We had a GREAT stress free honeymoon thanks to Julie! She was easier to communicate with than my wedding venue! She answered every question we had with quick replies and truely cared about our honeymoon! My husband and I were a little worried about going to Mexico due to crime, but she assured us she wouldn’t send us anywhere where she wouldn’t feel comfortable sending her children. That was a peace of mind for us! She even stayed under our budget (even with a swim up pool) so that we would have extra money for excursions! She checked on us to ensure we made it to the resort and even stayed in touch with us throughout the trip. I emailed her one day stating we were going off the resort so she would know and again she emailed me right away! Everything on our trip went perfectly smooth! She even booked our hotel at the airport to stay in the night before our flight. This was our first time using a travel agent and I will continuing using her and others! -

Julie was fantastic to work with! We were fairly flexible on where we wanted to spend our Honeymoon, and she helped us to narrow down our options and pick the best resort for us. Her first-hand experiences at the several Sandals resorts was really invaluable information for us - she was able to tell us more information than a brochure ever could because she has been to so many of the islands! I appreciate her taking all of the work of planning and booking a vacation off of our plate so that we could focus on the wedding plans and know that we had a fabulous vacation waiting for us as soon as the party ended. Julie was amazing to work with. Her knowledge allowed us to make the right decision about which resort to stay at. She is easy to communicate with and was the absolute best help when we had to switch our honeymoon location and resort last minute due to a hurricane. She stayed up all night to make sure everything was taken care of. We would not have been able to switch resorts so last minute if it weren't for Julie. We highly recommend using Julie for booking your honeymoon or vacation. -

Julie helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon. We booked our honeymoon about 7 months in advance. We purchased travel insurance through her and we are very glad that we did. The night before we were suppose to leave for St. Lucia, our flight got cancelled. Julie was always available to call, which was needed around 10:30pm when we saw all flighs to St. Lucia were cancelled. Julie literally worked all through the night/early morning to get our honeymoon back on track. She quickly helped us rebook a trip, this time being to Jamaica. When we got to Jamaica, we were able to check out two other Sandals resorts. That made us realize that Julie did an awesome job helping us pick the right resort, especially under the stressful circumstances. We loved Sandals Royal Caribbean and didn't have any regrets about our forced last second travel changes. Her detailed knowledge of the different resorts and what they are like were key to us really getting the most for our money. She even got our spa credit transferred from our original trip, even though our new trip didn't quite meet the requirements for the credit. She was able to get our original insurance transferred over to our new trip without additional cost, which was greatly appreciated. Julie also did a great job working to get our original trip's refund returned to us. We will definitely be using Julie for future trips! Thanks for the awesome service Julie! -

For being the world's biggest procrastinator, I knew booking a travel agent for our honeymoon was a must. Julie was referred to us through a long time wedding planner on the south side of Indy, and man was she so helpful. First, she's so easy to communicate with. We had our entire honeymoon booked primarily over email (easier for me because of work)... I think we talked on the phone once, maybe twice. Second, she really listened to our interests and gave us some really great options based on our budget... She's awesome at tracking down deals, too!! one of my favorite things about working with Julie was how she made it so easy for us... From the minute we got on the plane, to when we landed at Montego Bay, to getting back home. She was so great with walking us through the whole process while pretty much doing everything for us. As a bride, I highly recommend Julie and letting her take care of the stress of planning a honeymoon for you. And beyond a honeymoon. I know I'll be using her for all my upcoming trips! Oh PS.... My Fiancé and I were so grateful that we had Julie from Hott Destinations travel throughout our honeymoon adventure. Between getting flights changed and resort reservations switched around we were still able to have a wonderful time in Jamaica and even escaped the hurricane! Julie was absolutely amazing to work with! Before our honeymoon, neither my husband or myself had ever worked with a travel agent. We were both a little skeptical at first but I would make the decision to go with Julie at Hott Destinations Travel time and time again. Julie went above and beyond for my husband and I starting before the honeymoon was even booked. She spent numerous times talking with us on the phone about prices, flights, destinations and anything you could thing of that comes with booking a honeymoon. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the destinations and had pretty much been to all the places we were considering. She provided us with several brochures, suggested excursions and even suggested the best Butlers in the Villa we stayed at. The morning my husband and I were scheduled to come home from our honeymoon, Southwest Airlines were experiencing issues with their computer system. Julie sent an email explaining to us the steps we needed to take to make sure we got home ok. She even called us on our way home from the airport to make sure we had gotten home safely and enjoyed our trip. We will definitely be contacting Julie in the future for any of our traveling needs! As the parents of the groom, my Husband & I wanted to provide a Honeymoon for our Son & his Bride that would be the trip of a lifetime. I spoke with Julie Hott of Hott Destinations Travel and explained to her what we were looking for. She listened to what we had to say and put together several options for us to choose from, including options for tours. We decided on Costa Rica and the kids absolutely LOVED the resort (as well as the neighboring resort, which they also had access to)! We booked 2 excursions that included a zipline tour over the rainforest with time at a natural hot spring and a volcano tour that included time at another hot spring & spa.
Julie was very thorough explaining all of the details of their trip and provided alot of helpful travel tips. I will absolutely use Hott Destinations Travel for all of our travel in the future! -

Julie was a fantastic travel agent! She helped us every step of the way, from picking a honeymoon destination all the way to checking in with us once we returned to make sure everything was perfect. Julie has traveled to the resorts she deals with, so she was able to make personal recommendations and offer tips before we went.
Most importantly, Julie stayed on top of travel details that we didn't have time to check during wedding planning. When our flight was cancelled months before, she knew it before we did and called us not only to let us know, but to offer us alternatives that she had already looked up and researched. She was able to book special excursions and meals at the resort, and the staff knew about our preferences and plans before we even arrived.
Julie was truly an invaluable resource to us during our planning. I don't think we would have had a honeymoon half as nice or well planned without her taking care of things. We felt like we were in good hands the entire time, and in the end everything went perfectly. Highly recommended! -

Julie was absolutely a live-saver when it came to planning our honeymoon destination! She was always very informative, friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful! It was such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable about so many different locations. It was hard enough to choose where we wanted to go, but she helped us easily narrow our selection to the breathtaking, all-inclusive Sandals resort in St. Lucia. She explained everything so easily, and was more than helpful in booking tours and other activities for us. Julie helped me coordinate and plan my destination wedding for myself and our 34 guests. We all had a great time, and there were no complaints from my guests. She was great about helping me in finding answers to all my questions and making sure I and my guests understood the travel process, transportation, and anything about the facilities. Julie is an amazing travel agent. She helped us book and amazing honeymoon in Jamaica (she is pretty much an expert on Jamaica and the resorts!!) She priced matched flights and hotel expenses and really explained and sold us on purchasing travel insurance. Luckily, she did this, because my husband ended up getting sick toward the end of our vacation and needed to see the doctor. Because we had the insurance everything was covered and reimbursed back to us. She made sure we had all the information we needed to travel in one convenient packet and clearly explained what to expect and how best to make the most of our stay. She is a see it through kind of person and even started the claims process for the insurance for us while we were still in Jamaica!! -

Julie was always available to answer any questions that we had and took care of everything. She even helped us out at the airport when we missed our connecting flight. She took the hassle of planning our honeymoon off my hands so I could concentrate on the wedding. We do plan on using her again for future travel. Julie worked with my husband and I for over a year to help us find the perfect spot for our honeymoon. She took care of absolutely everything from booking our flights, airport-resort transfer, and resort stay to helping us apply for our passports and giving suggestions on activities to partake in at the resort. She also provided us a hotel room the night of our wedding with free parking and transfer to the airport as a thank you for booking through her. We ultimately chose her favorite destination, Jamaica, and are SO happy that we did. -
