Hotel Vitale was a dream venue. Everyone was so fantastic to work with, if we got married again, I think I'd do it at the Vitale.

It will only hold 80 MAX for the ceremony on the outdoor terrace, but it fit our 60 person wedding perfectly. The service and the food for the reception was AMAZING. People are still talking about it.

My one recommendation, get everything clearly included in your contract. And I do recommend for the hotel get (or offer) floor length white linens. We did end up upgrading our linens. BUT other than that, Sunna, Hillary and their team were amazing. Everything was so perfect.

This was the perfect venue for our small, city wedding. This is the perfect venue if you don't have a huge guest list and don't want a venue that will dwarf your wedding. We chose this space because of the AMAZING ceremony space and our guests loved it! You get views of the Bay Bridge and Ferry Building. We also had our cocktail hour up there. The staff and coordinator made things flow (mostly) seamlessly during the day. The timing of the set up for the reception room was a little off, but the manager sought to rectify this after-the-fact by waiving the ceremony rental fee, which was much appreciated. The rooms are beautiful. The lobby is chic and modern. And the location can't be beat. You're only steps away to great bridal portraits and first look pics!

The food and beverage minimum is extremely reasonable compared to many other sites in the city. I'd give them 5 stars if they were a little more flexible with pricing (we weren't able to get *any* discount on anything).

    Disappointing.

    Pros:
    - Beautiful scenery
    - Great food (The Americano)
    - Nice hotel/guest rooms (although the Panoramic Suite faces East and the shades do not help in the morning)
    - Accommodating/flexible wedding venue for smaller parties
    Cons:
    - Inaccurate and unprofessional communication
    - Lack of accountability from event staff
    - Poor customer service from coordinators and hotel staff
    - High prices for low service
