The Most Impactful Service of the Wedding Experience!
Making the choice to work with Hitch on wedding coordination was the BEST thing I had done for our wedding experience! I was hesitant to reach out to anyone for coordinating services with the idea that my partner and I could do it on our own (with some family). But as we got into planning, it was evident that professional help was needed- We just didn't know the ins and outs of the actual wedding day. When we reached out to Hitch for services, we were immediately sent planning support, met with our coordinator and began outlining details that I hadn't even thought of! Natalie was our assigned coordinator and I will scream to the mountain tops about her talent and amazing work! Natalie is incredibly detailed, compassionate in her advice, willing to reach out to find answers from vendors, and her communication is consistent! I cannot recommend Hitch and Natalie enough! Our wedding day was so much more enjoyable with Natalie there supporting us at every step! Weddings are so much more than I initially thought when we first started planning. My only regret is that I would have reached out to them sooner in my planning processes!

They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. If I forgot something, they were already 5 steps ahead of me and had it figured out. They listened to every wish and dream I had and made it come to life even better than I could have imagined! They are so kind and easy to work with, highly recommend!!

Everything you need in a planner!
Hitch made our wedding dreams come true! We came in with a vision, and it was brought to life by their amazing team. Hitch provided our decorations and styled our wedding invitations to look cohesive! They took care of reaching out to vendors and were there to support us throughout our entire process. Go ahead! Get the wedding coordinator!
If you are riding the fence on whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator- DO IT!! There aren’t enough words to describe how detail oriented and highly organized Natalie was! I love weddings and decorating, etc., but I can’t imagine how stressed out I would have been if we hadn’t hired Natalie from Hitch. She created and managed a timeline of the day’s events so we could fully enjoy each moment of our daughter’s special day. If a vendor had a question we referred them to Natalie and she took care of everything. The fully decorated venue took our breath away… it was so elegantly done. We loved Natalie and Hitch’s services so much we are using them again for our second daughter’s wedding. They are affordable and professional and I highly recommend!!

Top Tier Wedding Planner
Natalie and her team were so amazing! I am very Type A and like to have every detail planned out and they did exactly what I needed! The day of planning and timelines were so nice to have and made everything run smoothly. I was very big on there not being any down time or awkward "what do I do now" moments for the guests and so she planned activities for them to do in those spots, so they were entertained! She took my wildest ideas and made them come to life. I am so appreciative to her and her team for making my wedding dreams come true!!

We had Natalie as our wedding planner and she was absolutely amazing to work with through the whole process! She made sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined! The day of our wedding the hitch studio staff did incredible decorating! We have gotten so many compliments on how gorgeous our venue and every detail of our wedding was! It was such a relief not having to worry about the set up and take down or that something wouldn’t be the way I wanted it! Having Hitch Studio at our wedding was the best thing we ever did! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Hitch was the most oragnized vendor ever and helped our wedding day go so smoothly! Hitch set up our wedding reception with their beautiful decor and took everything down at the end of the night. Natalie was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process, she really made my vision come to life. She works with you to create a cohesive look that fits your Pinterest board dreams. Natalie helped generate a timeline and gave recommendations based on her expertise. Best of all, my entire family had a stress free day knowing they did not have to help set up or take down anything because Hitch had it all covered. I cannot give Hitch Studio enough stars. Working with Renee was nothing short of a 5-star experience. We loved having guidance from the start of our engagement to the days after our wedding and everything in between. When we first got engaged, we were overwhelmed by all the things we needed to do. Garrett was a little hesitant on a wedding planner at first, but we met with Renee and knew she was exactly what we needed for our wedding day. Spend the money and hire Hitch. We loved Natalie!!
Natalie and the entire Hitch team went above and beyond in all aspects of wedding planning/coordinating! She was so flexible with meetings, even offering to meet at night after putting her kids to bed due to my busy schedule. She asked so many questions that I would not have thought of that made a huge impact on a smooth sailing wedding day. The day of there was not a single hiccup, if there was Natalie and her team fixed it without anyone else knowing there was even an issue. Ourselves and our parents all believe every cent was worth hiring Natalie for our big day! Having her there let us truly enjoy every second it!

Working with Hitch and specifically Natalie was the best decision made during out entire wedding process. My only regret is that we didn't make the decision sooner. Natalie was so organized, creative and pleasant to work with. We went with the 1 Carat package as we had started the planning process already so didn't need help with selection of vendors, etc. Our main need was help with decorating and setting up the day of. Hitch exceeded our expectations and everything was so beautiful. Things couldn't have been more seamless. We met on a regular basis and Natalie reminded us of things that we may never have thought of on our own. She helped us stay on track and had many great suggestions. Walking out of the brides room the morning of the wedding to see how things came together was so, so awesome. I would not hesitate in hiring Hitch for your special day.

I was able to completely enjoy the wedding day as Lyric @ Hitch Studio took care of every detail - from set up, to tear down. The week of the wedding had no extra stress of confirming vendors, answering questions from vendors or bridal party, etc - because Lyric @ Hitch Studio had provided a very detailed timeline that answered all questions. She answered all of my emails, calls, or texts in a timely manner, provided great recommendations for vendors, and handled it all professionally. Everything you need and more
We hired Hitch Studio for our wedding because we lived out of town and wanted a local planner. We had absolutely no idea how incredible that decision turned out to be. Halfway through the planning process we found out I have stage 4 terminal cancer. My fiance and I decided we still wanted to get married but as you can imagine, our plans had to change quite a bit.
Renee not only adjusted our plans flawlessly but was so patient and empathetic throughout the process. Hitch Studio is a phenomenal business and more than that it is full of wonderful human beings. Our wedding was beautiful and turned out better than we could have dreamed. We love Renee and Hitch Studio!

Natalie and the entire Hitch crew made wedding planning so enjoyable and stress-free! They worked with me when I wasn’t able to be in person for meetings, and made everything flow smoothly. They think of every single detail and make sure everything is perfect! The day before and day of the wedding they were extremely helpful and allowed us to just enjoy our day and not worry about anything - including clean-up or set-up! Natalie is amazing and so helpful! She turned all of my dreams into reality and I couldn’t have asked for a better day because of this crew!!

If you are on the fence about hiring Hitch Studio - this is your sign to do it. It is worth every penny to be able to relax and just soak in every moment on your special day. Plus, you get access to all their beautiful décor! We worked with Natalie and she was so helpful and just all around amazing during the entire process. The best team ever!
I would absolutely recommend Hitch to anyone. Whether it's decorations, or just helping plan the day, it helped me get organized and feel confident that everything was in order. Lyric and Natalie were the best in my wedding planning season and the day turned out to be a dream. Every step of the way they answered questions at any time of the day, they were a hype girls, and knew what to do before the day and ON the day. I was so happy I got to work with them!

Renee and the Hitch staff are AMAZING
Renee was so sweet during our entire planning process! She encouraged me every step of the way. She also showed how much she appreciated my now-husband's attendance and participation in our planning meetings. My parents were pretty involved in the planning, and Renee even made sure to reach out to them to see if there was anything she could do for them.
The day of, Renee kept all our other vendors and us on track. I got so many compliments from my wedding party about how well Renee could eloquently "boss" people around and keep a smile on her face :) For anything that came up on our wedding day, Renee was quick to find a solution so we would not have to worry.
Renee truly made me feel so special to be a bride, and my mom really appreciated having her as our go-to gal so our families could enjoy being in the moment. On top of the coordination, the ladies at Hitch totally nailed our decorations and made our dream wedding day come true!

You think planning a wedding is easy until you actually get into the details of what needs to be planned out. I would have been so stressed without Hitch! Utterly Amazing
Our wedding was 7 hours away. With never physically seeing the venue ahead of time, nor meeting with Renee in person, our wedding was utterly amazing and perfect- which blew us away since the area and venue and team were so new to us. With our kids apart of our wedding, we had a carful of tears on our way home yesterday as we left.
“I just don’t want it to end Mom!”
And I give all the credit to Renee and her team for thinking of every little detail and being by our sides the entire day.
I still haven’t found the words to express how much we appreciated Renee and her team. The day was absolutely perfect- beyond perfect. Renee is such an amazing person. She’s so calm, patient and kind. It was noticed by so many of our guests and family.
The work Renee did was stunning and utterly amazing! I’m still blown away at how it all came together.

Renee and team at Hitch Studio is TOP NOTCH!! They went above and beyond our expectations as a wedding coordinator....Renee is a very organized person who listened carefully to what our daughter did and did not want on her special day! Renee kept us on track with Zoom meetings, timelines, invitations/programs and decorating the church and venue and all the "little details in between! As my husband & I were traveling from the church to the venue I told him "it sure was great having a wedding coordinator as I did not have to worry about was everything getting done at the reception (fairy lites turned on, snacks set out, etc. etc) as I knew Renee and team had it done"! The final kuddos to the end of the day was Renee and team took all the decorations down, gathered up our items we had brought, and we did not have to worry about what to do with the decorations after the special day for our daughter and son-in-law! I would hire Hitch Studio again in a heartbeat! Whether it’s for a wedding or an event, you don’t have to lift a finger or worry about anything with Hitch. Everything was absolutely beautiful and just how I’d imagined it would be for our wedding. The Hitch team problem solves on the spot and you wouldn’t know there was ever an issue! All of their inventory is free for your use when you hire them. Hitch can and will coordinate any other rentals you’d like from additional vendors from pickup to drop-off. The best planning decision we made!
Renee and Tessa at Hitch were absolutely fantastic to work with and really customize the planning experience to each persons preferences. I trusted them to take my vision and make the best of it so was not overwhelmed with a ton of emails, questions, or small details as they took care of all of it and made it better than I could have ever imagined! The planning was painless and the décor was gorgeous. However, the best part for me what having Tessa available all day on our wedding day. Any minor detail that needed attending to she was there to make it happen which left us to focus on enjoying our wedding day completely stress free. I cannot sing their praises enough! There are not enough stars for the level of service Hitch Studio provided. As the mother of a bride and groom, we have used Hitch Studio for 2 weddings including 1 through covid pandemic. Working with Renee was stress free and uplifting. She has a calm, kind, professional personality that immediately is reassuring and draws you in. We used the centerpieces which are beautiful, she helped reschedule and coordinate vendors due to covid, and find a new florist after the original one cancelled. She also provided all the invitations and postcards. During the first wedding with Hitch Studio, my husband did not think we needed a wedding planner but when the day came and the family could enjoy the day without worrying about set up, timeline, and take down, he immediately commented a wedding planner is definitely a service worth utilizing. I am only sad that I have no more children to be able to utilize Renee, however, there will be grandchildren coming someday. I see baby showers in the future with Renee!

Renee designed invitations, programs, menu cards, and signage for our wedding. When I first met with her, I didn't have a clear vision of really any of the details - I wasn't even sure on what colors I wanted the invitations to be! Renee patiently gave me many options and brought my ideas to life. She designed many virtual proofs, adjusting all of the little details until everything was perfectly coordinated. She printed a proof too so I could see each item in person before finalizing the bulk order. I would 100% recommend Renee and Hitch Studio for any of your wedding needs. Quick Wedding Preparation
Renee & her team did a phenomenal job of taking care of every wedding detail! We were engaged July 2019 and married October 2019, Hitch was there every second, providing vendor options, decor, and making sure everything was ready and ran smoothly. I would have not done it any other way, and thanks to Hitch it turned out absolutely beautiful!

The services provided were excellent!
I would definitely recommend using the services of Hitch for a wedding. The people involved are so friendly and helpful. We had a few last minute requests and the people at Hitch took care of it without any problem. As the mother of the bride, I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Hitch took care of every detail. As we planned the wedding the ladies at Hitch were so good to give ideas, but yet always encouraging us to make the day the way we wanted it to be. The final product with the decorating was so beautiful!!!! Everything that Hitch did to help us made for an extra special, memorable day. This is one very professional, yet caring group of people. A+ rating for everything.

Making Dreams Into Reality!
Renee and the Hitch team were nothing short of AMAZING throughout my entire wedding planning process. She took care of every detail from the very beginning up until the end of the night on my wedding day. She designed and produced both my invites and programs which turned out stunning! She was the main contact for all of my vendors, she decorated both the ceremony and the reception and made sure every single detail was perfect. Renee made it her top priority to make my day stress free. She took my dream wedding and made it a reality! I couldn't have done it without her!

Absolutely Amazing
Renee and Hitch will make your day so much more than you could ever imagine! We would of never known about our perfect venue without her or our amazing photographer! They are there every step of the way and do all the little things so there is no worries! I cannot say enough great things about our experience. While my husband thought I was crazy at the beginning, he now says "there is no way we could of down it without Renee". There is nothing like a Hitch wedding!

I tell people all the time hiring Renee at Hitch Studio was the best thing we did. We had a stress free wedding planning experience knowing Hitch Studio had it covered. Hitch was absolutely amazing! Renee made my wedding run perfect! She made sure everything was ready to go and made sure it looked perfect! She took the time to get to know me and my vision and she made it a reality! She was so organized and that made my day relaxing and so enjoyable! I would recommend her 100%! They helped me custom design my stationery and I can't recommend them enough! They were wonderful to work with!!!! Price includes invitations, RSVP, programs, envelopes, reception invitations.

Renee is awesome! She went above and beyond to make our big day perfect. She beautifully decorated our ceremony and reception venue incorporating both her decorations and my decorations and at the end of the night, she took everything down. She also made phone calls to make sure everything was lined up with the vendors. She even helped serve cake at the reception. Highly recommend her services! Having Hitch made the whole wedding planning/decorating and wedding day stress free for everyone. Worth every penny.

If you're feeling stressed with the big things, you will be completely overwhelmed with the little things. They really add up and Hitch made sure to remind me about things as we moved through the planning timeline. They are easy to get in touch with and schedule meetings with. They reply to questions/emails very quickly. I thought picking out the dress and caterer was tough, but when you get down to the little details, there are tons of decisions to make! Renee was great at making sure we knew all the options (because she knows a lot about local vendors and what they offer) and she also made sure we didn't forget any steps. For example, "Reserved" signs for tables where you want your family to sit; pens for the guest book; making sure the venues are unlocked when vendors need to get in to set up. She just thinks of everything! Renee took care of getting everything from the ceremony to the reception, like the card box, any gifts, the guest book, and some of the decorations we were using at both locations. And at the end of the night, they packed up all the decorations, got the rentals returned for us, packed up the things that were ours, helped box up extra dessert, you name it! I honestly don't know what we would have done without Hitch. So worth the money to have that piece of mind that your aunt or your cousin isn't going to forget one of their duties or that your whole family will have to help tear down the stage and clean up when everyone is just exhausted! The peace of mind was something I couldn't put a price tag on. Again, if your stressed by a few big decisions, let Hitch help you take care of the millions of little decisions.

I loved working with Renee, she was amazing! She made she that we got to customize and pick everything that we wanted. After we picked out what we wanted we got to see a proof and what it would exactly look like before we ordered. she has an awesome process and the turn around time was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone!

We cannot thank Hitch enough for all they did for our wedding. Renee was so attentive to detail, covered everything I forgot or didn’t think of and my mom and I had such a great time working with her. We are very DIY people and at first thought we could do it all but at the end of the day, the investment we put into Hitch and their team making our day flawless was the best investment of the wedding. To anyone on the fence (or outside thinking you don’t need a planner) hire Renee and her team! She will make your day so much easier so you and your wedding day goes off without a Hitch!

Renee and her team at HITCH are amazing. First off Renee met with me multiple times giving me help with vendors and venues even before I signed a contract with her. Communication was great and she always kept me up to date, letting me know what I needed to do and when she had things done. My invitations were perfect! She worked with me until we got exactly what I wanted. They did a great job decorating at the ceremony and reception, they made a gym look beautiful. The girls working on my wedding day were so professional, they had everything done when it needed to be and they kept up with everything on the floor. Even my caterer thought they were the best he has worked with before.

We had Hitch Design Studio help with various parts for our wedding. They designed our "Save the Dates", invitations, and programs, while also putting things together to make the wedding week and day perfect. They helped decorate our rehearsal dinner, the church, and the reception venue, which was outdoor and seated nearly 450 guests. From the beginning, Hitch was awesome at ensuring we had all the big and tedious details of the day planned thoroughly. Additionally, Hitch was so flexible during the wedding week by renting things we had forgotten about, completing tasks that we weren't able to finish, and ensuring that the details of the day were not overlooked. We are EXTREMELY grateful for them and their crew of helpers!! It was the most perfect day, and we couldn’t have done it without Hitch!

Hitch Design Studio did an excellent job of taking my vision with my decorations and making it a reality! Because I had a morning wedding, we didn't have time to setup. Hiring Hitch was such a huge stress relief and they truly made the venue magical. In addition to this, they helped set up the dance floor. When the bridal party arrived, we were greeted by one of the decorators, and she made sure that everything was perfect for me. They even came in to help on short notice.

Thank you again for everything! The wedding stationary is exactly what I envisioned and matched the theme I wanted perfectly. We were going for a classic, elegant, timeless look/feel and Renee helped me nail that.
I used Hitch for our wedding invites, programs and thank you cards. It was extremely convenient going through one vendor for all of these services since everything matched, and I already had built a relationship with Renee. I will definitely be recommending Hitch to my engaged friends :)

Hitch really made our wedding day flawless! I worked with Renee and Bridget at Hitch to help do the set-up and tear down of everything from setting up chairs, pinning flowers, setting up the dance floor, arranging and setting up centerpieces and cupcakes, breakfast at the hair salon, and running last minute errands for us the day of the wedding. They really made sure every detail was covered to a T which allowed everyone on our wedding day to enjoy the day knowing that we were well taken care of. I also used a number of items from their inventory for the centerpieces, which was really nice to not have to buy a lot. I would very much recommend them to any bride looking for a flawless! (Our wedding was on May 23, 2015 at McCrory Gardens in Brookings, SD)
