The new Senior Catering Manager, Li-Ling Li and her team were absolutely incredible! From beginning to end, Li-Ling made sure that we had the best service, and personal care. I followed Li-Ling from Santa Monica Loews, and continue to be impressed by her responsiveness, professionalism, and personal touch.

I worked with Li-Ling Li, Senior Catering Manager of the Long Beach Hilton while planning my brother's wedding on Saturday, July 21st. I acted as Matron of Honor/wedding planner. My brother's wedding was an all-day event at the Hilton consisting of two ceremonies plus a lunch and dinner reception. Li-Ling was our go-to for all things regarding the venue locations and she was outstanding to work with! She was detailed, patient, and very attentive. Most importantly, she was incredibly accommodating and understanding of the cultural ceremonies that the couple hosted for their wedding. She is very considerate and made sure that the bride and groom was provided the best options available to them. She made this wedding planning process operate as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend her for your wedding day.

My wife and I (wow that is still weird to say) had our wedding here on a very busy Memorial Day Holiday. Joe and his catering staff treated with friendliness and professionalism. They answered questions and honored negotiating points with honesty. There were a couple flubs here and their during the wedding (as there tends to be with big weddings) but they bent over backwards to rectify them.
The venue is near the Ocean but does not have a true ocean view. The venue was still beautiful as the Downtown Long Beach area is very picturesque and provides for beautiful photos and video.
I would recommend them as an event space and obviously weddings any day.
