Perfect linens for a perfect day
We hired House of Hough for our wedding linens, and they went above and beyond for us, especially because we had so many variable table sizes and our guest count kept changing. We worked with Renee Pool, and she was truly outstanding.
Their range of linens is astounding, and we found the perfect hunter green toile tablecloths and evergreen velvet napkins. Our guests complimented us all night on how these details just brought everything together-- run don't walk to book with House of Hough for an unforgettable wedding experience! -

Good service
We used House of Hough through our venue (Houston club) for linen. Sania was very easy to work with and showed us all the options available. The final product at the venue came out really good. I would highly recommend working with them. -

I had the pleasure of working with the best linen company in town and taking these incredible linens internationally! The whole process from selecting the linens, to placing the order, and overall logistics was smooth, stress-free, and seamless. Exceptional!!! If all our vendors had this level of professionalism and customer-focused service- what a breeze wedding planning would be!
Sania Ahmed was our contact- she was so warm and welcoming- understood exactly the challenges we faced in our venue (large open space that could be cold and not quite intimate)- she immediately made excellent recommendations and thought of every detail!
Everytime we needed to contact her- it was a breeze and always left us feeling happy and encouraged! The linens were impeccably prepared for us on hangers and protected - easily transported and it was a snap to put them all into the 3 bags they provided. We cleared our venue of 150 guests in 30 minutes! Such a blessing to work with House of Hough - and Sania was a precious help!! -

Rehearsal Dinner
We hired House of Hough for our son’s rehearsal dinner. We are so pleased with them! We wanted an elegant, sophisticated look and House of Hough understood and delivered on our vision. The results were absolutely stunning!! Sania was just wonderful to work with, too. She guided us through their extensive choices and we came to a decision within an hour. She was quick to respond to all our emails and phone calls. House of Hough & Sania made this part of our planning our event free of worries, and we will most definitely use them again in the future. -

LOVE House of Hough
Sania from House of Hooghly was an absolute joy to work with! After having to reschedule our wedding multiple times she helped to make our wedding planning easy and enjoyable. She was very responsive and by our sides the entire time. The linens perfected the look of our wedding and were absolutely stunning! House of Hough provided the linens and napkins for my wedding and it was the BEST decision we made. During the wedding planning process, I went to multiple places for linens and some were top rated and I couldn’t find anything I loved until I went to House of Hough. My fiance and I were impressed to see the quality and how beautiful the linens and napkins were. Sania helped us during the process and she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. She was very detailed oriented and attentive to my requests and the vision of my wedding. She showed us the best linens and napkins we had ever seen. She also helped us to find the perfect match considering all details of my wedding and style. They went above and beyond when I asked If I could buy two of the napkins that we were having as I wanted to embroider two of the napkins with our monogram. They made this happen and my wedding was full of details thanks to them. Guests and vendors were asking about the linens and napkins because they were stunning. I HIGHLY recommend House of House for all your events. They will make your vision come to reality. -

Beautiful linens, great customer service!
House of Hough provided all the table linens, napkins, a few decorative runners, and bride and groom chair coverings for our wedding in the end of September. We left for our honeymoon the day after the wedding, and all of our wedding decor was locked in our family's trailer at a storage unit. About 2 1/2 weeks after the wedding, we finally got a chance to go through the wedding trailer and found one of the table runners we had rented from HOH had been packed in there!!! I was super worried they were going to charge a fee or something because it seemed like it was lost, but they were great and just happy it was located!! They let us drop it off at our convenience, which was very helpful for our busy schedule after returning to work. The linens themselves were beautiful, clean, crisply ironed, and set up perfectly. I'm not sure what happened during the cleanup because we had left in our getaway car, but I assume it went fine (minus the stow-away table runner haha!) Thank you HOH!!! -

Lovely Linens and Rentals
House of Hough was a joy to work with and our linens look amazing the day of our wedding! We met with Stephanie in their showroom, and it was so wonderful to actually see what the linens would look like on their tables they have for mock setups. They were able to pull tablecloths, runners, and napkins in the colors that we wanted, and we could also see the different options for place settings and charger plates. We also loved seeing all of the different specialty linens we had the option to use for our sweetheart and cake tables. House of Hough was so easy to work with and delivered on everything we could have ever wanted. Highly recommended! -

I don't even know how to express in writing the amount of joy it was to work with Rachel (and Michelle, and the rest of the team!) on the linens for my wedding. Every appointment was FUN and full of laughs and of course, STUNNING linens. I worked with Rachel and Michelle to finalize my selections. I wanted to have three different linens for the three different types of tables we would be using at our reception.... these ladies rolled out the red carpet for my sister, my planner, and me and pulled out several linens and placed them near each other to help us visualize. We selected the most gorgeous linens I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! Including a burgundy velvet linen that I could not get enough of. When I walked into our reception venue, my jaw dropped. The tables looked amazing. So amazing that I literally cried. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was, especially the linens.
When I started looking for linen vendors, every other vendor recommended House of Hough and I can see why, but ultimately I chose this company because of the way each employee made me feel. I am all about relationships and vibing well with people...especially when it came to planning the biggest, best party of my lifetime. I loved that this is a Latina-owned business with incredibly professional women running it. The linens were the cherry on top. I will definitely be a lifetime client :) Love you, ladies! -

We picked House of Hough through our venue. House of Hough has a huge selection of beautiful linens, from basic to shimmery and flowery patterns. We had our appointment with Rachel. she is very nice and offered great advice on the types and colors. She went out of her way to make sure I feel welcome as I just moved to H town! We used House of Hough for a wedding reception at the Junior League of Houston, and we were extremely pleased with their selection and service. We paid a bit extra to ensure the vendor was onsite to supervise the linen placement and napkin fold. We loved the cummerbund fold that they suggested, and we had the menu printed to be placed in one of the napkin folds. Thank you, House of Hough, for a great experience and such wonderful service! -

The ladies at House of Hough are so sweet and Rachel helped me find the perfect linens and table set-up for our wedding! After I told her my color scheme and looked around the showroom, she set up how everything would look. I came by on the day of my bridal portraits so I could look at the table set up again with my flowers and everything was perfect! We got married in Austin, TX, but knew that we wanted to use House of Hough for our linens. Rachel was our consultant and she was so wonderful! She had tables staged of what we may like before our consult and had so many great ideas for our linens! Her creativity, professionalism and excitement really made the whole experience so much fun. As a same-sex couple, working with people we felt comfortable with was important to us and everyone at House of Hough did just that. Rachel was so great to work with. I went with a color pallet, which is not always the easiest to coordinate linens to. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and overall good service provided by the entire staff at the House of Hough. The process of selection, delivery and pick up was made very simple and easy. Christy, in particular, was very accommodating to last minute changes. The table linens and chargers were delivered earlier than expected so we would not have to rush for the luncheon. Very thoughtful and very appreciated!! I will certainly be using this service again and will also be recommending it to friends. Thank you again for making my daughter's party a success and my job of throwing it less stressful! -

Our linens were included in our venue package (The Tuscany Villa) through House of Hough. We were so pleased by the quality and variety of linens they offered, and I actually got compliments after the wedding from a soon-to-be-bride friend who attended. Even the napkins were a heavy, silky fabric, and everything was pretty to look at and felt awesome. The sashes were tied in very pretty bows just like we wanted, and they were able to accomodate my fairly complicated instructions for an asymmetrical setup and design perfectly. -

Rachel Johnson/Sales Manager was so supportive in helping my daughter plan and pick out the perfect linens, chair sashes, napkins, table runners and decorative linens for guest tables and cake tables to coordinate perfectly not only with her color scheme for the wedding, but with the venue. Rachel took extra time to listen to my daughters concerns and requests and then set up a mock table so she could see what to expect before the Big Day arrived. It all turned out looking so beautiful with just the right accents where needed within the venue without taking away from the beautiful water view at the venue. Rachel and the staff continued to work with my daughter (the Bride) and me as me made a few last minute changes - never making us feel as if anything was ever a problem. The House of Hough staff that worked at the venue setting up, folding napkins and tying hundreds of chair sashes were all was very pleasant, cooperative and patient with all of our requests as we moved things around to get it just right. We were extremely pleased with their service, the quality of linens and the way they handled their business in a professional and organized manner. Thanks for making my Daughter's Big Day so Special! -

We used House of Hough for our wedding reception at the JW Marriott Downtown for all our special linens. They have the most beautiful linens and are so easy to work with. Our plans seemed to keep changing and every time we changed the order they were absolutely fine in revising our order. The linens made the tables look magnificent! Great customer service!

Beautiful linens! The staff are so friendly and pleasant to work with. We used the "Cordiva" linen for our sweetheart table and it complimented our eggplant runner BEAUTIFULLY! Definitely would recommend House of Hough to any bride! -

Wedding planning is no walk in the park, but Rachel at House of Hough made this part of the process feel like one! Our venue contracts with this company so I was directed by our coordinator to set up an appoint at my leisure.
I was warmly greeted as I entered the door, and quickly went over details of the wedding and what I had in mind. Rachel then helped me pick out a few different choices and gave me a visual of how the table would look from the table cloth, napkin, chair sash, she even made a place setting with a centerpiece so I could get the full visual.
Rachel was incredibly patient making sure I got what I wanted, the owner Clara also made time to stop by and chat. Everyone was so sweet!
I can't wait to see how beautiful our reception will look thanks to House of Hough! -

The linens for our wedding were gorgeous! My husband and I had an appointment with Christy who we absolutely adore! She was so sweet and knowledgeable, helped us visualize the set up of the venue and was so patient throughout the planning process as I added and changed my order multiple times. The quality of the linens was great and the set up was PERFECT. Please take the time to visit their warehouse- the appointment room is insane. There are so many color and print options that will 100% fit any wedding theme. Thank you House of Hough for setting the mood for our wedding and being so intentional with us- we appreciate all of you! -

I got 4 sequin table clothes, gold chargers, and chair covers from House of Hough and they looked beautiful at our reception. House of Hough was super easy to work with and they allowed me to make some last minute changes. It was definitely worth using them to add some final touches to your wedding. They set everything up and then came back later to pick it all up, making it hassle free. I would definitely recommend them to any bride. =] -

Our expierence with Katy from House of Hough (formally known as Over the Top Linen) was great! She was very welcoming and gave us some awesome ideas! We alternated linens and we were very hesitant about it because we couldn't actually see our reception put together, but she was very positive! I was sent to this company by a friend (after I went to her incredible wedding and asked for all of her vendors). I did not really have a "vision," and they were so patient and took a long time showing me different options and playing with ideas. Fantastic variety to look at and choose from (and they can even order things from sample books if you want something they dont have in store). They were so helpful and the process was extremely painless (even a little fun!).
I rented table linens and napkins from them. Great quality and the set-up/pick-up service was a great bonus! Totally recommending them to all others! -

I loved them at the shop, but I couldn't believe how gorgeous they were in the venue all set up. They were extremely easy to work with, nice and professional. They also had the best variety of gorgeous linens of anyone else that I looked at. They showed up right on time, and set up everything so fast that I never even saw them at my venue. I used Over the Top for a bridal shower that I was planning. Natalie worked with me, and she was very responsive to what I had in mind... which says a ton, because I really couldn't describe what I was looking for (I had no idea). Natalie was patient with me and made me feel comfortable during the process.
Although everything looked good in the showroom, I had no idea how BEAUTIFUL everything would actually turn out! ALL of our guests commented on the set up, and several people asked me who covered the linens. The bride-to-be was IN LOVE with everything, and I couldn't have been happier!! -

OTTL did a marvelous job with the linens for my wedding! I rented a standard ivory linens for various tables, and special linens for our sign-in table, dessert table, and our sweetheart table. They were very engaging and helpful in determining what would go well with the decorations I had for the wedding. They knew I loved turquoise and provided a beautiful turquoise linen with burlap bow for the sign in table. I also wanted our table and the dessert table to be a focal point and it most certainly was!
The entire process for OTTL was a breeze! They even deliver your linens and pick them up after the wedding so you don't have to!! They were extremely reasonably priced as well!
What a beautiful talent the staff at OTTL have. Katy handled everything; she put my mind at ease and was very thorough in reviewing what I wanted. -

My WOW expections were met and exceeded!! Our tables & chairs were so colorful and beautiful, truly set the tone of the atmosphere. And my coordinator, my sweet Natalie, listened to my vision and helped me put it all together. She made sure I loved the set we put together and was excited with me, changed it around as many times as I needed, just to be sure I LOVED it. At the venue, all tables and chairs were dressed and taken down on time. What a team!! They had a variety of colors and I thought it would be hard to choose. They really took the time to help me piece everything together and make sure I was happy with my decision. They were familiar with my vendor so they made sure they were there in plenty of time to set up since their product was to be set first before flowers and the china were to be set. It was late in the game when I found Clara with Over the Top Linens and, to her credit, she was very patient with me as I kept changing the number of sashes we needed at the reception. Once the contract was signed and the payment made, everything was set and there were no hiccups. The sashes on the chairs at the reception did not turn out exactly how I’d described I’d wanted them, but I didn’t notice any of that at the reception (only in pictures later). As it turns out, I loved how they looked even better than what I thought I wanted. Clara was great to work with and I would recommend this company to other brides. -

We used Over the Top for out linens. They were way within budget, very friendly, and extremely flexible in our choices. They didn't have the style we wanted, but made some phone calls to see if any other over the top did and had them shipped out to them!
While we discussed what we wanted, they showed us how it would look on a table and chair that was exactly the same as our venue's. It made the decisions that much easier.
They showed up right on time if not before and were set up very fast. They also were there on time for the cleanup. This group was on top of things!
A wonderful place, and we would absolutely recommend them! -

After a terrible experience with another company my husband and I decided to try using Over the top Linens... our experience was wonderful. Due to the lack of professionalism from another company our switch was very last minute (like 2 weeks before the wedding). Katie was AWESOME-- she saw the stress on my face when we walked in for our consultation and put all my fears to rest. She walked us through the show room and had MULTIPLE swatches for us to choose from. After we made our selection we went over and she showed us all our different bow options for our chair ties. Our linens were part of our package with our venue (Tuscany Villa). The process to pick out our colors was so easy with the help of Michelle, our point of contact. The only add on was a table runner for our sweetheart table, but it was so easy to take care of. Whenever I emailed, it would take a couple of days for a response, but they did get back to me which was the important part. When I got to the venue Thursday for our Saturday wedding, I was pleasantly surprised that all the linens were already set up. All the linens were pressed and looked beautiful. My experience with House of Hough (formerly Over the Top Linens) was simple, efficient and reliable. This was the only vendor that I never worried about - email communication with anyone on the team, going into the showroom, payment and delivery was all seamless. I rented 12 table runners and 120 salmon colored cloth napkins, all of which arrived clean and beautifully folded.
I feel like House of Hough could improve the show-rooming experience. When I went to visit House of Hough I was thinking I wanted different colors and textures than I ended up ordering because I changed my mind seeing the colors in person. I brought my wedding centerpieces which helped me make a decision. I would have liked to have more space to play and experiment and be able to envision exactly what the table setting would look like. I recommend that House of Hough have different size tables (I had rectangle tables, but they only had round tables there), chairs, dishware, glassware, flatware, table cards, etc.
All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend House of Hough to any bride or wedding coordinator. -

My fiance and I found Over the Top Linens at the Houston Bridal Extravaganza. We are so pleased that we decided to go with this company. We contact them. Katy set up an appointment for us so that we could come into the location and view what they had to offer. At the appointment they set up the linens we wanted and showed us different options. We could decide on the chairs (self tie versus nylon), napkins (how we wanted them folded), sashes (one or two), table runners etc. Katy was very friendly and knowlegeable and made the decisions fun and easy. I really enjoyed working with Christy from House of Hough. I will be honest and say that linens were not my top priority and I wasn't willing to pay over a certain point for them. The only thing that went wrong was that I ordered melon-colored sashes for the bar highs during our wedding cocktail hour. When I got to the venue on our wedding day, House of Hough was putting the sashes on, and they were the COMPLETE wrong color. They were BURNT orange. It did not match at all, so my coordinator swapped them out for champagne ones that they had on hand. A bit disappointing, but still an overall good experience with the company. Would recommend. -

I had only a fragment of what I wanted for linens. Once I arrived in the showroom, they were able to bring this little vision to life. I forgot to update my guest count but they called me to get an updated count. Thank goodness as my event had grown by about 3 tables. I couldn't have been happier with the value and our experience with House of Hough. -

Helpful and accomodating
Our wedding reception was at the Houston Club, and included a linen package from House of Hough. We worked with Sania throughout the process and she was very helpful! We had to postpone our wedding because of COVID, and Sania was kind enough to let us come into the showroom several times as our original vision had changed slightly. Overall, I was pleased with the customer service I received leading up to the day of. However, being that my wedding was the same day as the Bridal Extravaganza Houston, I don't feel like I was taken care of as a bride who's wedding wasn't on the same day as that event. (e.g. The chair brooches were pinned in a rush and in a way that looked crooked and sloppy). Other than that everything else turned out beautiful -

We ultimately used House of Hough for our event, but with a few hesitations. I had seen them at our venue during one of our early visits. We saw them again at the Houston Bridal Show, where we did not recieve much attention, but did have a chance to look through the merchandise. I took a trip to the event room soon after, where I received excellent help in selecting my linens. Ultimately we choose a smaller package. Due to the price and far away date of our wedding, my parents were hesitant to put down 50% (more than a year out). When we finally were ready a few months later, my mom had some reservations about the contract, when made statements that House of Hough was not responsible for delivering the wrong linens (color, number), damaged linens, and the high few for "missing items". We spoke directly to the owner, who was very hostile on the phone. Fortunately, we were able to arrange for the same package through our venue, without having to commit to the crazy contract. On the day of the wedding, everything except our second linen cover for the head table was delivered on time (which was corrected before the reception). Everything was beautiful. I would use them again, but read the contract carefully. -

TOTALLY unresponsive - called and left SEVERAL messages throughout the planning process and never once did Natalie return my call.
If the hotel had had another vendor option for linens, we would have used the other vendor.
On a positive note - the tables and chairs were set up beautifully by the linen company. And it was nice that the hotel coordinated delivery, set up and pick up of the linens. -

Customer service is poor, Flexibility is non-existent.\r\nVery unprofessional, not punctual for set-up or pick-up at all.\r\nYou will be charged for linens even if you don\'t need them. Sometimes you don\'t know EXACTLY how many of everything you will need until the day of, but they will add extra & charge you later, but will not under any circumstance, refund a dime if you wind up not needing as many. Very defensive as well. -
