    Elegant Venue. Excellent service. Exceptional team!

    I am so happy to have found Hyatt Regency Orange County in weddingwire! Their place is so great and elegant to host your weddings. And the food is great too! Special shout-out to their Event Sales Manager, Ann Marie Urban, for providing outstanding service right from the start. She is very accommodating, very nice, very flexible and responds to my queries right away, even during evenings and weekends! She surely made planning my wedding very much easier! I couldn’t thank you enough, Ann Marie! Kudos to you and your team! I highly recommend this place!

    Fantastic experience!!

    We had the best possible wedding experience at Hyatt Regency Orange County, mainly due to Ann-Marie, our amazing event planner at the hotel. Ann-Marie answered all of our questions, even during weekends, holidays, and evenings to help us coordinate our day. When we had to switch from inside to outside, Ann-Marie helped us figure out everything that needed to be done to make these changes. She was so flexible with our last-minute cancellations and changes. She was so incredibly kind, welcoming, and positive, which is exactly what we needed during the craziness of wedding planning. Any time I had a question for Ann-Marie, I never hesitated to email her because we knew we could rely on her. The other staff at the hotel were also so flexible, positive, and caring. The servers of our food from the hotel were so professional and easy to work with. We had the most spectacular wedding. It was beyond our hopes and dreams. It was also incredibly affordable. We ended up paying about 3,000 dollars for about 55 guests to the hotel. Thank you so much for making our special day incredible!

    Astonishing!

    We couldn't be happier with Hyatt Regency Orange County as our wedding venue and, more specifically, Ann Marie as a person and professional. She was our Wedding Specialist, and from first contact to the end of our wedding day, she went above and beyond for us. Ann Marie facilitated our last-minute venue change, after our wedding was canceled by a neighboring county, with less than a month before our wedding date. Every detail was covered and on schedule (rehearsal and dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception), and she kept all of our vendors informed including all changes due to COVID-19. Ann Marire even arranged for outdoor heating and lighting once updated COVID-19 restrictions mandated that our event be held outdoors three days before our wedding. We're still amazed at how beautifully she executed the task, can't thank her enough, and will forever be grateful that we found her and had her taking care of us on our special day. Nothing but great things to say about the entire crew at Hyatt Regency Orange County.

    The best experience!

    Ann Marie, our wedding specialist, is quite literally a breath of fresh air! She is the absolute sweetest and best at what she does. Our previous wedding venue canceled on us last minute, and we were left stressed out of our minds trying to find another venue a couple weeks before the wedding date. As soon as we visited the Hyatt and met Ann Marie, we felt as if a huge weight was been lifted off our shoulders. Not only was the venue beautiful, but it had professional and amazing staff. Ann Marie reassured us in every way possible and helped us with it all from start to finish. She was so quick to respond when we were worried or had a question. We can’t thank her enough for how amazing our experience was. We love you Ann Marie! We wish you the best, always.

    I just booked this place for my wedding. It was love at first sight and Ann was so awesome and respond to all of my trillions of emails from early mornings to late nights . I am so looking forward to having my wedding at the Hyatt Regency.

    It was a pleasure working with the Hyatt Staff and Ann Marie. They were all very helpful and flawless in executing everything we asked and checked on us for the duration of the day from set up to clean up. The planning process was very easy and clear lines of communication.

    The most difficult part of planning a wedding for us was choosing a venue. Because more than half the guest attending will be from out of town, we knew we will most likely be needing not just a beautiful hotel, but it needed to be close to attractions where the out of towners can occupy themselves till the day of the wedding. The Hyatt Regency was that and then a ton more. It's a beautiful hotel, with a ballroom that fit our 300 plus people wedding. It has everything you could want, including being close to the most magical place on earth, Disneyland. Above all that, what makes The Hyatt Regency a great place for a wedding is the staff. Jay Cosico, Clarissa Guillen, our event managers, and Whitney Ricker, or sales coordinator, were spectacular people to work with. No question, no matter how stupid, or how many times we asked, would go unanswered. No request, no matter how ridiculous or cumbersome would go unconsidered. They did everything including upgrading us to a large suite, adding discounted rooms at the last minute to adding chairs the day of, and did so happily. All the months working with them, I was very confident they were doing their utmost to to help make our special day as special as it can possibly be. You simply cannot go wrong choosing this venue for your wedding!

    The event date was incredibly smooth and it was owed to Ann and her amazing team! Can't wait to work here again. The energy is very contagious and that is a wonderful thing!

    I stayed at the Hyatt with my husband on our wedding night. I love the hotel.

    All the employees were very accommodating and friendly. We even took our day time bridal party pictures at the hotel and everyone including the bar waitresses were great. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I am very glad that I picked this place for our wedding night. I even forgot a bag of some of my personal material and didn't call back till the middle of the week after and they still had it! The housekeeping was terrific! They kept it and it was very easy for me to pick it up that night.

    Also your Valet was phenomenal! All the Valet guys are hard workers and I love it! They always have a smile on their face and made everyone feel welcomed!

    The Hotel is very modern and has a beautiful fountain in the front!

    We had Christine Burns as our catering manager at the Hyatt Orange County. She was amazing, always easy to talk to, understands the demands of 2 traditional families and our own desires, and with us the entire step of the way. She was there from our initial planning stages to the day of with her wireless microphone and was able to take a picture with us! The Hyatt was a beautiful venue, which gave us extra perks, such as hotel suite stays, flexible hours with set-up, extra tables and chairs, in-depth room and location plans, and even points for future stays. We had outside catering and they accommodated our caterer wonderfully. The staff were all professionally attired and helpful. We definitely recommend the Hyatt hotel at Anaheim/Garden Grove to anyone.

    The Hyatt was a wonderful experience. The cooking staff was a delight to work with, and they were all more than generous when it came to feeding the other vendors at the event. I was a little upset that, as a vendor, I was still charged $30.00 to park and wasn't able to get it validated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would recommend the place to anyone looking for a banquet atmosphere.
