We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the Crescent and had a perfect experience. The staff exceeded our expectations at every turn! We couldn’t have been more pleased and will always be grateful to them for a magical weekend.

We had an outstanding wedding experience for our daughter in Oct 2018. The venue provides flexibility for weather issues, which we had to execute b/c of rain on the wedding day. We moved the ceremony from the Courtyard Garden to the Garden Room and proceeded to use the Salons for cocktail hour before proceeding to the Crescent Ballroom for a romantic and lovely dinner and dancing reception. We had 150 guests; the food was outstanding. But as Mother of the Bride, I fully appreciated the service. I felt like I had Crescent personnel "eyes" on me all night long. I simply had to look up and someone was asking how they could help me and what we needed. The staff was so responsive and available all night.

My daugter's wedding was everything we could have ever wished for. The Crescent was a beautiful place to have our special event. The staff were unmistakably the best ever. Our wedding coordinator was did everything as promised meeting with me throughout the year making all the arrangements. The day of the wedding was perfect. The hotel provided a beautiful suite for the girls to have their hair and makeup done by professionals during the event everything ran like clockwork. I did not have any issues and the wedding was a dream come true . Thank you to all the staff, valet, bellman and concierge service it was fabulous. To our wedding coordinator- she was over the top awesome!

The Crescent Court went above and beyond and made our wedding day stress free! The venue is already stunning but the staff and their attention to details made everything that much more beautiful. Emily Harms was a dream to work with and made all of our visions come to life. Thank you to everyone at the Crescent Court for making our wedding the most wonderful day ever.

The Crescent was wonderful throughout my whole wedding process. Ashley Tidwell was awesome! She could alway answer all my questions and found a way to make all my requests happen! I basically got everything I wanted! The rest of the staff was also great on the day of the wedding. Several guests came up to me telling how great the service was. I will definitely be having another event here. Not to mention the look of the hotel and location is perfect for out of towers.

Our family had the pleasure of hosting approximately 100 guests at the Crescent Club for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The evening was a huge success! It could not have gone more smoothly! We received many compliments on the beautiful venue and the quality of the service that evening. A successful evening requires thoughtful planning, attention to detail and superior follow through. We got all of this and more from Ashley and the staff at The Crescent. From start to finish, it was a wonderful, stress-free experience. We highly recommend The Crescent!

Hotel Crescent Court was an incredible venue for our wedding. The hotel, staff, everything was perfect. They consistently met every one of our needs and you can't be the level of service and quality of the establishment.

The Crescent was an absolute dream venue. Throughout the entire process, I felt so incredibly taken care of. The Crescent provides the best service from the first time we visited until we were leaving for our honeymoon the next morning. They have great food and cake options - I was told by countless people that our food/cake was the best they've ever had at a wedding. The entire hotel is gorgeous and they just renovated all the rooms! We worked with Ashley and she was the best!!! My husband and I would not change a thing about our wedding day and are so thankful to everyone at the Crescent who made it the dream day it was. I cannot recommend this place enough. Get married here!!!

Working with Ashley was fabulous! She made everything easy. She answered all of my questions by text or email and by phone when needed. She took care of anything I asked. I hope to work with her and the entire Crescent staff again soon.

Emily was delightful to work with on our rehearsal dinner. She was very flexible, knowledgeable, and professional. Emily offered creative options to any issues I had. The overall service team did a wonderful job the night of our event! The food was delicious and hot as well. We had several meetings planning our event. The night of the event went just exactly as we had planned. I can highly recommend Emily and the Crescent team.

Ashley Tidwell and the banquet team were a dream to work with! Weather wasn't going in our direction to be in the courtyard and the hotel quickly changed the event to be indoors where the view was just as spectacular.

The Rosewood team was beyond exceptional! From our first email to to our last goodbye, everything was truly amazing. Abby Rodriguez was our coordinator, and she did more than what we asked. She was responsive, flexible, organized, and so much more. We loved working with her! Abby and the staff made our wedding very stress-fee. We were treated like royalty. The food was served perfectly and tasted amazing. The cake was impressive, and we appreciated the flexibility to have a specific flavor in our cake. The rest of the staff was kind, courteous and provided wonderful service throughout the whole night. We loved working with Emily and the Hotel Crescent Court. Emily worked with us through every detail and was extremely patient, calm, kind, and solutions focused. We were able to create a beautiful wedding and we couldn't be happier! We have pictures and memories that will last a lifetime. We cannot imagine getting married anywhere else in Dallas.

We had high expectations when we booked our wedding here, and even so, our expectations were exceeded. The staff, particularly Emily Harms, went out of their way to be accommodating and fair. They allowed us to customize dishes on the menu to our tastes and went through multiple iterations of everything to make sure it was perfect. Even though our wedding was nearly 18 months after we booked it, there were no surprise charges or significant changes to what we had agreed on (I know not every place is as honest about this). The Garden Room (where we did our ceremony) made for both an intimate and grand ceremony, and the courtyard made for very memorable pictures. The room views and set up (we used the Crescent Club bar for cocktail hour and rotisserie room for reception) surpassed even our high expectations. The plated meal, open bar, and cake was just as delicious as at our tasting. The staff was so attentive to us and all our guests. We were particularly touched with the monogrammed pillows in our honeymoon suite. We would recommend this venue to anyone, and feel that it is truly a good value given how impressive the experience was.

Our wedding was a little unique in that we had a surprise wedding! We decided on the Crescent Club because it accommodated our long list of must-haves including a beautiful bar area for the engagement party/cocktail hour, a gorgeous rectangular room that was perfect for the ceremony, and another stunning area for the reception. Our guests kind of moved in a circular motion at the Crescent Club with each room having spectacular views of Dallas. Abby at the Crescent was truly amazing when helping with our special day. She made sure that our every dream came true. I felt at ease knowing that Abby and our event planner, Rachel, were taking care of every little detail. I feel that Abby really took everything that my event planner and I envisioned and helped to make it a reality. I enjoyed every ounce of my big day, and I have Abby and my event planner to thank for that!

We had the most magical wedding at the Crescent & the best experience with their team in both the planning and execution of our wedding. Abby went above and beyond to bring everything to life and really made the whole wedding weekend happen! It literally went off without a hitch and we are so happy - most special thanks to Abby who was super amazing to us! Best decision we made!

Where do I start... I have to say that Abby Rodriguez and her team at the Crescent are simply the best!!! ( That's an understatement) I started to plan my June 25,2016 wedding in January which was very last minute. From the first phone conversation Abby was nothing but professional, kind, and understanding. We had a small and intimate wedding so you would think that we would not be a big priority considering the scale of weddings that Crescent does. However, this was not true! Abby was always quick to respond and answer my crazy million questions and calls always. On our wedding day she went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Whatever I asked for is what I got. I truly felt like Abby was my fairy godmother and I trusted her completely. She even got us a honeymoon suite upgraded from a regular room and it was available all day to us and no extra charge. When I tell you I'm super picky and demanding its an understatement but Abby never got an attitude or made me feel like I wasn't a priority. My wedding day was magical and all of my guests were blown away and still talk about it to this day! I absolutely adore Abby she is more like a friend (in my head). She is someone who truly enjoys what they do and I'm so grateful that she was the one who helped me plan my special day!!!!

Emily was phenomenal. She went above and beyond our expectations. I told her my vision of Kate Spade meets Frank Sinatra and she created just that. She recommended outstanding vendors. The food was amazing. They let us choose exactly what food we wanted and how we wanted it to be plated. The pastry chef took the challenge of creating a donut hole covered cake for my husband. It was a hit with our wedding guests. Emily and The Crescent Court staff made our wedding elegant and stress free!

I cannot thank Emily and the entire team at the Crescent for creating the most beautiful wedding! The Crescent is so amazing about covering all the details down to the folding style of the napkins on the tables. It was the most amazing experience getting to plan my wedding with the Crescent and they are 100% skilled professionals at making sure everything runs as scheduled. We had our ceremony in the garden area which was so intimate and beautiful, and then had the reception in the gorgeous ballroom. I loved everything and HIGHLY recommend the Crescent as a ceremony and reception venue!

It was my dream to host my wedding in the Crescent Club up on the 17th floor of the business building of the Crescent Court. The staff there completed that dream and made everything come true exactly as I wished it. The space was gorgeous, even without all of our amazing decorations and lighting! The food was devine, and all of our guests commented about it being the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. The whole day went so smoothly, I could not have asked for a better day or better staff to make my fantasy a reality.

My husband and I held a Rehearsal Dinner at the Crescent Club for our son and daughter-in-law. We were thrilled with the service, the food and the ambiance. The staff memberswere extremely accommodating. Emily Harms could not have been any more helpful in assisting us. We live 2000 miles away so her assistance proved to be invaluable. Superb rating!

I absolutely loved having my wedding at the Crescent! It was my dream since I was a little girl! Yes, it is a pricey option but well worth the money! The Garden room and event wing is just beautiful! The level of service, quality of food, and amount of flexibility was awesome! Everyone talked about how good the food was at our wedding (which was important to us because we love food). Working with Emily was super easy for both me and my wedding planner. She was so on top of everything. I seriously didn't worry about anything while planning my wedding with the crescent because I really just felt like they wanted to work with me and take care of everything. They even thought of things to go above and beyond or just things that I totally forgot about. If your budget permits, AMAZING choice for a wedding!

Emily Harms and her team at Hotel Crescent Court went out of their way to provide my family and our guests with the highest level of service and hospitality that we could have asked for. We had extremely high expectations and the Crescent was able to deliver above and beyond anything we could have imagined.

Our wedding was one of the largest weddings that the Crescent had ever hosted and they made sure that they had enough employees on hand the night of our wedding to ensure that everything ran seamlessly.

Not only was the service perfection, we have received several comments from guests on the incredible caliber of the food and how good the cake was (also made by the Crescent).

Whether you are planning an intimate ceremony/reception or a large 400 person affair, the Crescent will ensure that you and your guests are well taken care of. We highly recommend this venue.

We got married this past September and had our wedding reception in the newly renovated Crescent Ballroom and it was absolutely perfect! We were the first couple to use the ballroom after the renovation and we are so glad we did! The renovation gives a modern and updated look, a makeover we didn't know it needed. They changed everything from the carpet to the wallpaper to the fixtures and furniture. It's new look is so chic and neutral, letting you have virtually any wedding decor. The food and service is top notch, as is everything else with this boutique hotel. Ashley was my social catering manager and she went over and above to make sure all of our needs were met and questions answered. She was amazing. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a beautiful, sophisticated and upscale wedding venue!!

The venue was beautiful and the newly renovated rooms are quite lovely. Ashley was terrific to work with and was able to accommodate all of our dietary requests. The food was terrific as well. It was a fantastic wedding weekend for us and our guests.

Our wedding here was a dream! The wedding coordinator was fabulous. The room block contact could have been more responsive the weeks leading up to the wedding and there was some miscommunication in that department pertaining to construction at the hotel. All-in-all the wedding was wonderful.

Julian at the Crescent was awesome! SO very professional and always on top of things. The service at the Crescent is second to none and the food was great! We had our reception in the Crescent Club and every detail was perfect (though it was a little bit warm during the reception with the sun hitting those big windows). If you are looking for elegance this is it!

For an in town and elegant wedding at a landmark Dallas location it doesn't get any better than the Rosewood Crescent Hotel. We had an evening back tie seated dinner in the ballroom for 150 guests and the venue is perfect for an event of that type and size. Cocktail hour in the Garden Room is beautiful and spectacular. Allison and her team made sure all our requests were met. Even better, the food was wonderful which is sometimes difficult in large numbers. We also had our Rehearsal Dinner in the Crescent Club and that too was fantastic. Highly Highly Reccomend!

I had my wedding here and it was one of the best and easiest decisions I ever made when planning everything. I would highly recommend anyone getting married to do it here!!

Everything was amazing with the crescent... it was love at first sight when we came to see the venue. Everyone was very attentive and helpful and i was on cloud 9.

The only negative i would put was that for the money paid, I was disappointed to hear that during my cocktail hour the apps were sparse, and our dessert table was as well.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff did a great job in accommodating all our needs!

Emily Harms was the top notch when it comes to event planners. She knows her venue through and through and was so helpful and professional along the way. The Crescent is a dream to get married at and Emily made it that much more special!

The Crescent is a beautiful spot for both wedding ceremony and reception. The staff is wonderful. We did have a room block of 20 rooms. Once we filled the block and needed more rooms, they were unable to accommodate. The entire hotel was booked. We found out that they had room blocks for 2 other wedding that weekend! Totally disappointing! Many of our guests had to find other accommodations. This seemed totally ridiculous to me, as we were the ones actually having our wedding at the hotel!! The Crescent provided Chivari chairs, standard round tables, plates, silverware and glassware. This was really helpful! Once again, it is a really beautiful spot! The colors in the ballroom were really easy to work with. Most hotel ballrooms have really offensive decor, especially the carpet, and this was not the case here! Lastly, we specifically requested for 200 chairs to be placed outside for the ceremony. We had guests standing up during the ceremony and staff bringing extra chairs during the ceremony. Totally ridiculous, but I believe this was the fault of the hotel's wedding coordinator and also our wedding planner.

We held our reception at the Grand Ballroom of the Rosewood Crescent Hotel. The staff is so kind, so flexible, and so professional. The venue is a classically beautiful Dallas hotel, on the inside and outside. My only complaint is that the food was less than impressive, especially considering the $20K+ price tag. The food was amazing at the tasting, but at the actual reception the steak was so tough that the guests couldn't cut through it. I think its pretty hard to cook a meal for that many people though.

The Crescent and I had our ups and downs... The hotel itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I do want to commend the wait staff on the outstanding job during our cocktail hour and reception. The Crescent is down to one wedding coordinator and it is impossible to get a timely response from her. With that being said, my main issue with the Crescent is them not disclosing certain “policies” with me until it was too late to do anything. Ahem, “fake policies”…

It was NEVER mentioned to me that only ONE vegetable and ONE starch could be paired with ALL entree choices. We were told a couple weeks before the wedding that this was policy and they would not make any accommodations for us. During menu tasting, we went through each of the sides and gave them our feedback on what we wanted done differently. Never was it even mentioned that only one side could be picked. We’ve been to weddings at the Crescent before and have seen different sides with the entrees. I knew this wasn't their policy and I wasn't sure why they were insisting it was. The last straw was when we received our food invoice. They had charged us the same (highest) price for ALL three of our entree choices. We had less than half our guests eating the beef, but all were charged beef price. This was a $25/plate difference. Again, this was never in a contact or mentioned prior to receiving bill. When I questioned this, they told me it was policy and there was nothing they could do about it. I even sent them my friends invoice showing that this was NOT how she was invoiced for her wedding, so how could it be "policy"? After heated emails were exchanged (primarily from me), we reached a compromise. We got 2 starches and they comped some free wine during dinner, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. I want to warn everyone about my experience. Make sure EVERYTHING is disclosed up front and don’t let them bully you into accepting their "policies". It's not a policy if they only apply it to certain people!
