Great stay for our wedding! & they even left us a congrats gift!

We had the absolute best experience while planning our wedding reception at Hilton Downtown Lexington! The Wedding Specialist, Alex, was so incredibly helpful. She thought of everything that we didn’t and accommodated every request that we had. She was in constant communication with us to ensure that all details were set in stone to ensure that our wedding reception turned out exactly how we envisioned! We would highly recommend Hilton Downtown Lexington for your wedding reception!

The Hilton downtown was the hotel for the out of town guests for our son's wedding. The hotel was close to the church & reception venue. We were fortunate to reserve the Parlor suite with the King room on one end and the 2 queen bed room on the other end. The Parlor suite was a great place to gather after the rehearsal dinner on Friday night, Saturday before the wedding as the out of town guest arrived and after the wedding. There were several bars within walking distance for the younger group. As parents of the groom, we couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations. Our friends and family are still talking about the wonderful weekend in Lexington.

We had 25 guest rooms and no issues. Gift bags were delivered as promised. Several guests took advantage of restaurant and were pleased with service, menu and value. There were lounge areas available for groups to gather and visit during the weekend. Several local restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

I had a wonderful experience booking my wedding room hotel block through Hilton. Hannah Black was so helpful, following up a week out to make sure everything was all set on both of our ends. Lindsay Sullivan was so helpful with the initial process of signing the contract for a wedding block. Alex Hubbard was also very sweet and helpful. Thank you for making this an easy check mark on my list of wedding to dos!

The wedding reception at the Hilton was absolutely wonderful! Everything turned out beautifully. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire night. I would highly recommend using them for an event. Hannah Black was the best. She answered all of my questions and led us through each step of the process with professionalism.

We enjoyed staying at the Hilton. The location was great to everything! They supplied busses to pick up our gas which was an added bonus!

The Hilton folks are wonderful to work with on events. They hosted our bridal brunch.

My wife and I cannot thank the Downtown Hilton enough for the service and hospitality that we given. We would recommend this hotel for anyone in the area that would want to be married or just to spend the night for a trip. Our group throughly enjoyed our trip and the Hilton had a lot to do with that.

Hilton Downtown Lexington was a great choice for my wedding guests. It is super convenient if you are getting married downtown. The process of reserving blocked rooms was very easy and the coordinators were very responsive to any questions we had.

I had a great experience working with everyone at the Hilton. They were very accommodating to my needs, even when they changed a few times throughout the wedding planning process. Everyone was very helpful with all questions and provided our wedding guests with a great experience. We were happy to spend our first night as newlyweds at the Hilton and were surprised with champagne and strawberries in the room that evening. Overall, a great experience.

BOY!!! I can't say enough about the wedding planning team at the Hilton and their support over the past 18 months for my Daughter Stephanie's wedding. From our very first meeting we were sold on the team and the property. They made the process easy and efficient. We were taken step by step through the process and provided multiple options with different price points. The communication with the team was excellent. Weather via email or quick phone calls and yes even some text messages we were in great hands. My wife and I were so pleased with everyone's support and guidance. Actually, we felt that the team was part of the family and knew exactly what we needed and when. We would be open to speaking with any family the is looking at hosting their ceremony at the Hilton and to work with Alex Hubbard.

This Hilton is perfect for hosting a wedding group. They are so accommodating throughout the planning process and the online reservation portal makes it even easier. It is a great value for the location and the hotel bar and restaurant come in REALLY handy as places for a large group to hang out. We had our wedding after-party at the Bigg Blue Martini and it was perfect because there's another space and it's a lively atmosphere that can satisfy both younger and older guests. The restaurant was great for the day after the wedding to eat and say goodbye to guests as they checked out. The champagne, strawberries & whipped cream in our room were a nice surprise on our wedding night, too. I simply could not have asked for a better hotel for my wedding!

I will highly recommend anyone getting married or planning any type of a reception to use the Hilton. Everything was perfect and Alex, Summer and Hannah were wonderful to work with. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Know your budget and the Hilton can accommodate with a package to make it happen.

I absolutely loved working with the staff at the Hilton. My husband and I have very chaotic work schedules, and the Hilton made it very easy for us to plan our wedding. If you are looking for a venue that does a lot of the planning for you, this is it. Any questions I had they got back to me in a timely manner and they made things a lot less stressful for me. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and it's near a lot of pretty landmarks downtown which make for really cool pictures.

The entire Downtown Hilton Wedding Team was there for our wedding, our guests, and for unexpected emergencies. Trust these professional people. They seem to sincerely care about meeting the needs of their guests.

The Hilton downtown was great to work with for our wedding block! We also booked a few rooms for ourselves and the suite to get ready in on the day of and there were all fantastic. Our wedding was at Manchester Music Hall so the location to our venue was wonderful and kept everyone on time and accounted for!

I cannot thank the Hilton staff enough for a wonderful stay and reception!! From the beginning when booking the venue til the day of, I had no complaints. The staff was wonderful and very professional. I had a lot of out of town guests and no one had any issues with the hotel. They were so impressed! We LOVED working with Hilton Lexington Downtown for our wedding reception. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect reception, and it was thanks to the help of Summer and Alex with the Hilton who were there from Day 1 helping us plan, pick our menu, create our reception timeline, and were there the day of the reception from start to finish. We received 5 star service and had so much fun along the way. Summer and Alex gave such great advice when we were picking different options, they are experts at what they do, they were both there at the reception making sure every detail was just how we wanted it, they were always quick to respond whenever we needed something or had a question (just a phone call or email away). We had a room block that weekend at the hotel which worked out great and was so convenient for many of our guests. Thank you Summer, Alex, and the incredible staff at the Hilton for making our wedding reception unforgettable! Hilton Downtown Lexington was our hotel hub for all of our out of town guests. The entire process was exceptional from the booking of rooms, setting up a Sunday brunch, delivering gifts to folks upon check-in, to working with us on transportation. I would definitely recommend them to brides-to-be!

Good centrally located hotel for the wedding attendants and out of towers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We had no issues from the time I reserved the room block back in October through May. Everything was completely taken
care of. No worries at all!

The entire staff was excellent to work with. They made our entire family feel very welcome. All of our requests where handled very quick and in a professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Alex did an excellent job of coordinating everything for me.

The events coordinator summer cooper is nothing short of a miracle worker and I don't know what I would have done without her. Trust me, you don't want to plan your reception without this magnificent woman. Everything from the food to the lighting was on point at the hilton downtown Lexington. We couldn't have asked for more.

This was a wonderful place to have our wedding, it was beautiful! and the staff, especially Summer Cooper, was so great! I would definitely recommend this venue for others.

From the beginning to the end, we never wanted for anything. The Hilton was not only accommodating to us but to our families, our friends, and our guests. There's no way that we could have did any of our beautiful wedding without the help and guidance of the most magical Summer Cooper. Summer is the absolute best at what she does and deserves a million thanks for everything she was able to us. We could never show her how much she made our day the best day of our lives.

We had our rehearsal dinner here, reserved a room block for our wedding guests, and booked the bridal suite for the bridesmaids to get ready in. I'm so glad we went with the Hilton downtown Lexington! Hannah and Alex were super fast about responding to emails and answering any questions we had along the way! The prices were very affordable and everything was great quality! The room for our rehearsal dinner was the perfect size and they had a good variety of food to be served. My bridesmaids loved the bridal suite! It was great to have so much space for us to all get ready the morning of my wedding. If I had to do it all over again I would still go with the Hilton!

The Hilton was a beautiful location, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the rooms were amazing. We are so happy with our decision to get married there.

Wonderful to work with leading up to and on wedding day

The Hilton was great to work with for providing rooms for our guests. they held rooms for us and when we needed more, they were more than gracious to accomodate us. Our guests enjoyed their stay there. The room rates were more than we would have liked but very reasonable considering it was University Graduation weekend and Mothers Day and other local events ocurring. So all in all we highly recommend the Downtown Lexington Hilton for your travel needs!

Had my daughters wedding rehearsal dinner at the hotel and later a gathering in the Bigg Blue Martini. the quality of service was excellent. Value was excellent and working with the staff at the Hilton was a pleasure as they were so professional and helpful. Would highly recommend them

Abby was so helpful when we were planning our wedding! She was easy to get in touch with and always worked directly with us to ensure that our questions and concerns were answered. We did have an issue where onsite construction was ongoing during our wedding when it was supposed to be completed before our date. Abby worked with us on this to ensure that we would still have a good experience. Bryna was also very helpful when we were navigating our room block. The hotel staff were very helpful during our events and did a great job overall. Would recommend as a venue!

We look forward to using the Hilton Downtown for our venue! We have a wedding block booked for our out of town guests which is very convenient for our friends and family. Working with Summer as our wedding coordinator has been so pleasant. She has wonderful ideas and can give great examples of how to utilize the venue. We will be having our cocktail hour at the Bigg Blue Martini and reception in the Grand Ballroom. Everything is coming together very nicely and we are very happy with this decision!

Summer Cooper is a wonderful event planner to work with and made the reception planning so very easy. My daughter had very limited time to plan her wedding due to her work schedule and Summer was so flexible. She even gave us her cell phone to call when she was not in the office. The ballroom is not anything elaborate but with suggestions that Summer made it transformed into a beautiful night. The food was excellent and my only compliant was the time between courses was a bit slow but Summer explained it was a new crew and they were in the learning phase. Having rooms at the hotel was awesome. It was close to everything and many guests appreciated that they could walk to the church.

We were very pleased with our experience at the Downtown Lexington Hilton. Both Summer and Alex did an incredible job helping us to set up our room block for our wedding guests this past December 30, 2017 and all of our guest gift bags were delivered on our wedding day without issue or hesitation. The communication between myself, Summer, Alex, and Hannah (when Alex was on leave) was prompt and thorough. Every question we had was answered quickly by phone or e-mail. We utilized their catering services as well for a day after wedding brunch for our guests and they made both the room and buffet very accessible and manageable for my mother-in-law. Our vouchers for the day after brunch were available for us to pick-up several weeks before our wedding and this option made the day after brunch very affordable. The only hiccup that we had with the Hilton was that when myself and my now husband arrived at the hotel after our reception to check-in, the front-desk attendant stated that we could not check-in without our identification, even though this had previously been discussed when we booked our room prior to our wedding day. We were under the impression that since we were making our reservation in advance and putting a credit card on file, we wouldn't need to have anything with us when we checked in after our reception since we were coming directly from that location. We didn't have any of our credit cards/identification with us since we had just arrived for our reception and the front desk attendant wasn't very helpful in making suggestions. Finally they let us check in because we named our home address affiliated with our reservation along with mentioning that there was a card card on file (the one we had booked the reservation with). I'm not sure if it was a miscommunication, but as a newly married couple it was very frustrating to not be able to go straight up to our room upon arrival. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Hilton!

I would called periodically to get room updates, which kept everything on track. I highly recommend using them for any
event, whether wedding, reunion or just an overnight!

We used the Lexington downtown Hilton for extra rooms needed for out of town guests for a wedding held at a venue. The contact person, Hannah Black, was always prompt, courteous, and full of information when we booked a block of rooms for these guests. We really appreciated the opportunity to do this, and it was so easy! We also were able to drop off guest bags for the rooms at no extra cost!
