We had such an amazing experience working with Hudson’s Edge for our June 2026 wedding! Nicole was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. Our food tasting was a great experience and allowed us to finalize details and feel prepared for the big day.

The food was absolutely delicious! We had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten, which was a huge compliment. We even had one of our recently engaged guests book with Hudson’s Edge the next week for their own upcoming wedding!

They also provided our linens, dishware, and bartending, and everything came together beautifully. From setup to buffet service to cleanup, the entire day ran so smoothly. The team was organized, professional, and helped everything flow seamlessly so we could focus on enjoying our wedding day. We are so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend Hudson’s Edge!

They were very caring and listened to what I wanted and needed. I think their prices are absolutely fair, and they work with your budget rather than selling the most expensive thing. Communication was excellent and responsive at any time and for whatever I needed. The decor was a dream!

What truly set Hudson’s Edge apart was their attention to detail. Every aspect of the catering experience was thoughtfully planned and executed, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our wedding day special. Their communication was excellent, they were always available to answer questions, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly as we envisioned.

We are extremely happy with the service that we received from Hudson’s Edge. We had an outdoor wedding at a private residence. The tasting events are great because you can try so many things at one time. The food is exceptional. Every guest that we spoke with raved over the food. The staff at the event were wonderful also. I can’t say enough good things about this caterer.

We had the opportunity to attend a tasting, where we sampled their menu offerings and explored different plate, flatware, and linen options—everything was beautifully presented! Their communication and support made the process smooth and stress-free. We chose a family-style dinner, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious the food was. Hudson's Edge Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

We worked with Christyn from the start, and she was so kind, responsive, professional, and easy to work with. She helped us build the perfect menu and explained every service offered.

The food itself was incredible. Our guests are still complimenting the pork tenderloin and barbecue chicken thighs. They were juicy, smoky, and seasoned just right. You could taste the care and expertise in each bite.

The presentation with the "Real China and Flatware" package was beautiful and the service was seamless.

Christyn did a phenomenal job running the operation, and she even helped us quickly come up with a rain plan for our originally scheduled outdoor ceremony (and moved appetizer tables so this could be done). She put myself and my husband at ease with the change in plans and continued to check in on us throughout the dinner service. Her care went beyond the food and this continued with her team who helped my mom set up our s'mores station later in the night.

We highly recommend Hudson's Edge catering to anyone looking for top-notch food and service for their event.

We had an amazing experience working with Hudson's Edge. Our food was delicious, and we have gotten so many compliments on it, some people saying it's the best wedding food they've had! The serving staff was great, they were very attentive and accommodating. Even though we chose the buffet style, the server plated my husband and I's food for us, constantly checking in if we needed anything. We are so appreciative of all the work they put in, and we are so happy with the results!

We used Hudson’s-Edge for our wedding catering, and they did absolutely incredible! Their staff members were professional and made sure every guest received their plated meals in a timely fashion. Our guests absolutely raved about the bacon wrapped pineapple chicken skewers! All of the food was delicious! Christyn and her team did an outstanding job!

Wow! What a wonderful night our daughter's wedding was and many thanks goes to your team and your food! I have never heard so many compliments on "Wedding Food" as I did with her guests! It was hot, it was tasty and your staff was amazing serving. Your staff was kind, hard working and very good at managing the food and clean up. I will recommend you every opportunity I get!
