The best venue in Naples! Stephanie Roman and the Hilton team help put together my dream cocktail hour and reception. They went above and beyond. The pricing was fantastic and includes so many things. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. My guests loved everything, as well.
We had a complimentary bridal suite, a getting ready space for my groom, the cocktail hour was by the pool (so beautiful!), and our perfect reception of around 32 people took place in the Sabal Palm Room. Highly recommend. You won't regret choosing the Hilton of Naples ♡

Stephanie at the Hilton was exceptional. Planning a wedding is difficult and Stephanie really helped with all the details and things we didn't even think of. She made sure everything was perfect and when we walked in to see the room, we were amazed. It was better than we could have imagined. She took our vision and made it come true and we can't thank her enough for the wedding of our dreams. Thank you to the Hilton staff as well. The servers were all so nice and made sure every guest was taken care of. Stephanie had our favorite drinks ready for us after pictures. Everything was just so perfect and we didn't have to worry or think about a thing. All the guests raved about the food and how much fun the wedding was. We would definitly recommend this venue and truly can't thank Stephanie enough!!

Stephanie and Ava are the people you want on your wedding day! My husband and I are from Michigan so we were nervous planning our destination wedding from so far away, but it went so smooth and exactly the way we envisioned it and more! Being a full time night shift nurse made me nervous about the communication, but they made sure to schedule phone calls with me and worked around my schedule so I always knew when we were going to talk. Our guests came up to us after an during the wedding saying how beautiful the venue was and how awesome Stephanie and Ava are. My husband and I had the best time at our wedding because we didn't have to worry about a thing (they had everything taken care of!). We will forever be grateful for them, they made our dream destination wedding come true.

The Hilton’s team of wedding coordinators is top notch! Stephanie Roman and Ava Anderson were spectacular to work with in planning and executing our big day! They took all the worry and hassle out of it because everything was taken care of. We were blown away with all of the little touches and small details. It truly made our day one to remember. The Hilton has the most kind and caring people that work there! But Stephanie honestly went above and beyond being just a wedding day coordinator! She literally met up and called me and held my hand all through the way of wedding planning! She literally had given me ideas and helped me map out me and my husband’s perfect day! The lawn on the beach was the most dreamiest ceremony ever! She honestly went above and beyond just being and wedding day coordinator! She is honestly such a hard worker and deserves the best!

Shannon and Mari at the Hilton ensured all my needs were met and went above and beyond to relieve my stress a week before the wedding. Both were well organized, responsive, and the setup of the decor met my expectations and beyond. The price of the venue was a steal for the service that came with it: officiant, wedding cake, coordinator(s), open bar, bridal suite the night before and the night of, and set up of the decor. Not to mention meetings and mock setups as needed. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking from Naples to Captiva Island in Florida. No one else can beat this price for the service and package.

Being from Boston, planning a wedding in Florida seemed a little daunting, however, after some major research we decided to go with the Hilton in Naples for one main reason, the reviews of Caprice Del Vecchio. I cannot state how wonderful of an experience it was working with Caprice and her team. She is extremely responsive, timely, organized and understanding. We went with all her suggestions and recommendations for other vendors (cake, florist) and everything worked out perfectly. Her handling of the actual reception was beyond perfect, I was able to see the set up the night before the event and even requested last minute changes which were handled immediately. The hotel itself was great, it has a modern feel to the decor and all the staff are extremely helpful. The day after the reception, without even talking to me, the staff took the flowers from the reception and placed them on the tables of our brunch event, this was GREAT! I didn't even think to do that, and they made the brunch look that much better. Overall, it was a great and easy experience for my new husband and I, we received so many compliments on the hotel choice! I cannot thank Caprice enough for everything she did.

The Hilton Naples is the perfect wedding venue. We were so pleased we chose to have our special day here. First of all, pricing here is affordable, especially considering everything you get in your package. I recommend this for any bride who just wants to show up on their wedding day and not worry about a thing. The convenience of the hotel suite is amazing. It was the perfect place for my bridal party to get ready and so awesome to have family/friends all in one space after the wedding. The staff was also phenomenal. Caprice is a rockstar. I appreciate her calmness and organization. I never once worried about anything at the Hilton. They coordinated all of our vendors, and if there were any issues, I never knew it. The ballroom looked stunning for our reception. I was amazed at how they transformed the room. It felt beautiful and magical. The chiavari chairs included in the package are totally worth it. They have upgrades available that can really take your wedding to the next level. I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The staff, the venue, the whole package - perfect.

We chose the Hilton because the first time we walked into the Hilton, Caprice made us feel welcome. She was professional, warm and very responsive anytime we contacted her with questions throughout our wedding planning. The attention to all the little details were all taken care of and put our minds at ease. The officiant and cake vendor used were beyond our expectations. We enjoyed working with them. We had our wedding at the 8th Ave location and it was beautiful. Our guests felt at home with the friendliness of the staff from time of check in to the time they left. It was also mentioned to us that the staff at our wedding dinner took notice of the guest names on the place cards and used them to reference our guests by name. All of our wedding events were incredible and we were very happy with our special day. Everyone at the Hilton did a great job in making it memorable.

WOW! Caprice and her team make planning a destination wedding in 3 months very easy. Our guests were amazed at how we pulled everything together in such a short time but I did not really tell them we had Caprice as our guide through the process. She gave us preferred vendors to chose from and they were all awesome and their inclusive package was by far the best value in the area. Their willingness to use the 8th Ave South beach location made our wedding ceremony picture perfect and the venue was first rate. The total experience was absolutely amazing!

EVERYONE at the Hilton was amazing! Caprice was our meeting planning and was phenomenal! Pricing was very reasonable and included much more than any other venue we looked at. Not only was it the actual venue for the ceremony, but it included the transportation to and from for all guests, the officiate, chairs, the wedding cake, set up and take down, and Caprice which was basically our wedding planner. She could not have made our day go any smoother. Not only did she and the Hilton allow us to use their lanterns for our centerpieces, but they also put candles and shells we brought into them and arranged them for us! They also brought the flowers from our arch and placed them on our sweetheart's table without us asking. To say they were the best is an understatement. The banquet team was extremely attentive and very sweet during all events, the front desk was very accommodating with early check-ins and placing rooms nearby, and if I know anyone getting married in the area I will absolutely be recommending this venue. I did not stress at all and would not have changed one thing about our fairytale day. I work at the Ritz-Carlton which is all about anticipating guest needs and the Hilton absolutely nailed that! In my opinion, everything they did was up to Ritz-Carlton standard. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton who had anything to do with making our wedding so special and memorable for not only us but all of our guests!!!

We are Mass natives and the Hilton Naples was the perfect venue for our destination wedding! I spent a lot of time working with Special Events Manager, Caprice Del Vecchio and she did an incredible job. It takes a lot of faith to plan a beach wedding from 1500 miles away, but she made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. We ended up having 21 rooms of guests at the hotel and everyone on staff was amazingly accommodating. Everyone felt welcomed and comfortable and spent the weekend enjoying all the hotel (and Naples) had to offer. A big thank you to Diane at the front desk for making sure me and my husband were happy with our room assignments!

We ended up holding both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding here and could not have been more pleased. The whole time here we just kept hearing, "let us know if there is anything you need" and not once were we disappointed. We were married right on the beach, had cocktails outside, and our reception in the hotel. Each detail I had planned came alive perfectly. The whole day ran so smoothly and our guests keep telling us what an amazing time they had.

We had our destination wedding here on March 29 2019. I cannot even put into words how wonderful and talented Caprice is! She was very patient and responsive with me during the planning. She understood my visions and exceeded my expectations. I actually will miss her now that it’s over. The food is very good. Great service!

Where do I even start? My husband and I got married at the Hilton a little over three months ago and it was more than we could have ever dreamed it. Saying that it was my fairytale wedding and a dream come true is a huge understatement. The staff at the Hilton is fantastic and so friendly, but Caprice is beyond outstanding not just as a wedding coordinator, but also as a friend and even a “therapist” to calm you wedding stress. She truly made our wedding day a picture perfect wedding. Caprice treats you as real people, not just another wedding that she can check off on her list. She always went the extra mile to make sure we felt special. She unfortunately was unable to be there on our actual wedding day, but she still made sure that everything was just the way we had asked. I truly cannot thank Caprice enough for working with us and making all of my crazy dreams and ideas a reality. I wasn’t always the easiest to get ahold of or quick to respond to emails due to being in grad school while planning a wedding, but she was always so patient with me and always understanding when it would take me some time to respond to email. As we approached our wedding date, Caprice ensured that the coordinator for the day of our wedding was in attendance at our meeting so that everyone was on the same page rather than messages being passed back and forth. Caprice is seriously the best in the business.
Our ceremony...talk about something straight out of a movie! It was breathtaking and so much more than I could have dreamed of. I always wanted to get married outdoors, but wasn’t big on a beach wedding, so when They shouted us 8th Avenue, we knew that was the spot. Two months prior to our wedding was when the red tide was awful and as soon as I emailed Caprice to talk about alternatives, she started looking at other options for us. She even went a visited a park that was a possible option to determine if it would hold the number of guest we were expecting. Fortunately, the red tide subsided and we had the perfect rustic themed ceremony at 8th South Avenue.
I didn’t get the chance to go out to our cocktail hour, but from my pictures and what my guest said, it was breathtaking.
The food at our wedding reception was incredible and the hor dvours were fabulous! Our guest are still raving about it. The lighting was exactly what I had asked for and the table settings were perfect down to the small details we had wanted. Our dance floor was huge, which was exactly what we wanted to be able to dance the night away, and that’s exactly what we did.
The Hilton and Caprice truly made our night perfect. When we got back to our room we had special treats and drinks waiting for us, which were delicious. Three months later and Caprice is still making us feel special. If you are looking for the perfect wedding location, look no further because you have found it. I can’t thank the Hilton and Caprice enough for making my fairytale become a reality!

Our wedding was truthfully, a fairytale and dream come true! I had been working with Caprice for over 10 months and she EXCEEDED my expectations. She listened to every single detail and concern I had. She was simply great! I could go on about how great she was for hours!! Our theme was a night in Havana and let me tell you, it looked like it for sure!
John and the banquet team did a phenomenal job putting it all together! Every single team member catered to our family and friends, the word “no” was never mentioned.

Caprice did an awesome job helping keep us on track and with all the little details. The entire staff at the Hilton was incredible and so accommodating. Everything turned out so beautiful. We had a large number of guest staying the weekend and everyone was very pleased with the rooms and the pool. The only complaint was that the only restaurant in the hotel for your guest is very overpriced. However the location is great and there are plenty of options within walking distance or a short uber ride. Caprice you were amazing and we can not thank you enough for stepping up to the plate when our first coordinator left!

Caprice and her staff were amazing. We didn’t expect the rain that came, but without blinking an eye, Caprice created a space that looked as though it was planned all along. It was such a great experience working with her.

The Hilton Naples was a spectacular and amazing venue to host our wedding. We had our wedding on September 2nd 2017. Shannon and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive in every little detail of our wedding. This made planning our destination wedding a breeze. The venue was beautiful, food was delicious, and the service and coordination was impeccable. Our guests raved about their experience at the Hilton Naples.

My husband and I are not big planners and were looking for the perfect laid back ceremony and reception. Caprice, special events manager, was wonderful and helped plan everything and made sure things we didn't think of were included in our wedding.

We had a small ceremony on the beach and then back to the Hilton Naples for the poolside reception. The reception was setup on the far end of the pool patio and there was plenty of shade on the sunny day. We booked the Hilton Naples sight unseen and no food samples tasted. The Hilton Naples was beautiful; the food (Mahi Mahi, Filet Mignon, and French Cut Chicken) was AMAZING; the reception by the pool turned into a pool party.

Along with our family and friends we had the best wedding, reception / pool party!

Our wedding was on Sunday, January 14th 2018 and what an amazing event and venue! Everything from the early morning breakfast, the beautiful Sunday morning beach wedding ceremony, professional transportation, and the top-quality reception couldn't have been more beautiful or well coordinated. The staff was very helpful and took care of every last detail to help create a beautiful, elegant and memorable experience for everyone! All of our guests were raving at how special this event was and we absolutely couldn't be happier! Thank you for taking such good care of us, Caprice and all of the staff at the Hilton! You guys are awesome and I'd highly recommend your venue to anyone looking for a beach wedding!

Shannon and her team are truly the best! Shannon definitely made the wedding planning process stress free and smooth sailing! We were so blessed to have had her as a wedding planner and pulling off our special day. Everything was beautiful and we received so many compliments on our wedding and it was all because of Shannon and here team putting everything together perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner and venue as Shannon and her team know what they are doing! I would definitely recommend Shannon and the Naples Hilton to anyone in need of a wedding planner and venue in Florida, and if I had to rate her from 1 to 10...it would be a 20! Whenever we needed something or had a question, she always was responsive and quick even though we were based in the UK! She understood our vision and it turned out beautifully! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with the Hilton. From start to finish, the service was top notch. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon, the events coordinator, throughout the entire process. It is evident that Shannon loves her job, because she truly excells at it. No matter how many times I emailed her, she responded every single time within hours, never leaving me in limbo about the whole process. It was so comforting to know that she was there for anything I needed. Obviously, wedding planning in itself is stressful, but Shannon made it smooth sailing the entire way! The appetizers and entrees were all delicious, making it hard to narrow down our choices during the tasting. We wanted to choose them all! The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went just the way we wanted it. They say it is good luck to have it rain on your wedding day, and it poured! Just our luck, our ceremony was planned to be held outside, but we had to move it indoors at the last minute. Shannon and her team did an amazing job to move everything inside. I didn’t even stress about it at all, because I knew she would take care of it. None of our guests even knew we were in our “plan b” ceremony space! The reception was equally amazing, and was executed perfectly by all staff involved. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my wedding. I highly recommend using the Hilton Naples as your venue.

We can't thank everyone at the Hilton Naples enough for making our wedding an amazing experience! The entire staff was wonderful! Nina was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the hotel block for our guests. The event planners, Shannon and Paige were terrific! Shannon was very helpful during the planning process. She communicated every detail, and always responded quickly to our questions. Paige was amazing during our wedding weekend while Shannon was away. Paige listened to our vision, and we were blown away by how beautiful the ceremony site and ballroom looked for our wedding, and how smoothly the day/night unfolded under her direction. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the service outstanding! We had so many compliments from our guests about how well they were treated during their stay! Absolutely the best staff out of all Hilton properties. There were several events going on at the time of our wedding that was rained out at the beach and reverted back to the busy hotel. Shannon Quinn coordinated everything quickly, calmly and professionally. She literally turned it around in less than 30 minutes and our guest were rerouted, the ceremonial hall was set up amd most importantly Our wedding was on time. Exceptional staff and highly recommended. Thank you

So let me say this...the Hilton Naples was amazing for our wedding! Throughout the planning process Shannon Quinn and her team were always so helpful to me, it wasn't until Hurricane Irma hit that I really needed them and they came through.

Hurricane Irma hit two weeks before our wedding and we knew things may not work out. We were having a destination wedding and family was flying in from all over the country. I was a nervous wreck, but Shannon reassured me everything would work out. Fast forward to the week of, Shannon and her team including the two John's in banquets and the housekeeping staff worked tirelessly to get the hotel ready for our wedding. She arranged for us to stay in an alternate hotel while the hotel was cleaned up after Irma, but stayed in contact every step of the way.

My wedding day approached and I was no longer stressed, but relaxed because I knew the Hilton Naples would take good care of us. That was an understatement! My wedding was GORGEOUS! From the decor, to the friendly staff; I could not have asked for a better experience. We almost had a natural disaster destroy our day, by here we are 4 days later married and so grateful to the Hilton Naples for everything they did for our friends and family. Our family commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been too and I was so happy! Thank you Shannon and team for making my day absolutely fabulous and amazing; despite Hurricane Irma having other plans. I would highly recommend the Hilton Naples for your wedding, Shannon and her team will take good care of you!

If you're planning a destination wedding in Southwest Florida, look no further than the Hilton Naples! When we booked our wedding there back in 2015, we met with Ashley Sarlo, the wedding coordinator at the time, and fell in love with the property. After Ashley and her successor left, we met Shannon Quinn, whom we worked with for the majority of our planning stages and the day-of coordination. She. Is. Awesome.

Planning a destination wedding adds a whole other level of logistics, and Shannon made sure she was available to answer every question I had - even responding to emails on Saturday and Sunday evenings! She and the whole staff were amazingly accommodating. Anything anyone needed, she made sure we had! She also understood our vision for the ceremony and reception and everything was beautifully executed. We had our dream wedding day, and it couldn't have been possible without Shannon and her team. :)

SHANNON DID IT AGAIN!!! this is the second time we have had the privildge of Shannons expertise the first time was in dec when she hosted my granddaughter dawn jezik and luca masellis wedding absolutely perfect in every way when we decided to have a 30th birthday party for dawn we went straight to Shannon she exceeded our expectations, as always, her personal touches made the party exceptional and her friendly and warm nature lets you know she takes her job seriously yet always greets you with a big smile and open arms she gives her undivided attention to every detail and exceeds your every request we consider Shannon our "GO TO GIRL" all it takes is a simple phone call let her know what you want and its done!! just show up and enjoy ! i really cant say enough about Shannon i hope the hilton realizes what a gem they have in her the hilton in naples fl is the place for any venue the staff is amazing, the food and display is extraordinary thanks to Shannon THANKS A BUNCH

Shannon and her staff were amazing, we couldn't be happier with our experience! From start to finish Shannon was with us every step of the way. Shannon even gave us names for vendors, went above and beyond with rooms, and made sure reception room looked amazing for our big day! They were very accommodating to our family and friends as well, all whom stayed at the hotel for the weekend. Shannon even went as far as to show hotel employees our photo so they knew who we were and welcomed us with open arms! Everything went well from start to finish, apps for cocktail hour were delicious, food was A+, and we couldn't have asked for a better reception! My destination wedding was April 2017. Living out of state I thought it was going to be very hard trying to communicate and plan a wedding from a different state. Shannon Quinn was the perfect person to plan my event. Shannon was very polite and communicated every detail with my mom and myself. I never felt out of the loop when planning this event. As a bride to be, I wanted everything to be perfect and I felt like that was so throughout my whole visit at the Hilton Naples. Our guests were in awe at how gorgeous the ceremony on 8th Ave location, and the Hilton ballroom were and how politely they were treated by all of the Hilton staff. I can truly say my wedding day was a magical day of bliss and happiness. Everything went by smoothly and Shannon was there every step of the way to ensure everything was perfect! The vendors they recommend for the cake and flowers were phenomenal as well. The food was delicious, the cake from Sassy's Cakes was amazing, and the decor was breathtaking. My guests are raving that they can't wait to go back and stay at the Hilton Naples!! Thank you Shannon and the Hilton Naples staff for such a elegant and memorable wedding!! My husband and I will definitely be back to visit!

We loved everything about the Hilton Naples. From the beginning to the end they were there every step of the way. We live in Ohio and I thought it would be difficult to plan my daughter's wedding but the event planner (Shannon Quinn) took care of everything for us. She was on top of everything and our communication was beyond excellent. She is completely amazing in handling multiple areas. The service was more then I ever could of imagined...beautiful, elegant and professional.

Shannon our planner was amazing! She jumped right in and helped plan out out wedding. Having a destination wedding could be stressful but they helped with all of the planning and had great recommendations. The accomadtions were amazing for our guests. My destination wedding was March 10th. I have taken a couple weeks to write this review because there is just so much that I want to say...Shannon Quinn is incredible. There are really no words to express her dedication, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond every day of my wedding planning and events. She offered advice, allowed me to contact her at anytime, and answered everyone of my countless emails/texts/phone calls. My wedding events were a 3 day affair, and from beginning to end she made sure everything was perfect. I know for a fact that things would not have gone as smoothly without her there to help. There is not a single complaint that I could say about Shannon and her wedding planning/coordination there at the Hilton. They are so lucky to have her. And as for the Hilton itself and the staff working there, they were just as wonderful! They were so kind and accommodating and made all of my guests stays (as well as my own) flawless. My husband and I will most definitely be going back to celebrate our anniversary at the Hilton Naples, as well as carry our fond memories of that place and the staff, for a lifetime. I will forever be grateful to Shannon and her team for such a perfect wedding day.

My husband and I have lived in Naples for almost our whole lives and never thought to have our wedding at the Hilton and we are happy to say it was the best decision we could've made. We knew we wanted to get married close to the beach and picked out the location of the ceremony before we ever went to the Hilton. I cannot express how thankful I am to everyone at the Hilton Naples fl for making our dream wedding a reality. The staff at this hotel is exceptional! They not only made me and my groom feel like royalty but also our guest. We got so many compliments about how good the food was and also the open bar. Shannon and Paige are the best, and although they changed the coordinators a couple times in the end I was extremely happy with the work they put into our wedding. They listened to my vision of how I wanted the decor to come together and I was completely blown away when I saw everything come together. These two ladies are professionals and they have a great deal of passion for what they do and it definitely shows in their work. There is not one thing I would change about my wedding day because that's how perfect it was. The day of the wedding the staff at the Hilton took away the stress and anxiety because they did all the hard part and I got to enjoy the company of family and friends and my now husband. Hilton Naples far exceeded my expectations. I fell in love with the venue when I first visited in April. Throughout the 8 months before my wedding, Hilton staff, including Shannon, the wedding coordinator, was in contact with me to ensure that we were on the same page and to make the process as flawless as possible.
I had many wedding guests stay the night at the Hilton. I knew that there was a shuttle from the hotel to the beach, but I had no idea that the Hilton offered free bike rentals for their guests to ride around town. Many of my out of town guest took advantage of the beautiful weather and the great location of the hotel to ride the bikes around town.
Shannon and John Machnicz, Director of Banquets, were by my side throughout the rehearsal dinner and wedding ensuring that everything went smoothly and how I envisioned. Shannon and the Hilton staff brought my vision to life. I can't explain the feeling I had when I saw the reception hall for the first time. I stood with my husband and grandmother in awe. The staff members set-up everything, while we enjoyed the cocktail hour.
The food was amazing- from the presentation to the taste. My wedding included plate options of steak, mahi mahi, or chicken. I continue to have guests tell me how it was the best food they've had.
A week after my wedding, I attended an event at the Ritz Carlton in Naples. The food was overcooked, cold, and the decorations were mediocre. There were also two weddings occurring at the time same. I peeked my head in to find, unimpressive decorations. There was no "WOW" factor. The accommodations at the Ritz did not compare to those of the Hilton. The Hilton rooms are up-to-date, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. Leticia, a staff member at the Hilton, cleaned my room after I checked out. I left an heirloom bracelet and ring in the room. She brought those heirlooms to the front desk for retrieval. She is an honest person with class that far exceeds most people.

I'm not sure I will find the right words to describe how wonderful the service is that these guys provide. My husband and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversay by renewing our vows and chose the Hilton Naples as our venue. We were determined to have the wedding we did not have 25 years ago so this was not going to be an 'ordinary' vow renewal this was a celebration of our family.
We decided on the Hilton because of our initial meeting with Ashley Sarlo, who treated us with so much curtesy we felt like the only couple in the world that were about to celebrate this milestone. Nothing was too much trouble, she made suggestions and was always prompt in her responses, which was important as we currently live in Canada, and guests would be coming from Australia, the UK, Canada and the States.
When Ashley left unexpectedly 3 months before the big day, I went into panic mode! Oh my word what was going to happen now? this girl knew us so well, knew our story and how special this day had to be...............but I shouldn't have worried, Paige Simpson stepped into the role while the Hilton searched for a replacement for Ashley, a role that had been hers a few years before, she had trained Ashley and it was obvious from the first conversation that our big day was still in good hands.
We exchanged emails and phone calls until 3 weeks before the date when we arrived in Naples and met for the first time. During that first meeting we also met Kathleen, Ashley's replacement and Tracy Duhaney the Conference Services Manager. These 3 ladies went above and beyond all our expectations to ensure we had a special day, they reduced me to tears several times with their surprises and thoughfulness.
From the ceremony on Vedado Beach to the cocktail hour by the pool to our beautiful reception, it all exceeded our expectations. You wont be disapponted if you chose the Hilton Naples

My husband and I couldn't be any happier with our decision of choosing the Hilton for our wedding. The Hilton originally wasn't my first choice but after meeting with Ashley last July, I felt that her and the Hilton staff will really cater to our wedding rather than some of the other venues I visited. Unfortunately, a month and a half before the wedding Ashley abruptly left, but Paige Simpson and Kathleen Scott did a fantastic job with reassuring me that the wedding will go as planned.

The wedding did go as planned and better! They exceeded my expectations and all of my guests are still raving that my wedding was one of the best they've ever been too. Kathleen was there all day and made sure everything was in order. I wanted a stress free wedding since my husband was in a car accident and is now wheelchair bound. They made sure to accomadate us and help us figure out how to get him on the beach. A lot of my guests also commented how organized everything was. Everything was just perfect! I would definitely recommend the Hilton to others, plus they're the best deal in town!

I couldn't be happier with Paige, Kathleen, and the entire Hilton Naples location and crew! I had a friend that got married in December of 2014 at the Hilton, and swore to me that everything was just perfect. I originally worked with Ashley, but she received another job offer closer to where she lives about 4 weeks before my wedding. I was apprehensive at first, but Paige immediately swooped in and put any of my reservations to rest!! She was quick to respond to any emails, phone calls, or text messages I sent her way. Everything I had discussed with Ashley was in Paige's hands already, which was a huge relief. I see why the program has been so successful for the Hilton! Paige began the program 5 years ago, and she is truly beyond talented. I had never been to the hotel prior to my wedding on 3/12/16. I had seen photos, but never got the chance to travel from Chicago to Naples to visit. I was blown away with the end result! Not only is the entire staff professional and super helpful, but the hotel is completely updated and remodeled, and gorgeous! You really get your money's worth with the Hilton, and Paige and her assistant Kathleen's help! I told Paige how I wanted the room to be set up, and when I finally got to view it before the reception started, I was blown away. It was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! Paige and Kathleen stayed the duration of the evening to make sure everything was taken care of, so my husband and I could 100% enjoy our evening, without any stress or anxiety. The attention to details throughout the entire event was just perfect. I have told everyone I know that if they ever decide to do a destination wedding in Florida, to definitely look into the Hilton. I can't say enough how happy I am with the end result.

If you're looking for the perfect venue to have your wedding, PLEASE look no further. I can promise that you will not be disappointed with Paige, Kathleen or the entire staff!

Our wedding was an absolute dream come true thanks to Ashley Shultz and the rest of the amazing staff at the Naples Hilton!! Ashley was so kind and professional and really put my mind at ease by answering all of my questions and doing everything she could to make sure my day was flawless. I want to start off by saying there is absolutely no way I would have been able to pull off a destination wedding without Ashley Sarlo! She did amazing things for our wedding! She was so quick to respond to emails and phone calls every single day! She was very polite and professional every time I spoke with her! She always had the answers I was looking for no matter what the question was! The Hilton staff was amazing as well! We moved rooms quite a bit and the staff was so accommodating! We did everything from our rehearsal dinner to the reception at the Hilton and I wouldn't of changed a single thing! The food for everything was amazing! Our wedding was gorgeous at the Hilton Naples! Ashley, our point of contact at the hotel from start to finish, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She answered all of my lengthy emails in detail and within the same day! She made our vision come to life. All of the other staff was so friendly and professional as well. The hotel offers amazing wedding packages; the inclusions in our package took so much stress from us because so many things were included and being taken care of by Ashley and her team! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding - they made it happen!!! I would do it all over again!

I had my destination wedding at the Hilton. I was originally planning on another venue on the ocean, but as soon as my mom & I met Ashley, we knew the Hilton was the place! I planned most of my wedding from Wisconsin, with a few trips to meet Ashley, and she made it so much easier than I had anticipated. Ashley made everything seem easy and totally doable, and gave me so many great vendors to meet. She also happily answered my mom’s (who has done many weddings herself and of course wanted mine to be perfect) million questions and even put her at ease! The hotel was recently renovated and a room for us was included. We had a small wedding and had issues finding a place without a high catering minimum where we could have a DJ for 20 people, this was no problem at all for the Hilton. My only complaint was Russ Winn, the officiant. He didn’t really listen to anything we wanted him to do, and the only thing I would change was to get a different officiant. I had watched some of his videos from previous weddings and thought he looked good, and people who watch our video may think the same thing, however he did not do a lot of the things we had asked for (I don’t blame the Hilton for this, just something to keep in mind when booking). Overall we would 100% recommend the Hilton for a wedding!!

I know exactly what you're thinking and feeling. You're going to have a wedding people are coming from everywhere, and you have a lot of pressure and you want to get it right. And we were at the same point. We had people coming from all points of the country. We were under some pressure then Ashley stepped in and made everything seem simple. You could not find a better person to work with and you could not find a better property. It was the one place that we felt we were getting more than what we were paying for! I doubt many people would say of their wedding that if they had it to do all over again they would do it exactly the same way.. I can say with confidence that we would. The Hilton Naples was everything I imagined for my beautiful wedding day. My guests had a great time, the staff was attentive and helpful and everything went as planned. To top things off my floral and decorator Dream Occasions Studio made everything just as I imagined. I was also lucky to have one truly best photographers in Florida Alfredo from Couture Bridal Photography from Fort Lauderdale. So my day went without a hitch at the best venue for a wedding, that was decorated amazingly and I have the memories of my wedding day with amazing photography from the best in photography. My wedding day was the most magical day of my life and I can't thank Ashley and the Hilton Naples enough for that. My husband and I got married on the 25th of July and we started planning with Ashley 14 months before hand. Despite planning so far ahead, Ashley made us feel like we were her top priority and she was always responsive, professional, and friendly. We toured the Hilton multiple times to help craft our vision for our wedding and Ashley even let us see a few weddings being set up so we could anticipate what our own wedding would look like. Ashley always had wonderful vendor recommendations and great ideas whenever we needed suggestions while planning (decor, ceremony, ect...). We opted to have our entire wedding inside since we knew it would rain (Florida in July...) and we don't regret it at all. Everything was absolutely perfect the day of our wedding, from the ceremony, to the reception each and every moment was what we had pictured and Ashley made that happen for us! The food was incredible and the wait staff was constantly making sure all of our needs were met. We also stayed two nights in the hotel and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and inviting! It was wonderful being able to work with Ashley, and I know she puts in as much time and effort in to each wedding she coordinates!

Ashley Sarlo was always available to us for my daughters wedding and with a smile on her face. She handles everything with complete confidence. The Hilton was the perfect place for our daughters wedding The hotel was perfect for our family and guest. The wedding was perfect and beautiful!! The reception was perfect. My husband and I had our destination wedding here on January 31, 2015. We cannot even begin to describe how perfect it was. Ashley Sarlo is absolutely amazing! We got married 12/6/14 at Hilton Naples and it was beyond PERFECT!! The Hilton was a beautiful place to get married. I chose the ceremony to be at the beach and the reception at the hotel but unfortunately the weather was bad so instead Ashley at the Hilton set up both my ceremony and my reception to take place in the Hilton. Ashley Sarlo made our anniversary vow renewal ceremony a dream come true! She actually read our blog and went along with all my quirky ideas http://laritajohn.wordpress.com/. She really had no idea what she had gotten herself into when she was dealing with us! Her patience and kindness was awesome! Her customer service was exquisite. The Hotel which she said was being renovated, is really beautiful... very grand which made for wonderful pictures. We had our ceremony on April 18th at 8th Ave South, directly on the beach. The coordination of everything was perfect. Ashley gently prepared us for the possibility of rain, and was flexible with moving the time up to accommodate it. The staff let me send my own place settings a week in advance and use my own decorations. They worked around the clock to make sure everything was perfect for us and I let her choose my cake and it was so delicious. They were really good about verifying everything. The cocktail hour was at the pool and the guests loved the food at the reception. We chose buffet style. I only had 30 guests and the beach ceremony was so intimate and beautiful. The hotel staff and family made me and my guests feel sooo special. We were like VIPS. I will never forget the kindness, humility and graciousness of the staff and the Cooper Family. Thank you sooo much HIlton Naples for giving me and John the memories of a lifetime.

The cocktail hour and reception...there are no words! People are still talking about how beautiful and romantic it was. From the food to the drinks (cake too!) no detail was spared. I absolutely LOVED working with Ashley and her team! They were all very accommodating with whatever it was that we needed. The whole time we stayed in the Hilton we were greeted my name, even if we were just walking past the Front Desk. The day of the wedding went very smooth and Ashley and Haley played a HUGE part in that. Not only will I never forget my wedding, I will also never forget working with such a nice staff at the Hilton.

Perfect! That's what would sum up this review in one word. Ashley and her team were amazing. I had essentially zero stress my wedding day. When we booked in April for our November wedding were working with the previous Hilton coordinator who was excellent as well. When the transition from Electa to Ashley occurred, it was seamless. Ashley was receptive, responsive, professional, pleasant, and truly an expert of her profession. Everyone at the Hilton Naples were friendly and professional. Our venue was off site at the 8th ave South Park, the setting was incredible. We had the intimate wedding package which included the minister, floral arrangements, dinner, cocktails, and cake. All of this was excellent. The reception was fantastic, she arranged our pre-dinner cocktail party by the spa terrace at our request. Our day was perfect and it would not have happened without Ashley and her team!

Ashley & the Naples did an excellent job! My wedding was nearly perfect due to their hard work and professionalism. Their prices for a wedding beat any in town. The ballroom, lobby area for cocktail hour, and then pool area where our ceremony was held are all stunning. My vendors (photography and DJ) had worked there before, making it easy. The food by Shula's was outstanding! I would definitely recommend the Naples Hilton.

The Hilton Naples was great to work with, specifically Ashley. They made my beach wedding dream come true. All my little details that I had planned came to real life! I just remember through out the night I kept saying "I don't feel like I am at my own wedding because I am having too much fun!" Electa at the Hilton Naples helped us with the perfect beach wedding. She took care of all the details including transportation from the hotel to the beach. She was very professional and detailed with the reception at the Hilton. I would not hesitate to book the Hilton again.

I found the Naples Hilton to have the best value for a wedding venue in the Naples area. The Hilton was able to accomidate a large guest list which was one of the first things that limited my selection from other venues right away. I really liked how the wedding package included everything from drinks, food, cake, chair covers, dance floor,and two nights hotel stay; It really made planning easy and convenient. The food was delish from the butler passed cocktail hour to the dinner served from Shula's kitchen. My guests really enjoyed the open bar included in the package, however I was able to customize the number of hours to fit my budget.
Another thing that was really great about the Hilton was the 2 night stay in the suite. The suite served as a perfect area for the girls to get ready the day of the wedding. I hired hair and make-up to come in the morning; they were more than pleased with the space to work. The night of the wedding we were greeted by a bottle of champaign and chocolate strawberries with a note from our awesome wedding coordinator Electa!

I would definately recommend this venue for anyone who is looking for a resort type feel, but doesn't want to break the bank. The service is excellent and individualized. You are the only Bride and Groom booked for the weekend. I would book with the Hilton again!

Electa at the Hilton Naples is an excellent wedding planner! She is very organized, prompt, flexible, and willing to go out of her way to make any event as successful as possible. We truly enjoyed working with her!

Let me just start by saying that Electa is amazing at what she does, which is everything! I was a bride that had a thousand other things going on (new job, moving) and wanted my dream wedding without having to hire a wedding planner, spend months planning the wedding, or going over my tight budget. We had 70 guests from out-of-town with our ceremony at a church and then had cocktail hour and the reception after at the Naples, Hilton. Electa and the Naples Hilton made all of my dreams come true and exceeded my expectations. Electa was willing to work with my budget and I truly believe that the Naples Hilton gives you the most value for your money without compromising on quality. I never once felt stressed during the wedding planning process and Electa was always there to remind me about the most important upcoming deadlines/dates. Everyone at our wedding says it was the best they had ever been to and are still raving about the food, cake, and amazing night we all had. Thanks Electa and Naples Hilton for making our wedding dreams come true!
