    Shari was incredible to work with!!

    Shari did an amazing job of creating a personalized wedding ceremony script for us and executed everything flawlessly! We can not recommend Shari enough. She truly captured our love and played such an important role in our big day. Guests raved about our wedding ceremony and multiple guests asked us how long we had known Shari because she was so personable and captured our relationship to a T. Thank you Shari! Our big day was truly a dream.

    Couldn’t be any happier!

    Shari was phenomenal throughout the ENTIRE experience. Here initial video “meet and greet” was super assuring and and thorough. She had a great plan and a welcoming presence at the ceremony. I cannot recommend Shari enough.

    The best experience

    We are so glad we chose Shari to officiate our wedding! She truly made it everything we wanted, was super responsive to all of our questions/suggestions and extremely professional! She knows what she is doing, and she was such a special part of our day. She told our story so beautifully. We would recommend her to any couple!!

    Experience

    Shari did an amazing job officiating our wedding! She’s professional, responds timely and is very sweet! She was responsive with any questions I had and was very flexible especially during when we had to postpone our big wedding and had to do a small ceremony. Highly recommend Shari!

    Amazing!!!

    When we first met Shari, my husband and I knew we had to have her officiate our wedding. She is the sweetest and kindest person we have ever met. Each meeting with her felt effortless and fun. Just like getting together with an old friend. Shari is the best decision we made. Our ceremony was completely customized and personal to us 100%. All of our guest couldn't stop raving about how personal and heart felt it was. She even sends in your marriage licence for you so there is one less thing on your plate. After this whole process we truly think of Shari as more of a friend than just an officiant. You will not be disappointed hiring her. If you're on the fence about hiring an officiant, don't be, just DO IT and hire Shari ;)

    Perfect Day!

    Shari is AMAZING! She took the time to get to know us, and made our day so special. We where able to get our three children involved in the ceremony with a sand ceremony that Shari recommended (I had no idea about this). It really made it "Just our day". I could not be happier with I Choose you!

    Everyone should choose "I Choose You Ceremonies"

    Shari was absolutely amazing throughout our whole wedding planning process. She met with us before the ceremony and really got to know us as a couple. At the wedding rehearsal, she made us feel at ease and relaxed about the wedding the next day. The script and ceremony were catered around us as a couple rather than a standard cookie-cutter ceremony. Our guests truly appreciated our special day and Shari helped make our wedding one we will never forget.

    Best day ever! Thank you I Choose You Ceremonies!

    Shari was absolutely amazing to work with and my husband and I are so incredibly happy we found I Choose You Ceremonies. We met with Shari prior to our wedding and told her about us and our plans for the big day. She was somehow able to see right to the core of our relationship and created a script for our ceremony that was so personal and so meaningful that it still takes my breath away. The words she said will stay with us always. I received countless compliments after our wedding from guests that commented on how perfect the ceremony was for my husband and I. I especially loved that she used our own words, experiences, and thoughts about marriage but made everything flow so smoothly. I also appreciated her suggestions like the unique and different ideas we could choose for a Unity Ceremony. Shari thinks of everything and it’s easy to see this is something she is passionate about. We absolutely loved every minute of working with Shari and she will always have a special place in my heart. I will recommend I Choose You Ceremonies again and again!

    Highly recommended

    Shari was absolutely wonderful to work with. We met with her in person and instantly wanted her to be our officiant. She created such a personal ceremony that all of our guests commented on. She sent us a script beforehand so we could make any changes which was great as we knew exactly what would be said and when. It was incredibly helpful to have an idea of how the ceremony would flow. She was amazing and I would recommend her over and over.

    Our officiant was Shari McCormick with I Choose You Ceremonies. We aren’t religious, and Shari did a great job of writing a beautiful ceremony script that felt like something true to us. She took the time to learn about us, and incorporate what she learned into our ceremony. Shari put together a script, and then we worked back and forth a couple of times making tweaks until it was perfect – we didn’t have much to change! It hit all the right notes of sweetness, seriousness, and humor.

    We met with several officiants before selecting Shari at I Choose You Ceremonies. Shari is immediately very warm and personable. She was so easy to work with during the planning process whether answering email questions or the few in-person meetings that we needed. Shari was eager to help us create the ceremony that best reflected us as a couple and provided very helpful resources for readings, vows, etc. For the rehearsal, Shari was prompt and well prepared. She quickly organized our group to get everyone on the same page. On the actual wedding day, Shari gave us the exact ceremony that we wanted. The ceremony was intimate and personalized, and it went off without a hitch. Shari had clearly coordinated with our DJ to ensure that everyone understood the cues for music changes, and her delivery was incredibly professional and polished. She even took care of the license paperwork for us, so when we returned from our honeymoon the certified marriage certificate was waiting in our mailbox. The ceremony is the point of the whole day, and we wanted to be sure to choose the right officiant. When working with Shari, you get all of the talent and experience that comes with choosing a professional officiant. We could not be more pleased with our ceremony and I Choose You Ceremonies.     Shari was amazing! My husband and I were extremely unsure on who to pick for our officiant. Neither of us are religious, so we didn't have an obvious person such as a pastor to marry us. We attended an event called All About Weddings Omaha happy hour because we had read positive reviews about Shari, and and wanted to meet her. Unfortunately, she had a family emergency, and we weren't able to meet her. We were however able to schedule a visit with her outside of this event. And she was definitely worth the wait! During this wedding process, there are so many "fake" vendors that will do/say anything for you to select them. That is the complete opposite of Shari! She was so kind, genuine, and thorough. We only had two meetings, but she has many detailed documents that you fill out, so that she gets to know you, and can personalize your ceremony. These forms are AMAZING, because we had no idea where to begin. She would let you completely personalize the ceremony, or she has tons of examples of passages/phrases, so you can just "point to the one you like" and bam.......ceremony done :) Honestly, I've been to so many weddings (both religious and non-religious) and most of the time I encounter either boring pastors, or officiants that are trying to be "funny or quirky". Shari literally let us be who we were. We selected a lot of passages for her to read that she offered us, she let us rewrite some of her vow passages to fit us which lead into us reading our own hand-written vows. The ceremony was perfect. Beyond perfect. Pretty much a complete stranger helped us share our love with all of our guests. There are a lot of things I would do differently with my wedding, but Shari is definitely NOT one of them. She is beyond amazing, and even our guests loved her. They were never bored or distracted (and they easily could have been since we were married in front of the elephants at the Henry Doorly Zoo!). If you are considering an officiant, choose Shari!!!!

    Shari was absolutely wonderful to work with. As we were planning our wedding, my husband and I had set up multiple meetings with officiants to figure out who would be the best fit. After we met with Shari, we canceled all our other meetings because she impressed us so much. She was friendly, thorough, respectful, flexible, professional, and prompt throughout our entire wedding planning process. She gave us the perfect amount of support, ensuring we attended to every detail of the ceremony while still making it our "own". She performed a beautiful ceremony and I felt less stressed about the whole day knowing she was there. I would highly recommend her to couples of all backgrounds and belief systems.

    Shari was outstanding. From the moment we met her we loved her and were so excited for her to be our officiant. We thought we knew what we were doing exactly, but she really made us realize we had some more thinking to do. She had the pleasure of getting to tell Shari about our life, the things we love to do and what is important to us, which she incorporated into our wedding ceremony. She was very good about sending me things to help decide on vows, bible verses, and just some hints. Also, her communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. Shari had sent us rough drafts of the ceremony and we were able to edit her work without question. That gave us the ceremony we wanted. We couldn't of asked for a better experience with an amazing officiant and wonderful person.

    Shari was absolutely fantastic! She literally responded to me the same day or the very next day any time I had questions. She is so easy to talk to I felt like I knew her for years. The ceremony was light and fun just like we asked for. She made it so personal to us as well. She got to really know my now husband and I. We were not just another couple she was going to marry. She took her time with us and I had so many guests compliment me on how fun the ceremony was and it kept them interested. Thank you Shari for all you do! You marrying us was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! :)

    Shari was wonderful to work with. She incorporated simple details of our lives into the wording of the ceremony, which made it so personal. It was a wonderful touch. we received multiple compliments on the ceremony. Shari has great communication and an attention to detail that suited our style perfectly.     Just do it, Sheri was the perfect person for our ceremony. She made everything feel so specials, helped us with our rehearsal, was really attentive with details and celebrated our passed loved ones in a beautiful way. If we could do it over we would have Sheri once again with us every step of the way.

    We could not have made a better choice. Shari made our ceremony so personal, emotional, and perfect. We laughed we cried and we reminisced on our relationship while giving our vows. There's no better.
