    Lindsay was incredibly proactive in anticipating and handling anything ranging in scope from a couple things to everything, with the main goal being to make the planning of my wedding easier on me. She was very amenable to keeping things according to my wishes.

    One of the most helpful things was the final check-off list Lindsay provided for the timing of things - for preparation and for the actual wedding day. It was a crucial and comprehensive list with reasonable timelines. Many of the items she reminded me of would have either gone undone or been very harried at the last minute. She especially helped me prepare myself so that the actual day was seamless.

    Overall, her encouragement, support and attention to detail was most appreciated.

    I was a fairly clueless bride - not one who had been dreaming about this day my entire life - so I needed serious guidance. From day one of reaching out to Lindsay, she helped me to fine-tune my very broad vision (a beach wedding with a very casual feel), and kept me on track with it throughout. She was very attentive - gently making sure as the months ticked by that I was getting things done that needed to be done, and helping me make some tough decisions that I had never even anticipated (i.e. where to splurge in my budget, where not to, what to consider when deciding to do a first look with the groom or seeing him for the first time during the ceremony, etc). The weekend/day of the wedding, she really made sure that I didn't have to worry about a thing. She ensured that the wedding party's schedules were clear, coordinated, and followed for the whole day, starting from waking up and getting our hair and make-up done. She made sure we remembered to eat and collected tips for her to hand out to vendors later. Any snafus that came up during the day I was pretty gleefully unaware of. She knows it is your day and simply assists you in making it the best it can possibly be. She was a HUGE reason that my wedding day was a perfect day I will never forget!

    "At the beginning of the planing process, I wasn't sure about hiring a wedding coordinator. I already had a good idea of what I wanted and since we were on a budget, I really wasn't sure that it would be worth the expense and would keep me from getting what I wanted in other areas. But a lot of friends and family kept stressing how important at least a day-of-coordinator is and I am so so grateful we had Lindsay! Despite being only a "day-of" coordinator, she was so on top of things and helpful through the whole planning process. She was always available for ideas, to answer any questions and make suggestions as well as just knowing what questions to ask, things I never would have thought of that were so important. Lindsay was great at keeping us on top of things with reminders of deadlines for paperwork with the venue or payments due to the photographer etc. And the day of she was absolutely wonderful! It was such a relief knowing she was there taking care of everything, making the ceremony and reception run so smoothly. We wanted to do our pictures before the ceremony at a separate location so we wouldn't have to disappear for a while and leave our guests waiting to get all of the shots we want and it was so fabulous to show up at the venue and have everything set up so beautifully. I was really able to (more or less) relax and enjoy the day, making sure we, the bride and groom, had a chance to eat, bringing us something to drink through all of the family photos and so so much more. She kept the reception flowing from dining to toasts, to the pie cutting to the bouquet toss - I just got to enjoy each part and enjoy our guests while she kept us on schedule. Thanks so much, Lindsay! I will definitely be recommending Lindsay to any of my single friends if they decide to get married in the Seattle area."

    Normally, planning a wedding across the country with only one visit on site would be impossible. We were able to trust Lindsay with the orchestration of the catering, paperwork, planning and details of our gorgeous day.
    Lindsay met with us several times and was so meticulous in executing our vision and feel of our day. She caught so many details that we never would have given thought. From extension cords to the filling in our pies (yes, we're Southern)...she didn't neglect a thing. I felt like she was sharing in our big day with us.
    I couldn't thank Lindsay enough for her services up to and on our wedding day. I would never dream of trusting anyone else!

    I am a pretty organized person, with my pile of spreadsheets and lists saved on a google drive to help with wedding planning. Yet I knew that for all the prep work I did, I was going to need some help on the day of.
    Insert Lindsay! I cannot say enough good things about her. She is professional, organized, and has a great attitude. She met with us a few times before the wedding to talk about what we wanted and what details we still had left to figure out. As much as I thought I was on top of everything, she helped me remember those little things I forgot about. She also helped run the rehearsal which took some of the pressure off of me when I was starting to get a little stressed out.
    Fast forward to the wedding day... I literally could not have gotten through it all without Lindsay. She came early to set up decorations, let vendors in, make sure things happened on time, ran back and forth to communicate to different people and parties, ran our slideshow, helped out our emcee, and then broke down everything at the end of the night so we could just go home and collapse.
    I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone planning a wedding. She is fantastic!
