    Amazing venue!!!!!

    Taylor helped us plan the perfect wedding! She was very responsive. We had a destination wedding. It went perfectly. Taylor set up all the decorations and let me store them in her office. She made it less stressful. It went smoothly. Would recommend others to come here. Beautiful venue.

    Great experience

    I could not have asked for a better experience. Taylor was so helpful during the planning process and on the big day/weekend. All of the Hilton staff were incredible. My family had a great time as well. The packages were well worth the price point and everything looked amazing. The vendors they recommend were also spectacular and made the day memorable. I highly recommend looking here for your wedding.

    Amazing!

    Omg!!!! I got married here in October 2022 and everything was perfect. Taylor was amazing. During the planning process, she was available for all questions and phone calls. I had the wedding of my dreams. The food was great. The staff was super friendly. Everything was put together to a ‘t’ How I planned it. If I could give Taylor 100 stars, she definitely deserves it!!!!! She gave me a list of vendors. Even my special requests were accommodated to the best of her abilities.

    Fairy Tale Wedding on the beach!

    From the first meeting with Taylor to our checkout the day after the wedding, everything was amazing. Taylor made the planning effortless and did everything to make our special day feel like a fairy tale wedding.

    Gorgeous venue!!

    We loved everything about this venue. Beautiful location, great staff, and amazing food. Our wedding coordinator Taylor was the best and made sure our day was perfect!

    Love love love

    I have always said I was not going to have a hotel wedding but as soon as I met Jacqueline I immediately felt peace. This was our 6th venue tour and each area I completely loved. I couldn't stop thinking about the venue the rest of the weekend. I can't wait for my wedding in April 2021

    Awesome venue

    I’m really happy we had our wedding reception here. We started off with Emily as our wedding coordinator there, but she moved away about 6 weeks before our wedding and we had Meg take care of the final details. It was a pretty smooth transition. We had a few things to work through, but Meg was able to work with us and she was so kind and always got back with us right away. And was able to resolve any problem that came up. The servers were so awesome. The food was so delicious! Kudos to the chef!! I highly recommend having your wedding reception here.

    Where do I even start?

    When my husband at I got engaged last year, my mom called me and suggested that we go meet with Emily at the Hilton. This was the first AND last venue we looked at for our wedding. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous out there, but Emily and her team are amazing. There isn't enough words to describe how great this whole experience has been. Emily is truly an angel, she makes this whole thing less stressful for you. Anytime, you need to ask her a question...no matter how stupid you may think it is, she always gets back to you.

    The week of our wedding, Emily was involved in a pretty nasty car accident, but she was still there the day of the wedding!! That's loyalty to your customers. Our wedding day was beyond perfect, it was beyond what I could ever imagine it to be. Emily really, goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is perfect!

    Would I do it again?! Of course I would!

    Emily, to you and your staff....thank you SO much for everything you guys did, to make our wedding day so special and memorable!

    From day one of our wedding planning we could not have asked for a better experience. Emily was always quick to answer any of our questions, which as a bride is a huge relief with all the stress of planning your big day. The whole Hilton staff made our day truly incredible, stunning and stress free! I was truly amazed how everything came together so beautifully and how attentive the staff was to my husband and I. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed at every moment. I highly recommend the Hilton Melbourne Beach Ocean Front!

    We had our ceremony & reception at the Hilton Melbourne beach. Everything was perfect. We worked with Emily. She is amazing.
    The room looked great. The manager of catering & beverage is wonderful. The food was outstanding. We had our cake & flowers included...could not be happier! Everyone had a fantastic time. I’ve been told it was the best wedding ever.

    Our Event Planner, Emily Sybo, did an outstanding job helping us to plan our wedding ceremony on the beach and reception in the Ocean Grille! She was extremely knowledgable and answered every question that I had (and I had many, many questions!) Not only was she professional but she was a lot of fun to work with! She really helped to make our event special. In addition, the entire staff that supported our wedding and reception was friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to be accommodating. The night of our reception, the Chef was extremely accommodating when he had to make a last minute change to one meal due to a food allergy! I would highly recommend the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront for wedding events! They truly helped to make our wedding day special! My sister is now planning her daughter's wedding in Pittsurgh, and she was so impressed with the Hilton that she is checking out the Hilton and Doubletree hotels in downtown Pittsburg! Cudos to everyone that supported our wedding!!!

    I worked with Emily on a 10th anniversary celebration at this hotel. She and the rest of the staff were amazing in helping my plan my event and customize some of the details I wanted. Fantastic experience for amazing price.

    We planned our wedding for months with Emily Sybo at the Hilton Oceanfront Melbourne Beach. She had an amazing strength for the level of details that I wanted to create our dream wedding. We had our ceremony overlooking the beach on the most gorgeous sunny blue sky day last Saturday March 25 2017. They have beautiful decorations to go with the beach theme and truly take ALL the worrying out of planning a wedding. I did not have a private wedding coordinator and Emily made sure no detail was left out.

    The Hilton has a wonderful wedding package that included the room to get ready, the ceremony overlooking the beach with a happy hour afterwards then we went upstairs to the 7th floor to a gorgeous reception including a delicious dinner, champagne toast, table decorations with flowers/candles/accents done by Christi at Violets in Bloom and a wedding cake we designed ourselves with their contracted baker, Guilty Pleasures. Jose, the maitre d/coordinator for the evening made sure everything ran perfectly and was a joy to work with! We can't say enough good things about Emily and the Hilton for making our wedding a dream come true!

    We HIGHLY recommend them if you want a package that includes everything so that you just pick our your wedding clothing, rings and show up-they take care of the rest :-) Thank you Emily, Jose and the great Hilton staff(ps even included a night at the hotel, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries delivered after the wedding to our room and breakfast in bed-it doesn't get better than that!!)

    If you want a less stressful wedding then you should book with the Hilton Melbourne Beach. Amy Mcgrew Hilton are the best. They made my life easy when getting married and not to mention the food is excellent and the service is phenomenal.

    My wedding was the best day of my life thanks to the Hilton Melbourne Beach. Amy was so incredible at working with me long distance over emails, answering all of my questions and making sure I had no additional concerns.
    The Hilton has updated its ballroom, dance floor and much more! I couldn't have imagined a better venue for my special day. The food and bar service was perfect and the entire banquet staff was so helpful!
    Our ceremony was held here as well, and we were given the best accommodations.
    My guests who stayed at the hotel were very pleased with their stay and that made me even happier!
    Thank you again to Amy and the entire Hilton staff for making me the happiest Bride!!

    My Husband & I recently got married at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront. We are from Baltimore, MD and have been working with Amy M for the last year. She has been awesome dealing with and made sure that everything ran smoothly for our big day! Living so far away, I had some concerns on how everything would play out, but honestly it turned out better than I even imagined! Carrie & Jose in banquets were so helpful and awesome throughout the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. They made sure that my husband, myself and my parents were taken care of at all times. We even checked in a week early and the front desk staff was amazing. The front desk supervisor checked us in, Samantha helped us out throughout the week, including the Front Desk Manager! Andrew that worked the PM shift was amazing and always so helpful! I recommend anyone looking for a venue in Central Florida to check out the Hilton! You won't be disappointed!!

    Well we picked this hotel because my wife's brother got married here 8 years before. We're from Baltimore and we didn't have much time to plan and look at stuff. I'll start by saying that this was one of the best venues/hotels that I have stayed at. Amy McGrew did EVERYTHING perfect and made our day very special. From the rehearsal dinner to the end of reception she was there making sure that it went smooth. Perfect location and a perfect day for us and our family whom traveled from all over the world! Now about the hotel staff; there's always something that goes wrong or you find that one staff that is rude or doesn't like their job but NOT at this hotel. from the cleaning staff to the security guard and ESPECIALLY the front desk staff everyone was amazing. (Trust me we were loud and partying the whole time at this hotel) The front desk girls did everything and addressed our questions so fast that I was shocked. They were awesome! Overall this was one of the best experiences ever! Thank you so much Hilton!!!!!!!

    My husband and I had a wonderful wedding experience with the Hilton Melbourne Beach. The dedication and professionalism of the staff was beyond our expectations. The team did whatever was needed to make our wedding a day we will never forget. We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any other event you may be considering!

    We worked with Amy McGrew and she was absolutely amazing! She was willing to answer any question big or small. She was so helpful in organizing everything and making sure our day went smoothly. She was a calm presence throughout the entire planning process and worked with us when our guest numbers dropped lower than expected.
    The Hilton was a gorgeous location and we were able to have a beautiful ceremony on the deck with only nature as the decoration. The reception was also wonderful with all our the hotel staffers being kind, friendly and helpful to ensure we had a beautiful event.

    I was so pleased with the services at the Hilton! Amy and Jose were so very helpful. We also had Chrissie helping us with food and drinks for the bridal party while we were getting ready the day of. Everyone there was so helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better location for our special day!!! If you are looking for a location that isn't right on the beach, but has the beach as a backdrop this is the place for you. It was just breathtaking! THANKS AMY, JOSE, AND CHRISSIE!!!

    We cannot say enough good things about Amy and her service staff. I wish I could remember the name of the head server and the lady who helped him. I have to say I was down for the count by the time the wedding started and they made it possible for me to sit down and enjoy my son's wedding. They were professional, kept the schedule on track, made our guests feel cared for and were consistently kind and thoughtful. We had many compliments from our guests on how well the Hilton staff performed.
    Thestaff did all kinds of little things like trying to keep the children taken care of so the parents didn't have to stop, guided us on how and when things were to be done without being making me feel badly about having run out of steam. I felt that they cared that this wedding go off as well as possible. They were warm, thoughtful and efficient and should be used as the example for Hilton employees on how to treat Hilton guests.

    Amazing venue and more amazing staff! They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. I can't say enough about all the staff at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront and special they made us feel. They were accommodating and so helpful in every way. They were kind, flexible, fun and so professional. They were beyond my expectations, and I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is so beautiful and you are guaranteed to have a great time for any event.     Great location to have a wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and paid extra attention to our long out of town guest list. We wanted a venue that didn't feel stuffy or too formal and this was the perfect spot! The food was excellent! We had many guests compliment the food as well as the hotel's restaurant! Melinda and Amy were quick to respond to any e-mails or calls throughout the process. They were a huge help in suggesting options to make our day extra special. Thanks for everything you and your staff did to make our wedding perfect! We couldn't have been happier, even with the rain. :)

    We had our ceremony and reception at Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront and we couldn't be any happier with the way it turned out. The setting and set up was absolutely beautiful. The food at our reception was delicious all of our guests enjoyed it. The staff was really friendly and helpful and that made the whole event even more enjoyable. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to have a classy event.

    Great hotel to have your wedding ceremony and reception! The locations for each event were beautiful and we got fabulous pictures right on the beach! The accommodations were great for us and our guests. We were given a complimentary room the night of our wedding...I just wish it would have been a suite like most of my friends had at their wedding. All in all, great venue and the on-site wedding coordinator was great!

    The Hilton Melbourne Beach property was the perfect place for our wedding. I wanted my wedding on the beach. They offered weddings on the covered deck or on the beach. They also offered a back-up plan in case it rained. Amy McGrew was awesome! She has a very calm and assuring demeanor and makes you feel at ease about the planning process. She is flexible and works with your budget. She is quick to get back to you as well with any questions or ideas you might have. Nichole and Bari (rooms division) were very accommodating with our room block and helped us put rooms close to each other that were using their HH points. The front desk staff were very friendly and smiling...made you feel at home. I can't say enough about Jose (banquet captain)!!!! He was the one that made the ceremony and reception a hit!!!! From helping set up the arch on the beach to making sure everyone got what they needed at the reception. He helped with someone that needed a gluten-free meal and someone that wanted their meat cooked longer. As a bride, your day goes by like a blurr, it is important to have a great staff like they have at the Hilton to make it smooth! Thank you for the awesome wedding and reception!

    Perfect Wedding Day!

    The Hilton Melbourne Beach was a perfect choice for our wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony and inside reception in their Ballroom which I would recommend.
    Meg & then Jacqueline their new catering events manager took over at the end when their previous one left the company and although this made me very nervous - she clearly knows what she's doing and took over with no problem. I have to give outstanding reviews of the Bartender (who made sure my husband, his parents and my mom were taken care of first and foremost) and Jose who made sure everything was perfect and running smoothly during the reception. The food was delicious and all our guests complimented it. The vendors the Hilton works with for their package were all A+. The hotel was very accommodating to any needs and requests. I believe a helpful front desk staff at a Hotel is crucial and they were all very kind. None of out of town guests had complaints or issues.

    As a bride who was concerned about costs when looking for a venue, the Hilton does have a few package options but I would recommend really looking at your guest list - that will be the ultimate determination of costs for you if you choose the Hilton.

    Overall we had a perfect day! Thank you to all the staff!

    To any who maybe thinking of using this hotel think no more, we just had my daughters wedding there this past weekend and it was FABULOUS, the staff where there for every need, the food was 1st class and our wedding sales manager Emily Sybo was just brilliant she kept us up to date on every little detail. So think no more and do what we did book the Hilton I know you will be as happy as we are.

    The quality of service that we received was phenomenal! Amy did a great job organizing my wedding and the details of my beach ceremony. She recommended some great vendors and answered emails and calls very quickly. The buffet food was great and everyone had a great time.
    One conundrum I did have was that there was 3 wedding booked in the same hotel that day. One of the ceremonies was directly across from mine on the other side of the beach, 1 hour apart. We kinda bottled necked with the other party while guests were arriving because there was only 1 entrance to the beach. BUT everything worked out beautifully and we didn't run into any issues because of it. Reception room inside Jacks restaurant was very nice and servers and the bartenders did a great job. I would recommend this hotel for your wedding, just make sure you ask if there's other wedding there that day you ask for a 2-3 hour window in between. Thank-you Amy and Hilton associates!

    I must say that we were complimented many times over how awesome our wedding was. The outdoor reception area was perfect for our laid-back yet classy beach affair. Amy was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process and even took all of my decor into her office the day before with notes as to how to organize each piece. She was flexible when the dessert tables required maneuvering and a change as our chocolate fudge cake started melting. The food was great - the hor d'eouvres a hit. We did run into a problem with the color coding and meal count - it was reversed so the first table was served incorrectly but I believe it was corrected afterward, as my aunt was the unofficial correspondent between the wedding and the kitchen staff. Jose, the banquet captain, did a spectacular job handling these issues and even managed to maneuver some tables when some rain decided to come down on us (good luck!!). Because of this, I'm not sure whether coffee was served and how much that affected our bill (if we were charged extra for the service then did not receive - again, unaware). The open bar was very generous and they took care of myself and the groom regardless of the hour. Having the wedding outside on the beach was fantastic and moving to the cocktail and dinner hour outside was the perfect locale.

    The only major issue was the wedding that was on the beach directly after ours, 1 hour after. Originally, the Hilton had planned to use the same ceremony space for the other wedding. We had them move the other ceremony to the other side of the beach, so both parties could carry on interrupted. However, there is only one entrance to the beach from the hotel, so their bridal procession was interrupted by our party. Our wedding party was taking pictures and may have distracted their guests to a degree. I would make sure when you sign the contract that you are promised that space for at least a 2 hour window as to not interrupt your special time.

    Everything was perfect!Melinda was great! She made sure everything was ready and even went out and bought me a garter because I forgot mine! I did loose a lot of stuff from switching my rooms but thats partly my fault I should have packed the stuff better and had someone in charge, they tried having a bell boy move it and tipped him but it still missing she offered to give me a night stay which was very nice. Overall I was very pleased with the way everything was done it was a amazing day !

    Coordinator (Amy McGrew) was great. The chef make a GREAT recommendation for the food.
    Very pleased. Both the bride and her parents appreciative of the service provided.

    Great place to host out of town guests. Buffet in morning is a little pricey ~30$pp but the omelets are amazing! incredible value and very clean. Loved the Hot tub with the waves breaking in the background!!

    The Melbourne Beach Hilton is beautiful and has a perfect outdoor ceremony area for weddings on the beach. Melinda was our coordinator, and while the wedding and reception went off without any issues, it was difficult to get into contact with Melinda before the wedding. She is responsible for coordinating the weddings for two establishments and therefore was spread thin. It was hard to get her on the phone and she didn't always answer all questions by email. There was a mix up at our food tasting and we didn't get to try all the items we requested. Leading up to the wedding, she hired an assistant to help her with communicating with her brides. This was beneficial and contacting her was a lot easier. When the wedding came, everythiing went nicely. Melinda was even in the bathroom helping to bustle my dress when my Made of Honor could not be found. The Hilton had reasonable prices and a beautiful location, if you can handle a flakey coordinator then this venue would be worth checking out.

    Unfortunately, Amy left the Hilton about two weeks prior to our wedding, and we felt that some transitions problems need to be worked through with respect to communications, planning and execution of the events. Communication by email and phone suffered. It was a beautiful location (however the tented patio is across from the parking garage but luckily no car alarms went off during our ceremony so we didn't find it to be a problem), food was delicious and the interaction with staff was very friendly, but management may need a few months to smooth our the growing pains of missing their beloved venue coordinator. They forgot to set a place for my husband's late father, both at the ceremony and the reception, a detail which had been confirmed twice by email. Regrettably, they lost/misplaced our grooms cake. I STILL haven't heard back fromthem two weeks later, luckily our baker offered to remake our cake for free and contact Hilton on our behalf, which was a relief (still you'd think the hilton would let us know what happened, follow up and close the issue). Lastly, they originally tried to cram the buffet line into the reception hall, leaving nearly no room between tables and very little room for the DJ table. However, we were more than relieved that they changed the room setting for us to open up the reception area, and we thank them for that. It's a beautiful location, with excellent food and service and they have great pricing on their wedding packages. I think our wedding date fell into an awkward time frame for them. I would think that by late 2017 or 2018 dates they will hit their stride again. If you meet with the venue just ask lots of questions and make sure EVERYTHING is in writing for your records and follow up, follow up, follow up!!

    My wedding has now come and gone. I had a few problems with the coordination. They handled a small surge of love bugs very well; however, lots of other things were not up to my standards. First and most importantly the food sides for my Scallop dishes were completely wrong. They charged my guests for Soda when I paid for soda and tea to be included in the package! They never served the Sorbet which was to be served with my cake (also paid for in the package). The Cocktail hour was not set up quite in time but this may have been due to the change in location when the love bugs ran a muck outside. There was another wedding directly after mine with the same ceremony location and alternate reception location. There were quite a few half naked drunken people trying to crash the party after coming in from the pool. I booked an additional night for the night before my wedding. I arranged the reservation so that the room was to be cleaned and set up as my Wedding Suite after I left to the Ceremony. I even called about an hour before the Ceremony to confirm that this would be done. When we came back to the room they had delivered the Champagne and Strawberries but the Trash cans were still full, no new towels, coffe, sugar, Creamer, The Bed was un-made... (Just imagine 4 Women getting ready for a wedding in that room with all of their stuff....The room was a wreck!!!). We had moved all of our personal belongings out of the way for the cleaning to be polite but I am not sure why they didn't take care of this. The Cocktail hour food was wonderful, that was a plus.

    I asked the Coordinator several times to come to the room to get me before the ceremony because we had 4 vases that needed to be brought down to the reception and were fully dressed and had bouquets to carry......She said she would do so and never followed through.

    All in all I would agree that the price was better for the Hilton but when you compare price and quality...Crown Plaza seemed to have way more value to the dollar.

    My advise, if you go with the Hilton, be prepared not to let anything get in the way of your big day but be sure to pay attention to details so that you are not taken advantage of while you are busy in your celebration.
