Made Everything Easy!
Hiring Ashley Stork/Magnolia Vine Events as my wedding planner was one of the BEST decisions I made. Ashley and her team were very responsive and accommodating with anything and everything I needed or had questions about from the start. Her expertise and knowledge is second to none. When we realized I had forgotten to hire bartenders on the week of the wedding, she was so calm and handled it within 24 hours.. and several people have complimented the bartenders' service since. Ashley and her team are also incredibly well-respected in this industry. When calling vendors to get estimates, etc., they would ask whether I had a wedding planner. When I told them Ashley, they were so happy knowing she would be working with them and all were very complimentary of her. That made me feel so confident in my decision to use Magnolia Vine Events. Cannot recommend Ashley and her team enough. -

We used I do, I do for our "day of" wedding coordination, but it really was so much more than that. Ashley and Kendal helped us whenever we had questions, met with us multiple times to talk about details of the wedding, walk through the venue, and talk through the wedding timeline. The communicated with our vendors and made our day happen behind the scenes so there was absolutely no stress on our part. I am so thankful for their services and all that they did to make our day amazing! -

I Do, I Do Wedding Planning made my wedding planning process and wedding day completely Stress Free!!! I was given all the tools to keep everything organized and on schedule during the planning process and was put completely at ease knowing help was only a phone call away. The day of was absolutely amazing. I was left to completely relax and enjoy knowing that every detail, set up and problem was handled and if I needed any thing during my special day all I had to do was ask for Ashley or one of her wonderful staff members. Booking I Do, I Do, Wedding Planning is a MUST for every bride!!!! -

Ashley and her team did an amazing job from start to finish when planning my wedding! She made the process so much easier and better for me, especially the week/weekend of the wedding. She always listened to what I wanted and tried to make my vision a reality, or help me figure out what my vision was! She was always quick to respond to anything I needed and it was always a pleasure when we had to meet together or meet with vendors. She was very knowledgeable of the vendors in the area, always had plenty of recommendations, and has built relationships with many of them. It was also nice having her office in the same building as some of the vendors we used! She was very professional the weekend of the wedding and I can’t brag enough on how well of a job her team did. She made sure I had everything in line and if I had forgotten anything, she took care of it no problem! She made my weekend stress-free and I felt at ease knowing she was in charge and had everything under control. Ashley and her team made sure I always had what I needed, whether it was a drink in my hand or a fresh coat of my lipstick on my lips. The weekend went off without a hitch and I can give much thanks to her for that. They took great care of everything post-reception and made sure everything got where it needed to go. I was beyond pleased with my choice for a wedding planner and I highly recommend getting one!! -

Ashley is seriously AMAZING!!! If you are planning a wedding you need to go hire I Do, I Do! Wedding Planning right now! I really don't know what kind of craziness my wedding would've been if it hadn't been for Ashley. In our first meeting she totally got me and somehow interpreted what I really wanted from my literally thousands of Pinterest wedding pins. Not only is she a fun, awesome, fabulous person to be around, she is also on it! She walked me through the entire process, helped me assemble the most amazing vendor team, and basically made my entire wedding just out of this world awesome. She was so organized and made sure every tiny detail was taken care of so that on my wedding day I had absolutely no worries or issues to deal with at all! She is pretty much Superwoman and runs the whole show and handles everything from vendor coordination, to set-up and making sure everything looks perfect, to family and wedding party issues. Everything was scheduled so well that I could just have fun and enjoy being a bride. My family has raved about how impressed they were with her and my husband was even bragging about her to other couples we met on our honeymoon! I have received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful all the décor was and how much fun they had at my wedding. I always thought wedding planners were for people with a crazy budget but honestly I Do, I Do is totally affordable and absolutely, hands down, worth every penny. I've already recommended Ashley to a friend I will continue to recommend her to anyone I know who is getting married. Seriously Ashley and her team are just flat out wedding miracle workers and you would be crazy not to hire them. -

Ashley with I Do, I Do! Wedding Planning was an absolute joy to work with. She held my hand through each step of planning my perfect wedding. She helped me stay organized and meet my planning deadlines. Not only did she recommend the best vendors ever, she coordinated everything with them on my behalf. My wedding day was more perfect than I could have ever imagined and it was all because I had the best wedding coordinator out there! The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything but getting myself ready and that's how it should be. As my mother stated, "Hiring Ashley was the best money she has ever spent!" Did I mention I Do I Do! is extremely reasonable! I would recommend Ashley and her team to anyone looking for an amazing planner and wonderful experience! She and I will definitely remain friends. -

Ashley is amazing. She is friendly, helpful, responsive, kind, patient, creative, and all around wonderful. If you want someone who will help you organize your thoughts, your ideas, and your to-dos while keeping your individuality in mind, you should hire Ashley! We used Ashley for partial planning/day of coordination and could not have been happier with our end results! She was super easy to get ahold of, responded quickly to questions, and was an overall great resource for finding the perfect vendors for our day. She really listened to what we wanted and helped make every detail possible -- especially by making the day-of time line that saved our lives! She took care of making sure vendors knew exactly where to go and when and that they had exactly what was needed, and basically made sure everything was up to our expectations the day of the wedding. With Ashley's help we were able to relax and enjoy planning and especially the day of our wedding which is what really made our experience with I Do! I Do! so wonderful!! -

I pay attention to details! And so does Ashely! I appreciated Ashely listening to my daughter's ideas and our plans; then if there was a place of improvement or enhancement on an idea she spoke up and offered her expertise.
On wedding day.... I couldn't have asked for more from Ashley and her girls. She was attentive to our needs as well as executing the details of our venue and wedding. She was everywhere!! And if I even mentioned a statement she was quick and confident to respond with "I can take care of that." She took care of the details which in turn took care of us. Thank you Ashley! -

I worked with Ashley Stork from I do I do wedding planning for Day-of Coordinator services. She was very easy to work with, extremely professional, and was no-nonsense. Ashley was prompt to respond to all my questions and requests. She was always calm and pleasant which made the wedding planning and wedding day stress free and fun!
My husband and I have had so many friends and relatives tell us that the wedding was one of the best organized and fun weddings they have been to. I think this can be primarily attributed to Ashley and her direction on the day of. I know that I was stressed out, worried about whether everyone in the wedding party was getting along, whether everyone was in a good mood, etc. Our family is a very close and every aunt, cousin, etc., wants to always be of help, always be around each other. It is great-but on our wedding day began to be a little obtrusive. Ashley handled everyone in my wedding party and in our family respectfully and firmly, keeping me from being overwhelmed and keeping family happy. Ashley helped to make our wedding day not just run smoothly and beautifully, she made it possible for my husband and I to enjoy ourselves. We had a wonderful time at our wedding, we were able to stay focused on the important things and this is due to Ashley's skill as a Day-of Coordinator.
I would absolutely recommend I Do I Do Wedding Planning to another bride. Any company that employes professionals as delightful as Ashley have to be excellent. I cannot express more how happy I am that I Do I Do Wedding Planning worked with me on my wedding. -

Alene was truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish! I consider myself a very organized person and was able to handle most meetings and communication on my own with other vendors, but I would never have been able to do that without the direction and vision that Alene brought to the table!
- Quality of Service: Alene takes the time to get to know her bride and listens to what they want. She will offer her advice on current trends and outdated fads, all without pushing her own opinion on you. My wedding day was not without its hiccups, but Alene was there to handle any issues that came up and make sure that they were managed and resolved.
- Responsiveness: Alene's attention to detail is great! She'll help you work with all your vendors and will be stern, when needed, to make sure that they are delivering on the needs of the bride. Although they are all vendors, Alene is much more than that. She is the liason between the bride and vendors and will stop at nothing to make sure that they are all giving the bride exactly what she wants.
- Professionalism: Without question, Alene is extremely professional! Again, as she serves as a liason, she does so in a way that does not step on any toes.
- Value: This expense will undeniably be worth every penny! Alene provides very insightful "to-do" lists at every meeting to make sure that the bride is doing her part to get ready for the big day. Alene does a great job of breaking it all down for you without making you feel overwhelmed.
- Flexibility: Alene is extremely flexible! I have a full-time job in which many times it's after 6 or 7pm before I leave work. Alene was always flexible with her schedule to meet when it worked best for me, including nights and weekends.
I can't express enough how great it was to have Alene be apart of our big day! -

Hiring I DO, I DO! Wedding Planning was the BEST money we spent for our daughter's wedding! Alene Gamel made a fairytale wedding reception a reality for Laci and David. She scheduled several meetings to discuss the vision, budget and vendor choices. This was our first wedding to plan and definitely needed guidance!! She was very positive and gave us so many ideas that I can't imagine planning Laci's wedding without her! I would highly recommend I DO, I DO! to handle any wedding! Speaking as the Mother of the Bride, there was absolutely NO STRESS for me (and I am a control freak!). Alene told us she would be the go-to person for all the vendors and for us to just enjoy the day and night..........and that is just what we did! It was a magical time for our family! -

I am the mother of a Bride who due to her work schedule didn't have time to do much planning or decision making herself. Alene and I worked together to give my daughter and her fiancé the wedding of their dreams! There is no way I could have accomplished this without Alene and her staff by my side the whole way. I was overwhelmed with all the details and decisions but Alene had an organized method that helped me to focus on only the tasks in front of me at the time. She gently guided me from one list to to the next making sure that I had all decisions in on time. She has a great reputation with many vendors and helped me to find the ones that would work best for our unique situation. I Do, I Do! made my life so much easier during the entire planning process. Alene is wonderful to work with. I felt like she really got a grasp of who my groom and I were and what we wanted. We met on multiple occasions during our engagement to discuss vendors and how the planning was going and to receive our next to-do list. I am a worrier, so this was great in helping me take it one chunk at a time. She was able to give suggestions of vendors based on our budget and what we were looking for. But, the best part of Alene's work came the week of the wedding. She called all of our vendors and made sure everything was running smoothly. She was able to get things done from some of the vendors that I was struggling with. Everything went incredibly smoothly, thanks to Alene and her company. And if it didn't, I didn't know about it. What more can a bride ask for?
But most importantly, Alene is a wonderful person who made us feel special and excellently established a friendly relationship with us. And, she was on our side, so when our parents were pushing things she knew were not our style, she was able to be the third party who made sure we got what we wanted without hurting anyone's feelings. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We chose her because we were both in two weddings she had run and saw how smoothly things went because of her. -

Thanks to Alene, the planning process for my husband and I was a smooth one. We were provided guidance EVERY step of the way (vendor suggestions, save-the-Date/invitation details, timeline for wedding day). I knew that I had to work with Alene when, during our initial meeting about a year prior to my wedding, she asked me what day I was planning to get married, and when I told her, she said "Well the sun sets at 7:35 that day, and the best pictures are about an hour before sunset." I thought, "If this lady knows what time the sun sets a year from now on my wedding day off the top of her head, then she has to be good." She absolutely did not disappoint. Alene is essential for anyone who does not want to be pulling their hair out while they are trying to plan a wedding. She is organized, creative, and is there for you every step of the way. The year I was engaged, I was completing medical school, so I was interviewing for jobs all over the country and trying to graduate. Alene made a personalized schedule for me so that I could do everything I needed to do and still have the wedding of my dreams. Not only that, she is so much fun to be around, so it made everything so much less stressful. She is in-the-know about all of the bridal events happening in the area, and all of the vendors that I used love to work with her because she is on top of her game. One of the things I wanted the most from a wedding planner was no stress on wedding day for me or my family (especially my mom). As far as I know, my wedding went off without a hitch, and I literally had nothing to do besides enjoy my day. Being able to relax and be with my family and new husband on my wedding day was absolutely priceless to me, and it made a wonderful day just that much better. -

Choosing to work with Alene and her team for our Wedding was the best decision we made in the entire planning process.
Alene is very creative, professional and fun to work with! She will brainstorm with you on how to make your day the absolute best it can be and she will give you great tips that will save you time, money and a lot of headaches. She has been in the business for many years and has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly and can tell you what works and what doesn't. Throughout her career, she has had to turn a lot of challenging situations into positive opportunities. I know this because I got to know her in the Planning Process and got to hear a few of the stories :).
She has one of the best work ethics I've ever seen which shows that Excellence is one of her core business and personal values. She is also a very honest person which means if you are her client, she has your back and she will shoot straight with you.
The vendors she recommends are very professional and great to work with. In fact, we have been referring them to our friends who attended our wedding because of what the vendors did to make it a successful night.
Planning a wedding is a very exciting and happy, yet stressful time. But having Alene and her team allowed us to stay on track, make decisions that we know were great because of the advice we received, and enjoy the actual wedding day with our guests.

Alene is the most AMAZING wedding planner. I have told her many times that she needs to be a life coach as well. She is able to take a wonderful time in your life that can also turn into the most stressful time in your life but she makes it FUN. I was 4 months away from my wedding and my wedding planner up to that point had taken another job. I was panicking. Luckily I found Alene. She was able to help me get organized and get a plan on how to get this to happen. She doesn’t take over your wedding day like I had watched in movies. She has the perfect touch of knowing when to get involved. She allows you to create your dream day and then she makes it all come together. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I can be very micromanaging and too detail oriented but after meeting Alene the first few times I knew she was going to get it done. I didn’t worry about one thing the day of my wedding and neither did anyone in my family. My friends and family were able to have a great time. I have had several compliments that they have never been to a wedding where the bride looked so at ease and had so much fun. It was truly because Alene as a wedding planner. Before I hired Alene people would ask me “how is the wedding plnning coming along” and I would give the cliché answer of “I just want to get it over with”. Then once Alene got involved I wished I had a few more months to plan because I didn’t want the fun to end. I also was a little sad after the wedding because I felt like Alene was such a huge part of my life. I made her promise we would still be friends. I could go on and on. She is truly the BEST!! -

Alene was great! My wedding turned out perfect, and the day went so smoothly. I was able to relax because I knew that she could handle anything. Our meetings prior to the wedding were really helpful. She walked me through each step of the planning and helped me find the best vendors in town. Before the wedding, when I was worrying about my hair, makeup, honeymoon packing etc, she called every vendor to make sure they knew what to bring and what time to be there. She helped me stay organized and not procrastinate. I don't know how we could have planned a wedding without her! -

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Alene. She was a God send. I knew I wanted a wedding planner from day one; my mom however was not sold on the idea. I set up the meeting with Alene, after our initial meeting mom was sold as well. I knew I had found the perfect person to help make my visions come to life. I felt as if I were her only bride, and her only purpose was to make my dreams come true. She directed this lost future bride in the right direction, I have no doubt the wedding would have been a complete disaster had she not been involved. The best part was the BIG day. It was the best day of my life, not only because I married the man of my dreams but also because I was able to enjoy the day with all my best friends. If something was out of place, I never knew it. The only advice I give any of my newly engaged friends is "Hire a wedding planner, not just any wedding planner, hire Alene Gamel with I Do I Do" She is simply amazing! -

Alene offers the rare combination of professionalism, communication and sensitivity to the bride's vision that made our wedding a delight. Alene and her staff are awesome! She is a great asset to have not only in the planning stages, but most especially at the rehearsal/wedding day. My mother and I are quite OCD, but on my wedding day, I truly left it all to Alene. And I do not regret it in the least! I never thought my wedding day could be so stress-free and seamless! Everything was planned perfectly to the point where guests never got bored. I remember telling Alene at our reception, "I never thought I would actually get to have FUN at my wedding!" and she responded, "That's the way it's supposed to be!" And it truly is!! I'm so glad we hired Alene, and I would recommend her to any bride looking for wedding planning services! -

Without Alene my daughter's wedding would not have been as beautiful and perfect as it was. I do not live in the same city as where the wedding took place, so I knew that I needed a wedding planner. Alene clicked with my daughter and me at our first interview. She guided us through the year of planning with suggestions and listened to us and especially my daughter as to what we wanted her wedding to be. I am an organized person who likes lists and so is Alene. She really provided support and creative ideas and enthusiasm for our wedding. I cried when the reception was over not because my daughter was leaving but because I had to say good-by to Alene. She has already followed up with me though to see if we were happy with everything. Alene is a professional who helps you see what you want and then helps you to achieve it. She does it all with an upbeat attitude and not one of "I know best". She really wants the wedding to be just what the bride wants it to be. -

We came to Alene with visions of a personal, untraditional event and not a clue where to begin. She shaped our uniquely complicated dream into a wedding that was moving, engaging, one of a kind, and most importantly stress-free. Throughout the planning process, Alenes checklists and organizational skills ensured that everything was completed in manageable phases, so that we never felt overwhelmed. As our big day approached, we had butterflies but no anxiety because everything was in order. The day of the event, Alene was worth her weight in gold. She and her team were talented at handling the last minute details and unexpected complications. We got to relax and enjoy our special day knowing that everything would go smoothly. In fact, the evening went so well that she was able to coordinate a spur-of-the-moment surprise getaway for us that our guests will never forget! I highly recommend I Do, I Do! Wedding Planning. They have a helpful planning process that allows you to plan your wedding over your set engagement period (I was lucky to have 14 months to plan!). At each of your meetings you are handed a list of new planning items that you need to take care of (check off) before your next meeting. This was very helpful for a procrastinator like me! I was always recommended vendors based on my vision and budget.
Alene and her assistant, Ashley, went out of their way to make my wedding day run as smoothly as possible. They were available exclusively for me the Friday before my wedding, and of course, the day of my wedding to help with any questions or concerns, and to assist with anything that they could help with.
My favorite thing about Alene is how enthusiastic she was at every meeting. She was so excited to be working with me and helping me plan my wedding day! Everything about our wedding and reception turned out perfect! My family, my husband, and I are so glad that we hired her to help us plan our wedding.

She did a wonderful job taking over all the small details we did not want to worry about and she helped take care of the other items that we deemed more important. I am very pleased with the vendors that Ashley recommended for my daughter's wedding. Ashley was very attentive and helpful until I experienced problems with two vendors. She scheduled a trip out of state the week of my daughter's wedding and while "available by internet" she lacked the insight for accountability in helping me resolve major problems at the reception venue in the days proceeding the wedding. Her motto seemed to be "whatever the client wants" but if the bride and bride's mother are detail oriented and will be bothered by lack of planning execution, then I don't recommend Ashley. If you are laid-back and not concerned about every detail, then Ashley would be a great fit for you. She is sweet and a hard worker with lots of resources. Unfortunately, in the end our expectations did not match her level of service. -
