Exceptional customer service and hospitality, affordable, and beautiful ballrooms - 2 across from each other so you don't have to worry about using just 1 for both the ceremony and reception. Truly pleased and happy to have had my wedding there!

Cassandra and her staff were amazing and created an amazing event for us. They were always available when I had questions and or concerns. They also went above and beyond to make this planning the least stressful as possible. Just a great team to work with.

We absolutely LOVE the Hyatt Rosemont! You really get what you pay for, and I am so glad we went with them to book our stay for our wedding weekend!!! There were plenty of hotels in the area, but the quality of Hyatt Rosemont was just superb....I'm glad we didn't cheap out on this one!

We got there on a Friday afternoon to check in...we were a bit early, but the receptionist got us a room and our key in a jiff! We were on the 6th floor, which was a REALLY nice view; it was actually right across Rivers Casino! The hotel is very modern, we loved the art in the rooms, and it was overall a great experience.

Our situation was unique, since we requested to have double beds on Friday night, and a single King bed for Saturday night. The only thing they asked of us was to check out of the double bed room before noon, that way my bridesmaids and I could transfer and get ready in the King bed room. They accommodated us, we got settled in to the King bed room around 8am, and my husband and I were so satisfied with the whole experience.

We also requested to be on the same floor as one of our other guests, and that worked out perfectly too! My mother actually had to go back to the hotel after our ceremony, and when she told me the room key didn't work for her, she went to the receptionists' desk, and they gave her a new key and did not give her a hard time.

On Saturday night, my husband and I got to our room, and we found a nice surprise of two wine flutes, a big bottle of champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries!!!! We were both so happy and it was a really generous thing of them to do for us! Anyways, we checked out Sunday morning, and everything was perfect. Their Customer Service was awesome, the hotel was clean, and we had no problems. THANK YOU for making our stay as welcoming as it was, Hyatt Rosemont! We will recommend you to everyone we know :)

The team at the Hyatt Rosemont is made up of some of the nicest and most thoughtful people! When you have your wedding there you get to be the only party in the hotel, and it makes for a very private and special experience. So many other hotels will have up to 4 weddings at a time, and I think that can be confusing for the guests and the staff. Cassandra, the catering manager, was very focused on our needs and helped us connect with great vendors. She made sure to be very careful of my own food allergy as well as those of my guests, and everyone was impressed with the food- very impressed! We loved Ignacio, and so did our guests. I am not even sure of his official job title, but I would just refer to him as a magician. He wound up in one of our cake cutting photos because I froze and didn't know what to do, but he came over and rescued us, I am glad we captured that moment! He also checked in with our guests to be sure that everyone liked their meal, he even asked one of my friends who was ill if she wanted something else to eat. She was so thankful that he actually cared. Our wedding weekend with the Hyatt was filled with warm memories and romantic little extras, I won't ruin the surprises by mentioning them here, but just know that the staff really cares that you enjoy yourself!

Cassandra, the Catering, Banquet, and AV teams at Hyatt Rosemont Near O'Hare were outstanding! Everyone provided attentive customer service in a way that made you feel they really cared about your event at their hotel. All our event attendees enjoyed their time at the venue: the meeting space, their sleeping rooms, the food, and the service. Thank you.

They were a great vendor to work with. Throughout the planning, they were very accommodating and helpful. The event day went very smoothly, with their help and guidance.

We had our 2.5 day annual meeting at the Hyatt Rosemont at the end of May. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping to catering to sales and beyond was fantastic. They were kind, pleasant and unflappable. I would book an event here again in a second.

Cassandra Mazur managed our event details. Annette managed our room block. Together, these ladies were able to manage all of my special requests. The banquets team also must be recognized for providing first class service. They anticipated my needs and would offer suggestions to ensure my guests were satisfied. When we unexpectedly ran short of sandwiches at lunch, the banquet team was quick to place an order for additional sandwiches. They also managed delivering the special vegetarian meals to my guests. This staff is very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend the Hyatt Rosemont for a meeting or large group event.

This was a business meeting and everything with the location and service went well.

Cassandra and team provided great service to the Mariano's team for our Career Fair. Sales, catering, AV as well as the front desk were all awesome! We are having another career fair on June 21 at the Hyatt Rosemont.

Last minute accommodations were very helpful.

Cassandra and her team were very responsive, professional and flexible throughout the planning and execution of the event; we had to make a few last-minute changes and they made everything low-stress and easy. Couldn't have asked for more!

We also received great feedback on the food, despite choosing a fairly basic menu.

Make sure you find out if the hotel is doing any construction over the weekend of your event.
