Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk Reviews

When pondering the array of different venues for your wedding, I would suggest you consider the Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk. This location is beautiful and the attentive staff that assist with all aspects and details of your stay, the actual wedding and reception are excellent! My husband and I were beyond pleased with the care, respect and professionalism afforded to us and our family members. We are beyond grateful that the Lord provided us with a lovely reception venue, La Vista Terrace, and the all other accommodations. Our guest to this given day, have made the comment that they have never had such delectable food at any wedding that they have attended. In one word, the food and service were superb! I can assure you that once you meet the staff you will have no doubt that this is the place you wish to start your journey with the love of your life. We are still smiling from our experience at the Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk. Thank you everyone, You are the BEST!

Easy to plan for a destination wedding?

We were completely satisfied with the Hyatt Regency at the Riverwalk's services. Ann, the event coordinator and her staff did an outstanding job and paid attention to every little detail to make our day special.

Hotel was beautiful but I didn't like how online they don't mention all the taxes, parking fees, the service charges, etc.

I give this venue a ZERO, and more specifically I give Taylor a ZERO. The worst experience we ever had was trying to book this place. Apparently we were not spending enough money so all of a sudden the ballroom was mo longer available. They some crappy room across the street. Terrible service.
