Getting Married At Hotel Drover Was The Best Decision We Could Have Made
My husband and I have loved Drover ever since we stepped foot on the property a couple of years back. We recently had our wedding at Hotel Drover, and we could not have been happier with how it went. If we could get married there every year, we would! The wedding planning process and day-of were perfect and was everything we could have hoped for and more. Ashley and Hunter were our contacts throughout the process and they both were an absolute delight and could not have made our experience any better. I think your staff is a reflection of your business and property and those two could not have represented Hotel Drover any better. Ashley was our contact in the beginning stages and even gave us a list of the Hotel’s preferred wedding planners. We are so grateful she did that because we found our wedding planner, Rachel Giles, and she changed our lives and will be one of our friends forever now. Hunter was our main contact from beginning to end. She was always patient and kind to us whenever we came to her with questions or problems. We appreciated Hunter’s communication throughout the whole process because it truly made everything so easy leading up to the wedding. The day of our wedding was a dream and it all started with the staff and their well wishes and attentiveness. From the servers, to the bar tenders, to the kitchen and everyone in between, we could not have done it without them. Almost every guest came up to us and said it was the best wedding that they had ever attended. They could not stop talking about the property, ambiance, food, drinks and service. One of the most thoughtful parts was a staff member, who we think was named Rebecca, immediately coming up to us after the ceremony with tray of drinks for us to pick from. She even was waiting for us at cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres so we wouldn’t miss out them. It truly made our day so much more special because the food and drinks we had selected was one of the things we were looking forward to most. We cannot thank the staff at Drover enough for all of their patience and help. Our wedding was the best day of our life, and we wish we could do it over and over again. I also want to mention that we and good amount of our guests stayed at Drover during our wedding weekend, and the feedback was what we thought it would be. Hotel Drover is the best hotel our guests have ever stayed in, and that’s saying a lot because we have people who travel and vacation often. The Drover Suite was stunning and an experience i’m so glad we were able to have. The details in the suite and around the hotel are what makes it so special and a place we will always come back to. The staff is second to none, and truly are so helpful and kind to everyone. The food and drinks are exceptional. We have not had one meal at 97 West or one drink at the hotel that we didn’t absolutely love. Saying we love Hotel Drover is an understatement. It’s safe to say that it’s even almost like a second home to us… So much so that we’re currently looking to move to Fort Worth just so we can be close and be able to visit whenever we want. We will never be able to describe the impact Hotel Drover has had on us, and we would tell anyone who is looking to stay, get married or have an event there to do it in a heartbeat because they won’t regret it. It’s the best thing we ever did. -

Perfection
We had my daughter’s wedding at the Drover in May. Jackie and America work hard to make sure everything is smooth and nothing is overlooked. The grounds are absolutely perfect. We had a large group at the hotel all weekend and they did an awesome job to make everyone feel welcome. Having the wedding at the Drover was one of the best decisions we made -

Stillwell Wedding & Reception
Great job was done by you and staff at The Drover. We are very happy with the way everything turned out for the wedding. Many guests complimented how beautiful the place was and how good the food was. Even asking for recipes - so if the chef shares, I'd love to receive chicken, beef and roasted veggies recipes!

Everything was wonderful!!
We fell In Love with Hotel Drover for our daughter’s destination wedding venue. The aesthetic is so naturally beautiful and the decor is western rustic chic with touches of whimsy and in such a historic place , the Fort Worth Stockyards. So much to do and see there.. But that is only half of it. The service we received from Hotel Drover was 5 star from beginning to end. The planning stage, the food tasting, and the wedding day itself was as close to perfect as you can get! The food was too knotch and they made servicing over 200 guests look easy. Jackie Bunch and her staff were a dream to work with. The follow through with any questions we had was met with urgency and great detail. They made you feel very special through out the process. My daughter’s wedding day was a dream come true for her and we all had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend having a wedding at Hotel Drover! -

Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, Jackie was a pro. The entire staff at the Drover was exceptional. Beautiful setting and beautiful people. -

Beautiful Wedding Venue
Every aspect of the Hotel Drover is simply a beautiful place for a wedding! Megan, the Social Catering Sales Manager, did an amazing job working with all of our wedding vendors and was extremely helpful through the entire wedding planning process. She is very knowledgeable, professional and was always available to answer questions and address anything additional we needed.
Megan made sure every detail was outlined prior to wedding day. I knew the exact cost of every service that was provided. We had no surprises, no unexpected last minute costs. Megan was wonderful!
Before I proceed, let me be clear Megan is not responsible for this next part of the wedding process at HD. We have been Marriott Bonvoy Members for many years and have enjoyed staying at some of their luxury hotels. If there was anything at all that astounded me, it is what happened after the wedding. There was only one banquet staff employee to work the clean up of our wedding. This one employee was also working with clean up of another wedding that had taken place the same night. Our wedding planner was bussing dishes, picking up trash, collecting table chargers we had rented all by herself while the one banquet employee was at the other banquet location. This is not a wedding planners job, nor was it her responsibility. I wouldn't have known this if my husband and 4 close friends had not stopped by the banquet hall to have one last look! We felt so bad for her that we (parents of the bride and our out-of-town guests) started helping her. In my opinion this is unacceptable of a luxury hotel to expect a wedding planner to do the job of their hotel banquet staff. I would also like to mention I was taken aback that the kitchen did not offer to wrap any leftover wedding cake and groom's cake in plastic wrap or foil. They said it wasn't part of their job, nor were they allowed to. The kitchen staff should have at least given us something and allowed us to wrap the cake ourselves Luckily our wedding planner found some boxes that were going to be thrown away for us to use and share the leftover cake. -

Perfection
This is what dreams are made up. The Drover has a special place in our heart, so deciding this to be our wedding venue was an easy decision! Jackie Logue made every step simple & perfect. Every last detail and every staff member from catering, bar & service was exquisite. Angelica “Ange” was our head of service for my husband and myself. She was so kind, caring and attentive! I rave about her every chance I can. We are so blessed to have had our wedding there. It was beyond our wildest dreams! Thank you Hotel Drover! -

Stunning Hotel Drover wedding!
We had the BEST time at our June 2021 wedding at Hotel Drover!! We actually signed a contract for the Barn prior to the hotel's completed construction. It was so cool to feel invested in the completion of such an aesthetically trendy and dramatic hotel. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating from the start. Our venue coordinator, Jackie, was a rockstar! She was so attentive to details and timeline of our reception. The hotel also worked so well with all of our other vendors. Brides, you want this place for your photos I promise! There are so many great indoor and outdoor areas for pictures. Our guests still rave about the food and the fun. The hotel is in a great location, close to bars, restaurants, and family-friendly events; they were able to make a weekend of it. One of my favorite parts of the Barn space (aside from the three gorgeous chandeliers) is that the large windows open up like garage doors for a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. Wedding Dreams!
Hotel Drover made ALL my wedding dreams come true! I had my wedding the Hotel Drover in July and it was the best decision. HUGE shoutout to Tiffany DiPasquale who managed my event. She went above and beyond to bring my vision to light. Not only is she delightful to work with but she is organized, direct, efficient and all around rockstar. I had a lot of unusual requests for my weekend and I am a type-A planned. She ensured every single detail was delivered. I cannot think of a single thing that was missed. The staff at Hotel Drover is so nice and what Texas is all about. All of our guests commented on how friendly every staff member was that weekend. The barn and lawn are wedding dreams. The food was delicious ... and HOT. Every little detail made our wedding so special and unique. I am so happy we chose Hotel Drover for our wedding. I would give 10 stars if I could.
***This is a new hotel that has not even been open for 1 year. I will say that from November 2020 - April 2021, the experience was not the best. I knew I took a risk with a brand new hotel. However, the hotel got its footing and Tiffany DiPasquale turned it around. By May 2021, I received the best service, attention, and overall concern with my event being great. I would not judge the hotel by the first few months in business because when it came time for my event, I felt like a priority.-
