  Everything went extremely smoothly and we were so happy with that. Both our wedding and reception were done so well and we received so many compliments from our guests. Everything was better than we could have imagined. We greatly appreciated all the time Trevor, the catering sales manager, took to meet with us multiple times and guide us through the process. He really did a lot for us and we wouldn't have made it through without him. The staff was excellent throughout the day as well. The space was great as well to accomodate all of our needs

  We were not happy with their service, we were in touch with one person and then he left this place we had to deal with Carlos which was worst. He had no idea about our wedding or anything, we had to spent so much time going back and forth with him to make things clear. I wish Carlos was more easy to work with!
  Overall hotel is great, food was awesome staff was really nice with us.

  when i booked this venue for my wedding, i started with one person and that was ok. few weeks past, and nothing, the person left and we were left unnotified until i reached out. multiple times this happened where i had to reach out to them first. the new event caterer at the hilton was not the most pleasant to work with. i had to always reach out first. she was also rude at times, after the fact we paid a vast amount of money. the night before the wedding, the rooms i was provided, the room keys didnt work, a mechanic had to come fix the locks for the key cards to work. the rooms smelled odd. my welcome bags were not given out until we had to remind them. the event coordinator didn't follow through with out contract - we had to get the ballroom draped and it wasn't set properly. the place in general is outdated.
