  I worked with the coordinator Henrietta from Hott Creations. She was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful in communicating how to provide the best performance possible for the wedding. The guests really enjoyed the songs she selected and seamlessly helped me transition my equipment from the ceremony to the happy hour location. If you’re looking for an event coordinator for your next function look know further. She’s the best in the business.

  Best to ever do it

  I could not imagine our wedding being any more perfect thanks to Hennreitta and her team. She was very attentive since the start of booking until the end of our wedding day. Everyone kept praising the beautiful designs she did and how professional and organized she was throughout the entire day. I know to book her and her team for every event I have going forward! Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication!

  Extraordinary Event Planner

  The event planner and her staff were the utmost professional. I don’t believe I could’ve done this wedding on my own. A lot of the vendors that I needed she recommended and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Even when I came to her at the last minute with “I have this great idea” she listened to me and gave me her honest opinion, and even when the hotel started acting up, she stepped in spoke with the Director of Sales and Catering and walked through everything with them. I left a lot of stuff up to her discretion and everything was perfect. She made my job as the bride, easy breezy. I got so many compliments on the decor. It was amazing. I would honestly recommend her and her team for any event, whether be a wedding, bridal shower or baby shower I will continue to use her in the future.
  
  P.S. my advice to brides would be to book your event planner before you, book your venue. She review my contracts and made sure everything was in order.

  The Olivia Pope of wedding coordinators!

  Major thanks to our amazingly attentive and thoughtful wedding coordinator, Mrs Hennreitta!! She took care of our needs from start to finish. She quarterbacked the entire ceremony and reception flawlessly and proved that she's the Olivia Pope of wedding coordinators! We came into booking her services with literally only months to actually plan everything but Mrs Hennreitta made sure that we didn't have to worry. She made sure to apply a keen attention to detail at every step, ensuring that even the very detail oriented groom could rest assured that everything is handled (which can be a tall task at times). And the decorations.... forget about it... the lady knows what she's doing and she certainly knows how to deliver the look and feel of an elegant event. Hats off and many salutes to Mrs Hennreitta!

She took an idea from a dream and brought it to reality. With life struggles like most of us have She never wavered. She and this company are PURE professionalism.   Super responsive & Flexible

  I had the pleasure of working with Hott Creations for a wedding in November. This was a very small wedding (10 People) with a very strict setup & breakdown times. Henrietta was incredibly responsive, had the space set perfectly for the couple's arrival, and was also very prompt to return for the 30 minutes of breakdown that we had. 10/10! Not to mention, the designs were incredible. She was able to match the couple's vibe perfectly! I can't wait to work with her on future events.

  Excellent Vendor To Work Closely With

  Hennreitta and her entire Hott Creations team were a pleasure to work with. As a DJ Her and her team made it easy for my to stay on track with the timeline and concentrate on playing music. Her emails and timelines prior to the event were extremely helpful and well organized. Henreitta was very good at adapting to some changes made by the wedding couple on the fly. The room deisgn worked very well with my uplighting units. I would highly recommend Hott Creations for all event disgns and planning. I hope to work with them again in the future.

  Hennreitta and her entire Hott Creations team were a pleasure to work with. As a DJ Her and her team made it easy for my to stay on track with the timeline and concentrate on playing music. Her emails and timelines prior to the event were extremely helpful and well organized. Henreitta was very good at adapting to some changes made by the wedding couple on the fly. The room deisgn worked very well with my uplighting units. I would highly recommend Hott Creations for all event disgns and planning. I hope to work with them again in the future.
