Beautiful Flowers, great family owned business!

My husband and I got married on 11/9/24 and decided to use Shusas as our florist, they’ve been around for decades! The owner truly loves what he does and is such a kind man! We had such GORGEOUS flowers for our wedding, I could not recommend them anymore! Truly, you won’t be disappointed!

Great Florist!!

Paul Shushas and his team are simply the best!! Paul sat with me and my mom to talk flowers multiple times, offering many suggestions on how to do centerpieces and decorate the church. He listened to what I wanted, and suggested the most beautiful flowers, and even found a more rare Peach Garden Rose that was just lovely. Paul went above and beyond by making me a mock up of my exact bridal bouquet and a mock up centerpiece. Both were beautiful and the real things came out exactly like the mock ups! Paul even made my dog an adorable collar with flowers so he would match everyone else.
Their team was great to work with and much more affordable than some of the other florists in the area. Definitely check them out!

Amazing service

the staff is very friendly and so quick to respond to emails. Paul worked with myself and my fiance to give us all that we would want and imagine for an amazing deal. They were extremely accommodating.

We looked at various florists and went with Holmes-Shusas. They took our wedding details and helped us pick out the perfect flowers. They wanted to save us money and were so friendly!! Loved our flowers!

My husband and I booked Holmes Shusas for our wedding the same day we met with Paul..we never even went to any other florists because we knew immediately he was our guy! He is extremely knowledgeable and won't try to sell you on a bigger, more expensive arrangement. He truly has your best interest in mind, he has been doing this for a long time and knows the business extremely well. Our flowers were my most favorite part of our wedding day, when they were delivered by Paul's daughter I cried!! They were so stunning and exactly what I had imagined in my head. We also had two altar arrangements which were equally as beautiful. Everyone's bouquets, corsages, bouttonnieres, centerpieces, and arrangements looked beautiful all night and weeks later! My husband and I wanted to use 12 inch lanterns for our centerpieces, and Paul knew exactly what to do with them--they were honestly the most beautiful centerpieces I have ever seen. Highly recommend!!!

Holmes-Shushas provided all of the flowers for our wedding in April and we couldn’t have been happier. From our initial meeting with Paul, we knew everything was going to be great. He was so easy to work with and extremely helpful. We even made a few changes after our initial meeting and decided to add more flowers than what we had originally agreed on. When we went back to speak with him about it, he was so understanding! He actually didn’t even end up charging us any extra money for the changes. When we saw our flowers the day of the wedding, we were speechless – it was so much more than we ever expected! Everything came out perfect! For the quality of flowers we got, we were shocked at what our total cost came to. Our arrangements included so many beautiful flowers and our cost remained under $1,000 for 11 centerpieces, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 bride’s bouquet, 1 grooms boutonniere, 3 groomsmen boutonnieres, 2 mother’s corsages, 4 grandmother’s corsages, 2 dad’s boutonnieres, and 1 grandfather’s boutonniere. We couldn’t have gone with a better florist and highly recommend them!

Holmes-Shusas was the perfect vendor for our wedding!

We got flowers for our wedding party, bride, parents, and grandparents, and we also got centerpieces for our guest tables (main table used bridal party bouquets) and a flower spread for our ceremony stage.The flowers were delivered well in advance to the wedding, and they stayed fresh throughout the night.

Paul Shusas was a pleasure to work with, and he helped us choose the perfect combination of flowers. Holmes-Shusas was also incredibly flexible in that they allowed us to switch centerpiece vases less than one week before our wedding. Holmes-Shusas provided excellent quality at a great price!

We recommend Holmes-Shusas for weddings of all sizes!

Holmes-Shusas provided the flowers for our wedding on 4/9 and they were wonderful to work with. I called a few florists before I found Holmes, and every one of them wanted an exorbitant amount of money for very simple flowers. I simply wanted 3 flower girl bouquets, a few boutonnières, a bridal bouquet and mini-MOH bouquet and a couple pieces for the church. The other florists quoted me at a rate I thought to be excessive so I tried Holmes. Paul was extremely friendly and knowledgable and he put me right at ease! He was able to help me over the phone since I live at a distance. Then came time for the total...I braced myself...but their rate was significantly lower than the others I spoke to. I was pleased. The flowers were gorgeous and exactly what we wanted, I couldn't be happier with what they created. If highly recommend them to anyone!

Holmes-Shusas was awesome. My wife said she had a great planning visit. I honestly didn't go because as I fit the stereotypical mold as it pertains to flowers; i didn't care. But the flower that we had at our wedding were perfect. They were a good value, and they gave us exactly what we wanted. There was a slight issue regarding cost but we both came to an understanding and it was sorted out before the wedding. They are a great company to work with and give a superior product. Most florists will charge you an arm and a leg because its your wedding; there were reasonable and were willing to work inside your budget. Can't say enough good things about them.

Paul and his team did an absolutely flawless job on the flower arrangements for our wedding (September 2015)! Going into the planning process, I knew that flowers were going to be an important piece of the day for me, and the end product was truly more beautiful than we could have imagined. Everything from the bouquets, to the chuppah swag, to the varying reception centerpieces, to the floral greenery on the fireplace, was absolutely PERFECT and STUNNING! Paul was so knowledgeable, had some great advice during our meetings with him, and was so patient and receptive as our vision evolved during the planning process. His team was super responsive to emails, and they did their best to bring our vision to life at the most reasonable cost possible. It is obvious that Paul is passionate about the work he does, and we will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family!

I couldn't have had a better experience with Holmes-Shusas. I worked with Paul, specifically. He was magnificent from the first meeting! I had been having a very stressful day and the second our meeting started, I was instantly calm. He was able to bring my ideas to life instantly. He put a bouquet together for me right on the spot and I was able to enjoy those beautiful flowers for close to a week! I gave him my vision for the Chuppah and centerpieces, which would be made up of branches and leaves, and he made it happen. Paul was very quick to respond to any question I had. He was great at follow-up. He was extremely friendly. I also appreciated Paul's willingness to work in my budget - (and it was still everything I wanted). Again, I really couldn't have been happier! My wedding was a week ago and I'm still enjoying my beautiful bouquet! Paul and team - thank you for all of your hard work - the color at my wedding was spectacular because of you!

We would definitely recommend Holmes-Shusas Florists....the flowers at our wedding were BEAUTIFUL! We approached Paul at Holmes-Shusas Florist relatively late in the wedding planning process and he was more than willing to help us out for our wedding, when many other florists had already refused us for already being too booked to assist. Paul wanted to make sure we weren't left flower-less for our wedding.

He met with us in person and spent a great deal of quality time with us getting to know our preferences as a couple, and spent extra time making sure that I (the bride) didn't feel pressured to make any decisions that I didn't understand. Every step of the way he encouraged me to be as unique with my floral decisions as I wanted to be and at no point did he judge me for stepping outside the norm of what "most" brides always do...in fact he encouraged me to be unique and to make my wedding my own.

On our wedding day, the flowers were delivered on time and in perfect condition. The boutonnieres held up great and were not too hard to pin onto the men. The bouquets had such vibrant colors...they were the center of many people's compliments at our wedding! Again, I can't thank them enough for bringing my vision of flowers to life at our wedding. Paul was a wonderful, calming, reassuring, very knowledgeable person to work with in the crazy process of planning a wedding!

Paul started off our appointment by talking to us about music and our interests, instead of just forcing expensive flowers on us. I described what I wanted in a bouquet, and he was very excited to learn that I was going for odd wildflowers instead of roses and tulips. He put together an amazing set of flowers for us that really fit my vision perfectly. I didn't think I wanted flowers for my wedding at all, but I am so glad I gave this place a chance because it really helped make the setting complete.

Paul @ Holmes- Shusas was a pleasure to work with! He was extremely professional and friendly! We worked together to create EXTRAORDINARY centerpieces that definitely here a huge hit at our wedding! All of our guests said they were a complete “wow factor” My mom and I met with Paul several times to get our vision just right- Paul has patience and his work is outstanding! The owner was very helpful in understanding my vision and budget. I didn't really want to focus our budget on flowers and he understood this, but got what I needed to under a certain price. He also, knowing about budget concerns, was upfront and honest and didn't try to upsell or push some more expensive flowers and it also gave a little unique look to my and my maid of honors bouquets.

We were very happy that we selected Holmes-Shusas as our florist. I changed my mind a few times throughout the process in terms of what I wanted and how much and they were very accommodating. They also did not try to oversell or upsell to more expensive flowers. They listened to what I was looking for and offered great suggestions. It also helped that they were reasonably priced.

Paul and the staff at Holmes Shusas were wonderful to work with! We met with Paul shortly after we got engaged, and I really did not have too many ideas about what I wanted. Paul helped me to sort out my thoughts, and showed me lots of different flowers to pick from! I thought it was really neat to be able to see the actual flowers while I was there, and how they would fit together. He was very honest about what we needed, and what we really did not need. Also, there were three different price points, so he can really work with every budget. When the flowers arrived on our wedding day, tears came to my eyes. They were beautiful!!! I loved my bouquet, as well as my bridesmaids bouquets. The centerpieces were gorgeous! The arch for the ceremony and all the flowers around were so beautiful as well! Paul also threw in a toss bouquet at no charge for me, so that I didnt have to ruin my beautiful bouquet :) We got so many compliments on our flowers, even on our corsages and boutonnieres! Thanks to the entire staff at Holmes Shusas for such perfect flowers!!!

The service that we received at Holmes-Shausas was above and beyond any other florist in the area that we met with. They really listened to my ideas and were paid very close attention to price. I was able to choice three price points based on the flowers that I picked out for each category of flowers that I needed (Bide bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, mother flowers, centerpieces etc..) It was a great way to figure out where I wanted to spend my budget and which areas I could cut back. Deliveries to all three locations were timely and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. We received so many compliments on the centerpieces!

GORGEOUS! My mom and I met with Paul twice before our wedding once we decided to work with them. They came highly recommended from the venue we were hosting our wedding (The International). In our meetings, Paul was very up front about costs, about what goes with what, and keeping us in line with our design hopes. The flowers on our chuppa were stunning, the bouquet's for all of the bridesmaids were plentiful, fresh and beautiful. The flowers all arrived in perfect timing for set up and photos. We are VERY happy with the results and would recommend them and use them again.

All the flowers at our wedding were perfect! They came right on time, and everything was wonderful. I was not sure what i really wanted for flowers, but I gave them the feel of our reception, and ceremony and they got what i wanted 100% I highly reccomend them!

We found H&S via google. Shocking I know, if you've seen our other reviews you can see that everything except where we had our reception we found online. We set up an appointment for an initial consultation with Paul back in May, maybe even April. He took us to his, what I'll call office. The room is small. set up for up to 5 people to sit, including him, but not move much at all. But the space serves it's purpose. Also helps that he has a few awards on the walls from various wedding review places such as 'the knot' winning 'best of' awards for central Massachusetts.

Paul was very comforting, made my wife and I feel very confident in him. He obviously done many weddings before us and knew what he was doing. We went over a checklist that he had of what we wanted, and he started right at the most important part; the bride's bouquet. He asked what she wanted for a bouquet, and my bride was not sure really. So Paul said to me "Mark, you know that fountain out front on the other side of the building? I need you to go and look at it for oh, the next 5 or 10 minutes. Don't worry about the time I'll let you know when you can come back." That was fine with me, since I knew he was about to ask about what the bridal gown looks like. Actually I liked that he assumed I knew nothing about it, which was true I only wanted to know the color so I can dress to match.

Side note, Brides you need to tell the grooms if the wedding dress is an off white, aka cream, accrue, ivory, so that when he orders the tuxedo's for himself and groomsmen he can get the same color shirt so your dress doesn't look dirty.

Back to the review: After going through everyone who was going to get flowers and what types we also discussed how the bouquet's were going to be wrapped and prepared. We decided to use some spools of ribbon the same color as the bridesmaids and MOH dresses. We also used the same material that the Jr. bridesmaids used for their dresses.

There wasn't much more needed with him, little follow up between the 1st appointment and dropping off the ribbon for the bouquet's and then the week of the wedding discussing, or better put, reviewing where and when to drop off the flowers the day of the wedding.

Overall our package was:
Bouquet's for; Bride, MOH, 2 BM's, 3 jBM's, 1 Flower Girl
Boutonnieres for; Groom, Best Man, 3 GM's, 2 Ring Bearers, 5 Parents of the B&G (yes 5), 4 Grandparents, and 2 readers
Plus 6 bow's for the reserved pews, and 2 large flower arrangements for the alter.

Also one of the best things about H&S. The MOH got the throwing bouquet from them as well, had it added to the order and all parties that knew (MOH, Groom, and everyone at H&S) successfully kept this information from the bride. Until the day of the wedding when all the flowers people were wearing was delivered to the hotel and the bride with her Hawkeye's saw it and called the MOH out on it.

H&S delivered and set up the flowers at the church, on the alter and the bows on the pews. They also delivered the remaining flowers to the hotel where the bride was 2 hours before the service. Plenty of time for everyone to get their flowers and attempt to put them on. There was nothing missing, no errors, no mistakes, in other words:

Perfect!

As I started the wedding planning process, the part I was most unsure about was the flowers. I didn’t have any experience with floral arrangements, and I didn’t think I would be able to choose wisely. Holmes-Shusas was recommended to me by my venue (Nashoba Valley Winery). I didn’t really know what I wanted – I knew I was somehow trying to tie together chocolate brown (bridesmaids dresses) and dark red (our wedding color), and I knew I liked “texture” – but that was about it. Paul listened to me carefully, then stepped out of the room to get a few flowers and came back with the most gorgeous and sophisticated mixture of roses, calla lilies, mini green hydrangeas and fiddlehead ferns. It was a rich, beautiful mix for my fall wedding, and both my mom and I knew immediately that he had absolutely nailed it. Because I like making sure I’ve covered all my bases, I tried that with one more florist the next day, and they didn’t come even remotely close to what Paul had presented. The decision to go with Holmes-Shusas was probably the easiest choice of my wedding. Paul guided me expertly in the choices of bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, as well as the flowers for the ceremony and reception. Hands down, the flowers were my favorite part of the wedding (yes, that’s right, even more than my dress). Their prices are incredibly reasonable. It’s easy to see why Holmes-Shusas was named the best of The Knot for 2010. I would highly recommend them to anyone (and, in fact, I already have, and she’s going with them for her wedding too).

Cannot say enough about this florist. The have a beautiful product! From the flowers for the ceremony to my bouquet and reception flowers, he went above and beyond. They were gorgeous. PLEASE use this vendor as your florist. They have a unique way of helping you pick what you love, even if you have no idea what it is that you want!

I could not have been happier with the flowers for my wedding. I don't know much about flowers, but when I met with them initially met with Paul, he made me feel excited about the arrangements. We went through all of the flowers in the shop that were yellow and orange (our colors) and created my bouquet. It was quite fun! After the first meeting, they were easy to work with and flexible with minor changes. The day of the wedding, everything was perfect! I loved my bouquet, the girl's bouquets, the boutonnieres, and the centerpieces. So many guests commented on how beautiful the arrangements were! Thank you to Paul and everyone at Holmes-Shusas for helping to make our day perfect!

My wedding flowers were BEAUTIFUL! I did the rose package for our outdoor wedding and it looked so classy and elegant. The flowers smelled beautiful and looked beautiful and they lasted a long time! You can't go wrong for the price either! I would definately recommend them!

Holmes-Shusas did a fabulous job with our wedding flowers! When we first met with Paul, we had a very specific (vintage) vision for our wedding flowers. He understood what we wanted and was very happy to help us bring that vision to life in an affordable way. It was a pleasure to work with him and everyone at Holmes-Shusas. The flowers on the day of were gorgeous, and everything was delivered on time. I would highly recommend this florist for weddings!

We absolutely loved our flowers from Holmes-Shusas! I went in with no idea of what I wanted, and Paul was able to walk me quickly and easily through the selection process and we ended up with a beautiful arrangement that went perfectly with our style and theme for the wedding. Holmes Shusas was wonderful! My flowers were absolutely gorgeous and surpassed every expectation. My bouquet was so unique and elegant, as were all of the arrangements. I think every single guest commented on the flowers. Paul Shusas is a real pro who guided me and offered honest opinions and excellent suggestions. My mom and I went to see what they had for flowers, I had brough a photo of my wedding dress and bridesmaids dress color. He went into the other room and came out with all of these beautiful flowers to play around with. Within about an hour and a half we had picked out all of the flowers for the ceremony, recepetion, cake, and bouquets. It was a very easy process and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL on the day of the wedding. I cant want to see the preserved bouquet!! thank you :)

This florist has a long standing great reputation in the area. They also feature some great wedding packages which are a good value. I got the rose galore package and it wa quite reasonable for my smaller wedding. My wedding was a simple for them, but they gave me the same time and respect I'm sure they give their higher paying clients. I would not hesitate to trust them with any size of function as they are well respected and have a lot of years behind them in the business.

Flowers for New Year's Eve wedding and they were amazing! The black magic roses I carried were perfect with our black, white and red theme! On time delivery, fresh beautiful flowers that were still hanging on even a week after the wedding. WE did the all rose package and they were affordable, elegant and exactly what we wanted. I just had a friend get married on 10/18 and her flowers were as lovely as ours were. Its nice to know that 2 years later they quality is still spot on!

Our florist knew exactly what i wanted or pictured in my mind from the first time we met. He had a roses package for the entire bridal party and his pricing was very reasonable compared to others in the area. The flowers were fresh by the time of arrival and never wilted until the end of the night. The centerpieces were just the right sizes and they are willing tow ork with you on any design you have!

We worked with Paul for our wedding, and while I was quite familiar with types of flowers and what I wanted, he still made recommendations that made our flowers so gorgeous. The quality of the flowers was exceptional, and even when I made some last minute changes to colors, he really came through and delivered for us. Everyone at the wedding was blown away by my flowers, the attendant's flowers, and the centerpieces. Plus, they gave us so much for the money!

Paul was wonderful! From our first meeting, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. He listened to what we wanted, looked at the pictures we brought, and outlined our ideas, in addition to throwing in suggestions to save on cost. If we didn’t want to take his suggestions, he was open to doing it our way and we felt in no way pressured to go along with his ideas. The only reason we gave them a 4.5 for professionalism is that they keep all of their notes on paper and they lost our most recent meeting notes two weeks before our wedding. However, they gave us copies after every meeting, so I just scanned them in and sent them to Paul and all was well. Paul is truly talented and our flowers came out beautifully! The bouquets were amazing and the pompadours for the flower girls were a huge hit. The centerpieces were gorgeous and just what we wanted and had talked about. Their prices are reasonable and you can’t ask for a better florist!

We used them for our centerpieces, the bouquets, a toss bouquet, corsages, and an arbor with flowers as well. All of our flowers were beautiful. The only snag we had was that our arbor fell down before the ceremony and they had a tough time getting it back up. During the ceremony, the wind blew a little and it nearly fell over again! But this was not their fault necessarily, I just suggest asking about how they plan to secure it if you use one. They were VERY reasonably priced.

My husband and I worked with Holmes-Shusas for our personal flowers, cake flowers and a few pew decorations for the church. We thought that Holmes-Shusas did a great job with all the bouquets, boutonnieres, flower clutches, and other décor items. We worked specifically with Paul, who guided us in the process, assisting to clarify various traditions, with complimentary contemporary touches. We knew exactly what flowers and colors we wanted to use prior to meeting with any florists, so it made that part of the planning process easy, but Paul took those notes and made them happen. He was also flexible as we changed our minds a few times about details, and added on a few items the week before the wedding. The flowers were fresh, and the colors were bright and beautiful!

Paul and the staff at Holmes Shusas was excellent to work with! They were very helpful and accommodating. Paul met with us several times and worked to tweak our flower arrangements until we were satisfied with them. They recommended getting a test centerpiece - which was an awesome idea - we actually ended up changing the centerpieces because of this and we were so much happier the second time around. The arrangements were beautiful! I would have liked to see more variety in our alter arrangements - it was roses to keep the cost down - but I wished they were able to get the gerber daisies and calla lilies in there for the price that we paid. I was very happy with my bouquet! I love the little crystals they added - such a nice touch! I would have liked the matron of honors to be a little larger than it was. All in all we were very happy with the flowers. They were an expense - but we were happy with the outcome! They look beautiful in all the photographs! We would recommend Holmes Shusas to any of our friends!

Paul and his staff at Holmes Shusas provided the flowers for my wedding last month. They did an excellent job! When we first met with Paul, we asked him if he would be willing to do up a centerpiece for us so we could see his work. He did, it was gorgeous, and that is why we chose him. Paul was a pleasure to work with and came up with excellent ideas to compliment what we were looking for.

We had an unexpected change of venue, with the new venue now being almost 1 hour away, and Paul did not hestitate to still provide the flowers for us. I am so glad he did because the flowers for absolutely beautiful!! I am still in love with my bouquet, and the centerpieces blew my mind! We were going for the "wow" factor in the ballroom and boy did we get it. The centerpieces were so amazing and truly made the ballroom gorgeous!

The only small issue we had was with the pew flowers. Somehow, one flower was not added to any of them and they did not look as if they were done. After the wedding, we brought this to Paul's attention and he immediately rectified the situation.

Overall, we are very happy and would highly recommend Holmes Shusas to anyone looking for flowers for a wedding or any occassion!

Holmes-Shusas was very professional and provided beautiful flowers. My only real "dislike" was that they only showed me roses at my initial appointment. I was so excited at the time, that I didn't think much of it, but after leaving I was a little bummed that I didn't get to see any different varieties of flower (lilies, orchids, etc). I'm sure I could have gone back and asked to see other flowers, but in the end I was happy with my roses. Otherwise, they were great!

My flowers were beautiful. The coordinator was very professional and helped me choose the perfect flower grouping for my wedding. The flowers arrived on time and they were very fresh. I did have a special request for an extra bridesmaid bouquet the day before the wedding but this got lost in communication and the day of the wedding we were on bouquet short. So they were able to round up extra flowers and put a bouquet together last minute. Very profession would definately recomend.

From the very beginning, Paul was wonderful to work with. He helped come up with a unique, fun centerpiece which I loved! The cost was extremely reasonable and the service was great - Paul was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions, the flowers were delivered on time and looked wonderful. The only thing that didn't work out exactly as we would have liked were the pomander balls, which didn't stay together as long as we had hoped.

The flowers were gorgeous, I couldn't stop staring at them all night. I slept with my bouquet because it was so beautiful and I didn't want it to ever die! My husband and I went to meet with the florist and liked the work they had done and when we explained what we wanted they did a great job making everything just the way we wanted it. All of the flowers came out beautifully including the center pieces. The only problem we had was the actual day of the wedding when the guys flowers arrived at my house and most of them were dead. I had a bridesmaid call the florist and they were going to send new flowers to the church for the guys which they did, but dealing with that on the morning of my wedding wasn't too pleasant. Besides, that they did a nice job and I would recommend them but not if someone didn't want to pay a lot

The staff was very nice to work with and willing to help with my specific details. However there were some mistakes in my flowers on the day of the wedding. My groom & groomesmen didn't wear their flowers because they were to bulky and wouldn't stay on and they were not the color we agreed upon with the florist (I had 2 different rose colors in my wedding). My bouquet was to contain a "special" color Cala Lily that noone else had besides my groom and they put that in the MOH bouquet too. All in all the flowers were beautiful, however not quite what I ordered.

Overall Holmes Shusas was great. We loved the center pieces that were put together as well as the bouquets and arrangements for the church. The one complaint we do have with them is that there was a mis-understanding about the flowers we wanted placed around the cake table leading up to the wedding date. As my mother called to make the correction, Holmes Shusas proceeded to explain to my mother that they never make mistakes and they are sure that is what the bride and groom wanted. In the end, after we called in ourselves, the correction was made though and everything turned out beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience with Holmes-Shusas.They provided us with wonderful looking flowers for our wedding.They where also very inexpensive and they had a number of different packages to choose from.I really liked working with their consultants because they made us feel confident in our decisions.They where just gorgeous on the day of our wedding.

H-S did a very nice job on my flowers for the bridal party and reception; they were bright and perfect for Spring. That said, a negative was the age-appropriateness of the corsages for both mothers and readers (a little "mature" for the tastes of myself and the recipients), Another was my mother's wrist corsage fell apart before our photos were even taken. She tried to repair it as best as she could, ie: not that well. If I were to choose them again, I would really want them to pay attention to trends and new techniques that arise.

Though flowers are expensive in general, this is a great, easy-to-work-with florist that I would highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with the florists. Very knowledgable staff and willing to do exactly what we asked of them. We had an issue with all of the flowers being delivered to one place leaving the men without theirs until the women arrived at the venue. This was our only problem through the entire day. All in all it went fairly smooth.

Were great when I met with them. They made it easy to pick flowers and arrangements and were flexible when I needed to change things. They were not great on getting back to you able detailes, but overall I was very happy with all my flowers.

*Sigh* I chose this vendor because they had the best reputation of all the vendors I had met with and they also had the best quality of flowers (firmness, how long they stayed alive, scent, color). They also had very resonable prices compared to other vendors. They are very professional, formal, and personable however I felt that there were more interested in their ideal image of my wedding flowers than in my image. I had sat down with the representatives and explained exactly what I wanted and at least 3 different times I was told "No, no, no this is what most brides choose." No disrespect but I am paying these people and it is my wedding and while I appreciate them offering me some guidance I don't care if 9 brides out of 10 want baby sprouts with their roses if I say no I don't like it that should be the end of the discussion. They also seemed to be pressuring to purchase more flowers than I needed and then seemed annoyed when I declined the offers. Come the day of the wedding the flowers, table arrangements, and my bouquet were not as I had discussed with the vendor at all. The bouquets had less flowers than had been agreed upon and the table arrangements were not the ones i had ordered. I understand things beyond the vendors control may ocur making them unable to provide you with exactly what had been agreed upon but I should have been notified and at least given alternative options...not surprised with what was delivered to the ceremony/reception hall. The quality of the flowers were very good however for the money I spent it would have been nice to be provided with the services agreed upon in the contract.

Horrible! Although he is so friendly and professional, our floral was nothing like what we talked about! I showed him what I liked, but I guess things I liked were out of season. He recommended an idea that I was hesitant on, but he should know better than I. He imagined white roses and hydrangeas to make the centerpieces look full. I know hydrangeas are being used as filler and I kept mentioning about how I don't mind filler, but I don't want to see much of it. I was still worried at our final meeting, that we payed more to add more flowers to avoid seeing too much hydrangea. Feeling better, I was appalled seeing our centerpieces at the wedding. They were heavy on hydrangea with a few scattered roses to add something. I was looking at 3/4 hydrangeas and barely any roses! Thanks for giving me what I was insistant I didn't want! I showed him a picture of a boutineer we liked, and his response was, "it will be better than that!" He gave us one white flower with a pin to pin it on. The picture I showed him had a white flower with a couple sprigs of smaller white flowers, and some greenery poking out of the back. Now, we paid for a sad looking single white flower. Which, by the way was the same thing every groomsman got! The flower girls bouquet was so sad that it looked like garnish on a plate! I didn't even know what it was in the box... so I gave her the toss bouquet instead, and panicked when I went to toss something I didn't have, so I grabbed the closest bridesmaids bouquet and threw that! I should have grabbed arrangements from a grocery store!
