Amazing to work with!

Lindsay was an absolute pleasure to work with on our wedding save the dates, invitations, and day-of paper. She clearly has a lot of experience and is a professional through and through. She uses high quality products, and the process for working with her is made easy, broken down into phases - she definitely helped keep us on schedule throughout. She responded promptly to questions and feedback (which was admittedly detailed and ample), turning edits around quickly and making the products totally consistent with our vision. She even went as far as to seek out and obtain licenses to imagery and designs that we liked. We received many compliments on how gorgeous the invitation suite was! We would absolutely recommend working with Lindsay and Hoopla House Creative!

Lindsay was incredible! I met her at a Bridal Show and knew I was meant to work with her. Her invites for the shower and wedding were beautiful and 100% what I had envisioned. I was able to make the decision on the vibe I was going for, the colors and font, and the wording. She also gave me multiple examples and then worked it from there. She always made sure they were exactly what I wanted before printing. She even made me hashtag signs, table numbers, and seating chart numbers that matched the invite suite so it was all cohesive!

Stunning Invitations

Lindsay was an absolute delight to work with. She was so helpful throughout the wedding invitation process, especially during the COVID pandemic. Beautiful Wedding Invitation Suites!

Lindsay is absolutely fabulous at what she does! From the moment we sat down with her I knew she would be amazing to work with - so bubbly, personal, organized, and creative! She had designs to fit every color scheme and theme and was open to any and all suggestions to help bring our wedding visions to life.

She was always so quick to respond and attentive to every detail and request - she is truly so talented at what she does. I don’t know how she does it all or how she keeps up with so many brides, but she makes it look easy! Our save the dates, invitations, and wedding programs were all so perfect & we received so many compliments on our entire suite! We also had to postpone due to COVID and Lindsay was sooo helpful in making sure we had everything we needed as far as postponing and checking in with us on our extra details as our new date had approached. Our wedding programs are one of my favorite pieces with our wedding party caricatures on the front - such a cute and fun detail that we will cherish forever!

We can’t thank her enough and love that we will have these pieces to look back on and to hold onto to remember our special day!

Amazing experience!

Lindsay from Hoopla House was amazing to work with! She is incredibly talented, friendly, and organized, which made the invitation process easy and fun! We had Lindsay design our Save the Dates and wedding invitations, and they both were beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for! Lindsay was extremely flexible, easy to reach, and understanding throughout the entire process, and she was happy to make any revisions we requested. Lindsay even created new invitations for us on short notice due to COVID-19, which really helped reduce the stress of wedding planning during the pandemic. I can't thank Lindsay enough for all of her hard work, and I would 100% recommend Hoopla House for anyone looking for wedding invitations!

Perfection!

I cannot say enough good about Lindsay. She was always there when I needed her (especially with Covid and all the last minute changes). And she did it all while having her first adorable child! She works quick and the final product is nothing short of perfection. Would not have changed a single thing. She is truly a master of the craft! The Perfect Invitations

Choosing to work with Lindsay to design our wedding invitations was the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding planning process. She is the nicest, sweetest person you could ever meet and was the easiest vendor to work with and our absolute favorite. In fact, it felt like I was working with one of my best friends. Lindsay listened to our suggestions and made our dream invitations a reality. She was very responsive and stayed on top of our deadlines even when we were cutting things close (my fault). Getting design updates was always the highlight of my day and something i looked forward to. Her attention to detail is exquisite and she tweaked everything until our stationary was perfect. We received so many compliments and I was told by many of our guests that our invitations were the most beautiful invites they had ever seen. Lindsay has a true gift. We highly recommend using Lindsay to design your invitations. We promise you won't be disappointed.

Customized Stationary Dream Come True!

First, I must say Lindsay is amazing at what she does. We initially met at a bridal show, and set up a one-on-one consultation a few weeks later. Lindsay showed us books of her work, consisting of existing designs we could utilize, as well as some custom work she has done for previous couples. We ended up going the custom-design route and gave her some rough ideas of what we were looking for. Lindsay drafted us multiple options, refined the final design about eight times with font tweaks, color adjustments, and design additions. We also received our stationary samples printed on various paper types/finishes, and envelope colors to choose from. Our stationary suite turned out BEAUTIFUL! We could not have been happier with her work. Not to mention, she makes this daunting process easy: including printing all of our addressed envelopes, offered the option to stamp our RSVP cards as part of her services, and was incredibly responsive and quick with her work. I would 1,000% recommend Lindsay's services; whether you decide to use an existing design she offers or you decide to go custom, work with her!!!

Personalization at its finest!

Lindsay was fantastic to work with from the very start! She did the stationary for my sister’s and cousin’s wedding, which turned out beautiful, so when we got engaged, there was no question that we would have Lindsay to ours! Buffalo Theme Wedding

Linday is fantastic to work with! My now hubby and I met her at a bridal show. We had a Buffalo-theme wedding in mind, which is tough to do with anyone not from the 716. She absolutely got us! She created a Buffalo-shaped magnet for our Save-the-Dates, a buffalo skyline with a cute, little buffalo for our invitations, and did my bridal shower invites. She also stepped it up and made our Table Numbers as famous Buffalo streets, which our guests loved! She is efficient, quick, and with simple e-mails back and forth knew exactly what we wanted. I would highly, recommend Lindsay!

Happy Bride

When preparing for my wedding I was excited to dive in and plan everything... except the stationary! I felt helpless and didn’t know where to begin. The binders of traditional pre-made wedding invitations out there were just not special enough. The last wedding vendor I met was Lindsay, and she was the most perfect fit for my wedding! I wanted everything to match, I wanted sparkle, and I wanted something a little extra for my wedding! Lindsay completely saw my vision, and ran with it! Everything looked so professional, classy, and unique. I had my entire suite framed... so I think you can tell how much I liked the product. The best part, was that I was left with a tangible memory from my wedding day.

Pleasure to work with

Lindsay was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I knew I wanted to work with her after seeing all of the different custom suites she’s done - it was so nice to have everything match, from the place cards to the table numbers to the programs to the invitations. That’s not something that’s easy to find just by shopping online. Lindsay was always responsive to my emails and never hesitated to rework something if I wanted to make changes. She even had the dinner choices printed on the back of my place cards for me so I wouldn’t have to do it! All of my guests loved our invitations and programs. We received so many compliments. Love Hoopla House!

We highly recommend Hoopla House! My husband and I worked with Lindsay for our save the dates as well as the invitation suite, plus shower and wedding thank you cards, envelopes, wedding programs, table numbers, name cards, and even custom napkins! We had so much fun working with Lindsay. We had no idea how much time went into all of this but Lindsay was so easy to work with.

We initially met Lindsay at one of the local bridal conventions and fell in love with her work. The next step was an appointment to meet one on one and select a few of our favorite styles. We liked how any of Lindsay’s samples could be customized in different ways. We are cat people so Lindsay even added cats to our pieces! She was very responsive throughout the process and always communicated time frames to us.

We were very impressed with the final products and received lots of compliments about everything. Even our coordinator at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens was excited to see our wedding program for the church because she never saw Lindsay’s wedding party “cartoon” line-up on the back! We would’ve had our cats be part of our big day, but, we’ll... they’re cats and cats don’t like crowds of people. So we included them on our program! Her work will be framed in our house!

It's in the details...

Honestly, I did not think invitations and paper products were very important when planning my wedding. Due to this I wanted to find a vendor who could just do it all to take the load off. Oh. My. Gosh, I am so happy that I did! Lindsay was WONDERFUL. She met with us multiple times and understood our vision and then she delivered! People still talk to me about how beautiful the invitations, table markers, and programs were. It was this detail that put my special day over the top. I HIGHLY recommend. It was less stressful and totally worth it to go through someone who really knows what you need for your big day.

Amazing wedding stationary!

I loved working with Lindsay on our invitation suite! It was exactly what I envisioned. She has such a passion for the work that she does and it truly shows! Gorgeous work!

Lindsay was AMAZING to work with! We spent a fair amount of time looking through options and piecing together exactly what we wanted using ideas from multiple options. She gave us plenty of mock-ups for us to choose from and edit, and was super quick to respond when we requested a change with something.

After all was said and done, our invites turned out EXACTLY how we wanted them, and they were absolutely gorgeous!!

Stationary you can't get online

Lindsay was fantastic to work with! It was so nice to actually talk to someone who understands stationary and is available pretty much 24/7 to answer any questions you have! She paid attention to every detail we wanted and every time I asked for something different (color, font, wording) she was always there to fix it and responded ASAP.

I think the first meeting was my favorite when I saw all of the projects she has done and I was truly in awe! I realized just how talented she was and she lets you be as creative as YOU want! Never once did I feel pressured into choosing something specific that she wanted. When I thought of invitations, I never realized how much went into them. The wording, the colors, the location of words, the font, even the paper type! Lindsay is prepared and knows exactly how to help.

I was referred to Lindsay from a friend and from that moment on I never visited another online invitation site. Exceptional!

When I began to think about my wedding invitations and what I wanted them to be like, I searched your typical online platforms. I ordered “samples” and would create them online and add to my cart, but never proceeded further because it just didn’t feel like I was getting my vision and love put into them. I wasn’t happy with the “samples” I was receiving, because they were generic and didn’t display our names or the colors or paper I wanted. I couldn’t mix designs or talk to someone face to face about my vision. Once I hit my point of frustration, I found Lindsay, she was exactly what I was looking for. Setting up a meeting was easy, my fiancé and I met with her within a week of requesting a time and date. She provided beautiful books full of her designs and said we could customize anything we wanted. We took pieces of 3 different invitations and put them into one. When it came time to seeing our vision come to life, she provided 5 examples of what our invitations would look like with our names and our design. I can’t tell you how helpful that was to see. She truly went above and beyond in making us feel like we knew exactly what we were getting and if anything needed to be changed, she would do it so quickly. We went with the programs with the characters and I had a lot of tiny little edits or additions I wanted to do, like a clear ring box for my ring bearer and Lindsay made it come to life! You cannot get this through an online platform. I love supporting local businesses and people who truly put their love into their work. I cannot recommend Lindsay enough! Thank you Lindsay for creating such beautiful pieces of art for us for our wedding to come 

Beautiful Wedding Stationary

Lindsay created our invitation suite for us and I can not wait for our guests to see them!! She made the process so easy from start to finish. Lindsay is very professional, and really knows what she is doing. She was very patient with my indecisive nature, and always answered my questions very quickly. Our wedding is Buffalo themed, and you can’t get that kind of personalization at one of the big box stores! The skyline we chose even has our wedding venue in it. Include attention to detail

Working with Lindsay was an absolute dream. I have always had a lovebfor paper products, more specifically beautiful stationary. I am a firm believer that the invitation for sets the tone for.any event. Well, lindsay outdid herself with doing just that. As Soon as our invitations went out everyone was buzzing about the upcoming weddibg. She as the most incredible attention to detail, listens to exactly what you want and won't stop tweeking your stationary until it's PERFECT. I think we had 100 emails back and forth, I always heard back from her quickly with the most wonderfully sweet emails. she's amazing a s I would recommend her time and time again

Wonderful to Work With

I first met Lindsay at a bridal show in Buffalo and was amazed by all of her samples. Her bubbly personality and hardworking mindset are wonderful assets. Lindsay is a dream to work with!

We worked with Lindsay for our wedding back in May 2018 and she was an absolute dream! Everything we did was super last minute which most people would have given us a hard time about but she was so accommodating and made everything happen just how we wanted it! She has the most beautiful custom invitations and worked with us to make something unique and within our budget. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful our invitations were. Amazing work

Lindsay is absolutely amazing. My wedding is next year and we are in the process of doing all of our invites, etc. We were able to revise our invitations 3 times and they came out perfect. She is super responsive and always tells you how long it'll be for revisions and has never missed a deadline. All of the stationary samples she has are gorgeous also. Words can't describe how excited I am to have her working on our wedding stationary. I'm very glad I didn't just go to some website and pick a generic template.

Hoopla House for the Win!

Below is the review that I will be posting. I don't have a Facebook so I'm not sure if I can leave a review there?

My now husband and I heard about Hoopla House through a friend and first looked at Lindsay's designs online. We loved her stationery, love Buffalo, and love supporting local businesses so it seemed like a perfect fit - and it was!

Lindsay walked us through the process from design to print and was always available for questions along the way. She is fun, creative, and took what we were going for in terms of look & feel and ran with it. She explained deadlines and expectations ahead of time and was quick to respond to my many inquiries. She designed our entire stationary suite including table numbers and place card settings which gave us a cohesive look across the board.

I highly recommend Hoopla House for all of your wedding stationary needs. Lindsay is a delight to work with and you can tell she's exceptionally passionate about what she does.

I couldn’t be more thankful that my fiancé and I saw Lindsay’s work at a bridal show. I had in Pinterest an idea of what I wanted our invites to look like and beauty and the beast themed of course. After meeting with Lindsay I knew we were in great hands and this was one thing I did not have to worry about for the wedding. She is amazing to work with and takes all your ideas and makes some beautiful. We gave her the idea and she designed gorgeous invites we cannot wait to send out. She was very easy to get a hold of for any updates or changes to our invites. Once we had put invite done we got the many samples and sleeves to choose from. We loved all the different options that were available to us and it made deciding just that much better. Once we had our final decision Lindsay ordered our invites and they came in with in a month. When going to pick them up Lindsay already had them all put together so one less thing for us to do. I can’t thank her enough in creating amazing invites that we will treasure.

Lindsay was phenomenal! From start to finish, she answered all of my mom’s CRAZY and bizarre questions in a timely, polite and very patient manner! She is beyond knowledgeable in the stationary/invitation field! Her scope of expertise ranges from traditional to modern which was so helpful and integral when designing our invitations. Lindsay made sure our invitations were exactly what we wanted. Whenever I would ask her to make the tiniest change, she would do so happily and quickly! Lindsay was amazing to work with! She did our invitations, program/menu cards, table numbers, place cards, a welcome poster and my bridal shower invitations. Every piece of the stationary was customized exactly as we requested and her passion and creativity for stationary came through with each piece. I had a lot of special requests (Can you put pictures of my family and pets on the back of the invites? Can the table numbers be photos and names of the bridal party's animals?) and she was able to accommodate them all so that I could have a personalized stationary suite that I will treasure forever. What first drew me to her was the photos of the bridal party that you can have personalized right down to the dress style and groomsmen's beards on the back of the programs and what made me so grateful I had found her was her enthusiasm for her work and her responsiveness anytime I had any questions. Also, particularly considering the customization and quality of service, her prices are amazing as well. You are never going to get the quality and personalization she produces just ordering your invites online. I am so happy I found Lindsay and was thrilled with everything she created for our wedding day!

Our wedding stationary was beautiful! Lindsay worked with my mother, so that my mother’s watercolor flowers were the theme, which made them so personal and meaningful. Everything turned out so beautiful, and my family raves about it! My favorite was the wedding programs. We didn’t need them, but my mother insisted we get them because they were so cute. They didn’t disappoint. It will be such a great piece of my memory book. Lindsay is just such a great person to work with. After meeting her and all of the e-mails that followed, she made sure to keep her clients vision in mind first. I only had some vague ideas, but with that she ran with it and brought it into a focused view. If there was something she may not have been able to produce on her own, she networked or knew someone who would be able to complete the request. (I am referring to some art with this one.) I ordered a custom invitation suite and it came down to having anime images. She found someone who created a custom art piece that complemented everything about the invitation.
When it came to printing, she made sure everything was perfect by sending proofs with even the smallest of changes (even wording). She also allowed me to have 25% traditional RSVP with 75% being online only RSVP. This wasn't too bad of a request since I ordered 100 sets of invitations.

If I need anything else I will definitely be returning to her.
I have also recommended her highly to my friends.

When it came to actually designing our invitations and save the dates, Lindsay helped us combine different styles to create the perfect New Year's Eve wedding look! Every email that was sent back and forth, revision after revision was met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Lindsay kept us organized and on track throughout the whole process. My husband and I met Lindsay at a Bridal show, and immediately booked Hoopla House to design and create our wedding invitations, save the dates , guest name plates and tabke numbers. Of all the vendors we worked with, Lindsay was 1 of only 2 that truly made this experience special and as less stressful as possible, for which we are forever grateful and appreciative. I can’t say enough about Lindsay and Hoopla House Creative! My fiancé and I found her at a bridal show at Salvatore’s and set up an appointment with her right away. She was flexible with meeting times and was so accommodating for us. At our appointment, Lindsay went through everything with us and let us take our time looking through all of her books and examples of stationary suites. Once we had it narrowed down, Lindsay created 6 different options to choose from and it was so hard to pick just one because I loved them all! After we had our suite picked out, she helped fine tune every little detail and some that I never would have even thought of. Whenever I asked her to change something, she was so easy going and had a new draft back to us within just a few days! Lindsay made this detail of our wedding day so fun and enjoyable to plan! The entire process was smooth from beginning to end! When I couldn’t make it to her to pick up our invitations, she mailed them out to me within just a few days. Lindsay is absolutely fantastic to work with and really takes the time to make your invitations personalized to your style. I can’t say enough about Lindsay and Hoopla House!

I went to many bridal shows when I first got engaged at first I didn’t know where to start! As soon as I met Lindsay I knew this would something I wouldn’t have to stress about! I was convinced that making my own / ordering my own wedding invites online, would be the easiest and most cost effective way. I was so wrong! I met with Lindsay and she showed me all of my options for products and designs - she was able to customize different elements from multiple designs to create the perfect invitation! I was concerned with cost but with her creativity, she helped me design an invitation that captured all of the important details! It was such a relief to have someone take care of this intricate part of the wedding planning. Hands down the easiest portion of planning our wedding!!! Lindsay is amazing! Prior to meeting with Lindsay we met with another vender and were told everything we wanted was not possible. Lindsay, on the other hand, made it happen! She created an incredible and unique invitation that we still get compliments on today. She was extremely responsive and quick to update our changes. She is extremely talented, creative, patient and an overall genuine person - I highly recommend having her create invitations for ANY event you want displayed professionally.

Oh my gosh, I don't even know where to begin! I found Lindsay and Hoopla House on Facebook and was immediately drawn to the beautiful designs that she had created for other couples. As someone who never planned to be married, I didn't have a dream wedding like many other people do. We went into our meeting with Lindsay having no idea what we wanted. Her samples were incredible and she knew the exact questions to ask us to narrow down a sense of our style as a couple and what we might envision for our wedding. The style we chose was perfect and the finished products were stunning! We still get compliments on our invitations months after the wedding took place. They were absolutely perfect. Lindsay has awesome customer service and answers emails in a timely manner. She's so fast to come up with renderings of the designs and it was exciting to see her emails with all of her recommendations and thoughts! We highly recommend her. She provides absolutely stunning work that is affordable for someone who may not have endless funding to work with like this Ph.D. student planning a wedding on a student budget! Lindsay was such a pleasure to work with. We had to make some very last minute decisions when the business that we had previously chosen just stopped responding about our stationary and she was so supportive from the very beginning. She was quick to get back to me and quick to schedule an appointment; we came up with a design collaboratively also very quickly, since we were at this point so tight on time, and we received the stationary in the mail in a mere two weeks. There was a little mistake in our rehearsal dinner invitations that none of us caught, and she even printed us new invites for free so that we could send them out. Her customer service is impeccable, and she is sweet, diligent, and easy to work with.

Lindsay was wonderful to work with! When I first met with her to discuss the stationary needed for the wedding, she brought several binders with examples for me to see. After looking through all the choices, it was hard to pick just one design! She was very helpful when sharing pricing and the timeline so I knew exactly what I would be getting and when. I ordered invitations, rehearsal cards, RSVP cards, and programs from Lindsay. Everything matched and looked beautiful. She was very responsive throughout the design process and sent me proofs after each edit. It was helpful that Lindsay would travel to meet with brides in the south towns too as that is where I live. I can honestly say that Lindsay was my absolute favorite vendor to work with. She was always so kind and easy to talk to and work with. I first contacted her via email and she responded immediately and we set up an appointment to meet. She listened and made several custom invitations that fit our theme perfectly. It was nearly impossible to pick which suite we liked the best. Any change we wanted she was happy to make and did the changes so quickly. She would promise to get back within a short amount of time and she always got back to you within the timeframe she promised. We had only planned on doing our invitation suite and envelopes through her and we loved working with her so much we added place cards, table numbers, and programs! We met Lindsay at the bridal show at Adam's Mark Hotel a few years ago. At the time we had no idea what we were going to do for invitation and we had actually went to that show to find someone for that purpose. We immediately fell in love with Lindsay and her designs and booked a consultation with her right at the show.

Working with Lindsay was so comfortable, easy, and fun from day one! When we met her for the first consultation she brought all of her previous work and sample with her in easy to view scrapbook like albums for us to look through. Even though she had all of these designs she always made sure we knew anything was changeable, customizable, or we didn't have to work with these at all and we could start from scratch. She took notes the entire time we talked, which was a very long time, to get a sense of who we were to so she could better understand what direction to go in for our save-the-dates and invitations.

We ended up deciding on a magnet with a picture for our save-the-dates, we chose a rustic themed invitation for our Buck & Doe, and a sweet floral country chic theme for our wedding invitation suite. However, the design for the invitations was not always that design. When we originally met and made the design for the invitations we had another design completely picked out and ready to go to print. But the theme of our wedding had changed and evolved. So when the invitations were ready to go to print (I was literally on my way to pay for them to send them to print!) I had a breakdown, crying and all, and a change of heart on the design. They just did not fit the theme of the wedding anymore! Lindsay was great with my thoughts and reaction. She calmed me down, assured me it happens, and helped me to figure out a new design for the wedding we were now having. She had the new design done and ready to go within the week and we still sent them out on time!

All in all Lindsay is amazing!!

We got our invitations through Hoopla House Creative. I knew I had to get Lindsay to do our invitations when I first saw her books at a bridal show. All of her invitations/save the dates/programs/etc. were so creative, colorful, and obviously suited to the bride and groom!

She helped us design our invites so that they fit in with our colors and theme. Once we chose the design, she sent several different options with different color schemes so that I could pick the one that I truly loved. When I picked them up, I couldn’t have been happier!! They were exactly what I envisioned and were beautiful!!! I got so many compliments and some people said they were the prettiest/fanciest invitations they have ever seen!

She was easy-going, friendly, and very patient! She would answer any questions, make any changes, and did everything in a timely manner!! She can do any theme! We were amazed when we were looking through her books.
