    Thank you Courtney!

Courtney was the best! Everything was done perfectly and she was, not only very sincere, but, extremely professional and worked with me on adding and subtracting several luncheon items! Now that we have had Danielle’s bridal shower…is a baby shower next!

    It went perfect!

We’re very happy that we had our wedding ceremony and dinner at Hotel ZaZa. The Hotel is beautiful and was just the right setting for how we wanted our wedding ceremony and dinner to be. Our guests were so pleased by how good the dinner was. "The fillet mignon was cooked perfrectly!" Everything went just as we planned. Courtney Longino, Hotel ZaZa Senior Catering Sales Manager, answered every question, responded to every email, and attended to every detail. It was very nice to see it all come together on that Saturday and I just want to say thank you again for working with me to make it all go so smoothly.

    A Perfect Wedding!

Planning a wedding can be stressful. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is a disaster.
    We planned three.
After our second wedding plan fell through, we received an email from Hotel Zaza (with whom we had already booked our honeymoon stay) advertising their micro-wedding package and while we were still apprehensive, we called the next day for information.
By the end of the call, we had already decided to book our wedding there and were finally actually excited for our wedding ceremony. Courtney was thorough in giving us a run-down of how everything works and what our wedding might look like during that initial phone call; and once we confirmed our booking, was in constant contact regarding our next steps.
The hotel itself was gorgeous and the décor in the ballroom was perfect. The Friday after we booked our wedding, Courtney invited us to look at a sample table setting and helped us visualize the space. Courtney also was very helpful when we planned our reception dinner; offering great recommendations, as well as helping sort out a couple of specific dietary restrictions from some of our guests.
Hotel Zaza was very accommodating regarding hotel bookings; allowing a few of our guests an early check-in and granting us a free upgrade for one of our wedding party (which was an AMAZING place to get ready that afternoon). We never felt any stress regarding the wedding preparations; we were treated like VIPs for our entire stay.
Courtney was very clear in explaining the hotel’s COVID policy, as well as what we would need to communicate to our vendors. We used an outside florist, dj, and baker; and Hotel Zaza made sure to allow for set-up and tear down time on either side of our reservation.

More than being our best solution during the pandemic, our wedding at Hotel Zaza was better than we could’ve ever hoped for!

P.S. we HIGHLY recommend the lamb lollipops

    My daughters wedding

It took us two years to finally be able to have my daughters dream wedding. The pandemic, her fiancé’s graduate work and many other factors affected this date. Hotel Zaza stayed with us through the course and Courtney Longino did a great job coordinating and helping us throughout the process. Food, service, and venue were impeccable. The wedding was fabulous, beautiful and everything we wanted!!

If you are looking for a unique, classy, cool, and unforgettable venue for your ceremony or reception, look no further. Mia, at Hotel Zaza took great care of us and our guests. The food was amazing (they let us pick everything and tweak the tastes to our liking!) As a bonus they gave us an amazing gift basket that was probably worth over $1,000 in goodies. Without hesitation, I would recommend getting married here. Neither us, nor our guests will ever forget it!

Hotel ZaZa was the most amazing place to have our wedding! I had 6 weeks to plan, and I was from out of the city. Mia Chargois made the planning effortless! She had the most amazing ideas and the vendors she recommended where beyond amazing! It was chic, a bit exotic, but oh so tasteful..... Very ZaZa. I have already told my husband that I would like to have our first anniversary there and host a dinner for our friends with the same vendor (Prashe showroom) that did our wedding and reception. It was so special I would like to re create the reception all over again! You are in amazing hands with Mia, Prashe, and ZaZa!

We held our rehearsal dinner here in the Dragon's Den and it was perfect. They even created and printed us personalized menus. The service was outstanding and the food was undescribable. It was the perfect way to start our wedding festivities. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding, rehearsal dinner or even a birthday party!

Such a beautiful venue. We had our ceremony outside on top of the pool (only available in winter) and the reception in the grand ballroom. It allowed for the perfect amount of glam and intrigue that we were looking for for our special day.

    The food was fantastic also.

Our only complaint was the responsiveness of the coordinator that we were working with. She often took days to respond to emails, which was frustrating. The day of the event, she was great though, so it all went off perfectly.

My husband booked a concept suit at ZaZa for our wedding night. Alex was helping him and advised that, if the room is not booked the next day, he will be able to accommodate a late checkout for us, which was great, considering that we’ve arrived at the hotel well after midnight. Alex informed my husband that he placed a note on our reservation regarding late checkout.
When we arrived to the hotel, we informed the front desk about the note that Alex placed to avoid any misunderstandings. It took the front desk about 15 minutes to figure out what was going on and to find the note. I was still in my wedding gown and my husband in his tuxedo. We had to wait in the reception area until front desk finally found the note and we were finally on the same page about our checkout.
At 11 am housekeeping started loudly knocking at the door. My husband was getting out of bed to open the door, when the housekeeping started opening the door even though the privacy sign was out!!!! Unacceptable!!! My husband had to rush to the door to ensure they do not actually enter our suite and informed them that we have a late check out and to contact front desk with questions. Two hours later the housekeeping was knocking at our dooragain! Once again, my husband asked them to contact the front desk and that we have a late checkout arranged. In 5 minutes front desk was calling us because they had trouble finding the note just like the shift before them did. Now this is an unacceptable customer service, especially from such establishment as ZaZa hotel and a complete violation of our privacy.
This was a complete miscommunication between staff at the hotel. Very disappointing. The suite itself, however, was great, regardless the fact that there was a lot of dust on the lamps in the bathroom. The shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. Because of these two factors, there’re 2 stars, otherwise it was a beyond disappointing experience.

The wedding itself was wonderful and the staff turned the room around so quickly that it blew my mind, but unfortunately after that, the people in charge went MIA. At one point, some of the wedding party had to ask the only staff in the room (a bartender) to find someone to speak to.

Everything was incredibly late—over an hour behind schedule. People were leaving and the toast hadn't even happened. Then when it was time for cake, the staff disassembled it before pictures were taken.

Guests at the Dragonfly kept coming into the reception and ordering free drinks until I had to go close the doors and tell the bartender not to serve non guests, where were the coordinators? No idea. I was even shoved and called an effing b** by one of those lovely crashers, who was a man.

And immediately after that, the coordinator lit up maybe ten sparklers and ran around the exit car. I am 100% serious when I say that it caught a woman's dress on fire.

the food was wonderful. The room was stunning, but the staff is a bunch of children. They ruined the wedding for me.
