  When you want to look beautiful and recognizable, go with Hope!

  Hope is an expert artist at making brides look and feel their prettiest while also still looking like themselves. I received several compliments along the lines of "You look absolutely gorgeous but still like yourself, I don't think I've ever seen that with a bride before!" Other than me choosing a general hairstyle (down and to one side) and choosing my lipstick color, I put my trust in letting Hope decide what would look best on me, and she knocked it out of the park. Trust the experts, that's why you're hiring them! She's very relaxed and fun to hang out with the morning of your wedding too. Thank you Hope!

  Beautiful Work!

  Hope did my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She is incredibly sweet and listened and accommodated to achieve my desired wedding look. She does both hair and makeup so beautifully - especially since being of Asian heritage I’ve come across many makeup artists that are unable to do my eye makeup properly (but not Hope!). Hope and her assistant also did beautiful work with hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law. It was the first time that my mom and mother-in-law had applied fake eyelashes and they were both gushing over their look! Also one of my bridesmaids even came to me saying how happy she was with her hair especially since she was disappointed with the hair creation for the last wedding she was a part of. I highly recommend Hope for any life event you’d like to be dolled up!

  It's just like all of the other reviews said - Hope is amazing to work with! She is able to translate your montage of Pinterest inspo pics into the look of your dreams. I have never looked or felt as glamorous and beautiful as I did on my wedding day - and it's all thanks to Hope. I was so worried about looking and feeling like I had makeup caked on my face - but Hope made me look like natural and like myself (just a little better ;) ). Also - people could not stop raving about my hair!! She is good at what she does.
  
  On top of all of that, she was able to keep me calm and collected on the morning of my wedding (especially as all of the craziness started to get to me). Her sweet and calming presence definitely allowed me to enjoy my wedding morning with my bridesmaids.
  
  No need to look any further ladies - hire Hope for your hair and makeup needs and you will not be disappointed :)

  Hope does beautiful work! I was most impressed by how well she followed our examples and made each example fit with our own styles. Not only was Hope a blast to work with but she was also incredibly productive, finishing my entire bridal party in time to work on an additional TWO services on the day of the wedding. I've heard horror stories about how long hair and make-up can take and how it usually slows down the wedding timeline but I was very impressed with Hope's ability to stay ahead of schedule while still producing an incredible final product.

  Hope was by far one of the best vendors we had for our wedding. Not only was she friendly, responsive and easy to work with, her hair and makeup styling was gorgeous.
  
  After hearing about Hope from a friend, I scheduled a trial with her. I had a few looks in mind for my hair and makeup, but I was also looking for some creative suggestions from a professional. Hope was wonderful on both counts. She listened to my requests and provided some great suggestions as well. She even took the time to give me a second hairstyle during the trial, just so I could see the differences in two looks I was debating.
  
  On my wedding day, Hope was perfect -- she arrived on time, was well prepared and brought a great assistant. They were able to style three bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and me so that we were right on time to make it to the ceremony. And everyone looked gorgeous -- no one had stiff, dump-on-a-bottle-of-hairspray hair or makeup-slathered-on-with-a-butter-knife faces. Everyone looked natural and beautiful, and their looks lasted throughout the day and night. All of my bridesmaids told me after the wedding how much they enjoyed Hope and her fun, easygoing manner in the bridal suite.
  
  If you're looking for a professional, talented, fun stylist to make you feel your most beautiful, Hope is your gal!

  I was referred to Hope through a friend and email her to talk about hair and makeup for my wedding day. She got back to me right away and we talked about what I wanted. She listened to all of my suggestions and looked at my inspiration pictures and was able to bring my wedding day and hair and makeup vision to life. She was very prompt on the day of the event and finished everyone's hair and makeup right on time to get us to the venue even a few minutes early. She did a great job with me and everyone in my wedding party and I would recommend her to anyone else who is need of hair and makeup services.

  I'll tell you the ending first in case you don't want to read the rest - I was very nervous about my hair and makeup after some bad previous experiences, but I can honestly tell you that I have never felt more elegant and regal than I did on my wedding day. Hope worked with me - a lot - to make sure everything was just the way I wanted.
  
  Past experiences left me traumatized because my hair absolutely does not hold a curl and many over-confident stylists have failed before (all of my pre-wedding nightmares were about this process) I explained my anxieties to Hope when I sat down for my trial session (which she did on a holiday because it was the only day I was in town and available) and she laughed and told me not to worry. Her home studio is a relaxing, fun, professional space which is great because you'll definitely spend a couple hours there hanging out and perfecting your look. We did hair first, I showed her photos from pinterest, discussed my previous hair successes/failures, and talked about the overall look and feel for the wedding. The first style was not my cup of tea, but I could be open and honest about that because she is more concerned about you being happy than her own ego. We discussed tweaks and she was able to transform my hair into the glamorous style I envisioned. I was very happy with my hair and makeup leaving the trial. I looked back at the trial photos in the few weeks before the wedding and decided my makeup was too dark. I sent her some new photos and she built in extra time on the wedding day so that we had time to adjust my makeup on the spot. She even pre-trimmed the lash extensions because they were too long for me. When the day finally arrived, Hope was so calm and collected which is a god send during such an emotionally charged time. My bridesmaids all looked beautiful and my hair and makeup were even more perfect than I ever imagined. So thankful for my experience with Hope, and I'm already obsessed with the photos we have so far!
