We moved during our wedding planning process. Hope and her team made sure my dress fit PERFECTLY! She also was sweet enough to accommodate me flying in to try my dress on. So many of my guests commented on how beautiful I looked in my dress, not just how great the dress was. There were some fit issue during the trials and Hope was able to interpret my concern and show me what my options were for fixing it. Her work was truly impeccable. Additionally, I always felt like family when I went in. Hope and Charlie were so kind to me and my family and encouraged us to stay as long as we needed to make sure we were comfortable with the changes. Hope additionally was kind enough to deliver my dress to the hotel the day of the event. I cannot say enough good things about my dress buying, fitting, and wearing process. I would go back in a heartbeat for a special event or prom.

The whole team of ladies at Hope's are just wonderful people! I am so lucky I found this place - they had a wonderful dress a few sizes too big and were able to do a fabulous job altering it to my size! All of the ladies were friendly, helpful when I came in, and always willing to work with my schedule and timing on alterations! Thanks a million ladies - especially to Hope and Charlie! :) -

My dress that i had found was strapless which I didn't won't but Hope made cap sleeves for me and made it sweetheart neckline and it ending up being the dress of my dreams!! It fix so perfectly! My mother in law gave me her dress from 1982 and Hope remade the dress and turned it in to a sweet sassy rehearsal dinner dress! It was so perfect! Hope and Charlie are so great and helpful to work with! Whatever you want they can find a way to get it or make it! They are so sweet and I am so glad I was able to work with them! I also got my bridesmaids and groomsmen tuxes from them as well and they were so wonderful and matched perfectly with my wedding!! -

I found my dream wedding dress at a large bridal shop in Charlotte but was not pleased with the service there. I had been to Hope's before to try on dresses and loved the environment and help that I received there so I decided to order from her. She ordered my dress and altered it perfectly for me!! My dress had a deep slit at the bust that I wanted filled in and Hope and her team worked hard to make sure that it was just how I wanted it. They also hemmed it perfectly and took care of a stain that came on the dress, making sure that I was happy along every step of the way. The ladies that work there were all very kind and so helpful, I felt at home each time I went for a fitting. I was so pleased with my dress and the service I was provided at Hope's!! -

I loved Hope's Bridal. Everytime I went into the store you felt like you were the only other person shopping there. I got one on one help, and she remembered you by name. She even came to my bridal portrait session to make sure my dress looked good for the pictures. My dress was perfect and the bridesmaids dresses were great as well. I would reccommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress to go there! -

I had nothing but a good experience at Hope's. I had my dress altered beyond recognition from the original and it turned out beautifully. All my bridesmaids, both mothers and my rehersal dress were right on. I have no complaints and have already sent several other brides to Hope's! -

Family owned, personally, and reasonable prices. Went out if their way to special order my dress, match the price I'd found at another boutique, and completed all alterations for a fourth of the cost. They're the one & only! -

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! I guess you get what you pay for. I did find a beautiful dress, but the alterations were very bad. My maid of honors dress had pick ups so they added more to hem it, they came undone right after the ceremony. She kept stepping on her dress. The tie up on my bustle didnt hold, and ripped off and I had to carry my train throughout my whole reception. The hooks that were put in on the back kept coming undone. and the snaps they put on my jacked to hold it down on my dress kept coming undone. And to top it off they steamed my dress after they were aware that the directions on the dress said in large print DO NOT STEAM! For the love of God and all that is holy on this earth if you purchase a dress at Hopes Bridal don't have it altered there. -
