  Amazing food presented in the way I wanted (vintage). It was plentiful and the guests loved it. My only complaint was that we did nit get our to go boxes for the night in the hotel.

  Wonderful to work with!

  Hudson's Classic Catering did a great job with my wedding food! I worked with Patti throughout the process and she was so responsive and flexible when our original plans changed due to COVID. Everyone loved the food at the wedding- highly recommend!!

  Use Hudsons Classic catering for your wedding!! They are absolutely amazing. Super easy to work with, great prices and guests leave full at the end of the night! They set everything up so beautifully, to coordinate your decor and keep all dishes full so you don't ever worry about running out of food. Also great they offer bar services so it really is a one stop shop!

  Hudson's Classic Catering was the bomb!!! The food was absolutely delicious! Sarah Johnson is amazing! She worked with me through the entire process, even through the numerous menu changes. The entire team were so easy to work with. The presentation of the food was beautiful and so fitting for our wedding! We were very happy with everything and guess what? We didn't run out of food :-) If you're looking for a caterer in the area, I'd highly recommend them.

  Do not let the name of their restaurant fool you, this place does WAY more than just BBQ! Our guests are still raving about the shrimp and grits and the staff there is so very easy to work with! We truly enjoyed planning everything with them from day 1 and the presentation the put on at our reception was simply incredible. Do yourself a favor and book them as one of your first vendors!

  I used Hudsons Classic Catering for my sisters rehearsal dinner. The food and presentation was AMAZING. Who knew you could make BBQ and fix-ins look so good (we went for the rustic look). The staff looked great and they were friendly and knowledgeable. This is a quality product for an affordable price. I plan on using Hudsons for my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception in the future. Well done y'all.

  The food was fantastic. Aimee was great in helping with decisions. My only complaint is that I felt that the food was put up too soon and my bridal party did not get to eat.

  Hudson's Smokehouse provided our wedding guests with wonderful southern food! We had BBQ, smoked chicken, mac and cheese, greens beans, hash and rice, rolls, sweet tea and lemonade. It was the perfect compliment to our traditional Southern Baptist wedding! I have had several guests comment on how perfect the food choices were. We could not have been happier; a wedding reception is all about pleasing your guests and ours were definitely satisfied. The servers at Hudsons were very professional, and they made sure the buffet was stocked for 3 hours. Many guests had seconds and thirds. Hudsons is extremely reasonably priced as well; i was very pleased with the overall contract. I would recommend them to any bride. Thank you Hudsons for helping make our day so special!

The catering staff was incredibly professional and had everything set up when we returned from our ceremony rehearsal at church. They did an amazing job with set-up and cleaning up throughout the event.   They were really easy to communicate with and were flexible down to the last minute. They had lots of helpful suggestions about how to make things work when we asked. And, most importantly, the food was delicious. Everyone loved it.

  Mixed Feelings

  I have mixed feelings about Hudson's. I loved Sarah and the staff, they are all so kind! I really wanted to love the whole service. The tasting was amazing. I have Lyme disease so I have several food intolerance but we discussed my allergies and they said it would be no problem to accommodate. Unfortunately I ended up with 2 vegan patties and a side salad. I wish they would have talked to me more about what I could eat because I love meat and still could have eaten many of the menu items with some small adjustments. I was disappointed when I received my food on my wedding day. Our guest LOVED the shrimp and grits. Hudson's does southern food very well, but they weren't as impressed with the veggies. They also helped set up or rentals which worked out amazingly well. Overall I am still satisfied with their service, but the meals for the people with allergies could improve.
