There are so many wonderful things I want to say about Nicki! She is extremely talented and kind. When my husband and I had to reschedule our wedding dates, Nicki was very understanding and worked with us. There a few vendors we had to drop but we were determined to keep Nicki because she and her husband make a fantastic team. I think what makes her standout the most is her ability to relate and is genuinely kind. Our photos came out amazing and I can’t believe we get to have something to memorialize a fantastic day. We’re hoping to have Nicki for other services in the near future because she’s just that good. -

I would pick Honey & Hive over and over again!
From the moment I first spoke to Nicole, I knew this was the photographer I wanted to hire for our wedding photos. Her vibe is everything a perfectionist like myself needs and she is so highly experienced in weddings. We got to do an engagement shoot with her before the big day and the photos came out absolutely stunning! I knew I had made the right choice.
Fast forward to wedding day, she was the best!! Everyone in the bridal party had so much fun with her. She was positive, fun but knew exactly what she wanted in terms of shots. She got us our shots on time and just made the whole experience feel so smooth. Her associate was also amazing and just so nice! I got to see a few sneak peaks and wow!! I can’t wait until the actual photos. Do not hesitate to work with her! You will not regret hiring her!! -

Nicki is the kindest and most talented wedding photographer! I can’t say enough good things about Nicki! You need to hire her for your wedding! I just got married in February and Nicki gave me my photos even earlier than expected! Nicki was amazing to work with since the day I hired her as our wedding photographer. Nicki also shot a mini session for us the day before our wedding at our wedding welcome party (instead of an engagement shoot). That was so great to work with her and to get to know her before the wedding. She’s also the best hype woman who always has your back! She made us feel super comfortable with her and feel beautiful which is evident in the pictures. Nicki truly loves what she does and that’s what I wanted in my photographer. Her second shooter Seth was super sweet, helpful and talented as well. My whole family loved Nicki and Seth. I had done my research on wedding photographers and can say that you’re not going to find better than Nicki! Not only did we get the most beautiful photos, but we feel like we also made a friend. -

Nikki is the best!
Nikki was everything. I am soooo grateful to have found her. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and the photos she takes are stunning. They are so bright and beautiful. She did a phenomenal job of making sure we got every single individual and group pic on our photo list (and then some!). I swear she was in multiple places at once throughout our wedding, she was right in the action making sure every single part of the day was documented. She sent a handful of sneak peek photos the day after the wedding, and I am SO excited to see the rest. Nikki is the best, she is so kind and upbeat and just radiates great energy. She also helped give me a ton of tips for day of that I never would have thought of, and made sure I was eating and hydrating enough throughout the day, because it is definitely something you forget to do! I can't recommend working with you enough!! -

Choosing Nicole and her team at Honey and Hive for our wedding was hands down one of the best decisions we made. From the get-go, Nicole’s communication was top-notch. She was quick to respond and worked with us on a package that included everything we needed for our special day. She didn’t just send emails; she made us feel like we were her only clients with her attention to detail and prompt replies. Prior to the wedding, she sent over this incredibly detailed questionnaire that really made us think about the moments we wanted to capture. It was like she was getting to know us through our answers, tailoring her approach to perfectly match our day.
Then came the wedding day! Nicole was everywhere, capturing every laugh, every tear, and all the love in between. But she was more than a photographer; she was like a friend who had your back, making sure everything went smoothly. Not only did the photos and video come out stunningly beautiful, but they also felt like us. Nicole has this magical way of taking all those little moments and turning them into memories we’ll treasure forever.
And let’s talk about going above and beyond. Nicole gave us so much more than we ever expected. Every shot was a work of art, each video clip a story. We got the most gorgeous pictures, ones that made us relive the day all over again with every view.
Nicole wasn’t just about the business; she was genuinely kind and supportive. A few months after the wedding, she reached out to ask about my mom (who had a bit of a scare and passed out right before the ceremony was about to start). That gesture meant the world to us.
Her assistant deserves a shout-out too—such a nice guy and super helpful throughout the entire day. Together, they made our wedding not just an event, but a personal experience filled with joy and love.
If you’re looking for someone to capture the essence of your wedding day, someone who cares as much about the details as you do, then look no further. Nicole is your person. Everyone at our wedding was blown away by her kindness, her talent, and the incredible photos and video. We couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you, Nicole, for making our wedding unforgettable and for giving us the gift of reliving it through your beautiful work.
Lastly, she included the most beautiful thank you cards with our package that everyone loved! We got so many compliments on these. -

Not only did she deliver gorgeous photos, but her and her husband (second shooter) are a dynamic duo. They were both very supportive of us on our wedding day, constantly checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay and guiding us through our poses and shotlist effortlessly. She was extremely professional, yet supportive and fun at the same time. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera and it was a joy working with her. Our package also came with a second shooter, engagement shoot, custom thank you notes as well as wedding album, however she has many package option available to fit your budget! -

Nicki was an absolute dream of a photographer. From the most body positive and empowering boudoir shoot I could have imagined to wedding portraits and videos to being a wedding stress sounding board, Nicki was perfect. I would recommend her to anyone. -

Nicki truly cares about the couples she works with and goes above and beyond (and then some) on wedding day. We hired her for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day and she truly became a friend of ours in just those few days together because of how she helped with even the little things to make our day become magical. She took the most stunning rainy day photos and made us fall in love with the rain! I could not recommend her enough, if you work with her there is no way you’d regret it! -

All of our photos were absolutely stunning and high quality. Not only were we obsessed with our photos, but we were obsessed with the photographer, Nicki. From making us feel so excited for the big day every time we chatted to hyping us up all day long the day of, we couldn’t have imagined the day without her. On our very first phone call, she truly got to know us and our love story. When we were freaking out about a time change to our schedule, she drove to our venue the day before to make sure there was enough daylight. She trekked through vines in 115 degree weather just to get us the right shot. With Honey & Hive, you get the photos of your dreams! -

Every interaction with Nicki is warm and professional. She is not only a talented photographer, but also patient and kind.
Nicki was able to help us out with pinning boutonnieres and getting us where we needed to go on the day of our wedding. From the moment Nicki arrived she did not stop capturing beautiful moments of the day. We enjoyed having her with us on our special day.
The final photo gallery is gorgeous! The time and effort put in to editing and organizing the images is clear. I cant wait to share with my family and friends. -

Nicole is amazing! She showed up on time and really captured the best moments of our wedding. We decided to go with the package that does video because they really know how to show the special moments of the day with it. She is friendly and professional. She did an amazing interacting with all of guests. The quality of the photos is beautiful. We can see in the pictures how we felt that day. It was the best day of our lives and she captured the memories of that forever. -

I cannot recommend Nicki enough! Let me rave about her for a minute— she was professional, prompt, on-top of it, and so much fun. She is amazing! My husband and I had a blast during our engagement session, she made us feel comfortable and at ease. When the wedding day came, she genuinely made our special day that much better. She made us feel relaxed, special, and so loved. She truly captured our magical day in such an authentic and beautiful way— we could not have asked for a better photographer! She is FABULOUS! Wonderful Photographer on the Central Coast!
Amazing in every way. Great quality photos, timely editing and extremely fun to work with. Everyone said our wedding photos could be in vogue afterwards! 10/10 would hire again. Nicki helps with suggested poses and lightens the awkwardness to get the best results. Would recommend doing your engagement shoot with her to get extra comfortable beforehand! -

Best Choice I've Made So Far
Honey & Hive are extremely talented at what they do. Our engagement photos were gorgeous! We asked if we could include our boys (one of whom hates taking photos) and Honey & Hive were more than happy to do it. They even got our boys to actually enjoy the experience. We also at the last minute asked if they could do family photos for our best friends that were travelling with us and they were more than happy to oblige. We are excited that Honey & Hive will be capturing our big day and look forward to all that is to come. -

Post wedding update
Nicki is still wonderful! Having her for our wedding day was so much fun and she's really such a talent. From pinning in my veil for me to making sure my train was laid out just right for the first look: she was wonderful from start to finish. I've never felt like a model before but Nicki managed to make us into bridal magazine worthy models. I'll be bragging to my kid's kids about our photos! -

You won’t regret it!
Nicki is amazing. She’s made one of the most stressful elements of planning a wedding a breeze. My fiancée and I are the least photogenic people out there, and she made us look great for our engagement shoot. We get loads of compliments on the photos. She provides a healthy balance of direction while allowing client discretion. I’ve worked with multiple photographers in the past for work events, and she’s gotta be the most polite of them all - no ego and no pressure. Her pricing is more than fair, and there isn’t a catch. We will definitely be hiring her for future shoots and can’t wait to see the photos from the big day. -

Nicki was amazing to work with from day one! When I called her up, she was so excited to hear about our story as a couple and worked with me closely on all the details of the shoot. My husband and I traveled to CA from out of state and Nicki made sure to coordinate with us along the way. She made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun during the shoot. I love the way Nicki uses lighting and the landscape to create natural looking pictures. Additionally, Nicki was interested and respectful of our cultural traditions and even helped me pin my scarf to my Indian dress. Did I mention that Nicki edited our photos within two days?! My husband and our families will cherish these photos for years to come. Thank you Nicki!! -
