Incredible food and service!
My husband and I hired Hugo to cater our daughter’s wedding at the Lake Worth Casino Ballroom and we could not have made a better choice! From start to finish Hugo made us feel we were in good hands. He is so calm and reassuring during the entire process. Not to mention the food! The food was absolutely amazing! From the passed hor dourves to the main meal we received many compliments on the food selection, quality and the service! Thank you Hugo for helping to make the night a huge success. You are truly one of a kind and we couldn’t recommend you enough! -

Outstanding Service
My Fiance and I gave our parents a 67 and 62-year anniversary party this weekend. Hugo Gourmet Catered our invent and it was out of this world. All of our guests raved about the food and the service. Hugo was very easy to talk to and responded quickly with any questions that we had. From the minute we spoke, we knew we were going to be in good hands. It truly was an excellent experience from the get-go. We highly recommend Hugo Gourmet for any event that you need to plan. -

AMAZING!! Fantastic company
I worked with Hugo and Juan Ortiz for a little under a year preparing for my wedding on dec 9 2018!!! They came to my home twice for a food tasting and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect!!! All my guests were raving about the cocktail hour and all the food!! Fantastic group and fantastic family like company- thank you!!!! -

Amazing Caterer, Food and Staff
To start off, Hugo was incredibly easy to work with! He was professional, prompt and always had great expert recommendations. And, his food is amazing! We knew from the moment we had our tasting we picked the right caterer. But, it was verified by the many, many compliments we received at our wedding. So many people stopped us to tell us how amazing the food was! And, everybody says "you don't eat at your wedding" - well, we knew how great the food would be so we made sure to eat! His team was also fantastic. Our wedding was outdoors (under a tent) and they were such troopers when we had not one, not two but three storms roll through! They didn't bat an eye and provided exceptional service! -

Hugo's food was DELICIOUS! He catered our wedding and our guests raved about the food!! Everyone says the bride and groom don't have time to eat on their wedding day, but we made it a point to protect some time to enjoy his delicious food! He was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly, we edited and revised our menu a few times and he was so patient and awesome to work with! Very kind, honest, and nice guy! He was able to create a menu that pleased everyone and accommodated a variety of dietary restrictions (vegan, nut-allergies). He ensured that our wedding menu was exactly what we wanted. Some menu highlights included: vegan lentil/mushroom curry, lemon chicken, ceviche, mac and cheese, salad with AMAZING dressings... I'm drooling just remembering it all. I can't recommend him enough! -

Hugo's is AMAZING! The food was delicious and they never failed to show up with smiles on their faces, ready to accommodate us in whatever way necessary. Our crew and our timeline was unpredictable at times, but Hugo's always stepped up and provided whatever we needed, whenever we needed it. -

Hugo and his team were extremely professional and offered great ideas that added to our event. The food was top notch and everyone enjoyed it! He was very accommodating to our budget with out cutting out the wow factor in presentation, quality, and taste. His staff was very attentive and had their hand on the pulse of the event. I have to say I was not referred by anyone, I found them on the internet. I was VERY surprised with the service and food, more than enough for our guests. All of our guests stated that the food was delicious. I would highly recommend Hugo's Gourmet Catering for any event. -

I am so happy with Hugo's Catering. Hugo is very helpful and accommodating and his staff is just fantastic. Everyone at my wedding celebration party was impressed! I got many comments about the great food and service.

I used Hugo's Catering Service for my sister's wedding shower. I do not live in Florida so we communicated via email. Hugo was so helpful in the planning. He revised the catering menu until I felt it was appropriate for the shower since my sister is a Vegan. He always responded in a timely manner. Since I'm not from Florida I was nervous about everything, but Hugo and his team arrived two hours before the event to setup and they took care of EVERYTHING! The food was amazing and they were extremely attentive. Everyone mentioned how good the food was and how friendly they were. I was beyond pleased with how everything went. I would recommend them for anything! If I have another event in the future I will definitely be using them. Thank you Hugo for making my sister's wedding shower special!

We used Hugo for our wedding catering this May at the Palm Beach Shores Community Center, and he was AMAZING!!!!! The day of the wedding I had no worries about catering because I was confident in Hugo's abilities. His food was amazing- our guest went on and on about the food, especially the hors d'oeuvres!! He and his team did a wonderful job and made our wedding special and memorable. He is a great choice for a caterer and I am recommending him to all of my newly engaged friends!!! -

From the very beginning, it was a pleasure to have Hugo from Hugo's Gourmet Catering as the caterer for our wedding day. He was always very helpful and very quick with answers to any questions we had along the way. We were looking for someone who would give us good options according to our budget and taste, as well as someone who would make things easy for us. And Hugo was definitely that person.
The day of our wedding we were amazed with the food. There was plenty of food and drinks for everybody to enjoy. And the hors d'oeuvres were beautifully presented and delicious! (My husband especially loved the mini wrapped hot dogs.)
The service was excellent! Leading up to the wedding, people kept telling us to make sure we eat because it's easy to forget. But we had somebody from Hugo's Gourmet bringing us food and drinks all the time. She made sure we ate and drank. We definitely felt that she went the extra mile for us that day. We really can't say enough about the service. We definitely recommend Hugo's Gourmet. -

We were extremely happy with the services provided by Hugo's Gourmet Catering. From the moment that they arrived, we knew that we were in good hands. They needed minimal instruction and were always very attentive and continually checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. They also cleaned up everything they used which was such a welcome surprise at the end of the event. -

Hugo and his team were AWESOME! From the planning stages all the way through the event, Hugo was always quick with replies to any questions or concerns we had. He even came to our house to do a tasting! He made it extremely easy for us regarding setup as well. He had table linens, dinner ware, servers, a bartender, etc.
During the event, his team was on point. Very professional, polite, and kind. And the food...the food was DELICIOUS! The passed appetizers were amazing and the entrees were even better! -

WOW, Amazing, Beyond Delish!, Professional, Above and beyond in every area of service!, The attention to detail, time and thought that went into every aspect of our daughters wedding was as if it was Hugo's daughters wedding from the amazing food, set up and service. We would 100% recommend Hugo's for any occasion. Please consider adding the Antipasto Station. It was a show stopper and we are all still talking about the mushroom salad. The finest compliment of the night was "this is NOT traditional wedding food". The food was OUTRAGEOUS! only thing I would suggest is asking to put a plate aside for you to take home and really enjoy! Customer service was stellar and his staff is the some of the best out there! 100% would recommend Hugo's gourmet Catering!!!! -

We had decided to have a catered holiday luncheon at our office just 4 days prior to the event date. I wanted something special and different for our employees. Hugo was a complete pleasure to do business with! We feel so fotunate to have found him for our wedding. His options and prices were extremely reasonable, easily the best deal. He was communicative and professional, very easy to work with. He tweaked the menu to give us a special touch, which was extremely pleasing, and once we did our tasting we were hooked! The day of the event, he was on time, prepared and his staff was so friendly and helpful, offering to assist in more ways then we even expected. Everything was ready when it needed to be (bar set up, drinks, appetizers and dinner), his staff was friendly and anticipated the needs of our guests. The food was displayed beautifully and it was delicious and in fact, our guests are still complimenting the food! I would not change a thing. I also would not hesitate to recommend Hugo to a friend or hire them for my next event! -

Hugo is a professional. The food was outstanding. Just because a menu reads well does not mean that the food will taste good. As part of his service, Hugo came to our home for a tasting of some of the foods that would be served at the wedding. From presentation to serving, the food was freshly prepared and delicious. Our guests thought there was way too much food but did not stop eating. It was just that good. Tables were set in different locations to serve the raw bar (beautifully-set table with delicious and fresh oysters, shrimp and king crab legs) and a table of cheeses and small shrimp with thai chili sauce served in martini glasses. The main course was served buffet style (carved filet mignon and grilled half lobster tails with pinot grigio sauce as well as asparagus hollandaise) from the dining room as well as a pasta station (outside) with Hugo himself serving up one of the pastas with the guests choosing the ingredients. A mashed potato bar with choice of toppings was served from our bar in the living room. The desserts were amazing. Besides the wedding cake, there was an assortment of cookies and pastries that pleased everyone.
Service: Hugo's staff was on time, courteous and professional. They got me out of the kitchen and that is no easy task. I felt comfortable knowing that the job was being done and done well. The bride and groom were assigned a staff member who catered to their every need. My guests were impressed with the number of staff that served passed hor'douerves during the cocktail hour. No one missed a single hor'douerve.
I can't thank Hugo enough for the wonderful time we had at our son's wedding. -

Hugo did an absolutely awesome job for my wedding! The food was fantastic (probably better than the tasting, although it's a little hard for my brides/nerve-addled brain to tell), Hugo was incredibly flexible, and the staff was SO helpful! His staff set up the room for me and made it beautiful, and they also were incredibly attentive to the needs of my friends with dietary limitations. I was so impressed! I wish they had left the cake longer on my table, as I didn't actually get to eat any (nor did many of my friends), but otherwise, I really was just thrilled. -

Hugo is the total package! We were planning our New Years Eve wedding for over a year and Hugo was there every step of the way. The fact that we lived over 500 miles apart while planning made no difference at all! He is very responsive (even with the tons of e-mails I sent weekly!). He is knowledgable, professional, and attentive. His creative menu planning went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us with all of our rentals, venue setup, and much more! When our big day arrived, Hugo's staff was there to set everything up. They were prompt and professional. Our guests were blown away by the delicious menu items and the excellent service. No guest was left unattended or in need. His staff went out of their way to make sure my new husband and I were fed and had full drinks at all times. Overall, Hugo is an excellent choice! His expertise and creativeness made our wedding day truly incredible. Thank you, Hugo! -

I absolutely love Hugo and his team! Everything with them was perfect - from the tasting to the communication. They are so prepared and professional, it made the process so easy and enjoyable. Plus the food is amazing. It came out on time and was hot! My biggest concern was that I would get cold food, and Hugo blew that fear right out of the water. I am STILL getting compliments on how great the food was. -

From start to finish, Hugo’s Gourmet Catering was exceptional. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with any vendor. The food was delicious. The set-up was beautiful. The service was stellar.
Our wedding reception was held in the backyard of our home for 50 guests. Hugo provided and set-up tent, tables, chairs, linens, bar, buffet, and everything else needed. It was all so beautiful. Better than that was the food – absolutely delicious! Hugo was very flexible with our menu and allowed us to make changes according to our tastes. Every detail was exactly as I wanted, and better than expected. Be sure to include the phyllo hummus cup appetizer and the grilled asparagus to your menu – you will not be disappointed! -

I really enjoyed working with Hugo and his staff and recommend him to all brides looking for an affordable, quality caterer. From our initial tasting, when he came to our house and prepared dinner for my husband and our family, to the night of the wedding, he was professional and personable. I can't say enough great things about his service - our wedding night went very smoothly, his staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. Our guests have been raving about the food being the best they have ever had at a wedding! -

Hugo and his staff - took over the entire event so we could be a guests in our own home. And yes, the food was great, wonderful, varied, fabulous...... We started talking with Hugo late in the process and he was flexible - giving us several ideas to make the evening a total success. After our Wedding, I feel as though we have made a friend in Hugo! The food is beyond delicious and guests were so happy with the selections Hugo helped us make. We recommend buffet -- it worked so well for us and there was not a hungry person. My groom and I were served through the line first and got to eat everything we wanted. Hugo strongly encouraged us to take time to eat and we were so glad we did.
Hugo also was very helpful in tailoring his menu to our tastes in a specific price range. We were on a lower budget and so Higo took time to brainstorm how we could do our dinner for less. He is very creative and loves what he does.
Hugo's staff were just as experienced and kind as he was. Shout out to Sue who constantly checked on us to see if we wanted more of anything and would make sure we were okay with how the cake cutting would go.
I would strongly recommend Hugo's services for any big event (and try his chicken empanadas).

I would like to highly recommend Hugo's Gourmet Catering, based on their excellent service and delicious food at our wedding. We met with Hugo a year before the wedding, and through a whole year of planning he was incredibly helpful, accommodating and patient in advicing us by email. We live in Europe and were having a hard time planning the wedding remotely. But thanks to Hugo's patience it was made a lot easier.
For the wedding we had butler-passed hors'd'ouvres, the golden buffet, and an open bar. It was impressive how attentive Hugo's staff were. Before the entrees we were busy taking photo shots in different locations. But a butler was there at once serving the appetizers, while other butlers took care of the guests. This level of care and attention was also seen in the buffet service; as bride and groom we were treated lavishly directly at our table, while guests were quickly served at the buffet tables. The food was ever so tasty, with interesting flavours blending together effortlessly. Considering the typical limitations of buffet service, this is impressive.The blackened tilapia and chicken scaloppini tasted fresh and flavoursome, and the salads were crisp and had exciting combinations.
Thank you for making our wedding day truly delectable, both we and our guests cherished every mouthful. We highly recommend Hugo's Catering to anyone planning a wedding or any other event requiring outstanding food at very reasonable prices. -
