Their cakes are AMAZING. We got our wedding cake from I Do Cakes and it looked fantastic (the attached picture doesn't do it justice). We had a different flavor for each tier, and they all tasted delicious. Megan was so nice to work with. It was easy figuring out a design with her.
We had a few guest say the cake would have been more at home in a competition than a wedding, because it turned out so well, so I would definitely recommend their cakes. -

Our cake design and floral placement were spot on. Everyone at the wedding said the cake was like silk and gave a lot of compliments. Megan was wonderful to work with and very professional. We can't wait for our complimentary 6" cake on our anniversary, made fresh rather than frozen! -

Outstanding experience!
Everything I wanted and more! I wanted the icing to look like birch and she matched it perfectly. I wanted a particular flavor (almond) and I got it. My cake looked beautiful and tasted sooo good! You can’t go wrong with Megan at I Do Cakes! -

Simple and Amazing
Working with Megan with I Do Cakes was so easy and she was able to make exactly what we wanted. With one Zoom meeting and some emails, the cake was delivered and exactly what we wanted. Also tasted amazing. Very responsive through email and understanding. she made the cake part of the wedding extremely stress-free. -

Megan was amazing! Her chocolate cake was the best cake I had ever tasted. The cake was beautiful. It looked exactly like the inspiration picture I sent. Such a great, easy experience! Highly recommend. -

Wonderful gluten free cake
The most beautiful wedding cake! Everyone could not believe it was gluten free. We had carrot cake almond cake and red velvet!! Not only are her wedding cakes amazing but she did a graduation cake for us as well. So many cake options. Anyone who has any type of food allergies I would definitely recommend I Do Cakes! -

Wow! I cannot say enough about the cake and the ease of dealing with IdoCakes. This was not your normal wedding cake. Our cakes was shaped like the NHL Stanley Cup. It came out absolutely perfect and even the scale looked perfect. The actual "hummingbird" flavor base of the cake also was extremely good, we ate all the leftovers within a week. Dealing with Megan was extremely easy and she even drove all the way out to Greensboro to drop the cake off to us. Strongly recommend! -

Megan was the best to work with she got back to us promptly. We got so many compliments about how gorgeous our cake looked. She was very professional to work with and she also had cake stands that we could rent and had many to choose from. My husband even described it as very tasty and that says a lot b/c he is not a big fan of sweets in general but he did like it. Megan knew by our numbers exactly how many layers we would need for our wedding to make sure we had enough and we definitely did. Another plus, is on our one year anniversary she will make up a small cake that is fresh so we didn't have to freezer our topper from our wedding day. We didn't get to see Megan on the day of the wedding but felt special when going through our gifts and finding a card from Megan congratulating us on our big day. We definitely were not expecting that. -

I do cakes was so accommodating and professional. She provided us with exactly what we wanted and the cake was delicious! She set everything up for the cake and cupcakes on the day of the wedding and it was a gorgeous set up. I would highly recommend I do cakes for any bakery need you have! -

My husband worked with Blake and Megan (Under the Oak Farm/ I Do Cakes) in the past and he knew they would be the caterers for our wedding. Megan made the cake selection process easy with tasting boxes you can purchase to figure out what is your perfect flavor combination is. We went with a three-tier cake with the three delicious flavors being tres leches, chocolate with raspberry buttercream, and carrot cake. When it came to decorating the cake, Megan worked with the wedding vision we had, and didn’t even know we had, and made a beautiful cake to complement our cake topper, linen, and flowers. I didn’t even know how much I was going to love it until I first saw it on our wedding day. The wedding guests loved the cake so much they ate it all and keep raving about it to us to this day. But, don’t worry, Megan will bake a small cake for your one-year wedding anniversary. Thank you, Megan, for this amazing, perfect, and tasty piece of art and don’t pass up the opportunity to make I Do Cakes your wedding cake baker. -

Awesome job!
I decided somewhat last minute to surprise my husband with a special groom's cake for our rehearsal dinner that had all of his favorite sports teams on it. With just a month to pull ideas together and have the perfect cake made, the I Do Cakes team prepared the PERFECT sports cake that also tasted amazing!! It was a hit with the groom and the rest of our guests. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a cool, unique cake design. -

We had a Great Experience with I Do Cakes!!
Wow! Our experience with this vendor was great! Our cake was an unusual design but Megan was more than willing to accommodate our requests. The cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted wonderful. Overall it was a very positive experience. One of our friends [who had been a Culinary Arts teacher] said it was 'absolutely the best wedding cake he had ever tasted! I highly endorse I Do Cakes!!! -

Megan did an AMAZING job with our wedding cake! We got to go to the tasting and tasted so many delicious flavors. Despite tasting four different cakes we did go with three completely different flavors, strawberry with cream cheese filling, lemon with buttercream filling, reeses chocolate with peanut butter filling. The design was exactly how I wanted and I hardly had any cake leftover!! She even provides an anniversary cake and we really look forward to our one year anniversary in order to taste the cake again. We highly recommend Megan from I Do Cakes. -

Beautiful cake that tasted amazing!!
I showed Megan a cake that I liked and she was able to recreate it exactly how we wanted! She even did a lace effect on one tier! It was gorgeous!! Then the taste... OMG we had a browned butter cake with salted caramel buttercream filling for 2 tiers and marble cake with a chocolate ganache filling for the 3rd tier. Everyone at our wedding told us it was the best wedding cake they had ever had!! And Megan made us a fresh top tier for our 1 year anniversary that we were able to swing by and pick up on our way out of town to celebrate!! -

Megan made the cake for our wedding and everything was perfect! We talked through what we wanted and also had some concerns about friends who have certain allergies and gluten issues. Megan was great to work with, talking through all of our wants/needs in order to determine the best options for us. We ended up with a beautiful and delicious cake as well as several gluten-free cupcakes! The gluten-free cakes were also delicious and we were thrilled to habe the two different options that complimented one another well, so absolutely no one felt left out. -

Wonderful!
We absolutely loved our wedding cake! Megan did such a fantastic job of putting together the elements we wanted and listening to our ideas. The cake came out beautifully, and oh so delicious!! Wedding cake designer and baker
Megan was very kind, down to earth, yet very professional! At our initial meeting I described in just a few words the theme of my wedding and she came up with a beautiful design for our cake that matched the theme perfectly! The cake was delivered and set up on the day of the event with no hiccups and it tasted so very good. We were even given a one year anniversary cake on our anniversary! That was a special touch that my husband and I truly appreciated! We would definitely recommend I Do Cakes LLC for your next event! -

Delicious and beautiful wedding cake/cupcakes
Had the pleasure of using I Do Cakes LLC for my wedding in May 2017. Megan was quiet, efficient, and easy to work with. We had a cutting cake + 2 types of cupcakes. We/our guests loved them and I'm glad we decided to order extra, because many of the guests ended up eating a cupcake and then taking more cupcakes home! [note for photo: extra cupcakes were displayed separately/used to resupply cake stand] -
