If we could give 1 million stars for this review, we would. Hudson's Edge exceeded every expectation and their team was truly invaluable on our wedding day. We could not be happier with our experience.
We worked with Christyn from the start, and she was so kind, responsive, professional, and easy to work with. She helped us build the perfect menu and explained every service offered.
The food itself was incredible. Our guests are still complimenting the pork tenderloin and barbecue chicken thighs. They were juicy, smoky, and seasoned just right. You could taste the care and expertise in each bite.
The presentation with the "Real China and Flatware" package was beautiful and the service was seamless.
Christyn did a phenomenal job running the operation, and she even helped us quickly come up with a rain plan for our originally scheduled outdoor ceremony (and moved appetizer tables so this could be done). She put myself and my husband at ease with the change in plans and continued to check in on us throughout the dinner service. Her care went beyond the food and this continued with her team who helped my mom set up our s'mores station later in the night.
We highly recommend Hudson's Edge catering to anyone looking for top-notch food and service for their event. -

If you want amazing service, professionalism, eye for details, not only delicious but beautiful food and perfection for your wedding day then go with Hudsons Edge. Not only did they cater the food but they catered to anything I needed. The staff is AH-MAZE-ING. The food is AH-MAZE-ING. You will not find anyone better! So thankful for their service during my special day. 1000% recommended!!!!

had the pleasure of working with Christyn from Hudson Edge from the begining. Her responses were always so prompt and she made me feel at ease from everything between food recommendations for the wedding, to linens and decor. My family cares a lot about food and can be difficult at times and Christyn handled all requests very professionally and made accommodations so everyone was happy. My mom is Chinese and was able to bring in spring rolls as appetizers for Hudson Edge to warm up and pass out as apps, which meant a great deal to her to be able to incorporate some of her background into the wedding. Not only does Hudson Edge provide great staff, the food was fenominal. One of our guests owns her own catering company and said, "I have been to countless weddings and this I am not even kidding you, is the best wedding food I have ever had at a wedding." All guests were raving about the food, which really was an important aspect of our day. I could not recommend Hudson Edge enough! -

We could not speak more highly of Hudson's Edge. We are so incredibly thankful for Christyn and her team. First and foremost: they are AFFORDABLE. There were literally no caterers comparable to the quality and price Hudson's Edge had to offer. They were so flexible and tailored their services to work for us and our vision for the day. Christyn was quick to respond and kind in her responses. I felt so confident and comfortable knowing that she would be taking care of us on our wedding day. There were no complications and the food was delicious! Order the mini-fig appetizers! We love Hudson's Edge! Book with them! I'm so serious! -

10/10 experience with Hudson's Edge Catering! I hired them for my August 2023 wedding. First, let me start out by saying how WONDERFUL the team is to work with. Christyn made me feel like I had a partner on my side the entire time, which took so much stress off my plate. They were top notch professionals end to end. I chose their Worry Free package, meaning they helped set up and tear down the venue, and let me say- I TRULY did not have to worry about any of it. (And neither did any of my guests!). The food: WOW. The food was better than I could have ever imagined-- it was hot, served quickly, and above all, delicious (the staff was so pleasant as well). We received so many compliments from guests on how yummy the food was. Additionally, Hudson's Edge was just so easy to work with, and accommodating on changes we wanted to make. Plus, their prices were reasonable, and their price transparency (they list on their site) was a breath of fresh air. Please do yourself a favor and hire Hudson's Edge. I have already told so many people about them. -

Hudson’s Edge catered our wedding and they were fantastic! From the very first call with Christyn to wedding day they did a wonderful job ensuring all of our questions were answered and providing suggestions. We had multiple guests with allergies and food restrictions and Hudson’s Edge made sure everyone was well taken care of and comfortable. The food was incredible and all of our guests loved it. We would highly recommend Hudson’s Edge to anyone looking for great customer service and delicious food! -

Hudson's Edge catered our wedding in April 2023 and did a phenomenal job! Great prices, great value, and a wide variety of options made them a very easy choice, but their service and communication along the way really made them stand out to us. Their staff was exceptional - from working with Christyn leading up to our wedding then having Jessica there on the day-of, we were blown away by their kindness, customer service, and hard work. Their pricing transparency and flexible packages really allow you to maintain control of your budget, which can be SO hard in the wedding industry.
Hudson's Edge was so accommodating with our special requests and guests specialty meals. We were able to eat before our guests during cocktail hour which ensured we were able to eat AND chat with every single guest throughout the night! They also delivered a few of our vegan/vegetarian/gluten free tables directly to our guests for their convenience, which was a concern of mine with the buffet package we chose to do.
We're so thankful we chose Hudson's Edge for our big day and highly recommend them for yours, too! -

Let us start by saying we are so blessed to have had Hudson’s Edge as our wedding catering company, though they went far and above catering. Christyn was there for us anytime we had questions, which was often, during the entire planning process. Her expertise provided guidance on decor, food, even timeline. She coordinated with the Hudson’s event team to decorate our reception exactly as we dreamed of not more beautiful. On what could’ve been an overwhelming day, we felt relaxed because we knew we could trust the team to take care of us. We chose to do an untraditional BBQ theme and mini dessert table, and the staff DELIVERED on the menu and set up. Special shout-out to the servers who made sure my husband and I ate our food, our drinks were full, and we had everything we needed at the head table. Our guests are STILL raving about how delicious the food was— especially that bacon…trust us, you need it! We cannot recommend Hudson’s Edge highly enough for your weddings and events! -

Hudson's Edge saved the day for my wedding! My venue let us know about 6 months before the wedding that they could no longer provide catering services, and Hudson's Edge was the answer to our prayers! They allowed us to completely customize everything, from the amount of help we needed for our day, to china, napkins, appetizers, and plated meals. We truly would have been lost without them.
They also helped us set up and tear down the reception and venue space. They did this flawlessly and made the day so effortless for us. Christyn was there to help with every/anything we needed and we were so, so grateful.
We had so many compliments on the food and the space. Thank you! -

Hudson's Edge Handled an array of things for our wedding. We hired them to do catering, desserts, bartending, and final touches coordination. Their food was amazing. All of our guests loved it and had nothing but positive things to say. The desserts were out of this world! I saw plenty of our guests sneaking more than a few home in the dessert bags we provided! The bartender was knowledgeable and so fun to work with! He made anything we asked and did an amazing job. The best investment for our wedding was our coordinator Christyn. We literally could not have done this wedding without her. From helping with the final details, keeping us focused and on task for the rehearsal, helping with my flower girls, and finally to keeping our day flawless and on track. She went above and beyond what I was expecting. Many of my guests were in absolute awe of her (and a few wanted to hire her for their businesses :) ). If we had to do everything all over I would have hired her day one. Hudson's edge is an amazing vendor but Christyn was the star of the show. It's really true that the vendors you hire can make or break an event. You can't go wrong hiring Hudson's Edge. If I could rate them higher I would. Thank you, The Spurlocks. -

We received so many compliments from our wedding guests about the food and service from Hudson's Edge. Christyn was super to work with. She gave us professional tips as needed and came up with the recipe for a menu item my Daughter requested. Staff members; Andrea, Mackenzie, Bridgett, Amanda and Jamie were always aware of our timeline and were willing to do what it took to make sure the Bride and Groom had the wedding they had planned. Romona and Michele kept our guests hydrated and even worked with my Daughters special signature drink. The taste testing's we had attended were true to what Hudson's Edge delivered for us. Their prices were very economical. I highly recommend this company for any catering needs.

We cannot thank Hudson's Edge Catering and Events enough! They were such a key component to creating such a wonderful wedding. We utilized this company for dinner and bartending. We got many compliments on how fantastic the food was. The bartenders had such high energy the entire evening, creating a great experience for our guests. Additionally, we took advantage of the Worry-Free Service Package. We were a little hesitant at first due to the price and our wedding budget, however, it was definitely worth it. They met with us several times prior to the wedding to ensure that they had all the details necessary. Our wedding day flowed so smoothly, and it was way less stressful to have someone to set-up and tear-down for us. Additionally, we had purchased our linens elsewhere but ended up with a tablecloth crisis 3 days before the wedding. Jessi, our day off coordinator, was fantastic in helping us locate tablecloths in time for the wedding. We highly recommend Hudson's Edge for all your wedding needs! -

This vendor was recommended to us by our venue. We had gone with their suggestions on food as they helped create our menu. They had the option of bar packages and licensed bar tenders. They were very affordable and everyone at our wedding commented on how it was the best beef they ever had! The service was better than I anticipated! The bartenders we had made sure not only the guests were taken care of but that the bride and groom were! They brought plates of food over to us while we were busy taking to people and trying to get settled, made sure everyone had champagne for the toast, and even helped pass out our favors! They for sure went above and beyond. I wish I had their names to write a review to their supervisor, so hopefully this will get back to them because it was such an incredible experience and such a weight lifted off our shoulders that they made sure everyone was taken care of. At the end of the night when everyone left, they had packed everything up so it was easy to get the next day, and even put our cake and cupcakes in the fridge so they didn't go bad, which was so thoughtful and amazing to find the next morning, especially considering we didn't get to try the cupcakes the night of the wedding! 5/5 would totally recommend again! The service leading up to the wedding was also amazing, prompt to respond to questions, no matter how silly and at almost any time of the day! -

We recently had Hudson's Edge Catering provide the food for our wedding, and overall, we were quite pleased with their service. We opted for a plated meal to ensure a smooth and timely dinner service. While the dinner was slightly slower than anticipated, it was not a major issue.
The presentation of the food was impressive, and both the chicken and beef dishes we selected were delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and our guests enjoyed their meals.
The event manager assigned to our wedding was fantastic to work with. They were very accommodating with any changes we needed to make and maintained transparency regarding costs throughout the planning process.
Hudson's Edge Catering contributed positively to our wedding experience, and we would recommend them to others looking for quality catering services. -

Hudson's Edge was a great choice for our wedding! We were able to do multiple tastings an make our selections prior to our big day which made it so nice leading up to the wedding. Christyn and our wedding planner communicated tremendously making sure all the details of the day were ironed out. On the day of we got so many compliments about the food, especially the candied bacon on a stick. Overall, everything was delicious, and I would highly recommended Hudson's Edge for your catering needs. -
