In general this hotel is great. It has adequate outdoor space, great spots for photo-journalistic style photos, they offer free self-parking to guests and work with outside caterers. I guess it must have been busy season with the holidays, but at the last minute-like the day before the wedding, I finally got the seating floorplans with the right number of tables (but I had already done my escort cards so that was a big mess), I had ordered colored napkins that never arrived (we were NOT charged for them though and they did offer to try to fix it the day of before the wedding but we declined). Also, the bride's changing room has no lock and poor security so things were stolen from my room and two homeless people were wandering in the hotel and asking my guests for money. My dad had to ask them to leave. HOWEVER, great accomodations, free parking, great service during the reception, pretty and modern design, and they let you bring your own wine make it a great choice. I would recommend them to a friend but with caution to be more naggy than I am because there were a bunch of last minute things that I didn't want to be dealing with the night before my wedding.
