would have been a miserable and stressful wedding planning experience.

    I was never one to have the exact picture of what my wedding should be from a young girl. And when the day came, I realized that nothing I could picture would have been better than what the I-Do team put together. It was gorgeous down to every last detail. I was amazed with the final product: a beautiful sophisticated cocktail party with the city in the background. Everything from the
    tables and linens, lounge area and flower arrangements that ever so slightly lit up was more than I could ever hope for.

    During the party, we were so busy spending time with our guests, we needed Brigid to handle all coordination and she did without flaw. We only saw her that night when we needed something, and there she seemed to be to assist. The night was the best of our lives and we will be forever grateful to the I-Do boutique for making it so.

    To be honest I was hesitant about using a wedding planner when my fiance (now wife!!!!) brought up the idea and I only agreed because we wanted to do it a non traditional location (on a bridge over the Ohio River) and we were both busy with work. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. In the planning stages they knew how to set up the whole reception, which vendors would work best, how to solve problems that we were worried about (like what are our nieces and nephews going to do-baby sitter on site!), listened to what we wanted, and made it happen. The day before the event, they got the water source for the bathroom fixed - and only told us about it later (no stress!). The day of the event Brigid was there from start to finish, making sure everthing we smoothly. I think she left our house at 2:30 am to deliver the leftovers and personal items they took care of for us. Very happy to have had Brigid and Karen plan our wedding reception and would recommend them to anyone.

Karen, Julie and the entire i-do team made my day wonderful and I am so glad I had their help on my wedding day. I hired a coordinator for the "day of" and it was the best decision I made to make my wedding day run seamlessly. Karen was amazing with communicating with my vendors and Julie was absolutely perfect on the day of our ceremony. I cannot rave enough about my experience with i-do. Even if you don't need "the whole shebang" please consider hiring i-do for day of services. They take care of everything so you and your family can relax and truly enjoy the big day.     I would highly recommend i-do weddings and boutique for anyone getting married. Whether you need ideas or complete wedding planning, they offer all of these services and everything in between with the same level of quality and attention. Karen Montgomery and her team made my wedding. I could not have done it without them. They thought of every detail and treated the day as if it was their own. My bridal party, my parents and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day and did not have to worry about where everyone was, if we were on time and that everything was in place. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and still rant and rave about our wedding and reception. Karen made our wedding a day we will never forget and one we wish we could do every year :)

    Brigid and Karen were such a pleasure to work with. They had such wonderful vendor recommendations and were so helpful with creating a budget and timeline.     I stumbled on i-do boutique today while in obryanville for other business. Karen was amazing with her knowledge and genuine interest in helping me find a venue for our wedding. I had a great time looking at all the places. I felt overwhelmed before today with planning, and now I am actually excited to plan more details. This is a must stop for anyone planning a wedding in the area.

Karen was always responsive to emails with questions and was mindful of providing vendor names that worked in our budget. Armed with her detailed timeline, the day went perfectly!     As Mother-of-the Bride, I wanted a wedding planner that would allow me to enjoy my daughter's wedding as much as any of the invited guests. Brigid and Karen of I-Do wedding did just that! They helped us with almost every aspect of my daughter's big day. They helped us choose tried and true vendors, negotiate contracts, prepare a time line, and kept the entire wedding day on track. They did all the follow up with the vendors the week of the wedding, handled the set up of the reception, took care of last minute issues that arose and were there with us throughout the big day.
    I can't say enough about their professionalism and knowledge. It was a wonderful wedding!

    My sister & I were both married within one year and thanks to our mother and the dedicated staff at I Do Boutique, we successful planned 2 stunning weddings filled with love, laughter and of course, organization! From the preliminary selection of vendors to the day of coordination, we felt relieved and relaxed to have the support of Karen Montgomery and the knowledgeable staff at I Do Boutique. I would also like to say that day of coordination is a MUST! My mother and I were able to enjoy the special day knowing that the coordinators would handle everything as discussed prior to the wedding day. When the coordinators arrived, we no longer had to worry if everyone else was going to be in the right place at the right time - thanks to Brigid and the entire staff, we could kick up our heels and dance the night away care free - as any bride & mother of the bride should!

    I-DO wedding boutique was absolutely amazing to work with. They made wedding planning so fun and enjoyable, my mom and I want to do it again. Karen was always on the ball and helped us find the best local vendors. We could not have been happier with how our day turned out and only have the best memories. We felt little stress throughout the process. Not to mention, the boutique itself is adorable on the inside. Whether you are looking for a unique, modern, vintage, or classic wedding, I-Do is where you should turn to get the best ideas and vendors. The vendor library is convenient and helps you choose your unique style. As I mentioned, we miss wedding planning with Karen and wish we could do it again!

    Karen Montgomery and her i-do Boutique team were fabulous as our day-off wedding coordinators. On the first day, Karen was a great resource for information to understand a variety of vendors in the city and which vendors would be a great fit for our weeding. Second, Karen was present throughout the process as I was planning. She was very responsive to any questions, helped with hotel and shuttle arrangements and helped coordinate the entire event. Last, on the day, Karen and team planning went so well. They were an extension of my wedding party, who truly helped ensure that all guests felt comfortable and welcomed at a “destination” wedding in Cincinnati. Thank you to Karen for making a amazing day!

    I don't know what we would have done without Brigid and Karen! They held our hands evey step of the way through the wedding planning process and the day of the wedding.     Words cannot express how thrilled we were with i-do-weddings and events. At first, we were hesitant to hire a wedding planner at all, and we very quickly realized that it was the best money we spent on the entire wedding! It was obvious from the very beginning that Brigid and her team were experienced, professional and knowledgable about every apect of the wedding, from assisting with different vendors and offering new, fun ideas. Brigid and Karen were wonderful with what seemed like a thousand emails that I sent to them, and they were always there to answer my questions and offer suggestions. Although I believe most people would expect these things from a wedding planner, Brigid and her team goes way beyond your expectations. They are sweet, fun and an absolute joy to be around! Bridig and Karen, who we worked with the most, have a fantastic sense of humor, which is important when planning such a stressful event. I had as much fun planning the wedding with them as I did with my husband, my family and my bridesmaids! On top of all of that, the true gratitude I felt for their dedication to one of the best days of our lives was the day itself... Having Brigid and her team there every step of the way removed an incredible amount of stress and pressure from me, my mom and my sister, both of whom would have shouldered that stress if it were not for Brigid. If you hire i-do-weddings, you will not believe the number of things that just "happen" without you knowing it! Not only are they making sure that everything goes smoothly, that all vendors are doing what they were hired to do and that your guests are happy, but all of our gifts were miraculously stacked neatly in our hotel room at the end of the night, my feet were blessed with the flip flops I bought as they were slipped onto my feet without me even knowing it, all of the Chocolate Passion leftovers were delivered to our room and my parent's room, and my bouquet was overnighted for preservation... without anyone knowing that it happened! As if a wedding isn't stressful enough, my mom broke her hip just 2 weeks before the big day, and she was in the hospital for 11 days. With just one phone call, Brigid had rented a wheelchair, checked with the venue about accessibility and she spent the entire wedding day making sure my mom had everything she needed, was comfortable and happy. I am a definite type-A personality, and I consider my organizational skills to be pretty good... but please trust me... you will enjoy and savor your wedding day infinitely more if you befriend Brigid and her team. It was truly the best wedding decision that we made, and my only regret was not texting Brigid every day of my honeymoon to tell her how much I appreciate her... and I know that she would have responded gladly and with a smile!

    Our choice to use iDo Boutique for our day-of wedding planning needs (which included much more than day-of logistics, though that's certainly enough!) was one of our best decisions in the process of planning our wedding! Brigid was amazing in her ability to handle any obstacle that might arise (most of which I, as the bride, never heard about until I asked after the wedding was over). Her expertise and attention to detail helped the day go smoothly and gave my entire family a great peace of mind. Having Brigid there at our wedding made it exponentially less stressful and more enjoyable for me, my husband, and my parents. The service she provides is well worth it and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Even before our wedding day, we benefitted from the services and expertise of Brigid and her staff. They were always pleasant and happy to help, no matter how ridiculous my question! The are absolute experts on the Cincinnati wedding scene and on event planning in general. I would trust them with my wedding again and will send my friends and family there, too.

    My husband and I hired Brigid and her staff for our daughter's wedding as our day of event planner. I wish we had found them at the very beginning of the process! I can't say enough about how they made our day perfect and how hard they worked to make sure everything went smoothly. I truly felt like I didn't have to worry about anything and could enjoy myself on the wedding day. We also used their boutique services for help with vendor recommendations, and Karen Montgomery did our welcome baskets for our out of town guests - perfect and everything delivered on time.     My now-husband stumbled upon the I-Do boutique, which turned out to be a huge help as we planned our do-it-yourself wedding. We had a unique vision for our wedding and the I-Do boutique staff helped us to turn our dream into a reality. Karen Montgomery and all of the staff were very helpful each time we came in for help or advice. They were willing to help us work within a budget, and even served as a wedding-day-of coordinator which made things go amazingly smoothly on the big day. I'm not sure if our plans would have all come together if not for the I-Do boutique!

    We used the I-do Weddings & Events for our July 2011 wedding. I can't begin to express how wonderful Brigid and Karen were over the past year and half. From the moment we met with them, I knew I wanted them involved with our wedding process. We were planning our wedding from out of town so it was really important that we maximize our time when we were back in Ohio. They were able to recommend great vendors so when we were in town we could meet with the select few. All of their recommendations were excellent and helped make our wedding process as smooth and stress free as possible. They were also able to take care of a lot of things for us that was challenging with us being out of town.
    Anytime I had any questions or concerns they were there to answer them and put my mind at ease. It was important to us that our friends and family were able to enjoy the wedding day and not running around helping with tasks. Brigid made this happen and I am very appreciative of that. It was so reassuring to me just knowing that they were going to be there throughout the wedding day. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us throughout the entire wedding process. This was definitely one of the best areas we spent money and would highly recommend them to anyone! With their help all my visions of the wedding were put into reality and it was a perfect day!

    My daughter (the bride) was too busy trying to get through her internship program in Seattle to plan a Cincinnati wedding. So the bride handed the reins over to me (MOB) and asked that I plan the entire day for her. I met with Brigid and Karen at I-do weddings and they immediately put me on the right track connecting me with the best vendors and giving great advice for negotiating contracts. They were especially helpful with some unforeseen hurdles along the way. Brigid and her staff were there the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. I could not have done this without their help. My daughter was so surprised and awed on her day, it was fun watching her discover all the things we had planned for her day! I-do weddings brought calm and perspective to the planning and kept me on a timeline (very important). There are not enough words to express my gratitude for their experience and professionalism. I am so glad I walked into I-do boutique, it was the best decision I made, which led to many other good decisions. I would not hesitate to use them again!

    I would not have been happier with the service that I received from I-do weddings. The schedule of the day they planned out was perfect. All coordinators were on time for all meetings. When I accidentally order the wrong number of boutonnieres, they took care of getting more before I even knew about it. One thing that they have down pat is that they are visible with you need them and in the background when you don't. Never once did I feel pushed or overwhelmed! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    I heard about this wonderful place in Cincinnati Wedding Magazine and i couldnt believe that a place like this existed...a wealth of weeding vendors pictures and videos of REAL CINCINNATI WEDDINGS and expertise at how to get the most for your money...all for free???? I couldn't believe it!!!! I visited Bridgit on a Tuesday afternoon and she was the god send i was hoping for!!! As i am in the infantile stages of planning my September 20111 wedding she was soo extremely helpful!!! She picked up the phone and in an instant i had an appointment to see a possible venue for my ceremony and reception that was...IN MY BUDGET!!!!! She also provided me with an appointment to look for my gown...and a coupon to boot!!! This place as awesome and i plan to visit many many times from now until my wedding day!!!!

    Every woman deserves to fell the way I did on my wedding day and I could not have been that happy and stress free without the Incredible work from Karen and Christina at I-do weddings!!! I worked with this AMAZING team for over a year to plan my dream wedding… and I mean it when I say it, they are the best! I hired them shortly after I got engaged knowing that I did not want a bit of stress on my mom throughout the entire process. And it worked! My mom was able to enjoy herself the day of and not worry about a thing!
    Karen and Christina were absolutely great at helping me mold my vision into a reality. They were very responsive to my many emails, and they had so many great vendor recommendations! They made planning fun! And the day of, I got to sit back end enjoy every minute because I knew we were in such good hands! I am so grateful to have worked with these hard working ladies! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. If you’re a bride to be, do yourself and your mother a favor and hire I-do Weddings!

    As a first time mother of the bride I chose I-do weddings to make our daughter's wedding day stress free. Karen and Theresa certainly did just that. Even last minute glitches were dealt with promptly and gracefully. Day of planning is a great value. With six more weddings in our future we will be saying "I-do " to I-do weddings each time!

    Prior to the wedding their planning was good in keeping us on track, and it forced us to get our act together. They also helped us make our wedding truly our own.

    Their day-of services were great in helping us keep things going smoothly. Very adaptable, and they kept us on track. They took care of the "little things" that you don't want to worry about on your big day. Highly recommend.

    The i-do Boutique managed my sister's wedding in Cincinnati on the Purple People Bridge in June of this year. . Not only were they standout professionals on the big day, but throughout the whole planning period they were very resourceful, reliable and organized. We were very satisfied with the amount of suggestions they provided for vendors, locations, and other details (including multiple price points) in order to help create a truly magical day for my sister, her husband and their guests. Overall I highly recommend the team at i-do Events and Boutique!

    I can't say enough wonderful things about Brigid and Karen at I Do Weddings! I can't imagine planning our wedding without them. Their vendor recommedations were invaluable and they made what could have been a very stressful time completely enjoyable. Brigid didnt just help with the planning and day of wedding coordination,; she was a great sounding board and voice of reason in even very delicate situations. she handled every potential crisis with calm and cool professionalism. She was even able to find us an AMAZING florist just three weeks before our wedding!

    On our wedding day, when two of the guys had wardrobe malfunctions with their tuxes, Brigid and Julie were able to miraculously have new tuxes delivered before the ceremony started. She found a tailor willing to steam my wedding dress( that we accidentally wrinkled in the back seat of my car) on a Saturday morning. She was even there with a needle and thread when we needed it! Knowing that Brigid and Julie were there to handle virtually any issue that might arise made our wedding day totally stress-free.

    Brigid and her staff were not only our wedding planners; they were our counselors, friends and family!

    Karen at I-Do Boutique was a true God-send to me while planning my wedding! I never thought I would need a planner - but I was SO wrong! What I learned from the I-Do Boutique and their willingness to share ideas was certainly the reason I had - my Perfect Day! They even designed custom wedding invitations for me! Guests actually told me that they were the absolute most beautiful invitations that had ever received for a wedding - THANK YOU KAREN! Originally from CA,...I met more than just planners,... I forged wonderful friendships who worked with me to bring my vision of an Old Hollywood/Italian themed wedding to LIFE! Thank you Ladies for making my day stress-free and beautiful!

    As the mother of the bride, I knew I was going to give myself a wedding gift, and hire a planner. As I looked around, I found one to the best ones in town was just down the block. From the first time my husband stopped in to get information, till they helped us load the gifts in the limo, I was so pleased that we found I-Do-Weddings and Karen Montgomery. Professional, personable, efficient and friendly. We couldn't have asked for more. All the details of a complex, plan everything wedding came together. We were able to enjoy the weekend, and know that all the details that usually fall to the mother and bride were taken care of. I suggest you contact them. We were thrilled with their vendor recommendations as well. Great quality and value.

    Karen was my DOC and did a fantastic job! She helped me create a day of time line which gave everyone including family. an idea of how the day would go. This was a relief since we got lots of questions all the way up to the wedding day. I liked being able to give our family an overview of the day so they knew what they could expect. I could not imagine the day with out i-do's help! It was the best money we spent on our wedding! We should have had the coordinators all day instead of just for an hour before.

    I would recommend i-do to all my friends and family!

    The wedding was spectacular in every way! Karen and Brigid are very knowledgeable and they were experts in helping us navigate the whole process. Their help the week and day of the wedding were especially beneficial.

    They did an amazing job! I was not worried at all during the day of about anything going wrong. It was such a relief to have them there. They were great at their jobs and would definitely hire them if I were to start the planning process all over.

    Our wedding planner did an amazing job. From the beginning she intuitively understood what we wanted for our wedding and she worked with us throughout the entire process to help us have an amazing day.

    Karen Montgomery was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very professional at all times and quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

    Brigid did an especially thorough job in planning the "day of" schedule and communicating that to all of the vendors.
