I honestly feel like our wedding wouldn't have been possible without Janet! We got married at a venue that doesn't come with much included and Janet was just who we needed to fill in the gaps but she also did so much more! She was very knowledgeable and had great advice for anything we had questions about. She was always quick to respond even when we had questions over a year out from our date. She made sure everything went seamlessly from the month leading up to the wedding through the end of the night on the day of. I don't know how she was able to be everywhere at once without anyone noticing but she really did it all while making it look easy and helped make our day turn out perfect without having to worry about anything! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring her to plan or coordinate your big day!!! -

Janet/Hitch without a Glitch was absolutely amazing! She was on top of everything weeks in advance & helped me schedule and think of things that hadn't even crossed my mind. I didn't have a florist so Janet and her assistant arranged ALL of my table decor AND florals for the reception. I would not have had such an incredible day if it weren't for her. Do not miss out on her. You're the best, Janet! -

Janet was a complete lifesaver. She went above and beyond for our wedding and it would not have gone as perfectly without her. She had great recommendations and feedback that helped me plan and make better decisions. She has years of experience and it really shows! If I had to plan another wedding in Phoenix I couldn't imagine doing it without her. She also has such a calm energy that helps during such a stressful time. One of my guests stated that he could tell I had help from a good DOC because weddings he had been to without one were never smooth. If it means cutting other costs like florals, decorations, etc. to work with Janet, do it- you won't regret it! Thank you for everything Janet! -

Janet went above and beyond for us up until the very last second of the wedding, and was instrumental in our wedding day going smoothly. We found Janet at the recommendation of our cake baker. We were immediately impressed with Janet’s professionalism, knowledge and experience. We were not disappointed.
Our reception required some unique challenges for Janet: our centerpieces were homemade needing setup by Janet and her team, it was on New Year’s Eve during COVID requiring constant changes to guest lists, and issues with the venue due to changes during COVID.
Janet handled all the challenges and gave us the wedding we dreamed of without us having to worry about a single detail the day of our wedding. Please hire Janet in a heartbeat - you won’t be disappointed! -

I come from a very Type A background, with a very Type A Mother-In-Law. Naturally, we wanted to control every detail. As a natural born control freak.. I am reluctant who I delegate tasks to. I would trust Janet to handle every wedding ever. She helps you think through every detail leading up to the day. Her recommendations for packaging décor helped immensely day of. She had all of the information to provide a "traditional" wedding, and the flexibility to flow with your style. She was a life saver for the end of the night - she handled everything!! Janet was incredibly great to work with, I honestly can’t say enough good things. She was so easy to talk to and answered all kinds of questions we had about Sedona and a destination wedding in the months leading up to the event, as we were planning from all the way in nyc. The other vendors loved working with her too! She always responded fast and thoroughly to my emails, and the day of the wedding was great. Every time I went to ask her to check or do something, she’d already done it! She reminded us to eat because we were being too social (lol), grabbed us apps during photos, helped get families organized and move things along, and got folks to sign the photo booth. She really allowed us to present and not stress on the wedding day. Thanks so much Janet!! You rock :)

Janet was such a huge help with coordinating my wedding! We hired her for her month-of services, and she really helped ease mine and my husband's anxiety leading up to the wedding. She helped pinpoint exactly what needed to get done the month leading up to the wedding and helped assure us that the things we did have were enough for the Big Day. She got everything organized and really listened to me and my husband about our desires for the day. She took care of all of the communication between the vendors and made sure that everyone was on the same page. Having Janet there to help coordinate everything and everyone on the day of the wedding was such a relaxing experience. Having her there to take off all of the worries that me and my family would've had allowed us all to actually enjoy the event and not having the wedding be stressful. I HIGHLY recommend having a wedding coordinator, but especially having Hitch Without a Glitch be your coordinator. She was amazing!! -

Janet went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect, hiring her was the best decision we could have made! I was hesitant about hiring a day of coordinator at first because I am very type A and felt I could do a lot of it myself. However, I quickly realized how worth it hiring Janet was. She made everything so easy and brought up so many things we would have never thought of. The title 'Day of' is underselling everything Janet does for you. I was able to be completely stress free and enjoy every moment of the wedding. We had a few hiccups with transportation and Janet stepped up right before the ceremony, coordinated with the service, adjusted timelines, and made sure everything was seamless. I am so thankful for Janet and can't recommend her enough! -

Janet was exceptional on our 6/12/21 wedding in Sedona, AZ. I had SO many questions leading up to our big day and she was always incredibly responsive and sweet. HIRE, HIRE, HIRE!!! Look no further, Janet is your Day of coordinator!! As a type-A personality and bride, Janet is like my soul sister. She is as detailed oriented as they come! Her communication is on point and she is always prompt with responses. I would hire her for the whole day, she is the best investment I made when I hired my vendor team for my wedding. First off she executed my vision completely and made sure everything was to my liking. She did my wedding timeline, helped set up my rehearsal dinner at the venue. She constantly let me email and text her and was so prompt messaging back which I appreciated. She helped me and my now husband out soooo much when we were stressed out with our venue. She was our buffer and helped us navigate stressful situations when I did not want to deal with the venue. She was like my therapist at times too! She knows the ins and outs of both sides venue wise and day-of coordinator. She knows what is supposed to happen and looks out for your best interest. She ran our wedding sooo smoothly even our best man and my father-in-law said she was on point! She knows her stuff, literally, her name is soo fitting hitch without a glitch. That literally is what happened at our wedding. Thank you so much Janet for everything you did and for being there for us, there are not enough words to say how wonderful you are! -

Wow, where do I even start!? Janet is an absolute ASSET to her clients on the day of the wedding. She titles herself a “day-off” coordinator, but her services cover so much more than that. I was referred to Hitch Without a Glitch by my now mother-in-law, as she had used her services for my brother-in-law’s wedding a few years ago. When I first heard about her business, I didn’t really know if I needed a coordinator because in my mind I was thinking of a wedding planner. I really wanted to be a part of the whole planning process so I was a little hesitant at first. Once I actually spoke with her at a vendor open house, my views completely shifted. She explained how her duties would include vendor outreach, venue walk-through, timeline creation, and day-of management. I was sold on these points alone, but Janet really goes above and beyond and these duties don’t even begin to explain what she actually helped us with. Janet helped us navigate our planning through these unprecedented times of a pandemic, and we couldn’t have done it without her. She helped us reschedule our date when government restrictions didn’t allow our June 6, 2020 wedding. She also stepped up and helped us find a new venue when our original venue cancelled on us 2 ½ weeks out from our new date of 7/18/20. With every obstacle that came our way, she found a solution and saved us from further stress.
On the day of our wedding, Janet was at the venue 5 hours before the ceremony making sure everything was set up correctly and that all our vendors knew where to go. She also helped our families and bridal party know where to be at the right times and made our lives so much easier as a bride and groom. She was running around during cocktail hour finding family members and the bridal party to round them up for pictures. She even drove my family back to the nearby hotel with all our gifts and décor at the end of the night so they didn’t have to walk or call for a ride. Now that is just above and beyond! I can truly say I would’ve lost my mind if we didn’t hire Hitch Without a Glitch. She allowed my husband and I to be stress-free on the wedding day and actually live in the moment, instead of running around the whole time making sure everything ran smoothly. I 100% recommend Janet’s services to any couple planning a wedding, she makes the world of a difference, take it from someone who had a wedding during COVID-19.

Best Decision Hiring Janet!
One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Janet! I knew I wanted to plan my own wedding but I didn't want to stress about various things the week of and day of my wedding. Janet was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the planning process. She made sure to go over all of the details a few weeks prior so she knew exactly what the vision was. There were so many things she mentioned or asked that I didn't even think about! Janet always wrote down all the details and informed the vendors of any changes. Thanks to her, I did not have to stress about decor or vendor arrivals or the timeline. I cannot recommend Janet enough! -

If I can give other brides one piece of advice, it would be to hire Janet. She is not only amazing at her job, but she is also the kindest person! Communication with Janet was spot on all the time, anything we needed she was right there to take care of it all. Planning a destination wedding in Sedona, AZ all the way from Michigan had its challenges, but having Janet as our DOC to execute our dream wedding was the best decision we made! She met with us before the wedding to hear our vision and offer us suggestions, she was the point of contact for all of my other vendors, and she even let me borrow her standing easels for some of my decor so I didn't have to worry about shipping them. Janet was there for ANYTHING we needed and it was so nice to be able to not worry about a thing on our wedding day and enjoy being in the moment. She even packed all of our decor up at the end of the night back into boxes and had it set aside in our room. We didn't have to deal with any of it because of her! There truly aren't enough words to explain how wonderful HWAG is. So thank you Janet for making our wedding a dream come true!! 5 stars is not enough!! -

Janet was AMAZING! I couldn't have pull off our wedding in Gilbert, AZ without her. We were planning our wedding from Spain and had three weeks. Janet took care of everything for us from music, photographer, coordinating vendors and The Day of the Wedding! She was always their for me. She worked closely with our caterer, florist and venue suppliers. Absolutely amazing. I miss her already! Thank you Janet! -

We had a very logistics heavy day with guests at two hotels, 3 spots for bride/groom and bridal party to be (hotel, church and reception) and countless vendors to wrangle. To say that Janet made it a dream day is an understatement. Seriously the best money I spent on the whole weekend was on her and her A+ service. She was very communicative over email, she spent multiple hours pre wedding scouting the venue and getting to know the vendors. She took over all communication with each vendor (confirmation, payment, timeline discussion etc) about a month before the wedding. And seriously, it made everything about wedding planning much less stressful. I knew Janet had a handle on everything and I could focus on the things I needed to. If there were any issues, I didn't know about it the day of. My bridal party and guests had her information if they needed help. Janet over saw all the vendor arrivals, ensured the limos made it the right places, she helped move the day along as things started running over, she even helped pack up the car at the end of the night so we could enjoy the last few minutes with our guests. If I planned another wedding, Janet would be the first one I would hire. Amazing! Thank you a million Janet! -

Janet was the most valuable member of our vendor team that we hired. From the very beginning, even before we hired her, she was exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. She returns emails immediately and is always offering information and advice to help you. She is very organized and no detail escaped her attention during our planning process. In fact she caught a few things that had been missed or overlooked by our other vendors. She kept our vendor team informed and on track leading up to our day and was always within reach if any of them needed information. On the day before our wedding she ran our rehearsal like a pro. Our family friend officiated our wedding and was rather inexperienced and she managed to wrangle our crazy families, making sure everyone was on the same page and knew what to do on wedding day. We had a few issues with some supplies from the florist and she solved each issue that came her way with poise and calm. Nothing phased her. She had the best attitude through everything and made my wedding day so wonderful. I never worried about anything that whole day because I knew Janet would handle it. She worked our wedding so efficiently and made sure everything went smoothly. If something went wrong I didn't know about it because she handled it so discreetly and professionally. She stayed at the end of the night until everything was finished and was the last person at our venue, she even drove us back to our hotel around the corner. She is the most thoughtful, kind, and hardworking person. You would be making a huge mistake by passing her up. She MADE my wedding and was my most favorite of our vendors. Janet's support and expertise as our Full Day Coordinator absolutely made our wedding run smoothly. Like another reviewer stated, the best investment we made for our wedding day. Wedding planning can be very stressful and I cannot stress enough how much easier Janet makes it. Everyone at our wedding loved her and knew they could go to her with questions - there will be a lot of questions ranging from where do I stand, how do I hold the boutique, who am I walking with again, when is the boutique toss, when do we eat, what is for dinner, etc. You want to spend as much time as possible visiting and catching up with family and friends and to have another person there to answer questions like these and manage vendors really makes a difference because this night is over before you know it. I am glad we chose the full day package (included everything on the list and more) - Janet put together the entire wedding day timeline and distributed to our vendors. She was there to take notes at our tasting and helped out when we were stuck on a couple options. She placed the name cards at our head table and decorated the gift table with the items we gave her the night before at the rehearsal. We did not have to worry about any of the set up. She also is great with vendor recommendations, that is how we found our amazing photographers. At the end of the wedding Janet had all of the decor and gifts packed in our car ready to go. It is so nice we did not have to think about that at the end of our day. She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough for making our day run so smoothly.

Janet was an essential part of my wedding team, not only did she give great referrals she was there to walk me through critical details I had not really thought about. Janet was my day of coordinator and I went with her full day package, but honestly, I felt like she did even more than the list she gives.
She is there to be your bridal body guard and your shoulder to lean on. She captured everything I wanted for my day and she helped me make it exactly how I wanted without having to do it all on my own. She helped me bring fall to Glendale Arizona. It was full of warmth and fun, but elegant, which is exactly what I was looking for.
Janet referred us to a dog handler and to my makeup and hair artist. Both ladies were amazing and made me feel taken care of on the wedding day.
Not only did Janet do an amazing job on the wedding day, but she was also great with communication and understanding when everything was going out of order in emergencies, which includes running a full hour behind due to heavy traffic on your rehearsal day. She even stood up for me when my caterer was not being as responsive as they could have been.
On top of everything else Janet had already done, she mailed me the ties that were accidentally left at the wedding venue, when it comes to Janet, she is my Rockstar.

From the Mother of the Bride -- Stop here - hire Janet - and you are guaranteed a care-free event! I hired her a year before my daughter's wedding - she responded to every email or phone call promptly, and her experience and support helped us to have a cost conscious, well-planned, spectacular wedding for my daughter. Janet added her expertise in every facet of the planning, rehearsal, and wedding. My venue was an art gallery, so we had to hire 12 vendors for a guest list of 160. She contacted every vendor by phone and confirmed all the details. I was so confident that the wedding would go "without a glitch" it left time for me to concentrate on personal touches and decor that made the wedding very memorable and unique. On the day of the wedding my contact with Janet was very minimal, she took care of everything that day, and I was able to spend time with our guests, and really get to know our "new" family. We had a photographer, but no video. A few days after the wedding she sent me her video of some very special moments that will be treasured for a lifetime. How did she have time to do it, and still have the event run so perfectly? She had so much to do, and did everything so efficiently, and managed to do even more! Hiring her was the best wedding decision I ever made. I hired one vendor who did the work of many, with ease & grace - a true professional - in my opinion the very best! -

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Janet. Our outdoor wedding was flooded out on the day of, and 3 hours before our ceremony was to begin, our venue relocated us to a new indoor space VERY last second. Janet was involved from the moment we got the news and worked very hard to notify all of our vendors so we didn't even have to THINK about it! She managed our decor and was able to re-arrange and work with the new space provided to us to fit my vision from our plans. I am emotional thinking about her dedication, her expertise and her kindness. I don't know what we would have done without her! She truly lives by her motto- be the bride! She is a logistical angel and we are forever grateful to her for saving our big day from the rain! -
Dina Sent on 05/30/2018I hired Janet for my daughter's wedding. At first, my daughter was not onboard because she so organized, she didn't think she needed a Day of Coordinator. I told her that I wanted to hire Janet for me! I didn't want all the little details of the day falling on my shoulders, which would have kept me from enjoying this beautiful day that we had spent over a year planning. About a week before the wedding, my daughter told me that Janet was going to end up being one of the best decisions we made for the wedding....and she was! Janet ensured that everything went smoothly and just as we had planned. No job or request was too small or too big for her to handle. Even when my daughter's "bridezilla" claws came out, Janet remained calm, helpful and professional. Kacia Sent on 12/06/2017SO GRATEFUL that I was referred to Janet from a previous bride of hers. I didn't think I needed a coordinator as my venue provided a day-of coordinator. The other bride swore I didn't know what I was missing and she was right. Looking back on my wedding, nothing would have been done without Janet. Not only did she seriously show up for me, she was detail oriented and actually made sure that everything was perfect. The whole day went so smoothly and looked great. If anything went wrong at any point I don't even know about it because she had it covered! There's so much that she did that I didn't even realize I needed a plan for. HIGHLY recommend.

I thought I wouldn't need one because I had everything planned out but as it got closer to the wedding I realized there was no way I would be able to get all the things I wanted done for the ceremony and reception and get ready for my wedding without totally being stressed out. Janet took care of it all! I told her what I wanted and she made everything beautiful. The things I was worried about was not even a thought in my mind the day of my wedding. I just focused on having the best day as any bride should. Any issues that arose or concerns I had, she took care of. Janet definitely knows what she's doing! Being an event planner myself, the last thing I wanted to do was have to handle my own wedding and not be able to enjoy our day. Enter Janet and Hitch Without a Glitch. The name says it all! Our wedding was at my family farm, which meant everything was needed! Tables, chairs, décor, lighting, you name it, we had to rent it, unlike a traditional venue that at a minimum includes your basics. We had friends and family lined up to help set up everything the day before the wedding. Almost every single one of them was a no show or late. Enter Janet. She set to work along side me and helped get the tables and chairs ready to place around the barn. I had to leave, as the stragglers began to appear, but I felt confident leaving everything in Janet's hands. She whipped them into shape, trying different arrangements for the tables and chairs to see what looked best. When I came back the barn looked beautiful with the arrangement of the tables and chairs. Janet pulled me aside and told me that we didn't have room for the buffet for the caterer's inside the barn, and at pretty much the same time, we both said, lets put it outside the barn under the porch. It's still covered and helps with the flow of people leaving the barn for food, and those re-entering the barn after getting food. As the evening went on with rehearsal, she had our group together with precise directions on what to do and when. The day of the wedding, we still had work to do to get things set up, and she was amazing. Getting things together with ease. We had quite a few hiccups later, not that I knew till much later. She handled our 'no show' bartender snafu like a pro. Enlisting family members to serve guests at our bar, and the guests never knew the difference. She even organized everyone for intro's when the DJ dropped the ball at the reception. Hitch Without a Glitch is FANTASTIC!!! Book TODAY! You won't be disappointed!
