Amazing Small Busoness!

I have worked with Avant-Garde Impressions- specifically Jason and Cassidy many, many times over the years to procure high quality, custom wedding stationary for my clients.

In addition to being creative, responsive, kind, and generally just very talented at what they do… They deliver ON TIME, every time… and are extremely easy to work with. Avant-Garde is a company that still operates with the customer being a priority and makes it their mission to deliver that amazing service and value. You’ll never get that from an online printing company.

I highly recommend working with them for any printed needs but especially for your wedding day stationary!

Would recommend to anyone!

Their team was so incredible to work with. Jason and Cassie both helped make the daunting task of invites and day-of paper into such a manageable, fun one. I was able to come in with a general idea of what I wanted and we were able to fine tune it to something that we loved and was also within budget. Cassie was so helpful and responsiveness during the editing process and made the process seamless.

Your best bet for invitations in Columbus!

I cannot recommend Avant-Garde Impressions enough! We used them for our wedding invites, the night before event and for thank you notes (which all turned out amazing.) We received a lot of compliments on how everything turned out! Cassie and Jason are both very good at what they do and had some really great suggestions. Definitely consider Avant-Garde Impressions for your wedding or other special event!!

Great quality and easy to work with

We used Avante garde for our Save the Dates, Invitations and Seating Chart. They were wonderful to work with. The quality of their work was spot on. Cassie is very talented and they take great care to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. They were also very timely is turning around the projects and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

My go to for weddings or events!

After using How Inviting/Avant-Garde for my sister's wedding 2 years earlier, I knew I had to use them for my own wedding! They have hundreds, if not thousands, of examples for you to look at from which to get inspiration. That is years and years of exceptional service and satisfied customers! While it can seem a bit overwhelming and intimidating trying to narrow your selection down, they do an excellent job of figuring out what you are looking for and tailoring the examples they show you to better suit your style. They think of everything! From wording, the coloring, fonts, paper, etc. You think of something, and they will either have an example to show you or will know exactly how to execute your vision. I recommend checking them out as they will be worth every penny and then some!

Aleia and Cassie were great to work with! They communicated well and were very patient with me while I figured out what style I wanted. They are very mindful of your budget and will do their best to bring your vision to life without breaking your wallet. I used them to create my wedding invitations, my ceremony programs, and my seating cards. They stayed on top of communication and were quick to alleviate the one hiccup we had while printing. They produce quality work and can turn around projects in a very timely manner. My only regret is not using them for my save the dates! You will not regret using them!

Incredible!

Avant Garde was a lifesaver for our wedding! When we exploring options for our signage/stationary, we were overwhelmed with the different styles, fonts, themes but worked to find how we could make it cohesive. Rather, our wedding planner suggested Avant Garde. Little can I say, all the worries & stress disappeared. Avant Garde created our stationary and signage just as we had imagined! The team was extremely fast, flexible, and incredible to work with. They even created Spanish wedding programs for us! We are so beyond thrilled with their work and lucky to have found them! Avant Garde is a MUST for wedding signage & stationary!

An Incredible Stationary Company

We used Avant-Garde Impressions for our wedding invitations and reception stationary, and it. was. beautiful. Our wedding planner recommended them as an option for custom invitations, and I was already so excited because I was able to sit down in their store to see samples in-person. We received so many compliments on our invitations as people received them!

After such a successful experience with the invitations, I was hoping Avant-Garde would be able to use the same fonts we had in our invitations in our reception signage and stationary to create a cohesive vision. I worked with Cassie over many months and many emails. The few times I went back to the store, the other employees were nothing but helpful and kind.

If I could give them 10/5 stars, I would. Seriously, the customer service and quality of stationary is incredible.

Unbelievably good

I did not realize how much time and effort went into creating paper products. Avante Garde took time to meet with me in person to come up with my vision. Aleia and Cassie were unbelievable. Aleia met with me and was extremely patient and kind with how overwhelmed I was with picking a style. She turned it over to Cassie to create the proofs. Cassie responded to emails within minutes. She sent proof after proof to ensure it was what I wanted. They ended up creating my save the date, invites, rehearsal invites, RSVP cards, accommodations, table numbers, menu cards, Mass programs, and welcome bag tags. They are an exceptional team and provide service that I did not get with any other vendor. They were the easiest and most accommodating vendors I worked with. I am so happy to recommend them to anyone. They will reduce stress and provide a unique experience that online platforms cannot provide.

Avante garde is the absolute best for weddings!

Valerie Slaven of Limelight Event Planning referred us to Avant Garde for my daughter's wedding invitations. Jason and Cassie could not have been any more professional, efficient, creative, understanding or helpful. My daughter's invitations were gorgeous and included 6 pieces in total. From there we went to rehearsal dinner invitations & a welcome poster, multiple wedding signs, church program, cookie table signs, seating chart, welcome sign and place cards. everything turned out absolutely perfect and ALWAYS on time.

Quick turnaround

I found myself working with AGI after an unexpected disaster with invitations I had previously ordered from a wedding website sponsored vendor. Either from here or the Knot. First let me say, DON'T DO THAT. IT'S NOT BETTER! Finding and working with Avant Garde was one of the few stress free experiences I had during wedding prep. They were quick to respond and thorough with answering questions. They understood my desires better than I ever expected anyone else to. In the end I had great invitations for a fair price in such a short time (2ish weeks). I was so pleased with them that I went back weeks later for place cards. Everyone I worked with and spoke to there were knowledgeable and efficient, which I really appreciated after getting the runaround from online businesses.

Great people to work with!

This is the second time I have used avant garde impressions for our wedding needs for our 2 daughters, once in 2016 and most recently in 2020. Jason and Cassie are great to work with. They have a variety of products and price ranges and work closely with you to meet your needs. They are so prompt in answering questions and responding with their drafts. Incredible customer service and quality!

We engaged How Inviting for save the date and wedding invites, and the experience working with Cassie and her team was incredibly awesome! They worked with us to develop a custom design with a ton of creative guidance and input - the final product was outstanding, far exceeded our wildest expectations, and it was really fun in the process! Pros that are easy to work with

Wedding Invites, Welcome Bags, Signs for Day Of and Escort Cards

I absolutely loved working with How Inviting. They were beyond attentive to all of my needs throughout the invitation, welcome bags, day of signage, and more. Cassie is incredibly talented and is able to listen to what your vision is and combine it with her graphic expertise. Aleia spent significant time with me to walk me through the different choices for invitations. I would recommend How Inviting to all brides! I had wedding guests texting and calling upon receiving their wedding invitations saying how amazing they were! One guests said it was the best wedding invitation they have ever received and I couldn't agree more! Cassie was wonderful in every way!! We used her for our save the dates, wedding invites, wedding programs and seating chart and everything turned out beautiful! She was incredibly timely in getting everything accomplished and was a pleasure to work with. I looked around on the internet before I was referred to How Inviting. One of the best decisions I made during the planning process was choosing to work with Cassie. She was responsive and created a beautiful wedding invitation! I received compliments on both the style, material, and wording of the invitations. I also had Cassie do our table number and table name labels. I ended up with the prefect invitations while staying under budget!

Cassie, from the company How Inviting, was extremely helpful when I came to her with a request for wedding programs and itinerary packet for my wedding. Since I am having a small wedding, I didn't have to send out paper invitations, but I need these two items for my wedding guests. I wanted them to match and the look to be cohesive, and to say she achieved that would be an understatement! I was nearly brought to tears when I saw my pieces in person. If I had done them myself (original plan), I wouldn't have gotten the outcome I desired, but Cassie created a set for me that was above expectation. She worked with me through every edit and I'm so glad I spent the money to purchase these and her services!

I received a lot recommendations to use How Inviting! for my invitations and I can see why so How Inviting! is so highly recommended. We are getting married in Mexico and all of our planning was centered around choosing a destination location and a date. I met with Cassie almost immediately after getting engaged because I knew that we would be in a time-crunch to get the invitations out, so that people had enough time to plan. Cassie created the perfect invitation design for me and had to play the waiting game while I worked to finalize plans with our resort and book the wedding date. We suffered a small setback, but Cassie was very understanding. As soon as we finalized our plans, Cassie worked quickly to get our invitations completed so that we were able to meet our goal date for getting our invitations out. The quality of work that Cassie provides, her flexibility in working with you to create/modify the invitation design and her overall professionalism was above and beyond anything that I would've expected. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend How Inviting! for anyone needing invitations!

It was such a pleasure working with How Inviting!/Cassie. We ordered our invitations, seating cards, programs through Cassie and absolutely loved the quality of paper and print quality. We received many compliments on our invitations and programs. Cassie was so accommodating for our needs. Since I am a designer myself, I wanted to actually make my designs and go through her for the paper and printing. I worked with Cassie on our wedding invitations, programs and seating assignment tags. Everything far exceeded our expectations! We received so many compliments on everything! She is so sweet and always had a quick email response! I must have emailed her with hundreds of questions, and she was always so helpful and had some wonderful suggestions. Cassie was a delight to work with. I had a wonderful experience working with Howing Inviting/Cassie Donovan. Cassie was extremely responsive and helped me design an invitation that was perfect for us. Her customer service was like no other. I truly enjoyed the experience.
How Inviting has many other unique products! I ordered table tents and name cards for the reception and wedding programs for the ceremony. They were beautiful! Many of my guests had commented on the table tents! They are worth checking out.

My experience working with Cassie was wonderful! She did a great job at delivering exactly what we discussed and really takes that extra step to ensure you get exactly what you want. I received my invitations ahead of the scheduled due date and could not wait to send them out to our guests. As the guests began receiving their invitations, I have been getting a ton of messages from them commenting on how the invitations are so beautiful! Cassie does an excellent job and has extremely reasonable prices. She was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. Cassie at How Inviting was fabulous! She was always very friendly, fun, professional and made my wedding invitation experience such an easy going process. She always triple checked things with me first and we were in constant communication through the entire process.
I really wanted custom invitations with great quality without spending an arm and a leg. That is what Cassie gave and so much more. I will be using her for ANYTHING involving an invitation....birthday, baby shower...etc.

I met with three local designers for our invitations. I knew I wanted something that was different, concise but reasonable in price. One was way too expensive, and not responsive when I emailed her about adjusting options. The other was comparable to Cassie in price and experience, and seemed great as well. The difference was that Cassie had a better price for the package that included envelopes, outer and inner. When I met with Cassie she was quick to explain her process and help me understand how we work together to get the invitations I'd love. She accommodated my ideas and we spent a lot of time communicating and working together to get the invitations just right. I was very much a part of the process in creation of our pieces, but she created a great product, and for a great price, I am really happy we used her!

Cassie Donovan was absolutely amazing to work with. I was in the midst of wedding planning and just when I thought I had everything settled, I came across a picture on Facebook that completely changed everything. She had designed these amazing tents and place cards, and at that very moment I knew exactly how I wanted my tables to be. Given how short of a time span that I had, I contacted her right away.

In a little more than a weeks time, and several emails later, I not only had these cute table tents, that had our menu, special thanks and our official quote, in the correct colors, but I also had gorgeous programs, a seating chart that I plan to hang on the wall, and table name cards as each of our tables was named after a set of Comic Book Characters.

My husband and I, were so happy with it, we had Thank You notes designed as well. Everything I have seen her do is just absolutely gorgeous and if I ever need invitations again, for something or if anyone needed a recomendation. I wouldn't hesitate to call her in an instant.

Cassie did an amazing job working with me on our Save-the-Dates and Wedding invitations for our destination wedding! She is very responsive to emails/phone calls, and I found her to be easy to work with...which is great during a stressful time of planning! She has a lot of examples of themes and styles for invitations which makes it easy to choose what works best for your wedding. I would definitely recommend How Inviting! to anyone getting married locally or having a destination wedding!

A couple of suggestions:
1. Provide couples with a sample of how the invitation should come together before mailing. We were confused by the extra set of envelopes (the ones without the return addresses). We thought you had put those in our box by mistake. We did figure out their intended use after we had mailed our first batch.

2. Upgrade or add programs to the computer to provide more graphic choices and/or design options to existing creative. I loved my invitations but thought it would have been nice to have had a few more graphic options.

We ordered invitations, table tents, seating cards, programs and save the dates from Cassie at how inviting. Our wedding colors were wine, navy and plum with gold accents. Everything turned out beautifully and were all done within a reasonable amount of time. Everyone raved about how pretty everything was and how the colors popped. They were elegant, but our personality still was able to be seen. I definitely recommend.

Cassie at How Inviting did a fabulous job! She was willing to do just what I needed and within my budget. She also created beautiful seating/place cards for my event in the same design as my invitations!

Cassie was great to work with and extremely professional! She made high quality invitations and was very helpful in helping us design exactly what we were thinking of. She has many options/designs to choose from, but is also able to custom design for you. I would recommend her to anyone!

I loved working with Cassie from How Inviting! It was awesome being able to design our invitations and other paper products right there with her, instead of an inpersonal experience of doing it online. Cassie was prompt in getting proofs done and listening to any changes that needed to be made. She responded to emails promptly and was great about letting me know when items needed to be submitted. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend her to any bride - you absolutely can't top the personal involvement, quality and dedication she puts into creating beautiful products!

I wanted to take the time to write a review of How Inviting because of the excellent service and quality I received. From my consultation visit to my numerous revisions to the final product, Ms. Donovan was flexible and infinitely patient. My invites were on heavy metallic cardstock with a custom made symbol to match my theme and gorgeous custom monogram envelope labels. Not only were they beautiful but at an excellent and fair price!

Cassie was amazing to work with. We had discovered her work at a bridal event and set up a meeting to discuss options within our budget. Cassie worked with us to provide us with our wants and needs while staying within our price. She was very responsive via email. The invitations were very elegant and classic with the modern pocket. Cassie did all the addressing and return addresses at a very low cost, which was well worth it!

How Inviting (Cassie) created our invitations, programs, placecards, and table tents. Everything went together perfectly, and we received our items in a timely manner. She was helpful with the wording, especially when it came to program etiquette. I would definitely recommend How Inviting to any bride!
