Accommodating
This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. It is very clean ! which was one of the biggest reasons for booking with them. Beautiful hotel
We stayed here the night before, morning of and night of our wedding this June, hotel was amazing and staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent service!
We worked with Rachael Maretsky and she was a pleasure to work with!! She helped us set up our room block and then carefully checked to be sure there were rooms available for our guests. We had a handful of guests that needed help after the room block time frame had closed and she helped us get them a fair price for the room! She also helped us organize the brunch for the morning after the Wedding. The process and planning for the brunch was smooth and easy. Rachael was very easy to talk to, either by phone or by email. We are so appreciate for her hard work! We would definitely recommend this hotel for your wedding night and for your guests. Would also recommend the hotel for brunch the following day! I had a wonderful experience working with the Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn for my 8/25/18 wedding. First of all, the hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Alana was amazing to work with from start to finish! I e-mailed her so many times, and she always had a prompt response and kept me updated. We dropped off our hotel bags a few days before and they were all given out as our wedding guests arrived. They texted my husband and I throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. We booked a shuttle through the hotel and everyone was at cocktail hour on time and made it home safely after the reception. This hotel is brand-new and so beautiful! I reserved a block of rooms for my guests for my wedding in April, and they were so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Alana, their events manager, is amazing! Rooms are spacious, bright, clean, & comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly & helpful. I'm so happy we went with them for our wedding accommodations!This hotel is brand-new and so beautiful! Great place to stay!

She also help set up a shuttle to pick us up at our wedding venue. We stayed there the night before, and night of our wedding in May 2021. The hotel was clean and safe during the pandemic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and Alana at the front desk was accommodating to any services we needed. They handed out my welcome bags to my guest. I booked this hotel for my WEDDING ROOM BLOCK before they opened. It's beautiful and luxurious. The sales rep was flexible with the room block rate. Once it opened, it was difficult to get in touch with anybody. I was working with two employees in the sales dept. It would take weeks to months to respond to my emails if they ever did. I was constantly getting conflicting information. I had to finally reach out to someone else to help me - in which I then received an apologetic email from my sales rep acknowledging how MIA she had been. And I wasn't bugging them all the time with minor questions. I was trying to give THEM money for deposits for the brunch, after party etc. Everything took 3 tries to get right. Less than a week after the block was open, my friends were calling me saying the block was full - after only 5 rooms had been booked. This happened 3 more times where I would have to call and ask why the block was full when we were no where near our capacity. It was time consuming. Day of, the suite was ready 2 hours later than they told us, and we watched how they forgot to give out our welcome bags to our guests or gave the wrong number of bags. They asked us who wanted in the room next to us, we told them, and they didn't put that person there. The after-party went smoothly, and the free shuttle came in handy! Lastly, my 3yo nephew ran out of the very expensive brunch we paid for. They do not have continental breakfast, but the way its set up, it looks like it's free. My sister gave him fruit from the lobby (4 pieces of melon). The staff gave her a bill for $8. She explained how we have the brunch that also has fruit, she didn't realize she had to pay for this and was truly sorry for taking it. The staff demanded she pay. When she wouldn't, they literally took the bowl of fruit out of my nephew's hand. Out of every vendor, they were the least professional.
