  AMAZING!!! My wedding, was the first wedding that I've ever been to where the guests went back for seconds AND to-go boxes!! A month later, and my guests are still talking about how great the food was! One of the best decisions I made, was hiring House of Ambrosia Catering and Event Planning! Rodney went above and beyond on every single aspect of the day, and it definitely showed. Not a single bad thing can be said about the food, set up OR the service. He also took the time to make my reception space more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! He loves what he does, and it shows!! Everything from the planning, to the execution, was absolutely wonderful!!!! 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough!

  Rodney was fantastic from beginning to end for our party last weekend! While planning, he gave us some helpful options and listened to what we wanted. He gave us a detailed written proposal and answered many questions that we and other family members asked. He was extremely professional, arriving early to setup and it all was displayed so beautifully. Rodney went through each food item and described to me, and we got rave reviews about all of the food from everyone! The strawberry mint punch was a hit, perfect shrimp and cheeses, and everything else was delicious. Oh, the cake was fantastic! We would highly recommend him for any parties, weddings or events.

  As with anyone using a service for the first time, my husband and I were a bit skeptical, especially for a major event, but from the moment we met Rodney, we KNEW he was the caterer for our wedding! His professionalism and sense in taste at our testing won us over. We felt comfortable and confident in his ideas and recommendations he presented as to which foods complimented others, without feeling overwhelmed. Rodney took it to the next level when he came out to visit our wedding site to be sure we were satisfied with his service. We were thinking: “Who does that?” Once at the site, took his time in explaining how our guest would be served and the presentation would flow. The day of our event, he arrived on time and set up as we discussed. Our guest LOVED the variety of food and was very pleased. At the end of the event, we were able to meet his staff and was warmly greeted and congratulated. We are definitely planning to use House of Ambrosia again for all our catering services.

  Rodney is just the greatest! I gave him my thoughts and vision and he created a masterpiece! My guests and I were thoroughly delighted with the food and presentation. HoA is also very cost effective. I highly recommend House of Ambrosia for your next event.

  I had a valid certificate for a five course, ten person dinner, but could never use it because this catering service is not professional at all. There is no managerial skills at all. I was trying to coordinate a catering event, but could never reach this person. Also we spoke briefly and was supposed to pick up a cooked meal, but could never get in touch after that. I don't recommend this catering service to anybody at all unless you want money taken from you.
